My experience was Awesome Gosia, Heath and Don made this is the best experience. Feldman is the go to dealership. From the moment I walk in Gosia got it done a Saleslady who take charge and good at what she does. Heath got the ball rolling being persistent to make the deal happen I got a new car and Don made sure that what you were signing was a new car not signing for other unnecessary charges. Traveling from East to West it was worth it. So would I recommend this dealership yes. So be prepare to have the experience I had I went to Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia. What A Team! What A Dealership.

My 2013 Silverado was still under warranty with 32000 miles on it. I took vehicle in because service engine light was on. I also informed Feldman Chevrolet (Livonia) that I felt a slight vibration when the brakes were applied between 50-60 MPH. I figured the rotors were slightly warped and needed to be turned. Kevin advised me that the brakes were only covered under warranty until 24000 miles. I told Kevin to leave the brakes alone then, I would handle them on my own. Upon picking my Silverado up, Feldman had turned my front rotors at no charge and the vibration has disappeared. Thank You Kevin

I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle at this time (I was looking to do this in the spring) however, my 2008 cobalt had severe engines problems so I had to make a quick decision and decided to lease a 2016 Cruze. The service staff and sales staff were very helpful. It was a very long and tiring day. I'm very pleased with my vehicle so far. The one downside to the process of purchasing a new vehicle is the constant "upsale" from trying to get you to buy the extra insurance coverage, to OnStar trying to get you to purchase more Wi-Fi capability and also to get you extend your subscription to OnStar beyond the free six months. To the extend OnStar wanted my debit/credit card number so they could bill me in the future. At this point I became exasperated by the process and ended the call. That experience felt like the old Nickle and dime you to death theory.Having said all that, I still appreciate the efforts the service and sales staff put forth on my behalf and I will certainly return to Feldman of Livonia in the future.

I had been looking for a new small SUV because my car was too small and not good in the snow. With family on the East coast driving in the winter 10+ hours in my little car would not have been fun! I worked with Eric Moir and he spent a lot of time getting my to my budget that I was firm on, but he was able to do it and got me into a new 2016 Chevy Trax. Recently I was contacted by your salesman Marc Hager, he felt he could put me in a new pickup, for no additional monies over my current leased pickup. Please note I wasnt even thinking about making a new purchase as I still had very low mileage and 9 months left on the lease. Marc asked if there was anything different in a new vehicle we were looking for, and upon arrival for are appointment, he had two pickups waiting for us to look at with the additional items we requested. My engine light came on in my car so I took it in to get it looked at before the holiday. When I arrived everyone was really pleasant with smiles and hellos. The gentlemen was efficient and got me checked in right away. He informed me it was going to take an hour and said that he could set me up with transportation so I didn't have to wait. I decided to wait and good thing I did, in 10 mins he came back and informed me my hose came unattached and the fixed it. I thought it was something major and was relief it was so simple.

I've had my Equinox since 1/2015 and been in several times to either have oil changes or car washes. During my last oil change, I asked if someone could drop me off to my office and pick me up later when the car was ready, since I had a busy schedule that day. When the car was ready, they had someone drop off my car to my office and leave my key with my front desk. I was able to have my car serviced and not eat up a big chunk of my work day, waiting at their shop for it. Worth its weight in gold to me!! That's great customer service.

My vehicle's tire went flat suddenly while I was driving on I-94 near Ann Arbor. I pulled over and called Cevrolet Roadside Assistance - who answered immediately and were very helpful! They contacted a tow truck driver who was there within 25 minutes. He was extremely helpful and professional and had my car loaded and ready to go in 5 minutes! In stead of taking it to the nearest dealership, I asked him to take it to Livonia, which he did! He was great! I received a call the next morning from Tennyson/Feldman letting me know they had the vehicle and were working on it. In almost no time at all they had the tire repaired, they changed my oil and rotated my tires, and also completed a 27 point inspection I was told! I picked up the vehicle shortly thereafter! The dealership was friendly and quick which allowed my busy day to go on as normal without this causing any problems! I am 100% satisfied with everything about this situation - the Roadside Assistance call center, the tow truck driver, and the dealership! They did such a great job that I will absolutely be recommending Tennyson/Feldman Chevrolet in Livonia to everyone looking for a new car! They handled this very well and did not let it become an inconvenience to me - which I am very appreciative of! Thank you!!

