Marco service advisor was amazing!!!! Everyone was super friendly! The service department is beautiful with furnishing and refreshments! The valet service when my car was given to me is very attentive. When I was walking to my car one of the geniuses asked if I had any questions on the car and came right over and helped me with any questions I had. Everyone made me feel very luxurious just like my BMW. Only thing I might say is maybe have more availability for loaners. Other than that I am very satisfied!

Great experience, went dropped my car. Josh was prompt to explain the process and since it was going to be a while I was going to call my husband to pick me up and he offered me a courtesy Huber ride, which was great. The car was ready by the promise time. I love how after the car was done they sent me a virtual video of everything that was done and then I got a written report sent to my phone. I also got the option to pay online which was very easy and secure and took less time when I went to pick up the car because everything was done. Definitely will do it again.

Mike always takes great care of me in the service department! Gave me some tips for my car and even educated me on the sensors in my tires. I love the new detailed video they send with the routine service inspection while you wait. The new showroom is beautiful and so easy to hang for a couple hours while you wait. These are the reasons that I make the drive to Winter Park Fields for all my routine service.

Such a great experience getting a new lease. April, my advisor, is the best! She makes it such a fun and personalized experience. She was willing to go above and beyond and she did. She is great with communication and was there for whatever I needed. When turning in the car to me, she presented it with a big, beautiful bow for pictures and even did bows out of ribbon with a little message on each of the keys. Loved working with her! As for service and everything else at the BMW, they are always great. My family and I have been BMW drivers for over 12 years now and have been coming to this dealership ever since. We love the experience they provide and the attention to detail. Now with the new remodel, it is even more great and beautiful.

Kevin Campbell was the best. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, or felt like he was trying to get me to buy something I didn't want. It took us 3 days to decide on the right vehicle, but Kevin was patient with us and helped us choose what fit our needs best. He saved me over $300 a month with his guidance. Routine service visit for my glove box. The part was ordered and I was in and out quickly. Only minor issue was that no courtesy vehicle was available- however I booked the service last minute so that is understandable.

Matt Stephens is a huge asset. He is one of the main reasons I continue to go there. The gentleman you have serving food while people wait was horrible. I had my kids with me and he gave attitude that they wanted to eat a sandwich. I informed him they haven't had a sandwich because he stated it was one per person. I told him to count correctly before speaking. Then he brought out the sandwich with no lettuce or tomato for my kids. I asked him if they ran out and he said yes. Then he brings out another 2 sandwiches with lettuce and tomato for the next customer. I've spent a lot of money and time with BMW over the years. Did not like that one bit.

Although no one ever wants to spend money on a repair, working with Scott L. at this dealership makes you feel good about what is needed for your car to function as beautiful as a BMW should. They accommodate you with a loaner and/or rental all the time. They also do all they can to make sure anything you are needing that is in their purvey to assist with - it is done to your satisfaction.

Brought my car in for service and asked them to check the turbo because I was hearing a whine when I stepped on the gas. After a thorough checkout, they discovered it wasn't my turbo but my transmission. Patti was wonderful. Gave me a loaner and kept me informed on the repairs. I really enjoy working with her.

I went in to get my air bag replaced under a recall. They were ready for me at the scheduled time, and completed the work and a courtesy car wash in less than the estimated time. All the BMW people were very friendly and their waiting room was extremely comfortable. They were serving free breakfast when I arrived, so I had a good made-to-order omelette while I waited. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and will return for future service.

My 1st service experience I felt as if I wasn't a valued customers. My advisor wasn't around when I pick up my car no one talked to me about the repair. I payed my hard earned money to repair the problem and when I received my car the check engine light was stil on. Eventually they add another part which resolved the issues. My experience is a -2

Appt staff always friendly, good cooks at the complimentary breakfast desk, Jim the 1st person we see when driving into service is always amazing, & the car washing team does a good job. A special member of the auto wash Dept found a money bank bag filled with cash reported it to his boss. Fields should recognize this very valuable team member for both his hard work and his integrity. Wow!! It renews your faith in people. His honesty will not be forgotten and I will remain deeply grateful for his kind and honest act. In part, Matt and members of the Fields team like this young man who turned in my company bank funds is in large part why you have a loyal customer in me.

