Nailed it. I purchased my vehicle from Ferman Ford and had an good sales experience. I had to drop it off later though to have a hitch added and had a substandard experience and let them know. William P. in the service department has been professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about any questions I have to ask. When I was getting my mustang worked on I was waiting in the showroom and there was a 2020 Ford Ranger. I asked a few questions about the Ranger. Michael and Angelo answered all of my questions. Michael was my salesman and I purchased the Ford Ranger. A truly GREAT car buy experience. If anyone needs to buy a car Ferman Ford is the place to go. Great service all across the board. It's the first time a dealership has ever behaved this way!!All I had done was an oil & filter change as well as a complete check over. I booked the appointment online, 2 days before the event.Met Dennis, a new service advisor. He was very nice. Did a complete walk around the car at 7:45a.m.What's the big deal about that? I'll tell you - few places do that anymore. The car was scheduled for 8am service as that is when the techs begin their day. I asked "how long????" he said "one hour". That was acceptable because I've sat at other Ford dealers for 2 - 2.5 hours waiting for the same service.Dennis did not let me down! I had the car back before 9am. He also did another walk around with me.This was the best basic service experience I've ever had with a dealership. I hope this wasn't a fluke!I will be back for all my other Ford needs due to this experience.

Brought in my pickup for a minor service (without an appointment) at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning. Service Agent said it would probably take 2 hours or so. They were finished by around 9:30 AM and I was gone a few minutes later. Work seems to have been completed properly and I am satisfied with the service that I received.

I had the front bumper of my car repaired and Ferman Ford of Countryside did an excellent job. My car looks great! The employees were very nice and friendly and called me as soon as my car was ready for pick-up. Great experience. The only thing I was not told was if there is any special maintenance for the part of my car that was painted and if it needs to be waxed within a certain period of time.

Since the acquisition of this dealership by Ferman took place over a year ago the entire operation has evolved into a fine example of what the car business should be.Much of this "exceptional" rating rests squarely on the shoulders of the agencies employees. Many a good product has suffered at the hands of a lack luster performance on the part of those representing it. Ferman Ford should, then be considered by competing dealerships as a benchmark for quality-----a goal for others to shoot for !Special praise is in order for the service advisor that I dealt with,Veron Liburd, a gentleman who has the enviable quality of combining product knowledge with friendly people skills. I've been using Ford dealerships for many years to maintain my cars, so I was hoping that I'd find one near my new home that would provide the kind of service I've had in the past. I brought my 2007 Focus into Ferman Ford for a 60,000 mile maintenance service and was really impressed with their set-up. They have a nice drive-up/check in area with greeters who personally take you in to meet with a Service Advisor -- I was fortunate enough to meet with Mike Murray, who really listened to what I was looking for in a dealership service department and provided a list of recommended services, along with a detailed written quote. When it came time to schedule it, he got me right in and promised to call if there was any deviation from the quote price BEFORE they did the work -- this is just what I'm looking for in a service department. My final cost was actually LESS than the quote! No complaints!! They even gave me a complimentary car wash for being a new customer (I guess!) -- my 9 year old car looks and feels new again. They really seem to be customer-focused, so I'll definitely be using them to keep my car running smoothly in the future!

Ferman did a nice update of the service area since it took over from Countryside Ford. The courtesy vehicle is difficult to get into at times.My last visit was to have the transmission checked. The Service Advisor told me the parts will take 11 weeks. When I said how unpleasant it is to drive the car with the engine light on and the red transmission failure notification lights on going 30MPH with other drivers yelling and honking horns and passengers screaming"We are going to die!" , I was told to call for a parts status update in June. Also I was going to be charged $500.00 for the parts until I reminded the Service Advisor of my extended warranty and the Ford free 7yr/100,000 transmission warranty then cost was deleted.

I was in an accident on Route 19 (where else?!) that destroyed my car, and left me with serious injuries. While I was still in the hospital, I contacted Matthew, and he worked with me remotely to complete the buying process on the car I wanted and which was advertised online. Matthew was very professional, and worked extremely well with my dad and father-in-law who went down to test-drive and to pick up the car for me. The vehicle is exactly as it was described online, and I am very pleased with it. Matthew went above and beyond in terms of salesmanship and customer experience, including handling all of the purchase and registration paperwork remotely. I would not hesitate purchasing a car from Matthew again in the future.

