The service center is the worst place I been to bad commutation and bad service people they try to sell u what u don't need, I'm in sales so I see what they are doing when u call u are transferred 3 time and u still do not get to talk to anyone from the service department..

I have had the worst experience here. They have had my car for 4.5 months. No calls from them. No information about my car. If I wanted information I had to call them. And when I did call no one would give me any information. The manager Matt S Didint provide the right service. When I asked why this is taking so long the manager Matt S could not give me answer. When I did FINALLY get my car back the engine bay was absolutely filthy. It's like they just hurry up to get it done. Since they have had my car for this long I would except to get back clean. It should not take 4.5 months to replace head gasket. Maybe it should take a couple weeks but 4.5 months isince entirely too long for this. I feel like my car was swept under the rug and forgot about. I'm very UNSATISFIED with the service and will not be going back. I would advise any and all customers to start searching for a new service center before this place has your vehicle for this much time.Helpful?

I dealt with Chris initially trying to find a car that my wife would appreciate since she is the one who would be driving the car the most. Chris was very helpful in what she needed and I drove a Kia Sorento home for her to check out. She was happy and she drove the car and spoke to Chris about the car. Chris answered all of her questions and then after a while Dave Fischer spoke to us about the financing. Dave was also very helpful.

Stopped by because one of the key fobs did not work. The service advisor knew right away it could be the battery, and he even showed me how to replace it. Chatting with him about my back up camera flicker issue led me to make a service appointment and indeed it was a defective part. They had the part in store, and the warranty covered its replacement.It is not usual to have this level of speedy and satisfactory service in any dealership. High marks for Greg!

I was told I would receive my trade-in equity check in 7-10 days. Still haven't recieved it after 11 days. I am not happy. Now my salesman says to wait 15 days before he will look into what happened. I feel deliberately misled as to how long it would take.

I'm moving out of the area and decided to take in my 2011 Kia Soul to get its 60,000 mile maintenance done. Andrew Jackson explained everything that they usually do for that and even said he wouldn't charge me for things it didn't need (like a filter). He even said when I'm in a new area to not be upsold by other dealers and have certain parts replaced. That totally shocked me because other places aren't that honest. It took about two hours and Andrew surprised me again and discounted the services 10% for me. Highly recommend!

I explained to the sales person that I needed a reliable vehicle nothing fancy. I work two jobs and I'm a grandmother trying to make ends meet. I bought the 2009 Impala which was my "only option with the credit issues" I have. I now have a 250 dollar a month note and my Impala is in the shop four months later needing a new transmission. I suppose if I had come in with excellent credit and money to burn. I'd be okay now. Instead I'm missing work with hopes of rebuilding my credit down the drain. Please if you're female and alone, don't go to Feldman Kia. Beware this dealership.

I drive right in the service department and I'm greeted immediately with a smile. I inform the service rep. of my needs and we discuss it, and off goes my car for service. I was informed there was a recall and that was taken care of as well as my oil change. During my wait I'm always offered bottle water, coffee and popcorn during my wait. My experience was great and the prices are fair.

Andrew made me feel like having a flat tire could be not such a bad thing, Kia Roadside Assistance towed my car (had no spare) to the nearest dealer free of charge, my tire was patched and they gave me a free car wash - as always at any Kia dealer I was treated better than family could treat me ! Thanks , I will always recommend Kia as every experience is top notch.

While the work was satisfactory, the time element involved was quite lengthy-much longer than Service originally anticipated. That was understandable and I had no choice but to wait. As more time passed, however, my patience was growing short. One of your sales personnel stopped by and asked how I was. I said I was okay, but tired of waiting. He replied, "We're very busy.....if you'd give us lots of money, then we could enlarge our Service Department and you could get out faster.." I thought his comments were crass and uncalled for.

