I just bought a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer from Ferrario Ford. Jonathan was my sales man and he make the whole process painless and quick. We knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price/packages were the best at Ferrario. The whole process on pick up day took about 1.5 hours. One of the important part to me is the service after the sale. Jonathan made sure to follow up with me after about 10 days to make sure I was liking the vehicle or if he could do anything for us.