I bought a used 2010 Honda Accord from this dealership with 86k on it, drove it for 5000 miles then went to get my first free oil change and the service center in ferman mazda and ford. A Month later I heard grinding noise and check oil indicator came on. I went back to check on it they told me it barely has any oil. My question is if it had any type of leakage, I should have found out about it in the first 5000 Miles I drove it. Now they told me the car is my responsibility and I should pay for the cost to fix it. My advice to anyone who's reading this. DON'T BUY ANY USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PERIOD. If you are a a mazda or ford fan, I'll let the reputation speaks for itself. I had one bad experience with this dealership and I was about to buy a new car for my wife from them but now I'm taking my business elsewhere. I wish you the best of luck shopping for the right car, right price.

bought my brand new 2014 Mazda 3 had it for almost 2 years now, but every time I went there in the past 6 months i had issues with their customer service, It's just a waste of time, I have a very busy schedule and I barley can get a day off, and every time I get a day off to get work done on the car it's just a HORRIBLE experience, but this last time on Feb, 5th 2016 I have had it with these guys, I waited there for 2 and half hours waiting for the service i requested to get done, I have this gentleman informing me no work will be done on the car today after all that long wait! and when I asked where is the customer service manager? I was informed he is at lunch!! didn't get even a proper apology! That's how disrespectful they are!

I purchased my last two vehicles from Ferman Ford. One of them was delivered to me after service with a minor scratch on the hood. I had no proof it was done at the Ferman facility, although I suspected it was. My service advisor Nate Smith worked on my behalf with service manager Joe Wheeler to have my vehicle repaired at their body shop at their cost. No questions asked. Mathew Rollie at Ferman Mazda of Countryside in Clearwater, FL, made the entire buying experience a real pleasure. I had quite some trouble deciding between the gorgeous MX 5 Miata and the lovely, but more practical CX5 crossover SUV. Mathew allowed me to do multiple test drives and did not once pressure me to buy the vehicle. He also is very knowledgeable and could answer just about any of my questions. I did a lot of research before I decided on where to buy and chose Ferman because of its good customer reviews, but especially Matt. His reviews talk about his care for the customer and the great customer experience. Its all true and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I also found his manager Nick to be a pleasure. And the Finance Manager I dealt with was also super. Presented all the options very clearly, but with no pressure to buy. I actually got through the entire finance process in less than an hour! I had several needs, such as wanting to take an extended test drive and needing all sorts of options and a very specific vehicle. All my wishes were seen to in an incredibly helpful and friendly manner. I also loved the fact that they did exactly what they said they would do and seem to be a very trustworthy place to do business with.

Our salesman, Joe Rogers, is top notch and one of the main reasons we returned. We originally bought an F-150 because we were buying a travel trailer and needed a truck capable of towing. Joe found one for us and we loved it. Fast forward to 11/15, the truck no longer met our needs and were looking for an SUV. Once again, we worked with Joe and, once again, he found what we were looking for - a 2015 Edge Titanium and we love our "new toy" - so many bells and whistles"!!! I appreciated greatly that the salesperson who worked with me, Matthew Rollie, was interested in helping me purchase the vehicle that I came looking for, not trying to push his own agenda or that of the dealership. It's incredibly frustrating when you spend a lot of time doing research, figuring out a budget, and locating the vehicle you'd like to buy, only to arrive at the dealership and get steered toward other vehicles or get surprised and derailed by unexpected costs. Matt made this buying experience easy. I flew in to help my mother purchase a car but arrived to find her feeling under the weather so went to Ferman to look at the car and get a price. Matt (Sales Consultant) and Nick (Sales Manager) were both incredibly helpful. Matt offered to drive the car to my mother so she could see it before the purchase. He spent about an hour showing her the car. We shopped the price at another dealer and found the price at Ferman to be very competitive with none of the sales games we experienced at the other dealer. Finding clean, low mileage vehicles in MI can be a challenge, so i contacted Ferman about a used Suburban I saw advertised online. I dealt with Matthew Rollie, who made the process quick, easy and painless. He overnighted me all of the paperwork and included a return envelope. Stored the vehicle on his lot until I could come down and pick it up. Matthew even picked me up at the airport when I arrived and provided me with a full tank of gas (not cheap in a Suburban). Engine was loud, was told flex pipe and exhaust system needed to be replaced at a cost of $900. When I got a second opinion was told flex pipe and exhaust system were in good condition. Bolt on flex pipe had broken and needed to replaced at a cost of $50. Will never go back to that dealership!!!