I was met at the service bay by the friendliest people you'd ever want to meet...they called me by my name and quickly got me settled into the waiting area. While having my services performed Paul stopped by and we chatted about my current KIA Soul and the previous Soul that I sold to my son. My wife and I needed a new car. After being contacted by Dave (Sales Manager) from seeing cars we were interested in on line. Dave and I had talked a few times over the phone where he spent a lot of time getting information on the cars we liked. We made a 2 hour trip to the dealer where he introduced us to Steve a sales person who also took his time and helped us pick the perfect couple vehicles. The deals fell though on them but Dave went to work with his sister store (Chevy) and found another vehicle my wife loved, worked a fantastic deal with the manager of that location and we were so happy just picked up a 2nd car 2 days later. Dave is a man of his word, and this dealership stands behind his promise of beating deals, and then OVER delivers. They went out of their way to make sure our experience was excellent. When I took my car in for an oil change I was informed that my turbo was spitting oil all over the engine compartment. The dealership took care of the problem and gave me a rental car while they did. I never thought I'd buy an import. But, after the economic collapse and the auto bailouts...things changed with how cars were being sold...especially at GM dealerships (where I leased several cars over the years!). The supply of cars on their lots was horrible...nothing to sell...nothing I wanted was on the lot...nor could they get the car I wanted (I have stories as to how hard I tried to give GM my business). Anyway, partly out of necessity, I walked into Kia. I went to a few dealerships around town...Feldman gave me the best deal! They had the best selection on the lot and worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted. The sales staff is "motivated" in a good way. I'm a "motivated" consumer so it was a great match for me. I was looking for the best deal and Feldman worked to give it to me! They definitely want to make the sale...and I like that!! My first lease was a 2011. I went back 3 years later to look at the 2014 and the sales staff worked hard to make sure I got the best deal. Well, I got a great deal on my lease and the 2014 Sorento is GREAT!! They got me in and out fast for a free oil change and tire rotation. No other service issues. The dealership and service department is very clean and nice...the staff is very nice and helpful across the board! I look forward to going back to lease another vehicle in 2017! PS. They also own the Chevy dealership next door so you can double shop all in one place...they say they'll beat any deal...and they have!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

1) Insurance Company dropped off car and Service Department signed for when called 7/8 days later to check status they had no record of car being there. Visual was done and found car in lot. Car had not been put in the computer. 2) Made appointment to have car put on hoist and pictures taken of damage. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for open bay. When one opened Service Department manager and us went outside to wait at car. Employee came out and informed us that since battery was dead they weren't about to push it and " if we wanted pictures we could crawl under the car and take them". He turned around and walked back inside and the manager followed without a word. We are seniors and the Mr. is disabled and has to walk with a cane. 3) When the Body Shop finished repairing the Fire Damage called us that car could be picked up. I asked if the Service Department had done a complete electrical check when they replace the two electrical harnesses that caught fire in the rear tail light section. Checking paperwork found had not been done. They called and confirmed this. The body shop had one of their specialist run one instead of taking car back to the Service Department. Electrical Surges were found in over 3 places INCLUDING the junction of the new harnesses they had just put in. Body shop repaired. The Service Department was giving us a car that was unsafe and dangerous to drive. Thank God I questioned their work. 4) we finally were able to pick our car up AFTER 3 MONTHS of being there. This was truly the stuff nightmares are made of.

After alomst 10 years with my Kia Spectra 5 , I decided to trade it in on a Kia Forte Koup.I went to Feldman Kia to lease my new car. The service there was great. Paul King was my salesman. He explained why leasing was a better option for me and even when I had doubts he was very patient . Ross Sears helped me through the leasing part and did a great job. Paul went over all the options in the car and offered to set another appointment for me if I need more time to go over everything. I brought in a barely used Kia Sorento to have it checked out before purchase. The service manager squeezed me in for that afternoon! They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, advised me on details of maintenance (lots of good info), and in the end refused to charge me anything, even though we live two hours away and would probably never be back to them. If you need Kia service in the Novi area these people look like a good bet to me. We bought the Kia and am very impressed with it.

