Good experience. Devin Hogan was very hospitable and very low pressure! Between reaching a deal on the vehicle and finalizing the financing it took maybe 45 minutes. I was grateful for this because it took the stress out of car buying. I would definitely buy another car from Faulkner BMW of Lancaster!

I could not be more happy with my decision to purchase my BMW from Faulkner. From the sales experience, where Faulkner is far above the other BMW (and Audi) dealers to their service team that actually provides excellent service. My wife is so impressed with Faulkner’s sales and service she stated she will buy her next car from them. We will bypass any other dealer closer to us for Faulkner despite a decent ride for us from Bel Air, MD to Lancaster, PA.

My original lease was expiring, and was looking to see what options existed. The staff are just fantastic - they all work to answer all questions, they are all very welcoming, and they create a wonderful experience for the transition. I ended up ordering a new car for my new lease, and I could not be happier with the communications, updates, and process. I highly recommend Faulkner BMW for your automotive needs! This is my FOURTH BMW from Faulkner BMW in Lancaster,Pa. Devin Hogan my Sales guy is the best and the most knowledgeable and honest person to work with. Brandon the Service Manager and Caitlin my service advisor are great to work with an extremely helpful. Jonathan had the experience of product and current warranty and service options that were conversational in nature. I did not feel I was being "sold" on anything- He did however point out some available services attributed to the Faulkner dealership. And I have used the loaner car program as well as the vehicle pick up program which helps schedule services around my time constraints. The service department is responsive and communications are professional and prompt. It also helps hen everyone, I mean everyone's attitude is positive and welcoming, from the person that holds the door greeting you as you drive into the service bay, to the person saying good bye until next time.

I had my car repaired twice there, and service was excellent. That being said the prices they charge for labor and parts are quite expensive. In addition their invoice lists labor costs, but do not break them down ie. how much for diagnostics and how much for the actual work. The last job they did for me they wanted to charge me $200 for a part that could be bought at retail at other BMW dealerships for $125. After I pointed this out to my adviser they gave me a discount to $150. They also charged me 3 hours labor/ diagnostics for a job that any BMW mechanic knows or internet video demonstrates takes maybe an hour. They recommended my front bushings be changed...$622 estimate. I had another BMW garage do it for $245.. The retail cost of the 2 OEM bushings $120. One hour of labor to complete. You tell me how they get $600 !!! I am in the Transportation Industry so maybe I know more than the average consumer about what "reasonable costs" are.

Faulkner BMW is a first class act! I recently took my car in for service and everyone was just as polite and attentive as when I purchased my car. Andrew my service advisor is awesome. I live 1 1/2 he arranged for valet service to pick up and return my car even though I thought it was too much he assured me it was no problem. There was a little mix up I emailed Andrew on a Sunday not expecting to hear from him until regular business hours on Monday to my utter surprise Andrew replied to my email at 5:45A. I highly recommend Faulkner for all car needs. It is an environment of professionalism and excellence.

The service professionals at Faulkner BMW are top-notch. Every time I take my car in for service, I have the feeling I am the most important person to them, at that moment, even though I know they are very busy and have many other customers. I have always had the feeling that my needs and concerns are of the utmost importance, and that any issue I have will be taken care of with the greatest of professionalism and the greatest of courtesy. They have, among other things, arranged for a tow truck to come to me, when my BMW had a technical fault, and they went so far as to bring a loaner vehicle to me, along with the tow truck, so that I would have a relatively painless experience. They have taken my car in, on several occasions, on the spur of the moment, and have still worked to insure I had a loaner vehicle, and that everything was taken care of very quickly. When I heard a noise in my car, and was sure there was something wrong, the lead technician took the time to listen, and to take the car out on the road, to locate the sound of the noise, and to fix it. I have felt so 'taken care of' with them, that I would not consider taking my car to another dealership, or even of purchasing a car from another dealership. I think the service professionals at Faulkner are the best!