I came in on Sept 29th and I had Chris brewis helping me. He was amazing!! He was very friendly, and has great customer service. My parents and I were there for 6 hours trying to find a car that I could buy/lease. Chris gave us so many cars to look at, they were all great. But me being only 20 going on 21 on Sept 30th I hadn't built any credit. Chris was going back and fourth with people at the bank trying to help me figure out what my Options were. We must have looked at 10 cars. I knew it wasnt Chris's fault for me not having any credit. But he and I were determined to have me walk out with a car before my party at 4pm that day. I highly recommend Chris brewis to anyone. He was willing to skip his lunch break to stay with me and get this situated. I had went to my bank to see if I could get loan, while we were there my step dad stayed behind. What ever Chris has said to my step dad to get him to cosign for me worked!!! When its time for me to lease again I will Definitely be going back to Chris. He made me feel better about buying/leasing a car. And got my payments to stay in budget. I really can't stress enough of how great Chris did. Hes honestly a great salesmen ,and just in grneral a very cool and nice guy. I hope this really helps. I recently brought my 2010 Impala in for some service work and i was very pleased with my experience. I dropped my vehicle off and right away i was greeted by a very friendly Service staff. They were able to get me into a rental car which was wonderful and i was off and running to work in no time. I'd had never visited the "new" service department until this week. So clean, organized, and it just "reeked" (in a good way) of professionalism and efficiency. Jennifer was just great in assessing the work that needed to be done and, much to my pleasant surprise, giving me a loaner so I could continue to get my own work done for the rest of the day. She worked very efficiently with the person that signed me up for the loaner, and the young man that took my car, and bought the loaner into the service area. Teamwork was so evident! And I coach and teach teamwork professionally! Same efficiencies and very pleasant service upon my return later in the afternoon. Someone even did a very unexpected service and "popped back in" a rear panel that had been out of alignment from being hit some months back. Kudos to all!Richard Gibson

I walked into the dealership only planning on looking and purchasing later, but after the great experience I had with all of the sales staff I was extremely happy to walk away with a 2015 Chevy Silverado. Pros: Jalen Holly (Sales and Leasing Consultant) was great to work with I purchased a beautiful pre-owned vehicle that had everything I wanted Dealership fixed issues I found with vehicle before delivering Cons: Dealership did not call back day before visit to verify vehicle was still available (after I called and requested this information and was promised a call back) Claimed to have 172 point inspection for certification yet vehicle had issues You do not negotiate face-to-face, your sales rep steps away to do this Was told paperwork would take an hour and it took three hours Delivery was three days late (with promises that it would arrive every day until it finally arrived) I had to contact them for updates every day, significant lack of communication Car was not detailed when it arrived as promised Overall, they were terrible at accurately setting expectations I expressed these concerns and a manager, Heath, told me "if a customer has one issue, they are likely to have more issues". Once the papers were signed it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone to discuss concerns. I will never buy from a Feldman dealership again.

All the people that we encountered at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. The salesman we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all the questions we had. He was very helpful when it came to explaining the instrument panel, seat options and other inside features of the cars that helped us decide on which car we selected. He was also very knowledgeable about the various financing options we had along with any rebates that were available to us. He offered his help with any questions that come up after driving the car for awhile.The finance person was also helpful explaining all the paperwork that needed signing. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

Great Service team - Jennifer and Danville (Last name). The lounge was clean and neat, lots of reading material available. The chairs were very comfortable - someone was actually taking a nap! Coffee was available for me which was nice. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work (for me at least) and there were no paper towels to wipe up a spill I made. I felt bad about searching through cabinets and drawers, but I did find a couple to clean up my mess. I hope they plan to have a special soon on the interior detailing, seems a bit expensive at $109. Overall, great service and I will be returning.

I brought my Impala in due to the engine light staying on. They provided me with a quick estimate of time to look at and diagnosis problem. Due to my unavailablity of obtaining a ride home, they gave me a free ride home and stated they could also pick me up once my car was finished. Our car was brought in for an update due to a recall notice. The work was done as needed. There was also a general check up done which recommended over $800 worth of repairs. We declined to have these items done at this time since we were not experiencing any problems. The customer service representative was courteous and polite both when dropping off and picking up the car. It was a very nice feature that our car was freshly washed when we picked it up.

I received 3 recall notices and had been putting off the repairs. I finally decided to call and schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get my car in that, or the next day. I came prepared to sit there for hours, waiting for the repairs to be done. Imagine my amazement when the service advisor helping me offered either a loaner car, or a ride home. I opted for the ride home and the driver was nice and very friendly. I picked up my car a few hours later and was again surprised to discover they had washed it as well. They also found the (now cancelled) credit card my daughter had misplaced nearly a year earlier. I don't know where in my car it was found (as I had torn it apart looking for the card) but it was in my drink holder when I got into my car. I'm 100% happy with the whole experience and would return to/recommend Tennyson Chevrolet for repair services.