There are many reasons to buy a BMW but none greater then the follow through on service. Your dealership in Winter Park is by far the best I have come across ever. Being the Personal Assistant to a family with a multitude of vehicles I would like to comment directly on your service advisor Scott Leitzke who is not only a representative of yours but he is an Ambassador to the marque of BMW. He excels in making one feel comfortable in trouble waters and has always expedited the experience of getting one through the process of making an appointment; bringing the car in and then getting one back on the road again. In my orchestration of each day my staff has to be sure that all vehicles are ready for the family. When I bring the BMW to your dealership and return it to the family I know they will be safe and secure. Although we were having an issue with an engine light and brought it back for the 3rd time which was finally resolved. It is understood that technology as great as it is has it quirks. Yet somehow Scott makes one feels the anguish that surfaces on a repeat situation subsided to being part of the learning curve. He brings a decorum that softens the blow of a repeated scenario. But technology as great as it is has sometimes challenge the greatest minds. Scott breaks down in a cognitive way the steps that even though not necessary understood by a layman leaves one understanding the necessity of tackling and defeating the issue. A car is only a mechanical item and it is the soul of the dealership that brings its merit and worth. That is why I would recommend the Fields BMW dealership and in particular Scott in making it so comfortable in dealing with what one knows has to be done but hate doing.

This is the first time that I felt my little Z -4 was efficiently cared for. I have left there in the past with service feeling quite lighter in the wallet and paying for incomplete workmanship.My wife feels like she is always treated like a second class customer since it is "just an old 2003 Z-4" not one of the more recent automobiles. Had been researching a number of automobile types on line for nearly a year. Gravitated to SUV/SAVs, and narrowed my search to Audi and BMW. Having distant family members who provide me with BMW 'loaners' during my yearly visits, I was already biased toward BMW quality, style and performance.I began searching and visiting BMW dealership websites across the country, and invariably my wide-net searches for specifically-configured BMW SAV models brought me to Fields BMW, Winter Park. My first phone conversation was with Tom Mikl, Client Advisor at Winter Park. Long story short within 4 weeks, and after two, 4-h round-trip journeys to Winter Park, I departed the dealership in a 2017 X3 35i, with a few extras including M Sport package. Very, very pleased! Tom M. was knowledgeable and well-versed in BMS specs. He facilitated a comfortable and smooth transaction and, in the end, I feel that I received a very fair deal. I have already recommended Winter Park Fields, and Client Advisor, Tom Mikl to friends and associates. Absolutely no regrets or buyers remorse about my decisions and purchase. Would do again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful job done by my service technician. In addition to replacing the faulty air bag he replaced a malfunctioning thermostat to fix my cooling system. The car was very clean when I picked it up.

Services at this location did not meet my expectations and nor were any efforts to fix the issue..Breakfast is good the car wash service is great! The service I received was overall fine. I dropped my car off at my appointment time of 11:45. I was told it would be ready at 5:00. I received a call at 5:03 and was told the car was in line for a wash. I was asked if I would prefer to pick it up the next day. I said I would wait in the lounge for it. The car was ready at 5:50. The car was in for a replacement part that was defective.

Had scraped a rim on a curb was going to replace the rim when my service man said to use the wheel guy to just have it fixed. Took it in and the rim is like new. He did a fantastic job!

I brought my car in for a regular service and they found a nail in my tire that had not yet set off my sensor. I am so lucky they found this as part of checking my car or I could've been on I-4 when this got worse. They were able to replace my tire while I waited!And as always I appreciate that they do such a great job washing my car.