This time around I unnecessarily shopped at 7 or 8 dealers before finally following my heart back to where it belonged, Faulkner BMW. Greg Schaub is our sales advisor and he's consistently the best adviser I've ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. We bought a 5 series off him a few years ago and this time got a nice 3 series (The wife calls it "cute"). I've never had an easier, more relaxed, pleasant car buying experience than I have there. Next time around, I'm not even going to mess around. I'm going straight to Faulkner to see Greg. Cannot recommend this place enough. Tommie was also helpful on a day when Greg wasn't around. Tyler in finance helped us breeze through the process and Abby our BMW Genius helped us get our phones paired and showed us everything we needed to know about the car. Good people all around. I pass several other BMW dealers to get to Faulkner BMW. I just leased my second vehicle from them--my fifth BMW. They make me feel very comfortable. The buying / leasing experience cannot be any better than that provided by Rob Howry and the rest of the team. He he had ordered a vehicle for inventory that matched my needs and desires perfectly. I didn't have to settle in any way. The deal was highly competitive and not pressurized. My service experience with my prior vehicle was without fault. I never had to go back for a re-do. Even the lease turn-in process showed that they wanted my ongoing business. I am a very happy customer.

Salesman recommended I take delivery of my X3 at the production facility in SC. Great experience touring the production plant and the track driving event. Service drop off & pick-up an easy process. Drop off inside, get a loaner and pick up your vehicle inside. I had an issue with the battery not holding a charge, battery replaced no further issue since. I have been dealing with Faulkner BMW for several years and have seen an increase in their service department customer service. Highly recommend contacting Faulkner before buying at another BMW dealership.

The way that they respond to your needs is almost intuitive which really puts you at ease. From our sales master Greg, to The GM Ricky, to the Service Manager Harvey, they step up. I had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire purchasing process. David Chris Kyle and Abby were all exceptional. The receptionists were very inviting and made me feel comfortable. It was amazing how polite everyone was. I expected to look around and leave never had any idea I would be treated so kindly. I drove 3.5 hours from Pittsburgh to purchase a used car from them. Overall, the sales service was much better than my local dealership. The car is amazing. Price was fair. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made a long distance transaction easy. Would defiantly do business with them again. I wish I was closer to their dealership to get the car serviced there as well.

I moved to Lancaster from out of state in 2006 and have used Faulkner BMW to service my vehicles since arrival. Their Customer Service is Superior to all other branded dealers with whom I've dealt. They are great at responding to my needs and met or exceeded every detail I've ever expected. No question, their Service Department is very "top notch". Faulkner built a new facility to house both Sales and Service and it is absolutely great - everyone is extremely customer friendly, the facility is fully equipped for all things BMW, and the Service Area and Sales Showroom are very modern, warm and clean - "Mom" would love them. When I was in the market for and planning a purchase of another BMW, their Sales Management Team, from the Dealer's General Manager to the Sales Representative were very helpful and appreciative of my business. There was nothing they could have done better in helping me with my procurement. No one in this dealership has ever been "pushy", non-responsive or unkind. Quite the opposite. Any question I have had, whether Sales or Service, was answered clearly and completely with friendliness and accuracy. I have been extremely happy with all my BMW needs at Faulkner BMW and will continue with their personalized service in the future. Would I recommend Faulkner BMW to a friend? Without hesitation!

We have been a Faulkner customer for seven years, initially for repairs to cars bought elsewhere and then for cars purchased from them. We have always experienced first-class treatment. Our latest visit was no exception; in fact, Faulkner really helped us out of a bind. The battery in our X3 quit and we were able to move a major service appointment up a week so they could get us back on the road. Jeremy was able to schedule the battery replacement but also got the techs to do all the other services so we didn't have to make two trips. Great customer service. We are big fans of BMW cars but Faulkner and the staff at the dealership really complete the owner experience.

