Great experience for a recall from Kia. We have all is our recalls done there so much so that, now if there's a recall they reach out to us and ask us if we are aware of the new recall and if/when we are bringing it in for fix as well as loaning is loaner vehicles if it's more than a 1 day job, that in itself is a great experience and offer of customer service. The staff is consistent and followed up to see how things are going about a week after you've had something done and also does reminder calls for service and/or repairs, if you ask for one. They truly how staff that doesn't mind to go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service at this dealership. The inside has a lounge for seating if you have a short service, so that you can relax and grab a drink

Easiest car buying process EVER. Chuck did a great job at making this a stress free situation. Would do it again in a heart beat but not too soon... Updated: if you look closely, a lot of the 5 star reviews (which I originally gave) was for buying the car NOT their shop/service dept. which is a different story in my book of experiences. Although I loved the stinger I could not see myself having an ongoing relationship for 5 + years with their service department.

I'd Give this place 5 stars if it didn't nearly two months. I bought a Kia Sorento from another dealership, where I got a pretty good price. 4 days later the engine went out due to the recall causing the engine to seize up. The original dealership towed the car looked at it then Federico Kia assessed it for a recall which took two weeks. Once I was approved I was provided with a rental car free of charge, I had the car exactly 5 weeks before my cars engine was replaced. I've had the car 4 days and about 200 miles, so far so good. Four stars.

Chuck is the nicest car salesman I have ever worked with. He sold me a vehicle a few years ago and when I knew it was time to trade, Chuck was first person I contacted. Federico KIA is a dealership you can walk into with ease, whether you know exactly the vehicle you looking for or want to do some “window shopping”. I never felt pressured and Chuck was very patient when I asked 101 questions. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a vehicle!
