The WORST experience I have ever had with a luxury car dealership service center Maserati. No one is EVER available to schedule an appointment. Oh they will eventually give you a call back A WEEK later. Once you get to your appointments. For a car that is under warranty. They will claim oh we don't have the part and have to order it, which is fine! 3 MONTHS later the part still has not came in YET!!! AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

Been a customer for years. Steve Earl is a great asset to the company and has been for over a decade. He is the man to see in the Buick/ GMC department for sales and leasing. Steve always goes well beyond the extra mile. Service department is generally quite accommodating and gets the job done be it big or small. Large selection of vehicles, new and used. (COVID19 has pinched the new car supply quite a bit everywhere). Excellent selection of used cars however.

My appointment was mysteriously canceled so I had to get “fit in”. My wait time was extremely long 5 hrs to be exact. Just to put transmission fluid in. And guess what my car is still having the same issues. They never put my car on the diagnostic machine! I was promised a phone call from a supervisor and no one never even attempted to reach out. Now I’m forced to miss more days of work and sit in the dealership all day once again