I have purchased several cars over the years, but I have to say my buying experience with Feldman Kia was the best! I was in search of my teenage son's first car and saw a 2010 Kia Soul at Feldman. I contacted them one evening and the very next day was connected with Steve Smith, my salesperson. I met with Steve to go look at the car, test drive it, etc. I had some minor concerns with the car, but Steve, working with the service department, addressed everyone of them and, after some negotiation, arrived at a fair deal. I got a better price than I had seen elsewhere & my son loves the car! Other members of the staff I met were: Billy, Ross, Doug and Andrew. The entire staff is very pleasant, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great, no pressure, buying experience. We also get the first oil change free, so I'll be visiting Feldman Kia again in the next few months; looking forward to it!

I came into Feldman Kia as a first time buyer on a budget. My husband and I crunched together how much we could afford on monthly payments and Jamie showed us many options to choose from. We ultimately were looking for a safe SUV with enough room for our baby on the way and two dogs! We browsed the lot and their online inventory. The sales manager even met with us personally and reassured us that they would find us the perfect car that met our expectations and didn't break our budget. So we came across a very reasonably priced Chevy Equinox with low miles. Jamie was very prompt and got the car shipped over to the dealership for us to take it out for a test drive. This was the one! I told Jamie and he immediately took action. He kept me posted through the whole process and was patient to answer any questions I had! Jamie and everybody else who worked with him to get me this car are very hard working, wonderful people. And not to mention extremely genuine. Like I said I am a first time car buyer and am also on the younger side, and the fact they took me so seriously really made me feel good about deciding to go with Feldman Kia. Getting an oil change and routine inspection on my car wasn't how I wanted to spend my lunch hour but it was time. Denise was excellent from start to finish. She was able to schedule me the day I called, was an excellent hostess while I was there, and she adjusted my coupon as I paid removing the amount of the tire rotation as they did not complete this (advising that I replace the tires.) The service tech got me back to work on time- thank you! Everyone in the office was friendly as I waited in the lobby (very nice, clean waiting area.) Typically we go elsewhere for tires, but unless the quote given to me is way out of the ballpark, I will definitely purchase my new tires at the dealership. They make me feel as though they care about my car as much as I do.

Today was my first contact with Feldman Kia of Novi and I have I to say it was the best new car experience I have ever had. At 62 years of age this was not my first trip to the "auto rodeo". My salesman Chris Rego was as helpful and courteous as one would ever hope to encounter. On top of everything else he even shuttled my new 2014 Forte home for me in six inches of of snow covered roads. His idea. Much appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and polite. My wife and I must have shaken hands with at least five different people that approached us out of courtesy. On the way in one salesman held my wifes' arm in the snow covered parking lot until we were at the front door then pointed us to Chris whom I had spoken to the day before on the phone. The entire process was painless. Negotiated the deal, paid cash for the car and it was detailed, cleaned, inspected, and at my home within 4 and a half hours from walking in the front door. The follow-up (from Jamie Curry) to my internet inquiry was exceptionally fast. Jamie asked several questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for and offered suggestions immediately. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the customer service was 5 star. The sales manager immediately came over and introduced himself and chatted with me while Jamie brought a car around for me to test drive. When it came time to discuss financing, "Bobby" sat down with me and explained all of my options, including the differences in coverage when purchasing a used vehicle. Our paid off van died last week. Contacted Jamie Curry at Feldman Kia, from a listing on Feldman's site for a 2011 Sorento. The car is beautiful and had a great internet price - below blue book. Jamie was great. We were able to do everything except the test drive online and over the phone. Their financing department even beat the deal I was going to get from my credit union. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and not pushy like normal sales people usually are. They treated me like a friend from the moment I walked in the door. When first greeted by Paul King he appeared as if he felt I would waste his time. I told him I was looking to buy a Kia Optima and that this would be my first car note. Right away I was told I would need a co signer prior to review of my finantial information or credit. When he was presented with my income he stated that my year to date must be an estimate and could not be real. Once he viewed and went over it, he perked up a little. I took a 2011 cherry kia for a test drive, he did not show me any features inside to adjust anything he just let me go. When I returned I was adivsed that the car I test drove would be the one I would have to purchase. I was told it was because that car fell within the price range I should strive for as a first time loaner at 18,000. I expalined that the color I was not happy with and his reply was " You are driving a tan 2004 doge stratus which would you rather be styling in?" All of this is going on while the banks are still processing my infomation and nothing had yet been finalized. As time passed while wating on the bank, Paul adivsed me that I should try for a loan that was about $7,000 and proeeded to show me a 09' Chevy Malibu with 77,000 miles. After I expressed that the amount of milage was not going to work for me, I was then told that I need to lower my standards and that I was looking at a car in the wrong range in regards to the 2011 kia. He went on to tell me that when he got his first car he could not get what he wanted and 3 years later he was, and I should crawl before I walk. He went back to speak with his manager. He came back with paper work and I was then adivsed that I qualified for a 2013 Kia optima to lease. I was so confused because at first I was told I needed to strive for the 2011 kia, then told I needed to get a loan for 7,000 and encouraged to get the 09 Malibu. Finally was told that I qualified for the 2013 Kia after all of this, and I was just ready to go. I did not purchase my Kia Optima from Feldman Kia. I insted went with another Kia dealership in Dearborn MI . My salesman and experience else where was like night and day, a much more friendly and professional experience. I would not reccomend anybody to come to Feldman Kia and work with Paul King. I am not sure why he is in the car sales profession. He was not personable, or friendly and made my first time experience a horrible one.