Took 50 minutes and 4 calls to get an update on a car that was in for repairs. Was then told the car hadn't even been taken in yet - more than 4 hours after the appointment time. Extremely poor communication. They have made it clear they do not care about customers or give any consideration to their customer's needs when it comes to having a car repaired. Was told my car would be the first one in the morning - as of 1:00pm, it still wasn't in. Was told that I would be contacted in the morning with a diagnosis and estimate (both in price and time) - no one ever called, which is what prompted the 50 minutes and 4 calls to get the update that no one had done anything. Update: Just spoke with service director. They are fortunately arranging for a loaner car while they fix my car. I will update this review based on the outcome. Update: Ended up not leaving my car with these people. The "loaner" was not what expected - they were going to call Enterprise to pick me up... seriously. The quote sheet they gave me listed the prices of parts as 53% higher than another nearby BMW dealer, and labor costs at 168% higher than the same nearby BMW dealer. While this may be a great dealership for purchasing a car and then getting service for the car you purchased from them, they are absolutely horrible to anyone who didn't purchase their BMW from Faulkner. Anyone purchasing a used BMW elsewhere, or moving to the area, find another dealer or an independent shop that won't rip you off with price, be rude to you both on the phone and in the dealership, and will actually follow through with communication and keep to their promised scheduled appointments.

I always come to Faulkner BMW for service. Just once that I didn't, when I hit a pothole in Philadelphia last month and lost 2 tires on the passenger side. My car got towed to near by facility to get repaired. The ride on the way back home to Hummelstown was rough. The steering wheel and front seats were shaking and noisy when I drove faster than 50 mph. I called my Service Advisor "Dakotah Simpson" what happened. Thanks to you and all in service department for excellent service as always. Now my car is running great.

Since our entering into a lease agreement we have the dealership to be customer focused and very accommodating. Back in June my daughter and I visited the dealership for her first BMW. Other than the delays in closing the transaction back in June 2013, we have had nothing but best experiences mostly due to the service manager - Brandon. He took care of an unusual stain that appeared from the blue soon after the deal - for no cost. Since then he also handled the recall brake work including getting the car cleaned/washed. It was after the recent snow storms and it needed the cleaning. He is a likeable, honest manager who is not pushy and gives you room to breathe. On a recent trip (still shy of the 10,000 mile service he noticed the car would need inspection in May; instead of pushing for it to be done now in March (during the recall brake job visit) he agreed we could do the inspection during the next scheduled 10000 mile service. I had to be elsewhere for an appointment that morning and getting the inspection done would have delayed me. He sure understood my reasoning and agreed. This is what I mean when I say this dealership is not pushy to add on extra work when a customer has other time constrains and instead is very accommodating. It's a pleasure to deal with such people. These behaviors drive one to return to the same location when it's time for the next service. We highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. They are truly dedicated professionals.

The car was out of warranty, but nevertheless Rob and the service department arranged for the repair at no charge to us. We could not ask for better service. We have been tempted to look at other luxury cars, but stay with BMW because of the amazing service we get from Faulkner.

Relatively new to Lancaster, I had heard many of my friends, neighbors and coworkers praise the Faulkner BMW dealership and staff. When the time came to trade in a Japanese luxury sport sedan, I spent quite a while researching cars and dealerships, test driving several brands and interacting with a wide variety of sales people. I am delighted with my new 328, pleased with the entire shopping experience at Faulkner, and impressed with the time and attention Rob and Tommy gave to us during one of the busiest weekends of the year.

I finally found a 535 XDrive with the exact options I wanted. It was a 2012 with ~ 6,500 miles and wound up being >$15,000 over what I had originally planned to spend for an older car with more miles. I work on a music tour and told them up front it would be 2-3 weeks before I could come see the car and close the deal. I gave them a deposit and was finally able to go to Lancaster to see the car three weeks later. Robert, the sales rep, picked me up at the airport. The car was described as flawless and it truly was. Though it was nearly closing time, Robert spent nearly an hour going over the many tech features. I took it for a short test drive and started my drive home to Atlanta about 8:30PM. I've since put ~ 2,000 miles on the car. It is better than I could have imagined. Robert and the other folks at Faulkner were very easy to deal with: no pressure and no upselling.

Knowing that we would be shopping around for best price, Greg took the time to let us test drive the car we were interested a few times, and then assured us that he would win our business. We did find a great price at another dealership, but without sharing that price with Greg, he beat our best offer and then made sure we also got the additional rebate from BMW. He has followed up since our purchase to insure that everything was as it should be. We would highly recommend Greg and the dealership to any of our friends!