My service representative, Blane, was outstanding! My vehicle was with the dealership for about a week for various warranty repairs and the installation of new tires. (This length of time was partly due to the arrival of Hurricane Matthew). Blane was detailed in answering all my questions, spend ample time explaining the services needed, and made informative recommendations concerning all aspects of the services that were performed (including sound recommendations concerning my purchase of new tires). Blane also regularly kept me well up to date by phone/text concerning the status of my vehicle. I greatly appreciate Blane's assistance and attentiveness, and wish to commend him for his fine work.

While my service experience has improved thanks to the BEST Service agent (Matthew Roberts) I have encountered at Fields BMW of Winter Park. Matthew himself was phenomenal and provided excellent customer service. It remains evident to me that the service agents do not have the tools necessary to provide the Ultimate Service experience for the Ultimate driving machine. In particular, Service agents should not be so overbooked that scheduled appointments cannot be met at the prescribed time. Fields BMW should be able to take advantage of analytics to make sure overcommitment of all service personnel does not take place and accurate (not to exceed) completion times can be provided using rich analytics.

My technician was very thorough and explained in detail the service needed for my used 328i. I went in for brake fluid servicing but discovered my vehicle was overdue an oil change by 32,000 miles. The vehicle indicator was displaying a future date for the oil change. My technician reviewed the entire service history of the car, prior to my purchase date and recommended immediate oil service. I appreciate his honesty and thorough review. I didn't feel as if I was being manipulated, as many women have experienced. I trust the service team of Fields Winter Park and believe they are committed to excellence.

The vehicle has a vibration between 60-75 mph, with a slight pulling to the right. Had vehicle serviced and the problem has not been rectified and the pull to the right is much more noticeable. We traded a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder for a newer X5. So far our Nissan rode much better. I know the X5 is a much better vehicle and I'm sure fields will rectify this problem.

Every repair person I've dealt with has been incredibly friendly and didn't try to "add on" unnecessary repairs/expenses. Also did a test drive and the salesman was great as was the person who showed us how to use the car. Pleasant experience all around and would highly recommend. Plus - on site chef :)

Purchased on a Sunday BMW certified 2013 320i. Noticed smell and stains on carpet and floor when picked up and thought that may be causing chemical smell in vehicle. The following week smell still there and my wife took back in suggesting they change cabin filter or do something about smell. Several hours later and treating my wife poorly and doing nothing - plus having 3 different salesman representing themselves as Sales Managers, they suggested plug in to handle odor! When we asked about another vehicle that we had originally looked at, the pricing came back much higher and it was apparent we would lose significant money on car we had to move to different vehicle even though only couple days had past. Should have trusted the negative reviews on yelp. I had recently sold my Mercedes and this was first BMW I had ever purchased. This will be last time I purchase vehicle from this dealership.

My service rep, David Sousa, is excellent! He was out sick, though when I first called to set up the appt. and it took me 24 hours to make the appt. and then get confirmation on the price. That is why I gave 4/5 on customer service.Everything else was fine; car was done on time, all service and diagnostics clearly explained.Apparently, contingency plans need to be reviewed for procedure when a rep is out of the office.I am use to more efficient service at any BMW.

I took my car in for service for an oil change and I explained some other issues/bugs I was having. My service advisor informed me that it was probably due to a software update and that would take several hours. He provided a rental car that was covered and my car was repaired the next day. The update seems to have taken care of the bugs with the air and radio. My oil was changed and car washed. I enjoyed a nice lunch when I picked up my car and everyone at Winter Park Fields BMW is very helpful and friendly!

Fields Winter Park is absolutely wonderful in every way. From the pristine condition of their building to the friendly, knowledgable, & hardworking service team. I live in Clearwater (a little over 2 hours away) and found out about a work trip to Orlando last minute. I called fields and they squeezed in an oil change for me last minute, including giving me a loaner car to attend my work event! Matthew is my service advisor and he always goes above and beyond. I took my car for service 1 time to a local dealership and they ended up breaking my A/C & having to replace the whole front panel in my car. They also made me pay to rent a car and did not provide me with a loaner. Needless to say the 2 hour drive for the quality, quick, & friendly service is WELL worth it. Great job Fields!!!