I was looking for a car, I went to different dealership and search through different websites and compared the prices of different brands and makes. In Feldmann's Kia, I got the KIA OPTIMA HYBRID at reasonable price. Their Sales team is excellent. I am giving 100% rating to Sales representive Anthony Boone. They want to sell the car and they care the customers. I had some bad experience in other places like Suburban Hyundai and Nissan, Troy. Their attitude is like this. We have the car in the lot, if you want to buy then pay the MSRP price, we don't care.

Feldman Kia was absolutely amazing to work with in our purchase of a new Kia and our trade-in of a current Kia. Mary was our initial contact; and she was warm, friendly, kind, and very genuine with us. She gave us no 'pushy sales tactics' at all, and at no time did we EVER feel pressured. Mary went out of her way to make our experience easy, comfortable, and pleasant! We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Malcolm, but we know he was there behind the scenes to make sure things went smoothly! Blake and Billy were both very warm and easy to talk to, and they were both super-helpful in completing the purchase of our new Kia Soul (which we LOVE!) and in explaining all it's awesome features. The dealership is clean and welcoming, and in a lovely location that is easy to get to and looks well-maintained. We haven't needed service yet, but we're sure the service department will be equally excellent! We would not hesitate to recommend Feldman Kia!

On March 29, 2013 I brought my Kia Soul in for it's 1000 mile check-up and Oil Change. I was quickly greeted by Randy Merry who proceeded to go over what they were going to do. I did have some questions regarding some of the "Technology" which I was confused about and he took the added time and went over everything with me. He then showed me to the waiting area where I was offered something to drink and popcorn if I wanted while the service was performed. During this process I was told it would be about 10 minutes (which it was). I was also able to speak with a potential customer about my love of my new Soul and the great service I was getting at Feldman Kia. I must say, this dealership has exceeded all my expectations and I'm very happy with my overall services I received.

Service Dept.good here no complaints. Last sales experience just so so. First sales guy I talked to and was serious about buying my '13 Soul, the next day was sick ,no follow through on the part of the sales staff. Second guy seemed to pick up the ball,I said I didn't like the hubcaps. He offered to get me a new set and have them installed. Never happened. I talked to the sales manager, who correctly said it needs to be on paper. I said I understand, but the guy should have never offered what he wasn't gonna do. Ever heard anything back now that I have had the car 3 months, NOPE.