This is my 6th BMW. I came to Faulkner due to the conistent professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Specifically, Rob Howry has been terrific in helping me find the right car for both me and my wife. Helping me find the right car can be challenging, but Rob patiently focuses on understanding what I am looking for instead of making a quick sale. He follows up on a regular basis to make sure both my wife and I are satisfied. Ricky Wood has also been very helpful and last year he even helped me find a Nissan for my son at a Faulkner dealership. I purchased that car the same evening that I called him. I live within 5 miles of 2 BMW dealerships, however, I drive 50 miles to work with the team at Faulkner and will continue to do so in the future.

In the past five years I have purchased 5 new vehicles from varying manufacturers. Each time, the process was grueling, rushed, and my wife and I did not feel valued as a customer. I must say that the entire process at Faulkner BMW was great. We did not feel at any point that we were being rushed into a purchase. We felt that we were being helped to find the perfect vehicle, on our terms. Raymond treated us kindly (as well as the rest of the staff), fit us in to Faulkners busy schedule, took the time to show us all of the features on the vehicle and most importantly, followed up to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely be returning to Faulkner BMW for our next vehicle!

I purchased a Cerified used 2009 BMW X5 (so I thought). 3 monthes after I purchased the vehicle I was in NJ visiting family when smoke started coming out under the hood of my vehicle. I eneded up having the oil changed only to see that the oil filter had disintegrated and the oil cap hand stuff on it that you could pick at. Not only that, the backup camera was so grainy that I couldn't depend it when backing up. When I returned to MD I went to BMW of Bel Air where they went above and beyond my expectations. Ultimately, I will never refer anyone to this dealership. You should be able to depend on your vehicle of which I could not.

Greg is a true asset to your company. The first time I had met him was on the side of the road in my 2009 328xi. He thought that I was having trouble as he was driving by and stopped to assist, when in reality I was on my phone looking at the internet for something. :)wasI remembered him and his willingness to stop just because I was in a BMW, the brand that he truly believes in and sales. I happened to be in a pretty brutal car accident involving my 328xi and an 18 wheeler. Unfortunately, I lost that battle and needed a new vehicle. I was going to return to Sun Motors and deal with them again as normal, but stopped to see Greg since he gave me something to remember him by with his integrity and helpfulness. Once I walked in the door on the day I purchased my new 328i Coupe, he recognized me and started to understand what had just happened to me and what he could do to assist me in getting into a new car and on my way. Within a very short amount of time, Greg and Matt Duke assisted me, and all in one day I took possession of my new 2012 328i. I love the car too!The only unfortunate black spot, and this has nothing to do with Greg or Matt, but the English speaking Salesman. Not only was he out of control driving one of your vehicles through your car lot, he was on a cell phone and driving over 20 miles and hour on the wrong side of the "lane". He completely freaked me out, and scared me when he almost hit me head-on directly in front of the dealership. I had mentioned this to the GM, but just to reiterate how scared and upset I was already having a terrible accident shortly before, and then almost being hit head-on by a dealer. Thank you Greg, you are the man!

Got to phone calls Wednesday from Steph.......The excitement was there; drove hours to the dealership on Thursday based on the voice mails from Steph. Arrive at dealers and see the nice car, more excitement for self and son (his first car). Get inside, Steph who called me twice Wed. apparently forgot to tell me it sold Saturday......Really, and we wonder why people don't trust Car Sales People.......She even had the audacity to email me after after; not to apologize for failing to disclose the car was sold or for my wasted day but; to ask for a referral or future business...Well, here's the referral...........NEVER AGAIN!

As soon as my family and I walked on the lot we were greeted warmly by Jonathan and the Faulkner BMW dealership. We were shown around the lot and given a very thorough explanation of all the cars, their features, and pricing options. Jonathan has a vast knowledge of everything BMW, so after informing him of what type of car I wanted he recommended the 335ix coupe. After test driving the 2012 335ix coupe model I knew that this was the perfect car for me. The pricing was negotiated and then came the paperwork. The paperwork took a very short amount of time and all warranty information, etc was explained in entirety. After the paperwork came the final overview of the car's features (I never knew a car could have so many). Jonathan went over every aspect of the car, made sure I understood these features, and clarified if there was any confusion. I believe that my experience set Jonathan and the BMW Faulkner dealership far above all other past car buying experiences and other dealerships in the region. I have never in my life had a better dealer experience. I've bought a few luxury cars at different dealerships in different cities. I've even bought from different BMW dealers and none can hold a candle to the service I received from Breanna in the internet department and my eventual Client Advisor, Greg Schaub. They both went above and beyond in helping us find the exact right car for us. Greg did everything he could, including staying late, to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I never want to buy another car anywhere else ever again! I don't usually gush like this. But I've never had such a great experience and all service for the car was also handled extremely well. They provided a new loaner car for when our car was serviced. They even offer valet pick up and delivery. The car is everything we were hoping for and they know exactly how to treat their customers. They've made a repeat customer for life.

