I'm adding to my prior review - I need to add that the staff and technicians for this Service Center are amazing. They are always ready to take my car in, they check everything, the service is fast, you can easily schedule service online, and they take great care of my car! Thank you again Faulkner, you not only hit the mark with sales, but also service!!! Best dealership in Philly! Previous review: Just wanted to say that Faulkner Hyundai is awesome. The staff were amazing. This was my second time buying a car here and I can't say enough about how wonderful this dealership is. They were patient and really seemed to care. Both of my experiences with Faulkner Hyundai were a world apart from my previous experiences with other dealers. So if you are looking for amazing customer service and to be treated like a person and not a number, please go to Faulkner Hyundai and Philly!!

I had a very positive experience at Faulkner Hyundai recently purchasing my new Accent. The finance person was friendly and thorough. My salesperson, Trevor, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He also had plenty of patience to answer my many questions.He also assured me that I could call him anytime with any additional questions I might have.When I test drove the car, he was genuinely enthusiastic about all the features it had, and made me feel that I had made a great choice with my purchase. I would gladly do business with Faulkner Hyundai again.

I am 69 years old and have been buying vehicles for 50 of those years. I also have many friends in the car business; unfortunately, none have Hyundai dealerships. My experience with Faulkner Hyundai was just awful. I dealt with a specific sales agent and his manager, neither of whom I will name publicly. The salesman called ME, in the late morning, telling me he had a vehicle that he knew I have been looking for for months, told me it was available at the Faulkner Hyundai dealership in Harrisburg, and asked if I wanted it. I was thrilled, and said "yes" after determining the price and that it was exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I then spent hours speaking to the sales agent, sending him ALL the information and copies of the documents he needed to put the deal together, after which he told me the vehicle would be available, here in Philadelphia, probably on Monday. Our conversations and exchanges of information and details took place over the course of approximately 8 hours. During that time, I was led to believe that the vehicle would be mine when I paid for it. Only at the END of those 8 hours, at 8:20 yesterday evening, did the sales agent MENTION something about having to check to see IF the vehicle was STILL available. When I asked him what he was talking about, he said he just had to call up to Harrisburg to make sure the vehicle hadn't been sold! Apparently, he had never even made a call to Harrisburg to see if this very much in-demand vehicle was actually available BEFORE he called me to offer me the vehicle! He told me he SENT A TEXT to the Harrisburg dealership because they weren't answering their phones at 8:20 p.m., and said that his manager would follow up with Harrisburg and me this morning. By noon today, when the manager hadn't called me, I knew something was wrong and I called the manager. I asked what was going on, and he casually told me that the vehicle in question HAD BEEN SOLD YESTERDAY, but that he would look at his inventory to see if there was something else I might want! When I detailed for him all the hoops I had jumped through with the sales agent, and told him that his sales agent had NOT BOTHERED TO MENTION that the vehicle I thought I was buying MIGHT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SOLD, the manager accused me of "overreacting," and said that his agent was a "good guy" and maybe just made a mistake! When I told him again that the sales agent had NEVER said that the vehicle might have already been sold (because he had failed to check before he called me), and expressed my outrage at having been duped and having wasted all my time, the manager again told me I was "overreacting," and proudly told me that they "hadn't raised the price on me" or anything like that! I could never do business with an organization that treats its customers like this and makes misrepresentations to them without a second thought, and I warn anyone considering doing business with these people to think long and hard before you do so.

Very professional and willing to answer all of my questions, and concerns. Would recommend 100%.

Huge stock of Hyundai's. Very nice sales team. My recent experience was the best new car buying experience ever. The only thing that could have improved the experience is if they knocked off a few thousand bucks. I did get a good deal, though. I could have left the Vaseline home.
