Dropped car off for air bag replacement, guy who set appt up with the lady assisting the recall stated “2-3 Hours for the job to be completed” I set up the appt on my day off, dropped the car off 10a.m sat in Camden at the local DD until my car was done. It’s 530 now they Are closed, they did not call me to pick it up. I have no car to drive back to Rome, I have to work tomorrow at 0630 a.m. I expect this out of some hole in the wall hack shop. Not a ford dealership.

I took a test drive in a used F-250, when I came back I slid by the driveway in the snow, when I got inside the salesman asked what I thought. Told him it was a nice truck but obviously needs better tires( laughing). Owner told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Was then told by owner he didn't care if he ever sold me a vehicle. So I left and bought a truck at Nye Ford in Oneida where I was treated excellent.

I bought a special ordered super duty F250 at this dealership and the overall experience was very good. Nice staff and not your typical pushy sales people. Very familiar with the trucks and various programs and rebates.Just a refreshing buying experience unlike some of the bigger stores where they have a high turnover of obnoxious uneducated sales people these guys actually made the buyng experience a relative pleasure.I had my truck in for service and for warranty work and they were able to get my truck in quickly and get the problem corrected (warranty). I did have to bring my truck back in a second time for the same problem to get it corrected but they did mange to resolve the issues.
