They're not worried about what you can afford. They just want to put you in a car and charge you through the nose. I never heard of a $1900 dollar fee to prep 🤔your car. So if they offer 8 grand for your trade you getting 6 grand. Then after all the other little lies(fees) they throw in , you end up being upside down on a car you had equity in. I'm so glad I did exactly what they never want you to do, walk out and think about what I was doing. I kept my car!

Cheryl went above and beyond for us and really listened to our wants and needs. She was transparent about everything we needed to know about the car and the paperwork and made a bittersweet situation better when we walked off the lot. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle!

After going all around town trying to find someone to fix a leak and being told again and again it was too major and nobody wanted to put in the work on it we finally came straight to Kia’s service center where Jennifer greeted us with open arms. She was so great at being sure to keep us in the loop with updates all along the way. Being so far away from home I was worried about finding somewhere honest and fair, Jennifer helped keep my mind at ease and we now know where we will be going for any future problems. Thanks Jennifer and Kia!!

I visited here today for a car show and though it was not a success; I left feeling so satisfied because of an agent, Ms. Cheryl. She is a consummate professional who knows how to treat a customer very well. She is quite knowledgeable about the car that she was trying to sell and I appreciate her effort and dedication.