The service was excellent: they finished the car quickly at a reasonable price but more importantly they made sure my wife and daughter (who were in the car when it began experiencing serious mechanical problems) were safe and well taken care of. They even drove my wife and daughter to the mall and picked them up when the car was done! This is the kind of service that seems to have disappeared but we were lucky that our car ran into problems so close to this dealership. Would definitely go back.

You get a reminder when the service is due, appointsments are easy to schedule, no long wait, very good prices. The car always gets washed perfectly after service. I had been looking at Soul's and figures I would be buying the base moedl as it best fit my budget. Andrew showed me the Exclaim on the floor and it offered the features I wanted most - Sunroof and Stereo. Bob Straub did what he could to get more for my truck trade-in and next thing you know, I was driving the beautiful Soul Exclaim home for about $45.00 a month more than I thought I would pay for the base model and I COULD'NT BE HAPPIER! Andrew called me the next day to make sure I was happy. I have stopped in twice and Andrew has taken the time to teach me things I needed to know as well as washing the car when I go in (much easier than reading a manual). Bob was extremely nice and bought my first tank of gas as I had put some into the truck prior to trading in thinking it wouldn't happen that night and complained. Top notch service! I honk and wave and comment that I have the nicest Soul out there almost every time I pass the dealership.

I bought a used car through Frank Malone at Feldman Kia and I paid cash, no financing or even a check. He made commitments to complete several small items on he car before delivery. He made me feel very rushed to pay for the vehicle and take delivery, told me it had to be done that day. When I did take delivery of the car the small items he had told me would be handled were not, to add insult to injury their detail person burnt the paint on both doors. Mr. Malone proceeded to tell me that the detailer was lazy and not very good - why is he employed there then? I was offered no resolution to the paint problem. The tires looked low on pressure so after checking them I found all of the tires only has 22 psi of pressure in them not the reccomended 32, so much for there 117 point inspection process. After all of this I'm now being told they screwed up the paperwork and several items need to be resigned. He wanted us to come to him. He finally agreed to meet us. Salesman was told he needed to be at her work at 12:00pm at the beginning of her lunch break as to not interupt her schedule - they showed up at 1:30pm!! It took three tries to get the paperwork correct. Thinking I wish I had never stopped into this dealership to begin with.

I went looking for a car, I had the cars that I wanted in mind then a sales consultant came out and spoke with me. He showed me the cars that I wanted then he showed me a 2012 KIA Optima which wasn't the car that I had even thought about but I fell in love with it. I did my homework on the KIA Optima, I returned and went on a test drive and that was my car. Things happened that were out of our control so I couldn't get that particular car, so my sales consultant (Steven E.) and the sales manager (Bob S.) worked with me all day to make sure that they could get me in a vehicle that would work for me, so at the end of the day I drove out with a 2012 KIA Optima with all the bells and whistles except a navigation system.

I took my Kia Sorrento in to Feldman for some repairs. I needed several items looked at and reviewed for service. Randy, the service manager was always so helpful and willing to answer any question I had. The car was looked over and once the diagnosis was complete, he called me to let me know what needed to be taken care of. The best part was his honesty. He even told me what didn't need to be done. He could of really added things on but was honest and took care of me. When I picked up the car, he took the time to sit down with me and really explain what was done and cost of each item. I had a great experience, my car runs great after repairs, and I did not feel taken advantage of. Will definately return when service is needed.

I live in Cleveland and was in Detroit on business (2/15/12)driving my KIA Sorento when I had a transmission issue will on the highway. I was not familiar with the area around Novi, Michigan in any way. I Googled for the KIA dealership nearest to me (as I sit on the side of the highway) and Feldman KIA was 2 miles away. I explained my issue to Randy Merry and he took over from there! He put me at ease that they would figure out the issue and could not have been more hospitable - which made a tremendous impression on me being hours from my home dealership with a potential severe issue. They quickly determined it was a transmission software issue and had me back on the road (in perfect working order) in a matter of a couple hours. We love our dealership here at home, but the actions of Randy and everyone at Feldman KIA in Novi was nothing short of excellent. Being on the road, it was tremendously appreciated!