I am a little shocked after reading these reviews that no one else had the nightmare experience we did. We were in search for a very specific vehicle. We would have never put up with Ferman Ford if they didn't have the perfect one. My boyfriend and I have driven from St. Pete to Ferman Ford 5 times to complete the purchase of our vehicle. The first time we stopped in to see if they had what we wanted. A week later we went in to look at a vehicle that just arrived. After test driving the vehicle that second time we were ready to buy. Our original salesman ditched us. The woman he left us with told us to call the original salesman if we wanted the vehicle. Five days later and no word from Ferman Ford. I put in an offer online and we went back to Ferman to discuss a price. Now, dealing with a different salesman. We managed to get the price a little lower but did not get any further than that. We were still more than ready to buy, drive away with the car, but we were told to come back. After purchasing the vehicle we now have to go back again because they did not have FORD floor mats for the car when we were finally able to drive away with it. It took more hours and gas than necessary to make a purchase through Ferman Ford. The salesmen were far from accommodating at the time of purchase, pushing us to do things we did not want to do in order to get financed. There were ants all over the car as well and it smelled of cigarettes when we first saw it. They did not detail it until our fourth day there. We got the perfect vehicle and our rate was much better than we expected but I would not recommend Ferman Ford if you want good customer service.

Jeremy Bauer was in charge of handling the recalls on my 2014 ford escape, on top of that I ask him to check out what look to me as water damage on the interior of my car... He was incredibly thorough and kept me updated on everything that was happening to my car. They even had to put me in a rental for a few days while they finished working on my escape . Ford handled everything and jeremy even let me turn my rental in to them at ford and they handled getting the car back to enterprise. Service was great. Thanks Jeremy !

I got into my mustang yesterday morning and water was pouring out of the console on the passenger side. I immediately took it over to Countryside Ford and one of the service representatives, Jeremy Bauer, instantly told me what the problem was and the cost to repair it. He was great in explaining what had to be done to fix the water problem. The car was ready by the end of the day and the cost was less than he thought it would be. The water had even been vacuumed out and the mat and carpeting dried. I certainly appreciated Jeremy's professionalism and knowledge of my car. Once again taking my Fords or Mercury for service, I trust the man at Countryside its always a pleasure to deal with Jeremy and his mechanics I bought my Mercury at a different dealership and when I had problems I was told it's the cars nature the way it's running. So I took it over to Countryside and they found a loose transmission mount and solved the problem, just took in the same vehicle for recall and they fixed that as well the a recall for my Edge fixed that. We bought a pre-owned Edge and purchased the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty so anytime I feel things need to be checked out I call and Jeremy will get back to right away I drop off my vehicles and shuttle ride home and pick up the vehicles same day or the next shuttle back and go home. Jeremy is a great service rep and a great person to deal with. Thank you!

I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3 i Touring five door with SkyActiv on November 18, 2013. I was impressed with the quality, front seat comfort, features, and handling of this versatile car. The sales experience was quick and efficient, with no back and forth haggling. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I took the Mazda on a 2,000 mile trip about a week later, and began to appreciate the car even more. This is not a car for those who want silky smooth comfort. This is a DRIVERS car, and handles beautifully, especially in the mountains of NC and VA. The ride is firm, and the rear seat area is cramped for adults. I got this car for me, and not to haul people around in. The SkyActiv engine/transmission work seamlessly to provide plenty of smooth power, and incredible fuel economy. I averaged nearly 36 mpg on my trip. MPG's have improved as the miles accumulated, to around 32-40 or more mpg's.. All controls are user friendly, and the front seats are supportive on long trips. High winds and bad weather do not deter the handling of this car. It feels safe at all speeds and driving conditions, even on snow covered roads in the mountains. Service at Countryside Mazda has been great. The car requires very little maintenance, and feels sturdy and solid on all road surfaces. The plastic interior is high quality plastic, and feels substantial. The driver's information center is easy to read and use. I had to use the body shop at Countryside Mazda after a rock put a big dent in the hood of my car, necessitating repair and repainting of the hood. The work was done flawlessly, and at a cost much less than other body shops. This is not a car to like, it is a car to love. I am 66, and am crazy over the flat cornering, and lack of that front wheel drive feel. I feel like I am driving a fine sports sedan with the versatility of a small station wagon. The car was made in Japan, and exuded that Japanese quality we fell in love with years ago. Everyone who has driven my Mazda says it is one of the best driving cars they have experienced. Also, it is easy to see out of this car, even with the rear headrests in place. Cargo volume is more than expected, and I feel I got quite a car for a retail price between $22,000-$23,000, although I got the car for considerably less because of the totally restyled 2014 models. Ryan Murray in the service department goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right.