It was an excellent experience from the start. Greg was extremely willing to show my wife and I a car that we felt would meet our needs. I had an Audi prior to this and wasn't sure if I wanted the same car this time. I went to Faulkner to look and Greg's ability to listen and be patient while I made the decision was noteworthy. almost 4 weeks later I made a decision. The process related to working with finance, getting the paperwork done, and showing the car at the end was amazing! Efficient and effective for a busy person. Bottom line, it is apparent that Faulkner takes pride in salespeople that listen to their customer's needs and have them go away with a vehicle that works for them! Bill

I found a car on Cars.com that I was interested in test driving. I called and made an appointment and informed the woman that I could not see the pictures clearly on Cars.com and if she could send some new pics to me. She stated that she would but never did even with a follow-up email request by me. Additionally, I stated that I lived 2.5 hrs away and if she could please inform me if the car is purchased before I drive all the way out there. She stated that she would but, I never heard from her prior to my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I called to make sure the car was still in-stock, they informed me that it was and took down my number again. I drove 2.5 hrs to get there only to be told that my car was sold that morning. They informed that they tried to call me but that my number was a fax number. It turns out that two separate individuals took down my number incorrectly! Furthermore, they emailed to inform me that my car was taken many hours after the car was actually sold! Needless to say, I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere...

Greg Schaub was so great to work with when buying my 2012 X3. There was a problem with the car, evidently in the way it was programmed, which caused the battery to go dead about a month after we bought it. It was quite a situation and Ricky Wood made it right with a lot of effort on the part of Faulkner's. We are very impressed with this dealership.

I have been perfectly satisfied with my experience with Faulkner BMW, and this impression has majorly been influenced by salesman Greg Schaub. This was my first BMW purchase, a certified pre-owned 2006 325i. At the start, I was looking for a previous generation (E46) sedan, based on preference and cost considerations. The difficult part of my search was the fact that I was set on getting a manual transmission, which is harder than I thought it would be in a BMW 3-Series. Mr. Schaub was very patient and professional with me as we worked through the search process. Along the way, he recommended that I take a test drive of a newer-gen (E90) sedan on the lot (MT-equipped, of course). Although I found it to be very nice, I assumed it would be out of reach relative to my pre-set budget. However, in the end, Greg and Faulkner were able to offer it to me at an extremely attractive price that brought me into the BMW fold. He also personally attended to a myriad of little details that made the whole experience first-class, even though I was "only" a used car customer. I would, and will, whole-heartedly recommed Faulkner BMW - and especially Greg Schaub - to family, friends, and acqaintances.

after receiving a decent quote we pursued to go for this dealership and after giving the deposit , customer service was bad. Instead of them providing us with the updates I had to call them again and again.Thankfully after I received the production number I could track it on my own. I found this very unprofessional of them. I haven't received the accessories promised to me till this date. I don't know what has happened to my emails that i sent charles. its been three months and no news. Not a good experience and I dont intend to come back. Not something I expected from a premier car company dealership.

I found this car listed on the Internet and decided to go check it out. From the moment I stepped onto the dealership grounds, I was not pressured, as with most dealerships. I immediately fell in love with the car, but there were some things that needed to be fixed before I would commit 100% to purchase. Raymond C. made sure I was taken care of, as was the car. When I came back, all of the things asked for were done and I proceeded with the purchase. Every step of the way I felt like a valued customer. Once we got to the financing, I wasnt pressured at all to buy "extras", and everything was well explained to me by Jason. Once done, Raymond again took the time to explain everything about the car to me, a bit overwhelming at first, but a great experience. I still love my car as much as I did the first second I saw it on the lot. I would recommend Faulkner BMW to anyone.

