I just had an oil change today and LET ME TELL YOU!!!!!! Tucker did an AMAZING job! I had lots of question and things I didn’t understand, but he explained them to me perfectly. Great customer service!! And he was extremely friendly to me and my dog. He us in and out of there in a very timely matter. Definitely recommending Ferguson Subaru to friends and family and DEFINITELY coming again. 11/10!!!!

Awesome experience! My sales rep, Tanner Adams was fantastic to work with! Ask for him next time you visit Ferguson Subaru. He took the time to locate a vehicle that met the specifics I wanted, then stayed in contact with me throughout transit and delivery! No high pressure sales here! Closed the deal with Galen Keys in finance today. He was equally great to work with and was very informative about all the products Subaru has to offer. You won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and these folks were absolutely awesome. My salesman, Miguel, was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find a vehicle that would suit my needs at a great price, and the financing process was extremely easy. They got me a great rate and were a joy to work with. No high pressure sales, just very helpful and courteous. My finance manager, Brandon was very thorough and helpful and even managed to get me a better interest rate. Very professional people throughout the entire process. Color me very impressed.

Ferguson Subaru was the first dealer we visited during our recent car search and purchase. We were matched to Chester as our salesman. It was a pleasant and relatively easy process to examine what Subaru had to offer and Chester was very easy to work with and knowledgeable of his product. He was not high pressure at all and was available when we needed him to help us. After seriously considering other Compact SUV s , we ended up buying a Subaru from Chester at Ferguson. I would highly recommend Chester if you need a new car. Chester also made sure we talked to a very helpful finance manager, Galen, who walked us through the formal process of purchasing our first Subaru.

Tanner made the entire car purchasing experience great. I’d highly recommend him. He can speak to the vehicles and match you with just what you need, and the financing team is also incredibly helpful and capable of answering whatever questions you throw at them. 10/10 recommend. EDIT: this review process is dumb but here’s a second review—I got t-boned and had to buy a new car, and basically tanner and the crew got me into the exact same car in the fastest most painless way possible. 100000% go see them.