Great customer service It is a chore to get my car worked on I am a pretty busy person but I always don't mind it as much when I get to the fields dealership due to the friendly staff and of course the nice lunch I receive I get to sit and relax a bit and my car gets done on time and sometimes a bit earlier so it works for me .

My BMW was delivered to me on my birthday as a surprise from my husband!!!! It was gorgeous! The sales rep that delivered it was AWESOME, explaining all the great options of my 535i. He spent 2 hours with us, answering all our questions. What an unbelievable experience!! My husband also purchased a maintenance package for me, so I would have no worries with my car. I took it in for the first time, as the water in my windshield washers was coming out very poorly. I made my appointment, and brought my car in. I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes with the loaner car they provided. They fixed my car, updated my computer, did an oil change and filter change 2 months early so I would not have to come back on, and washed my car. They called me the next morning to come and get my car at my convenience. I am 60 years old, and have never had car service like this anywhere. What a treat! Thank you Fields BMW! You guys are are a class act!

Needed wheel alignment since I changed tires and really didn't want to drive too many Mike's without alignment. Scheduling folks said no appointments available till a week after. I requested them to connect me with Jack Todd and as usual he understood my situation and asked me to drop by same day. Car was done by eod with excellent wheel alignment work compared to any other place. He always is courteous , helping and never pushy on adding more things without customer education on why additional work is needed. Thanks Jack!

Before I begin this review you must understand that I owned my last car for over a decade and had nothing but positive servicing experiences with them. That being said I've owned my BMW 550i for six months. I've been to Fileds BMW of Winter Park for a repair and a servicing. Both times I felt rushed by the service advisors and both events were VERY transactional, almost as though the service advisors have more clients to attend to than they can handle. While I am happy about the repairs/services themselves, I have been underwhelmed by the service advisors effort to earn my loyalty. I hope this changes so the the service experience matches the driving experience in the "ultimate driving machine".

No advisor was assigned despite a prior appointment. I had to wait for an available advisor making the appointment process pointless. I did receive wonderful service once I was assisted by an advisor. I am very disturbed though with the pricing of a wiring harness that is known to fail. This item should be reasonably priced based on the known failure rate if its not on the recall list. Original quality of the wiring was poor.

Best experience as usual.Michael Abney was my advisor, he took care of everything on time (9.30 am), no wait time and upon review of my service usage combined an oil change & overall check up.The resting area was enjoyable, clean and efficient. My technician Scott was polite and helpful. He was very diligent in trying to obtain coverage detail and authorization from the warranty company for the repairs. He was honest on the repairs that were most imperative and recommended others for the near future. My car was not only repaired in great timing, but it was even detailed as part of the servicing appointment. Needless to say, Scott's professionalism and courteous nature was impressive and , as a result of such a positive experience, I highly recommend Fields BMW.

I live in Winter Park but I purchased a 2015 X5 fully loaded from a dealer out of the area. I did that primarily because my 3 visits to the sales department left me disappointed each time. When I needed service for the first time, that is when bad went to worse. Because I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was told I wouldn't receive a BMW loaner. BUT, I could rent a car from them for $31/day. Really?!?? Did I just purchase a $75k vehicle to be treated like that? To make matters worse, the car was in their shop for one week. I have never had a car in for repair that long and I have owned a couple dozen vehicles over 35 years. Because of our treatment by this dealer, we traded this car in with only 5,000 miles and we owned it for less than a year. We will never purchase from BMW again and it is simply because of how we were treated by Fields BMW. Yeah we know you have a monopoly in central Florida, but remember, the customer always has a choice.

BMW fields has an excellent service department. They not only fixed my recent purchased cars heater problem but they also accommodated some walk on repaires that I requested the day I brought it in. The service department rep was extremely professional, hearing out what I had to say and was prompt to contact me with the planned fixes and the completion date. The service rep was very punctual with the times he called me as well. I had an extremely good experience with the fields BMW service department and would highly recommend this skilled workforce.

