Frank, when you spell it out like that, I gotta admit you have a legit point. I brought my truck to you because it just wasn’t running right. You fixed the problem and it’s fine now. Maybe it’s my old age. I felt I was overcharged. But I’m probably living in the past when a job like that would only be about 200 - 300 bucks. I’m just happy it’s fixed. I suppose I’m just showing my age. All is good. No worries. 😊

I bought my car at this place and the car gave me many issues, I brought the car back to get it looked at and they fixed the first problem. A month later I had to go back for the same problem and they fixed it in a day, they left oil all over the area that they worked on and didn’t fix the issue completely, they did a sloppy job and rushed. I don’t think they have a good mechanic nor good service. These people only want money and they don’t care about you or your car problems. I’ve also felt like they treated me differently because of my race, I think they did it on purpose because I’m black and not white like them. (Reply to dealer). You didn't treat me or my boyfriend with disrespect to our faces directly, but you took advantage and didn’t help my problem the same way you would a white person. Why did I have to constantly go back for the same thing that’s what’s B.S! Why wasn’t my problem treated directly, I went back home with a car that was leaking oil. Every time I went I would pay for a small job that was done but I would see that the issue wasn’t fully resolved. Is this how you treat every customer? Because looking at the other reviews from the customers that had their issues resolved ASAP who are AKA... white didn’t seem to experience that much delay.

Cant complain, Good service, they have serviced my mom and dads cars for years with no problems, and they back there work as well
