I cannot be more satisfied with this small family owned dealership ! I’ve recommended ppl to this place for their first vehicles, and every time my friends/ family have been satisfied. This time it was my turn. And I swear this place deserves every blessing and successful venture they decide to endure. I didn’t get an upgraded vehicle I went from a 2014 to 2008 but for me it was an upgrade with brand new affordable payment.CANT BEAT THAT! I always recommend people to be HONEST. AND THIS PLACE just gives you that comfort to work with your every need and will be honest about what u can get for your income to debt ratio ! love love love ! If I can give them place a 10 star I would !! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP !! ❤️

If I could give them negative stars I would. These people are scam artists. They sold a car that was a lemon and wouldn’t give the money back!! Don’t ever go here and I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money here. They are not trust worthy and honest people.I’m pretty sure most of the good reviews are fake.

I highly recommend this dealership! I searched for the vehicle I was set on buying and they had on in stock. I traveled from PA to get it. Chris was extremely helpful and top notch! Love this place!! We bought a used car here last October and everything went as smooth as silk! We purchased the extended warranty (of course!) Just ran into an issue with it but Steve and his service team took care of us without a problem!! We sent our son back for his car and we will be return customers again!

I was very satisfied with this car dealership! My husband & I had gone to many used car lots to purchase a used vehicle that was in good condition, yet not overpriced & we felt FBN clearly met our needs! We got a good price on the car we purchased & everyone we dealt was extremely pleasant! There was 1 issue that we needed to call them for & they amicably & quickly corrected this problem & paid for a car rental! I would definitely go there again if I need another used car!

I purchased a Nissan Maxima from FBN in January 2014. The purchase took 20 minutes to complete. I didn't have to haggle with them on the price. Everybody at FBN are friendly and very professional. I was with my sister when she purchased her Nissan Sentra from FBN a year ago. She is very satisfied with the car. I decided then, I would buy my next car from FBN. After purchasing a vehicle, I started having some front end issues. Vehicle was older and figured just had some worn parts. Never thinking these parts would be under warranty. Sent dealer e-mail about the problem. They told me vehicle was under warranty and they would take care of it. This dealership is amazing. Top notch all the way.

I just bought my first car from here and I could not be happier. I went there for a specific car and was overjoyed with the quality and the price. When we took it for a test drive, we heard a minor noise. We told the staff and they were so attentive. They instantly wanted to test drive with us, took it to their shop, and called only two hours later with the minor problem fixed. I didn't have a car then, so they offered to come pick me up to test drive it again! I was so impressed with the customer service. I bought the car same day. Love the Car. Love the Price. Went to FBN after seeing good reviews to shop for a used car for my friend.We saw this 2005 Nissan Altima that was clean and well maintained.Dealt with Jeff and the whole experience was wonderful. They even managed to arrange finance for my friend fast and he drove the car home within 1 day. I would definitely recommend FBN to anyone. The best part was the 4500 miles/3 month warranty that even big dealerships do not offer. It is really nice to have dealerships like FBN where most dealerships are actually "stealerships".