I had noticed that the rear wiper blade on our 2005 Mazda 3 was missing so went to the dealership thinking that I'd need to make an appointment to have it installed. We were looked after immediately and were told that one was in stock. Within 30 minutes and only $22 later, the blade was installed, we were on our way. We were first impressed by the salesman who walked over and showed us where we should go to talk to the service department, then waited in their lounge and then we felt that the dealership appreciated our business and us as people. As Canadians who experienced our first visit to this dealership, we were looked after very well and we have shared our positive experience with other snowbirds and locals. Took our CX-9 in for service yesterday. The experience was excellent. Ryan Murray did a nice job of explaining the timing as I had to wait for the vehicle. The rest of the team was very hospitable directing me to the waiting area where I could watch TV enjoy some coffee or utilize the internet. Before the repairs were completed Ryan explained the expenses completely to allow me to give the go ahead. Our vehicle's issues were addressed and I was surprised that I was not pushed on a ton on other issues that "need to be addressed" as it seems I get everywhere else. Thank you!

My day started with my van basically "exploding" while I was at a stop light. I was able to drive it to Countryside and had Jeremy looking at it within 5 minutes of me pulling in. It was way too much money to fix the problem since the van was a 2005 and had 150,000+ miles on it, so Lenny walked my through buying a brand new 2014 Ford Focus! He took time to explain every step, spoke to my husband in Wisconsin on the phone, and was just very understanding with my whole predicament! I had the good fortune of working with Jeremy Bauer, who had the problem analyzed and repairs were done immediately. It was still under warranty so there was no charge for service. We were new to the area when our Focus had a hesitation issue, so we went to this Ford dealership. It was a horrible experience. They misdiagnosed the problem; wanting to do a week long $2500 valve job. Even worse, their "diagnosis" left the car much much worse -- nearly impossible to start and barely running. We said no to the valve job and took it to a local mechanic who replace the coil, plugs, and plug wires; completely fixing the problem for under $500. The mechanic also discovered that Countryside had neglected to reinstall the timing belt cover; of course, they denied and manager would not return phone calls. Avoid this dealership.

I bought my Ford F150 in January of 2013. In September I decided to get new wheels. I bought them and had them installed by another off-road truck shop. For some reason, they could not get my new wheels balanced with my old tires. I then took my truck to Countryside Ford and my service manager, Jeremy Bauer, tried to get them balanced. Even with their high quality balancing equipment, they could not get them balanced...turns out there was something wrong with 2 of the wheels. So I decided to return the wheels and have my old wheels reinstalled. Jeremy Bauer in service, replaced my new wheels with my old ones and charged me half price!!! After spending so much money on a failed wheel swap venture, I was hurting for funding. Jeremy stepped up and really gave me a great deal. Any company can sell a truck, It's the service afterwards that makes or breaks your customer service experience. Jeremy helped me out and did it with a smile. I would recommend Countryside Ford to anyone...but make sure you get Jeremy Bauer as your service rep. Thanks Countryside....and thanks Jeremy!

I just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from salesman Dino DeMarco. From the moment he met us on the lot he was personable, sincere, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The actual process of buying the car was a great experience (not the dreaded one that makes you feel intimidated and badgered). There was no pressure whatsoever from Dino or Craig the GM. In addition, their financial guy, Eric, was the best with whom we have ever dealt. He was fast, to the point, personable, considerate and made the final hurdle a painless procedure. As far as the Service Dept is concerned, I only used it once for a recall on my 2013 Escape and it was top notch. I expect it to be no different for my new Edge. My husband and I have bought a lot of cars and spent a lot of time in various dealerships. I would rate this one at the top.

