Alan Kunzman provided the best experience I have had in my 61 years while purchasing a vehicle. My son Johnathan purchased his first new vehicle as he is graduating from college in May. Alan came in on Saturday,his day off and took 2 hours to explain every piece of paper my son signed and all the options of his new vehicle. If your looking for a Ford, especially an F150, Fieldhouse has a huge selection. And best thing is they don't pressure you at all. Andy was our salesman and he worked out the best deal for us and walked us through the whole process. My wife and I have purchased many cars before, but this was one of the easiest, most enjoyable experiences ever. There is no buyer's remorse here.

We recently purchased a new 2015 Ford Edge Titanium from Fieldhouse Ford in DeMotte IN.Our experience was quite pleasant because of our contact with Jay Fieldhouse. Jay was so helpful in giving us information on the different vehicles and helping us compare the levels available in each model. We had shopped around at a few other dealers and actually got a little better deal on a trade in on our car. So we went back to Jay and told him that we would rather do business with a local dealer and he matched the trade in from the other dealer. When we went in to take delivery, Jay showed us all the bells and whistles on the car and fixed my Blue Tooth to my cell phone. We traveled a long way to look at a used car. It had just appeared on cars.com but they held the car while we drove. It was very clean and priced right. They took our car on a trade-in and put new tires on the car we purchased. We highly recommend the entire sales team!

Our salesman, Alan Kunzman, was informative, helpful, and very in tune with our needs, hesitations and questions about the Fusion and Taurus models. He explained the differences of each model, and was very knowledgeable about the computerized operational components of the dashboard screen and steering wheel sync--which can be daunting at first glance. Overall, Mr. Kunzman provided top notch service and really understood these cars and our specific interests.

Alan was GREAT to work with. He was friendly, and it was a total no pressure experience (a rare thing in today's world). He listened to what we wanted, had us take a test drive, and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice. When we said we wanted to think about it he was great and said to call him when we'd made a choice. It was a great experience. When we called back a couple of days later to say yes to the vehicle he took all the information over the phone and said he'd have it ready to pick up when we arrived. Then he took about 20 minutes to walk us through all the basics of the electronics and programming that now comes standard on new cars. It was very relaxed and I would definitely work with him again. I hope all of Fieldhouse's salespeople are as friendly and relaxed as he was.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium from Alan Kunzman at Fieldhouse Ford. His knowledge of every "bell-and-whistle" on the car was impressive. After shopping at dozens of dealerships in the past few months I never found another salesman who took the time to show me every feature on the vehicle, like he did. Alan went out of his way to give me a favorable experience, and his "no-pressure" salesmanship is what really sold me on not only the car, but Ford and Fieldhouse as well. I have purchased cars/trucks from Fieldhouse for over 30 years. Greg Fieldhouse, third generation to work there, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product and upfront with pricing. He even offered to come over to help program the garage door opener if we needed help. You have to love small town Americana. Not too many car dealers would offer that. We've had vehicles serviced at Fieldhouse as well for years and their service department is knowledgeable and completes repairs in a timely manner. We will continue doing business with Fieldhouse in the future.

For over 15 years we have been customers of Fieldhouse Ford in DeMotte, IN, initially only for service on a 1994 Ranger. When we decided to look for a used vehicle and being "city" folks, we were impressed with the comment, "Take it home and see if it fits in the garage". It, was a 2006 Ford F150 4X4.....where we came from, you would NEVER have been given such an offer. Yes, we purchased the truck and have serviced both the truck and a 2003 Jaguar ever since. The service department is top notch, just talk to Marv or Bob for any information you might need re your vehicle. In August we sat down with Greg and ordered a Flex. Even though he couldn't find what we wanted, he walked us through ordering the exact vehicle and kept us appraised as where it was in production and estimated time of arrival. We couldn't be happier with the Fieldhouse crew and hope to continue the good relationship that we have with them.

I bought an F-150 at Fieldhouse a couple years ago. The selection was good then but they have even more in stock now. They probably have more F-150s than most dealers. The salesman was easy to work with when picking out a truck and he did the financing for me too. He also took time to show me all the technology on the truck, which I really liked. Their service department is great too. Marv and Bob do a great job of remembering my name and explaining everything when I have questions.

Everyone will help you here! Customers talk to each other while waiting for their booked oil changes. They always try to get you exactly what you want not just something "close enough" if they can. Sales team willing to let you breath and not demand you sign every 3 seconds. Just all around great experience.

Had a agreement for the purchase of a truck when we asked how much we would need to bring with us to close the deal the salesperson quoted us a price that seemed higher than we agreed on. He said that was the price we had agreed on. We asked if he had the printed out sheet that he gave us a copy of and he said no. At the time we could not find our copy, when we found the copy and called him back he said he had the copy and that he had made a mistake on our deal. Instead of telling us he made a mistake he tried to push the deal through with the added cost. We spoke to the owner and he was of no help, didn't seem to care that his sales person had lied to us. They said they would not honor the original agreement and didn't even offer a compromise.

I recently ordered a 2014 Explorer Sport after talking with Greg Fieldhouse. The best part is that I went to the dealership to purchase an Explorer that was on the lot but after speaking with Greg he worked out some numbers on the Sport and he helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted versus selling me what was on his lot already! What I did find was a friendly informative father and son team that were straight forward with negotiations and used a no nonsense approach to selling. We inquired of this dealer on line and had a very quick response. We traveled about 2 hrs. to view and test drive the vehicle and were impressed with the vehicle, interaction with the salesman, and overall experience. We were able to have the rust proofing and paint shield applied, cargo cover obtained, and engine block heater installed within a week before returning the following weekend to pick up our Explorer. It was detailed nicely and everything was ready for us! We have been enjoying our 3rd Explorer! Thanks for a great experience. Would recommend this dealer.
