The sales staff was very helpful when I purchased my truck. Service department has been awesome for the last several years. I will shop here for our next vehicle. Update: I have now bought my second truck from Ferguson. Daniel did an excellent job helping me find the right deal on the right truck. Combine my last 5 years of excellent service and the great help from Charles on my first truck I will continue to shop here. Keep up the good work Daniel and thank you for your patience with me!

Daniel O’Connor, my sales representative, is not a typical salesman. He was no nonsense as to what he could do or not. He was punctual and shared the purchase process with me only because I bought my truck “site unseen”. In a nutshell there was no pressure and no games. The truck was priced well below other like trucks. Then Brandon Hunt, the finance manager, was every bit as efficient and effective as was Daniel. I live about 2 hours from the dealership. That travel time is well worth the time.

Ferguson Superstore was amazing to work with. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We were able to do the deal over the phone. It would have been difficult to get to the dealership so they brought the car to us for a test drive and delivered when we bought the car. Woody was great. Very knowledgeable and funny. Victoria was helpful getting things set up. Galen did a great job handling all the financing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The go above and beyond.

The Service department was extremely helpful and professional. Mike kept me advised of the status of my vehicle throughout the day and was readily available when I came to pick my vehicle. The service was remarkable! You just don’t see that level of care very many places anymore and truly appreciate it as a customer!!

I came to Ferguson Superstore on Monday (August 9th) to have the oil changed in my 2018 ENCORE. While there I received a generous offer to buy my car. I went home and talked it over with my wife and we decided to return to Ferguson Superstore and discuss trading for a 2021 ENCORE. When my wife and I ask to see a sales person, we were referred to Charles Anderson. Mr. Anderson was very friendly and easy to work with. He took us to his office and discussed with us all of the price information. After he had laid out our option of paying cash of financing, we ultimately decided to pay cash for the car. After the transaction was completed, Mr. Anderson took us to the new car and and gave a thorough explanation of all of the details related accessing all the features of the car. Mr. Charles Anderson was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Given the opportunity, I will definitely refer friends to him in the future .