Today was my second service with them. I have a Kia Sorento (2011)..On both the occasions, the service staff at Feldman Kia made me feel at home - Right from the time I arrived at the location till the time I was checked out.My service advisor today was Randy Merry. He is one awesome advisor to work with.Some highlights of the service:* Warm reception* Excellent pre-service information. I was told exactly what they would be doing today and how much it would cost. I was also told what to expect in my next service to prep me.* The lounge is very comfortable. Quiet so I could actually do some work while I was waiting. I was kept informed periodically as to how much longer it would take.* When it was all over, I was once again informed what exactly was done today and also the details on what to expect in my next service.* To top it all, I was escorted to my clean car in a friendly manner by Randy.Overall, I would recommend this dealership for everyone. Even if you have to drive 15 miles to get here, I am sure it is worth it.

This new dealership is very nice. They are friendly from front (sales) to back (service). We recently had our Kia Sorento in for service and worked exclusively with Randy Merry. Randy's attention to detail is unmatched and when he gives you a promise time for your vehicle to be done, Randy and his team are usually ahead of the game. If you ever go to Feldman Kia, you'll notice people outside the dealership waiting to greet you, open the door for you, and escort you to your destination. Although we bought the Sorento at the old location, this new location on Grand River stands out as a jewel for not only the Feldman Auto Group but for Kia Motors as well. Great job Randy and the service team.

When my family and I stopped by Feldman KIA a few weeks ago to look at both the KIA Sportage and Sorento, we were met in the freezing cold by Eric Moir, who would eventually become our sales rep for our new, 2012 KIA Sorento. After test-driving the two SUV models, Eric proved himself knowledgeable and professional about the vehicles we were interested in. He was extremely helpful as he guided us through the options that were available on both SUVs, so we could make an informed decision in our price range. With his assistance, we realized that the Sorento was a better fit for our active family of four. Once we decided to buy, our next objective was to get a fair value for our trade-in. Though we didn't get the exact price we were looking for on our trade-in at first, sales manager, Bob Straub, went out of his way to explain why the trade value for our car was limited and made extra calls to get us an additional $500 at the end of our deal. We appreciated his straightforward approach and willingness to negotiate. He also moved heaven and earth during the Christmas holiday season to make sure we were getting all of our favorite options for our new Sorento, including the right color (which Feldman didn't have on their lot at the time). We appreciate that Bob was our partner not our adversary during our buying process. Our final interaction was with finance manager, Sheila Harriger, who was able to pleasantly walk us through financial forms while entertaining our young daughter at the same time. Sheila was thorough, patient, funny and clearly knew her stuff. She made the signing experience relatively painless. For us, the process of buying a car is somewhat comparable to taking a trip to the dentist, a necessary evil. But, at the end of the day, we're all better off when our teeth are clean and healthy. In comparison, our family definitely feels better off after getting a new car through many positive interactions with the staff of Feldman KIA.

Since I was knowledgeable about my purchase, I got a good deal that I was satisfied with. However, I did had to tell them what their current financing incentive was, since they had it wrong. Overall, I'm very happy with my buying experience and especially with my new Kia Soul!

I visited Feldman Kia for the first time a couple of years ago for an oil change in response to a coupon mailer for routine service. I have since visited several times for routine work as well as problem areas. This recent experience was due to my car needing to be jumped 2 days in a row. As before, I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness as well as competence and caring for my vehicle. Randy took care of the problem and reminded me I needed my rear brakes serviced. I was ready for this, as the last time I was in, he informed me they were OK but I would probably need them in a few months time. I have comparative shopped with my friends and find the charges very competative, and the service excellent. In addition I have a comfort level with service I have never experienced before. I have zero anxiety when my 2006 car has a problem. My first thought is, I will take it to Randy and it will be OK; and it is. I have needed shuttle services several times when repairs or service was needed. The young men that drove me home and picked me up at the door were a delight. No loud music blaring, clean professional appearance, courteous, and friendly to a senior lady who appreciates these attributes. They shared conversation, were never pushy or silent during the drive; just pleasant. They gave me the feeling that they would be great grandsons helping out their family. I believe there are few pure coincidences in life, but that at times we are blessed to have things fall into place to help us on our life journey. For me this is one I feel I have been helped along the way to find Feldman Kia, Randy and his staff to lighten the burden of care maintenance and problems. Thank You Randy & staff. Marge Poupard

