Assistant service manager did not have the skillset to schedule my appointment in person.Was told to call the following week due to not having any knowledge of what his current scheduel consisted of. Has not returned any of my calls. Will get my inspection and recall taken care of elsewhere. Poor customer service due to incompetent assistant service manager.

It took a little bit of complaining and getting in contact with the right people but, they fixed the issue I had with the truck I bought. I am satisfied that the work is getting done. I was disheartened that I had to force the issue and it wasn't taken care of right away but, I guess you need to get in contact with the right people. At the end of the day, I am satisfied and happy Ferguson GMC Buick.

We were shopping around for another Denali Acadia and initially went back to Mike Shaw because that's where we got our '13 Denali Acadia, NEVER again! We felt we were being cheated! We have owned GMC vehicles since 2002 and been with Ferguson since 2011 when I bought my Sierra, we regret going elsewhere. But we came back and they are still the best SALES and SERVICE departments we have ever dealt with and we got into our new '16 Denali Acadia-we love it!. They're always going to great lengths to make sure you're happy! I will always refer friends and family to them, most especially (Victoria, Kenney, and Jason). We will never go elsewhere for another GMC dealership! Keep up the AWESOME job Ferguson!-A VERY happy/satisfied customer!

I had an appointment with a certain representative, but when I was greeted, I was greeted with a genuine smile and gratitude. Even though the representative I had an appointment with was not available, the representative (Rob Ryon) was more than happy to show me around. He knew exactly where the vehicles were at that I was in the market for. Mr. Ryon was not at all pushy and his main goal was to ensure that I was a happy customer, regardless of the purchasing outcome. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable with the GMC lineup. I ended up walking out of the dealership with a brand new 2015 GMC Sierra 4x4 SLE. I will definitely be recommending anyone interested in buying a car to go to Ferguson Buick, namely Mr. Ryon. Even after the purchase, he contacted me to see how I was enjoying my new truck.

I recently purchased a 2013 Buick Regal Premium ITurbo. After doing some extensive research ( 6 months) online for either a late model Kia Optima LX or a late model Buick Regal, I noticed one on the lot at your S. Academy Blvd location. I made a few phone calls to some frineds that are consistently buying new and or used vehicles on a regalur basis. I was told to go see Reggie Talison at Ferguson Buick. Upon meeting Reggie, I instantly knew this guy was a "real" person. I'm tired of meeting crappy sales consultants throughout our vehicle lots. Mr. Talison on the other hand was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. This gentlemen is a no nonsense salesman. You tell him what you want, what you can afford and he works with you within these guidelines. I truly wish there was more like him. THANK YOU Reggie Talison and Norm Estrada for your work ethic and your "non pushy" approach. OUTSTANDING TEAM at Ferguson Buick!!!!!!

I'm leaving with a brand new Acadia. The staff is NOT pushy at all!! Very welcoming, friendly and responsive to the customers needs. I dealt with Jeff Mann and Bill Himes and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both explained things in detail and tried their best to give me the best possible deal available. I only dealt with Marie via email but she took the time to meet me in person. Customer service was fantastic!!

If you want a honest place to get your car serviced do not take it here. The first issue is when you drive in there is not even a sign that tells you where service is. Once you find it, nobody greets you. Once you get your car in, plan on taking it back a few times so they can get it right. Jim Dembriczak wanted to charge me a 2nd time for work they did not get right, than you go to the service manager Marvin Treadway and I have never meet a service manager that wanted nothing to do with customer service, you could tell all he wanted to do was get me out of his office and not take care of the problem. Save your time and money and find a place that cares about there customers.

Elisha was great! Felt no pressure at all and all questions were answered and if she doesn't know the answer she is honest and tells you so only took less than 90 minutes for all paperwork! Plus they even kept my daughter busy and she's an active 9 year old.

I recently bought my truck here and it was my first time buying a car so it was all new to me. Joshua Chambers was the sales man who worked with me and he was a big help during this process! His patience while working with me was appreciated. He has a great personilty and was very friendly. Normally car sales man are the pushy type who wanna force you into something, Josh was not like that! He just stood back and let me and my dad look over the truck and talk about the possibility of me buying it. When the time came to start the paperwork, Josh was with me through it all to help where he could. I would definitely go see him again! I absolutely love my truck and couldn't be happier with it!

came in and expected the same go around, but it was not that way at all. i actually enjoyed buying a truck and had no second guesses about it. Syd which was the sales person was very helpful and never pushed me once into anything. I highly recommend this dealership.

Syd sold me my 2006 GMC Envoy. He was great at explaining everything to me. There were no surprises to me when I got to finances. I recommend Syd everytime someone needs a car. He is a great guy on top of being a one of the best sells guy I have ever dealt with.

Recently I was in the market for a new vehicle; & decided to check out Ferguson Buick GMC. I had received an email from Marie Roberge, Ferguson's Internet Manager in response to an application that I had submitted! Marie is a super friendly person who has stellar customer service skills! She invited me to the dealership to check out their cars, & even had their shuttle driver Gary pick me up at my residence. Marie met me in the showroom & handed me off to Dante Brown in Sales who showed me a couple of vehicles that met my needs. Both vehicles were in great shape, super clean, and had low miles! I decided on a 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring Sedan which only had 50K Miles! They had sold & serviced the vehicle & Dante took me for a test drive. Ferguson's are very up front with the price of the vehicle & Dante shared all costs b4 submitting the application over to their Finance Group. Within a few hours; the entire deal was complete! A great car in great condition at a great price!! By far this is the Best Car Dealership in COS! They treat you like family & its not surprising you return her repeatedly to purchase a vehicle!!

We were looking for a new work truck. I called Syd and got details on one I thought would work well for us. He immediately pointed out it wasn't what we were looking for and mentioned another truck on the lot, same price with only 17k miles! We made the drive from Loveland to check it out. Along the way Bill in finance got some of our information and worked up some financing options for our approval. Great people, great truck and a great price. Syd was Top Notch with his knowledge and personality. We will be back again!

I bought a 2008 Chevy silverado from this dealership. I heard speaking in the brakes. I asked about it they said oh we will check it out and make sure they are good. Two days after speakers blew and a good rain washed off the paint in the scratched areas. then 45 days later out of break fluid and and breaks are shot. Guess what oh sorry sir you have to pay for all this. I am a single father in the military and I am use to crooks and usually you can see them. Not these guys.

I looked for a new truck for more than a month. I spent many hours talking with three different Ford dealerships. I bought my new truck from Ferguson because the experience was better in all respects. My initial very positive contact was via email with Barry. He put me in contact with Mike Rotondo, who helped tremendously with the sale. Victoria (Sales Manager) was very accomodating in sealing the deal. AJ was very efficient and helpful in handling the financing. Perhaps best of all was Harry Buck (Service Manager); he is exceptionally impressive and I am looking forward to many years of reliable service from a service department which I trust. Everyone was very friendly and customer-focused, and the overall experience was great.