He recently helped me facilitate a birthday surprise for my wife, a 2011 BMW X3. He even got me a bow to put on it, and the surprise would have not been possible without his help. We met Greg for the first time a few months ago over an internet transaction. We were a bit skeptical buying a car site unseen and driving so far, but it is well worth it. He assured me that the car I was interested in and the price he quoted would be honored. Everyone we encountered was very professional and made the sales process very enjoyable. We bought 4 BMW's from the store in Reading, PA, approximately 1.5 miles from our home. After being treated very poorly and having awful service, we decided to try Faulkner BMW in Lancaster, PA, approximately 30 mi;;es from our home. We have now purchased three cars in three years and have found Faulkner to be as good as the local store was bad. We were treated very faily on trade-ins on our new vehicles and the Service Department is excellent. We would refer Anyone to deal with Faulkner BMW. They have exceeded expectations in all ways.

6/9/11- After having had difficulty locating the exact CPO vehicle (BMW 128i with NAV) that I wanted in New Jersey, I found it on Faulkner's website. It was reasonably priced and I also had an excellent trade that would be a part of this deal. I made an on line inquiry about this car and Jonathan Hoxworth was the Faulkner sales rep assigned to handle my inquiry. Jonathan handled everything extraordinarily well and all negotiations were done by e mail and some phone contact. We agreed upon a fair price and I made the 2 hour trip to Lancaster to see their vehicle and for Faulkner to see my trade. Their vehicle was as good as described and so was my trade. There were no further negotiations and most of my paperwork was already completed when I arrived at the dealership. I have been buying and trading cars for almost 40 years and this experience was by far the best. No last minute car dealer type gimmicks or games. Thanks to Jonathan Hoxworth and the Faulkner staff, everything went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the new vehicle and the after sales follow up as provided by Faulkner. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and will certainly consider them first when it is time for another purchase of a BMW. Great job guys!

We drove 4 hours one way to pick up our vehicle, and it was well worth it! Moments after making the internet inquiry I was contacted by Tom Hilliker in the internet sales department. His customer service was excellent and he immediately directed me to Greg Schaub, the best car salesmen I have ever worked with (And I go through a car every two years, so I have met quite a few). The transaction was made verbally over the phone in a matter of minutes, and one week later we drove home in our amazing new ride. Faulkner not only delivered as promised, but facilitated a quick delivery, knowing that we came from such a distance, and that we had to drive back to he Delaware beaches on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend... Our only regret is that we cannot utilize Faulkner as our service center due to the distance. The bottom line is that we will return to Faulkner for our next BMW purchase, it is worth the drive to be treated with that quality of customer service!

Upon entering the dealership we were greeted and introduced to the product. Went for a lengthy test drive to get a feel for the car on the curvy back roads and then hit the bypass to what it could do on the open road. Every detail was shown and explained to make the decision easier since we were comparing to another make of vehicle.Since the purchase it is like we have a whole new family, when you stop by nothing is too much and the follow up is tremendous. The sales person even followed up in a couple of days to be sure everything was alright with the vehicle. Even though we've moved to Wyomissing, I still drive to Faulkner for service. They always treat you like you matter. I had a new 2007 BMW 328i that I had purchased there, but when my lease was up, I purchased a 2004 325Ci privately - but will continue to service at Faulkner. They didn't make it an issue that my car was not purchased there when calling to set up service; I was still treated with total courtesy and given a 2011 BMW to drive for the day while my car was in. Not purchasing there, I would have been happy to pay for a loaner car, but the fact that it was offered with a "No problem, we'll take care of you" attitude...it says a lot. You're top notch, Faulkner, and you'll always have my business. THANK YOU to everyone there!!!!