This was our first experience with Marty Feldman Kia. We were in the market for a car for my 21 year old son who was trading in a 1999 GMC Jimmy. We were treated well and they did everything they could to make the process go smoothly. While discussing the details I asked when we could get the car and they told us that we would be driving it home that very same night. They spent the time to familiarize my son with the features of the vehicle. They had the car we want at a price we were willing to pay. A very pleasant experience and we would recommend them.

My journey of buying a new car was the worst experience ever, until I went to Feldman Kia, and was assisted by Andrew. Andrew made a terrible experience at another dealership turn out to be AWESOME! The 'other' Kia Dealership, was more than willing to take my deposit check for a vehicle order that they stated would be in within 3 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, and driving a rental car for 2 of the 6 weeks (because my lease had to be turned in), the vehicle I ordered was no where to be found. That dealership had 'no answers' and no ETA of when the car would be in, and offered NO resolution for an alternative, or other options. Basically I was left with no car, and a terrible experience out of that dealership. I decided to go over to Feldman Kia, as I still wanted to buy a Kia, but was hoping that not all dealerships were as terrible as the one I came from. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Andrew at the door when I walked in (the other dealership I had to hunt someone down to help me), and told him of my terrible experience at the other dealership. Andrew was more than willing to assist! He let me know why the vehicle I had put a deposit on and ordered, and had already waited 6 weeks for, was not obtainable, and giving me options for immediate alternatives. He understood my urgency of needing a vehicle and getting out of my rental car. I gave Andrew my price point, all the specifics and the options I wanted the vehicle to have. Within 3 days Andrew located a vehicle that was 'basically' what I wanted. I wanted leather and heated seats, the vehicle he found did not have it though. SO Andrew had a local company put leather and heated seats in the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised the leather turned out great and the heated seats are AWESOME! Andrew made it happen! Andrew went above and beyond to make me happy! I am in my new vehicle, it looks great, just what I wanted, and with a payment that was actually a little under my price point (YEA!). On top of that it only took about a week to find the car, put the leather and heat in it, and get me on the road. I have to also thank Sheila in Finance and Bob the Sales Manager, for assisting in making it happen as well. I could not be happier, and so thrilled with the experience I got from everyone at Feldman Kia! Andrew, Bob and Sheila all deserve gold stars for great customer service. Personal THANK YOU to Andrew, as I stated earlier, a terrible experience at another dealer is now a distant memory thanks to him! I will recommend Feldman Kia and all the noted people to all my family and friends! Thanks so much Andrew!!

My car has been in their shop 5 times in the last month and a half for the same problems. They keep coming up with sorry excuses why it hasn't been fixed. I keep having to wait on parts and in the meantime they told me it was safe to drive. (Mind you it was brake issues). On numerous occasions I've had to turn right around because the issues weren't fixed. Spoke to a manager and never received a call back. This place is horrible!

Randy in service is exceptional. He is polite, easy to deal with and just really, really nice. My car was serviced with efficiency, speed and expertise. They washed and vacuumed the car and even dried it. In Michigan, the roads are very salty this time of year, and the car just shined.The sales manager, Steve, came over and said hello and offered any assistance needed--which was great, but I needed nothing more than his greeting as the service department floored me with their service.My buying experience was also exceptional. The salesman sold me over the phone and we needed a new car that day as our old one had just "died," and we were out of there in a few hours. Very fast and efficient service. Even the receptionist is terrific and always helpful and polite. The parts manager is also polite and efficient.Good overall experience. I highly recommend Feldman Kia.