Brian Graham at Tennyson is going to be my Chevrolet point person for life. Brian shatters the mold when it comes to car salesman -- he builds trust and then delivers on his promises. I purchased a new Chevy Impala from him, and just a few weeks later damaged a rim on a large pothole. I brought my car in without knowing what was wrong. I had just had a new motor put in and I took my car back to the company that replaced my motor. They had no idea what was wrong. My appointment was for 0700. After dropping off the truck, the Service writer Jennifer, offered a shuttle ride. I had a ride but I liked the service being available. I was on my way to work 10 minutes later. Very smooth operation. My truck was completed by 1000. The price was exactly what was quoted and Jennifer informed me of the BG Fluids transmission gurantee, which I was unaware of. She did not try to upsell anything and the price was fair. This was a bit of a impromptu purchase as my existing vehicle was on its last legs. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 4:30 in the hopes of being able to pick out a car and start the process of a purchase. The sales person, Gosha, understood our goals and did not try and up-sell us on another car. She was exceptionally nice to work with and was helpful in getting cars for us to look at and we had a chance to take a test drive before the dealership was scheduled to close at 6 pm. Even though if was a Friday night and the dealership closed at 6 PM we were able to complete the car purchase, despite several inquireies by me to "run the numbers", by 7 pm (both Gosha and the finance gentlmen stayed late to help us) This was a refereshing experience and both the salesperson and the finance person whould be commended for listening to the customer and meeting our desired outcomes.

They didn't have the exact model I wanted, and gave me some incorrect information on some of the features that I expected to be in the car, but they weren't. Just make sure you ask for a spec. sheet on the exact model you are purchasing! Probably would have cleared up a couple of issues.

This dealership was completely unbelievealbe at dealing with me closing on a used vehicle. I registered with them online, and browsed the inventory they had available. Arranged for a showing of a used Ford Escape. The sales team i was assigned too lost my paperwork several times during the buying process, and had a very hard time at returning phone calls in a timely manner. I would be left for several hours waiting when i was told it would only be a 10 minute wait. The financial department informed me i was approved for a car loan, and then told me the best they could do was an interest rate of 22%, but could not tell me what lender approved me for such a terrible rate. They kept telling me they lost that info as well, but knew that is what it was. I was tired of dealing with them after over a week of failed calls and misinformation, and went to another dealership and was immediately approved for a car on the spot for a 1.79% interest rate with all information available to me on the spot. I would not recommend. Please shop around.

I told her because I had my car at Gordon's chevrolet for service for 4 days now, and thay have not even looked at it. Because I was a drive in and did not make appoinment. She said she was sorry, for that. She could get it fixed by the next day. And would keep me up to date on the work. She called when the car went in the bay, then called when it was fixed. it was done the next day by 1:00 pm. The service that Jennifer Gave me was 10,000% better then Gordon's could ever dream of.

We bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Dominick Wieczorek back a few years ago and had such a great experience working with Dominick that we wanted to return go thru him again. We even had our vehicle serviced there last summer and he made sure with us being on vacation that we had a vehicle of the same size, which was a 2013 Traverse. My sister and brother in law have been using Dominick for years and set us up with him. We hit a deer and our 2011 Traverse is a total loss. I called Dominick on Tuesday December 10th and told him what had happened and that we were looking for another vehicle, but wasn't sure if there was anything he could do for us since we are now living in Iowa with my husband being in the military and wouldn't be able to make it up there before our rental car expired. He said tell me what you want and we can deliver it. I told him we only had 7 days left with the rental car now that they have confirmed my car being a total loss and he asked someone right then and there if they wanted to go to Iowa the coming Saturday Dec 14th. He pulled up last record asked if I wanted to change any of the features, colors, ect. I told him exactly what we wanted and he delivered our vehicle with everything we wanted including the dvd players in the headrests. We called, texted, and emailed over the next 5 days getting everything we needed. We signed the paperwork at our dinning room table. He walked us through setting up the Bluetooth and all the new features just as if we were driving it off the dealership lot. He got our payments within $11 dollars of our old one and we also added gap insurance since our scare with the deer. He is an amazing sales man that goes above and beyond and doesn't give up until you are completely satisfied whether you are buying a new car or getting a car serviced he always has a hand in helping making the process go smoothly. We are beyond excited with our New 2014 Traverse. He has even contacted us in the last couple of days to see how we are liking it and to see if we were satisfied. He made a very traumatic and stressful situation very easy. It was an amazing experience that when we tell people about it they are shocked. Thanks We will definitely return and send people his way.