My husband and I live approximately 90 miles from Faulkner BMW. While visiting Lancaster on 19 February 2011, we decided to stop by and, as a result of the excellent customer service skills and knowledge from our salesperson, Greg Schaub, my husband purchased a 2000 BMW Z3 ///M. Over the last month, my husband has had many questions about the Z3 (interior noise, wheels, decals) as well as questions for other new BMWs (performance, purchasing vs. leasing, European delivery). Greg Schaub has gone, in both of our opinions, above and beyond the call of duty. He has answered every question we have asked in a speedy, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner in person, over the phone, and via e-mail. Because of this, my husband sold his 2007 BMW 335xi to Faulkner BMW and we intend on purchasing a new BMW by the end of this year again, from Faulkner. There are at least three BMW dealerships closer to our home than Faulkner. However, we have no intention of bringing our business anywhere but to Faulkner BMW and Greg Schaub. We appreciate Faulkner BMW's commitment to being a customer-service dealership and we appreciate Faulkner's superior attention to detail and customers concerns.

I basically did all my homework on my computer. My first contact was by phone with Tom Hilliker. He was very friendly, courteous, and fun to work with. Tom worked hard for me and we came up with the best price of all the dealers I contacted. The second person I worked with was Johanathan Hoxworth. This was also by phone. He like Tom extremely easy to do business with and immensely knowledgeable and helpful. We completed our transaction over the phone and the first time I saw the dealership was when I picked up my car. All my paperwork was completed by Matt Duke who was very professional, affable, and well informed. It was a pleasure dealing with these three men, thus making my purchase a pleasant experience.

I was very impressed with the manner in which this dealership went about their business, making me feel at home and dealing with me without any pressure to purchase. The dealership negotiated in good faith, in a non-confrontational, extremely fair and reasonable manner. The staff did a terrific job of getting the car turned around so quickly (4 hours from the time I set foot in the dealership, and it was a Saturday!). This was a certified pre-owned automobile and I felt that they dealt with me as though I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. No pressure to purchase extended warranties - information was presented clearly and again, without any pressure to purchase. The salesman (Ray Carrington) did a thorough job of going through the car, again as if I were purchasing new. Suffice it to say that if I know ANYONE who is interested in purchasing a Bimmer, I will steer them the way of this dealership. I truly do consider this dealership the best I have ever dealt with, and there have been quite a few though the years. I even wrote the dealership a personal "thank you" email, I thought that much of their manner and service.

The buying experience was fantastic! From the first call speaking with Tom Hilliker to my Client Advisor Rob Howry and the Business Manager Jason Logue. I cannot imagine a better overall experience in making this purchase. The group effort made the process professional, expedient and exceeded every expectation. Great sales experience. They worked very had to get me a vehicle from another dealership. They did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock. The price was great and the deal was outstanding.I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jonathan in sales.

A friend of mine recently had his vehicle serviced here, and was also displeased with the dealership so I was inspired to add my 2 cents...I came to Faulkner in search of a used 3-series that I was interested in. I'm not sure if it was my appearance or if the sales staff was in a bad mood, but I could not find a single sales member to come out and assist me. I walked around the lot looking for someone to come outside and speak to me. The worst part is several employees were just standing around inside, and I know they could see me. I'm in my 20's and I had jeans and a casual shirt, so maybe they thought I wasn't BMW material ??? I just got in my car and drove away. I ended up driving back to West Chester, PA. I visited another Faulkner dealership, this time Faulkner Pontiac Buick GMC, to look at a Pontiac G8. Turned out to be the worst dealership experience of my life (read the review for Faulkner in West Chester). I ended up driving to O'Rielly in Newtown Square, and I bought an awesome G8 GXP on the spot (cash mind you, how's that for your assumption of a 20-something year old?). I'm not sure what the deal is with the Faulkner name, but I've never had a pleasant experience with their dealerships. If you're looking for a BMW, I recommend Ottos in Exton and West Chester. My In-Laws purchased vehicles from them, and it is everything you'd expect from a luxury brand.