I had my truck broken into and my keys stolen. The next morning (Saturday) I headed over to my nearest Ford Dealer which happens to be Countryside Ford. We noticed fluid leaking from my 2012 Mustang so I stopped by Quick Lane around 5:00pm on a Thursday to have my fluids checked since the Service Dpt was about to close. They found the problem to be my water pump. They gave me a rental so I could leave my car. When I went to go pick it up on Saturday they had washed it and cleaned it up! Two years ago, my wife and I bought a Ford Focus at Countryside Ford. It was a very positive buying experience then and we were both completely happy with the Focus. I quickly became addicted to the SYNC system on the Focus since I could load up a 32GB USB drive with almost 4800 of my favorite song files to enjoy when driving. So, when we decided to look into getting a little larger car to replace the Focus, there was really no question as to where we would go to look at the Fusion model. The friendly atmosphere at Countryside Ford had not changed since our previous experience, although the salesman we dealt with earlier was no longer there due to retirement. We first met the very affable sales manager, Craig Randolph, who then introduced us to one of his salesmen, Ahmad Hazime. I cannot think of enough positive words to describe the relationship with Ahmad that we developed over the last couple days in the process of learning about the various features of the new Fusion and then "closing the deal". One would assume that a successful car salesman would be friendly, knowledgeable, gregarious, helpful, etc., but Ahmad had all those characteristics in spades. He definitely made car buying, which can sometimes be a trying experience, a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. I might also add that we had absolutely no problematic experiences with the service department when we owned the Focus, although all we ever needed was routine service. Jeremy Bauer, one of the service advisers, was also very knowledgeable and helpful when needed. Obviously, I can recommend Countryside Ford as a dealer, and Ford as a product, without any reservations. I might add that the person who acquires the blue 2011 Focus with 10,000 miles and upgraded speaker system and tinted windows is getting a super car, believe me.

First I would like to thank Dinarte Luz (sales consultant) for taking the time to talk with me and show me the vehicle's I was interested in when I first stoped by the dealership over eight month's ago. Found the Service Writer Anthony, to be most hospitable. He was quick and efficient in taking the necessary information. He gave me a call to inform me of the problem and then said they had the necessary parts, gave me the estimate and said he would call me as soon as if was finished. This was all done very well and to me surprise when I picked up my car they had vaccumed and washed it too. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service repairs.

Went in with a problem with my 2010 Ford Fusion Throttle Body failing at highway speeds. I believe that Ford Motor Company needs to get in front of this problem quickly before they have a total public relations breakdown like Toyota had with their sudden acceleration (also the throttle body). Countryside Ford was very professional and helpful. They went to bat with Ford on my behalf and addressed the problem. I have purchased 2 cars from Countryside and currently take 4 autos there for service. My experience was very satisfying. The only thing better will be for Ford Motor Company to recall and replace these TB's very soon before someone is injured or killed.

Had an appointment for 11 AM to have our 2010 F150 serviced...until we arrived and learned that our appointment had not been entered into the computer, so we did not, in fact, have an appointment for an oil change and to have the inside door handle replaced...oh, and by the way, the door handle we told you we had in stock, we don't actually have, but there are 72 in Lakeland. This was all blamed on someone named John, who conveniently no longer works there. This is not poor customer service, this is NO customer service. They did sneak us in before three other people to get the oil changed, so we got the oil changed, but the door handle is still not replaced, which means taking another trip...to another dealership!!! As for the buying process, when we bought the truck, we liked our salesman, but the finance man lied to us when he pushed the extended warranty on us. We should have known better...Buyer beware.

Called Jeremy Bauer as I always do, for an appt to look at my 2011 Escape because the AC was not working and also needed LOF. He got me in the the next morning and in less than 30 mins said I needed new condenser. He located the part had it delivered while oil was being changed., Got the car back at lunch time ready to go, and good as new. Every service I have had at this dealership has been excellent....Would highly recommend it and Jeremy as the best service manager I have seen in many years of dealer experiences.

brought my vehicle in to have a rearview mirror installed as this was due to me when we bought our brand new vehicle 2.5 weeks ago. When the mirror was installed, I asked the service advisor what was done to my vehicle exactly. I asked if any panels or molding were taken off, he stated lets go ask the person that worked on your car. I asked him the same questions and he stated no maam no molding was taking off or panels (I was lied straight to my face as in fact the panel and molding was taken off, I have the greasy fingerprints to prove it) I recieved my vehicle back with grease all over the inside, finger prints on the headliner and all I got from the service advisor Ryan was we take pride in our work and we would like to earn your trust by coming back. They took my vehicle back not once, but 4 times to get it clean and still it isn t cleaned. I sent an email to the general manager GR Tarr the day it happened and to this date still haven t recieved a phone call back from him. Great customer service he has. I then recieved a call from a Mike Catman, service manager apoligizing. This service department doesn t care about the way they treat customer s vehicles. It seems like gets tougher and tougher to find people to take pride in their work.

