I was looking for a new Ford Taurus limited in black the salesman (Mark) took the time to find one at another dealer with the options and color I wanted. He also got me a nice rebate which really helped me make the decision to purchase the car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Mark. last Maech I purchased a 2015 f250 from him.

Buying a vehicle is a major purchase and can be an unpleasant experience; I have had several of them. My experience at Fernelius Ford was the complete opposite, it was actually fun. And that is a direct result of the staff - Terry Campeau and my sales person Mark Felski.In my book Mark is a very good sales person, he listened to my requests, did not push anything on me yet explained possible options available for obtaining the sort of vehicle I was interested in. Mark stayed in communication with me as he looked for the vehicle I wanted, at the end of the day he called/e-mailed to give a status update. From his updates it was clear that he indeed did listen to my requests and demonstrated that he truly was working for me. Mark found a vehicle that matched my requests and it did not take him that long either! True to his word, Terry kept checking to see how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns which I did not.In basically a weeks time, I initiated contact with the staff, they searched for a vehicle that would meet my needs, Ford financing was applied for and approved and I took delivery on a 2016 Ford Explorer. A vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for no more options than I wanted and no less. And that is a direct result of the staff: Mark, Terry, and Warren. In addition, all the other staff I interacted with either directly or indirectly made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I bought my used truck with the help of Joe Krysta. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure my questions were answered to find the right vehicle for me. Everyone there is very pleasant and prompt.

You have to be a good sales person to have a car at a car show and sell it on the spot. Justin F. did just that. :) We loved the car, made an offer and it was accepted within minutes. Justin was great to work with and when we went to the dealership to pick it up, all of the staff were very friendly and nice to talk with.

We dealt with Mark Mleczewski, He is superb, right from his extremely quick response to my email and right up to our final handshake. Our salesman was Mark M. He was just awesome! From the extremely prompt email response, to our final handshake he was one of the most superb salesman that I personally have ever dealt with. I have purchased and leased many, many vehicles in the past. But he was the best! As a matter of fact the whole staff at "Fernelius Ford of Cheboygan" were very friendly, and treated us like long lost pals. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. However, Mark M. is number"1" in my book.