I had an outstanding sales experience - Why? because they wanted to sell me something. now comes service. So far, i've had my car for 11 months. In that 11 months, it's been in the shop 5 times. 3 were scheduled and 4 were in the last month. Let's start at the beginning and go in order: 1 month or so after purchase Nov-ish: Had a problem with the right cornering light about a month after i got the car. I would go around a turn and the computer would say "right cornering light malfunction". I called service to make an appointment. They refused to look at it because i couldn't "verify that the light was out". Sorry but i can't backpedal at 50 mph around a curve to find out if my light is out. Remember this.1st/2nd time in: After the winter, i was getting the summer tires put back on. came in for a loaner, got the paperwork filled out and took the loaner. Come back and pick up my car. I'm driving for a while and notice that it's pulling to either side sort of violently. More than just a drift, i actually have to keep tabs on it so i don't go into the other lanes. I call and have to take it in again- turns out they put the wrong tires on the wrong rims. So why doesn't the technician know which size goes on what rim? I'm taking their word for it that the violent tugging and highway driving for two weeks didn't do anything to the tires that are $400 a piece.3rd/4th time in: I schedule the 15000 mile oil change. on the email response they talk about recalls. What recalls? I emailed. No answer. I called nobody who knows is there. When i finally get a guy who knows he says Oh yea it's the tail light seals. OK. 1st: Tail lights replaced. Upon picking the car up from that service, i am told they didn't have the part for the other recall (which i wasn't told about at the time of the first recall because it "just came through"... fair enough). So now the car has to go back the NEXT day. I get the car back to work, go to get in the trunk, and the top tail light is CRACKED. i made the assumption that i'd had the car for 11 months and never noticed and it happened to be a coincidence that service worked on the tail lights and it happened to be cracked and they didn't notice. I noted it to be fixed when they did the seat belt tensioner (2nd recall). I drop off my car the next day, I got a loaner.... however, curiously i wasn't in the system from the previous time so i had to spend the 10 minutes getting my info back in the computer. The day goes by, i'm called to come pick mine up. everything's fixed. Great. I get back to work the next day and go to load some equipment in my trunk and i find tools and a printout from the internet or something on how to fix my tail light. Are you serious? It didnt' instill a lot of confidence in me that the certified people i trust with my $40K investment have to use printouts to change a tail light. New car though, fair enough - again i'm laid back, however i'm not stupid nor is my time not important to me. I drive BACK to the dealership (20 mins each direction) to drop the tools and papers off. 5th time in: Right turn signal went out a day or so after i brought it in for the recalls. At this point my employer has had enough of me being late and taking extended lunch to drop off and pick up my vehicle so i had the valet service take it in. turn signal going out in a car less than a year old? Surprise, the cornering light malfunction i mentioned 10 months ago (remember that?) has caused the assembly to melt. Gee i wonder why the light went out. so since the other light went out they could actually look and see what was wrong with the light assembly. 6th time in: Again i'm without a car because the valet has to come back the NEXT day and take it again because the dealer doesn't have the part in stock. Oh yea. and i have two pinch and scratch marks on the top of my leather steering wheel - presumably from rings or a tool or something.... I don't wear jewelry. Bottom line is... i don't ask for much. I'm not there saying they should do things they normally wouldn't just to be careful and tell me things and deliver on what they promise. I'm so far unimpressed.

Great experience with this dealer. I ordered my BMW from the factory and received it 10/7/09When you go there, definitely make sure you talk to Jonathan in sales. He will hook you up with any information you want right away and if he doesn't have it, he will definitely find it in a minimum of time. He must have spent a total of like 12 hours with me over the course of 2 weeks just so i could nitpick options and even took the time to search the east coast for a car like the one i wanted to order so i wouldn't have to wait!!! Then, i'm frequenting a local watering hole and restaurant and a guy comes up to me and says. "you look familiar, you were just at my dealership". He introduces himself and It's Mr. Wood, and he recognizes me from Faulkner. I never even saw the guy when i was there. Shakes my hand and gives me his card and wants to know if there's anything he can do. Jeez, the dealership has been closed for a good 2 hours and he's still working. Even notices me later looking different! Then i get a couple emails and calls of him just checking to make sure everything's cool and asking how excited i was. Bottom line and long story short-- Faulkner WANTS your business and they deserve it. you will absolutely be floored by the service that they give you there.

What I think is the best dealership in Central Pennsylvania. I've never had a problem with the service department at this dealer. Always prompt, friendly, and accurate service. I had a blemish in the rear window of my X5 when I bought it, and they had it in the shop within a week and gave me a Z4 as a loaner. <br>Sales have been excellent as well. My family usually deals with Rob Howry, and we find he's been able to offer excellent deals on any BMW model. The dealership is in a good location, it is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service or sales.