This dealership is top notch. In an industry that is filled with corruption and dishonesty, it is refreshing to have dealt with the people at Tennyson. Dominick Wieczorek treated my family with great respect and assisted us in getting the vehicle we wanted after we hit a deer with our last Traverse (which we also bought through Tennyson with Dominick as our sales person). We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle as Dominick has gone out of his way to get us the right vehicle, at the right price, with all of the things we wanted in it. Being active duty military it was hard for us to get back to Michigan to pick up our new vehicle, so Dominick and his so Dominick and his son drove it to us to Iowa. Hopefully the next time Dominick will at least allow us to buy him lunch. Thanks again Tennyson team!!!

Wonderful dealership. Dominick really took care of me in a very polite manner. I am so happy with the deal that I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. He showed me a variety of Impala's so I could pick exactly the one I wanted. And to top it off, they gave me a great price on my trade-in. I have already told my good friend who had bought her present Impala from Tennyson. We will always think of Tennyson when we need another new car.

Christy Meyers was very helpful in helping me find the used car style I was looking for. She was also very patient in teaching me all the new controls on the dashboard and other features of the car. The sales and financing managers were also quite helpful in the purchasing process. Many other staff welcomed me to the dealership each time I was there.

I was having problems with the Fuel Sensor on our Traverse and I had taken it back to the Chevy dealership we originally leased from twice with no success. I was recommended by a family member to take my Traverse to Tennyson Chevrolet Service Department and was extremely pleased with the professionalism and customer service there. Roy Rebe did a great job making sure we were taken care. We received a great courtesy vehicle while our car was being serviced, and our Traverse was cleaned and received an oil change while at the dealership. Roy also followed up with me afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with our service at Tennyson Chevrolet. I will recommend Tennyson to all friends and family members for service and sales.

I recently took my vehicle to Tennyson, Chevrolet for some repair work. When I made the appointment I spoke with Doug Turel over the phone. The next morning Doug greeted me at the service counter with a friendly smile, he was very polite. As it turned out my car needed more work than I anticipated. Doug was very reassuring that they could take care of my car and offered me the use of a loaner car while mine was being serviced. I had an extended warranty contract on my car and Doug worked with the warranty company to cover all of the charges except the $100.00 deductible. Almost everyday that my car was at Tennyson I would receive a phone call from Doug to keep me up to date on the progress, what an unexpected surprise. Well to make a long story short I have my car back and it is running like new. I won't take my car anywhere else for service thanks to Doug and the service team at Tennyson, Chevrolet. Tennyson, Chevrolet has a customer for life.

I was able to obtain the appointment time that I wanted for my service. The technician was able to recreate both of the concerns that I reported. One was able to be diagnosed and corrected and the second stopped occurring before it could be completely diagnosed. My car was also returned clean. The maintenance work ordered was also completed in a professional manner. The Service Consultant, Doug, maintained frequent and clear communication on the progress of the repairs, and the Cruze provided as alternate transportation was pleasantly surprising in its performance.

At first my experience was a little rocky, but once I was handed over to Perry, my experience was amazing. I kept telling him how much I appreciated him. He was very patient with me and learning what I wanted in my new car that I was picking out for the very first time on my own. The sales manager was also wonderful in getting me a good deal on my trade in and the finance guy worked with me to get a payment I could afford to be able to walk out that day with my new equinox. I love my car and I loved my service! I would highly recommend Tennyson!

I am very impressed with the service I received when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff I encountered (Chris, Roy and another young man) were very professional, efficient and prompt in taking care of my vehicle (I purchased it there 2 years ago). I didn't really mind the wait, either. The customer waiting area has very nice and comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, Ipads and popcorn. They finished my vehicle before I was ready to leave!

Being disabled has drawbacks for me but Pat and the entire service department bent over backwards to accomodate me. With Pat's assistance my vehicle got picked up when I could not get it there for service, which included a recall item. I have already referred people to Tennyson and I hope they bring their vehicles in for servicing. Your dealership and service department are far better than my previous dealer and all my future business will be with Tennyson!