Overall pleased. When I made the appointment I stated exactly what needed to be done and hoped that the vehicle would only be needed for 1 day. However, work was not done in 1 day and had to come back the next afternoon to pick up. Also, discussed warranty at the time the appointment was set. No mention of that when I went to pay and ticket had to be reworked and correct info entered into the system.

I took my car in for service, waited a short amount of time with satisfactory results. While I was waiting, spoke with Jim Turner about getting into a new Edge. The entire experience was fantastic. Jim wasn't pushy, was very informative and professional. I will be back to trade in, and am confident in their top notch service department for further needs. Highly recommended!

Took my 08 Mercury Mariner with 43707 miles(at the time) to have it fixed after noticing a tansmission fluid leak in front of my car. The car has a powertrain waranty until May 2013 or 100.000 total miles.) It turned up to be a transmission fluid cooler leak(something that Ford Company is very well aware of(TSB issued)). To Jeremy's credit, he tried to run it under warranty, but came up empty handed. For some reason, the cooler is a part of the condenser for A/C system, therefore not covered under powertrain warranty(????) I am now out of $925.96, and Ford Company and Countryside Ford dealerdhip refuse to do anything about it. When I brought up all the problems with this particular part in other models(08 Escape, 08 Mariner, 08 Mazda Tribute), they could not wait for me to just pay for a repair and leave(Jeremy even started the car for me!). Called the Ford Company, and after over the week they refused to do anything about it either. Folks, beware of Ford Company products as they refuse do take care of the substandard parts they put in their cars. I will get rid of my Mariner as soon as possible and will never buy another Ford product. I will also spread the word as far as I can.

I went to get the $9.95 oil change and what a joke. I own a 2010 Mercury Mariner purchased from Scarritt Lincoln (great dealership!) but decided to have my oil change completed at Countryside due to it's close proximity to work. I was told my car, which is less than two years old needed approximately $400 to $500 worth of work including tire rotation, front and rear alignment and air iduction service. The facts are my tires were rotated on the last oil change and my alignment is perfect according to Scarritt after I brought it to them after Countryside stated it needed it. The only thing they were correct on was I needed a new air filter. Do not waste your money on such a disgusting blatant ploy to extort money from unsuspecting consumers.

We bought a used Nissan Altima on Tuesday 11/15/11 and two days later I emailed our sales rep, Jaime Nolan (who constantly had an attitude and once the deal was final he had no concern for customer satisfaction or well being), about bringing it back in because the rotors seemed warped, the front end slightly shakes at higher speeds and the car is 'jerking' when lightly accelerating. Was told they'll look at it, but can't promise anything. They looked at it and said it had nothing to do with the rotors or brakes and the bearings were bad and to take it to Nissan. Nissan looked at it and said it is indeed the pads and rotors and definitely not the bearings. (Plus, it sounds like the rotors are warped, not the 'clicking/clunking' of bad bearings) Three of the tires are also borderline in the red on the tread depth gauge and the jerking I guess is common with a CVT motor (which the Altima has), but can be reduced by torquing the bars in the tranny. All in all it would have been $1,246 to fix all the problems. They refuse to reimburse us for the $94 diagnostic charge from Nissan and/or fix the tires, pads and rotors saying that it is our problem now. This came from the GM, G.R. Tarr, who said he is also the president/owner of the company. He also said that "If someone bought a car from here and it split in half while driving it out, there is nothing I would do for them. It's their problem". Pads, rotors and tires are absolute standard things on inspections before selling a car. They either don't inspect cars coming in on trade or don't care to spend the money and do the work to make it a good, safe car. Unfortunately, Countryside Ford/Mazda doesn't care about the integrity of its dealership nor the satisfaction of its customers. Horrible, horrible experience with this dealership, sales rep and GM
