Getting a car with a bad credit and a new job felt like the worst experience but Father and Sons made it rather easy and worked with my limited options. They got me a good car that I didn’t think was over priced. They also worked with my down payment which made things even better for me. Efrain was the one that worked with me and he did not pressure me to buy anything. He was very kind and professional. He made me feel welcomed. I was able to test drive the car and take it to my mechanic. They also fixed few minor things that was wrong with it. I can not thank you guys enough , It was good doing business with you and I wish your business the very best.

I found father and sons auto in a location where looks can be deceiving; but I was pleasantly surprised to find this diamond in the rough! the employees were very courteous and the newer modeled vehicles seem to be very well kept and maintained, in choosing one of those vehicles I found it had Some small imperfections that the owners were very happy to take care of. all in all, I had a very good feeling about it’s public service and will tell all of my friends and family to start a good Vehicle search at father and Sons auto .thank you sincerely William M. They are very welcoming and nice. Their dad showed my father and I cars and we were able to test drive them pretty fast. All was good until after I got my car. My car had a hub cap missing (which they replaced), but were not transparent about the other cosmetic and driving issues of the vehicle whatsoever. My left tail and break light were out, my trunk spare tire board and liner was missing, and my auxiliary didn’t work at all. In addition, they said that the tires were good but are needed to be replaced soon because my tire pressure light keeps coming on repeatedly after I’ve refilled them with air. My A/C also wasn't blowing cold air and had to get it fixed by a mechanic right after I had purchased this vehicle. Lastly, they need to organize their listings better on their website and paper on vehicle because there’s two distinctly different prices on the website. In the lot, their price on the vehicle is their “out of the door cash price” but on their website, “it’s their base price with no addition of taxes and fees yet”. Why not have both prices to make it easier for the buyer who wants to pay in cash to purchase? Their customer service was okay and I wish they had told me about these issues with my vehicle beforehand so i wouldn’t have to invest all my money and time into these repairs. Overall, I’m pleased with the drive of my car, but this dealership missed the mark of transparency and providing me with the CarFax like they stated on their website. Overall: 2/5.

First time buyer but was very pleased with the service. I bought my truck and they gave me a fair trade on my vehicle. I had a problem with my truck 4 days after but they reimburse what it cost me to fix since I live out of town. Effrain Jr. was very helpful and honest.