Drove 1/2 hr to look at used car my son was interested in, Salesman Ken came out and was very helpful and friendly, he explained the GM certified processes and warranties on a couple vehicles we were looking at. This is when (we'll call him Slick) Slick came out and took over with his pushy method of sales, trying to show us every car that was cheaper or right at our price range so they would not have to come down at all on their price. Finally went back to the 2 cars we were there to see when slick started all over again about the GM Certified vehicle inspection 72 point process so on, so on. When I told him we have to talk price negotiation now, we already heard the Certified speech,he got a bit defensive and finally walked away. Ken got the keys and went for a test drive with us, son loved the car, I raised the hood and was shocked to see the motor was covered in dirt, dried mud and a small puddle of oil near the head gasket. Pulled the dip stick only to find the stick so stained black after I wiped off the oil, that apparently was never changed on this car with 44k miles on it. So along with the many surface scratches, dirty back seat, and unwillingness to negotiate,That was the end of that deal! No problem with Ken the salesman, I think he was pretty shocked as well. Dealership called my son a couple times, said they could maybe come down a bit on the price of a couple cars we were also interested in and she'll call back, but dropped that ball. Tennyson Chevy should be ashamed to put something like that on the lot without looking at it, I doubt GM would like their name tied to the kind of Certified inspection process this dealer uses. Had time to post the car on web site, spend 1/2 hour talking GM Certified advantages, but didn't have time to negotiate price or even RAISE THE HOOD!

From the greeting at the showroom door, to leaving after installation of some after market items, a very good experience. Everyone was proffessional and knew thier part of the operation and a good portion of the other guys. Good inventory took the time to make sure I had the right vehicle for me, no matter how many times I went to look at the next one a row over and back. I am very pleased with my Chevrolet Traverse and have only needed to take it in for an oil change and a recall check on water safety pump seal. Both experiences were great! The employees whether it was Service Dept or Sales Dept were extremely nice and well attentive to my needs. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner. In the meantime I enjoyed the comfy chairs in the lounge area and the nice large screen t.v..

My coworkers daughter is Shannon, Shannon went above and beyond for me when my previous salesman at another dealership wasn't working for me. Shannon connected me with Perry Zakucia and he was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I am very happy with me new vehicle! The only downfall was having to wait for over an hour and a half between the test drive and the finalization of the paperwork.

I had the best experience at Tennyson Chevrolet in Livonia MI Mark Marks made our day/weekend. My husband and I had been to several different dealerships that day. All of them treated us like we were not important because we were not looking for a high end vehicle . So we were ignored. We came into Tennyson Chevrolet looking for the lower end model's because it was in our budget. Mark went right to work and stated I'm not going to look for anything you do not want. I hear you loud and clear and I'm going to get you want you are asking me for. Mark made sure we were taken care of and treated us with respect. Your entire staff treated us so well. We walked out of the dealership with no car that night but the next morning Mark called us right away and said we can get you in your new car today if you come in and work with our finance rep. I came in and within a few hours I was driving away in my new car. He called me a few days later to make sure everything was ok and if asked if I had any questions. Wow this is such great customer service. I will tell all my friends and family about what a good experience we had there. Mark Marks is the best

I have dealt with this Dealership service department on several occasions and have never been disappointed in either their integrity or service. Everyone is courteous, friendly, approachable and competent due in part at least because of Chris Brewis. He has the demeanor and attitude for dealing with people and is honest and forthright with what he tells the customer. They do the work you ask them to do and will point out something if they think it needs attention,but they do not try to sell you something you don't need. My latest dealing with them was just as I expected: work done in a professional way, done to the high degree of competence at a fair price and in a very timely manner. I might add, my vehicle is an older Pontiac and because of my dealings with Tennyson, my next car I'm sure will be a Chevrolet. Keep up the great work Tennyson- and Chris Brewis!!! Thanks for restoring my faith in car dealerships.

The only dealership I go to. I would never consider any other dealership. Joel Copeland is the best salesperson they have and he is the only person I would deal with. Jim Thomas is good as what he does as well with all the financing. And they couldn't have a better General Manager than Keith Lang. My loyalty has always been with Tennyson and will continue to have my loyalty for years to come.

I have dealt with Joel for 14 years now. I live 50 miles away from his location but I will continue to drive that distance because of the excellent customer service Joel provides to my wife and I. He personifies customer service and covers all of the little details without me having to ask. When I had trouble with my truck once, he offered to come get me and get my truck taken care of and I was more than 60 miles away at the time. How many sales people would do that for their customers?? As long as Joel works at Tennyson Chevrolet, I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from them.