Had a huge engine problem they where able to set me up with a rental for 37 dollars and get the job done within 24 hours great service I'm more likely to come back to winter park than orlando south they are more attentive to you at winter park.

Very disappoint with Field BMW Service Deparment in Winter Park, Florida. I came in for oil change without scratches on the vehicle & after oil change there are 2 new scratches on the right side near rear R door. I reported to service advisor Blane Caulder. He promised to take care those scratches in service next time. Very unprofessional & do not recomend to anyone to go here.

Tire monitor indicated a low tire on the right rear of my 328i. The service department told me to come to the dealership right away and they would check it. It was a nail and the tire would have to be replaced! I decided to have both rear tires replaced as they were going to need replacing soon. They were able to fit me in with a little wait, the tires were and the car was aligned while I waited.

I had an issue with my car's A/C. I took the car in to service where Michael Abney handled everything from dealing with my third party warranty company to setting up a rental car. He did a fantastic job of explaining how the diagnosis would be performed, how the process with the warranty company would work and the time frame of the entire process. He called me a number of times to update me on the process. He treated me like I was his only customer. I will not deal with any other service advisor.

I was at this dealership in December of 2015 wanted to trade in my 2015 X5 M package with 96K sticker and they told me they will give me $67,000 loosing about $30,000 just in the first year/I told them I had to go for the emergency surgery and will return in January 1017 a month later, when I arrived I was told by the management that they only would give me $60,000 for my car. This is a shame and I was told this is was coming from Dan Fields the OWNER... I am sorry I don't trust them and suggest to you to stay away from them. The management is over paid and the dealership has no interest in your saving is all about them. Read other horror stories from other customers you will see.

It's always a pleasure to deal with your service department. Richard always keeps us informed and gets the job completed in a timely manor! He returns our car cleaner than we brought it in and personally fixes small items that we mention to him. He is definitely an asset to your operation.

Mike Crenshaw is the absolute best!Super polite, on time, on point and very knowledgeable!Upon revisiting to pick my car up, there was a very very noticable dent ony hood accompanied with a lot of swirl scratches. Mike set it up to get it fixed the same week, and the dent was. However, the swirls and scratches atill remain.

I live 2 hours away from this dealership and this is where we purchased our vehicle. I have doctors appointments in Orlando at least 6 times a year and it makes my life much easier when that time can be utilized for multiple purposes. Patricia Rennie always accommodates me and makes that happen with the convenience of a loaner. This means a lot, because I can get to my appointments on time and have my car serviced on the same visit. It's nice that there are still courteous and kind people in the world that give personal service.

It was very easy to make an appointment . My service advisor David Souza was the best .David and the mechanic stayed past closing time to make sure I had my car and mafe sure it was fixed right. David was fantastic and so was the work that was done. Also the very next day I was missing two bolts from a previous mechanics job (not Fields) David had them replaced for me while I waited at no charge w/o an appt.Mr Allegra please recognize David for helping me get the car back in tiptop shape .Many thanks !!!! I only drive BMWs - because of Allen Fisher. I live and work 1 mile from Vista BMW in Pompano Beach but I drove 200 miles north to Central Florida to work exclusively with Allen. I took my 1997 Z3 to Fields for some work. I suspected it needed a clutch and/or master cylinder. The service writer told me it needed a clutch. I told her my reasons for suspecting it was the master cylinder and after diagnosis ($100.00 if you don't accept the job and price) they agreed, happily. The repair was much more expensive than a non dealership repair but I do not know a local shop. They got the job done properly. The phone system is very difficult to work with while trying to set up a service visit. Many attempts and misdirected calls are necessary to get thru to the service department, but if you are relaxed and persevere, you can get an appointment. The whole experience is very bureaucratic and cumbersome but in the end I got my Z3 repaired for only 2-3 times what it would cost in a non dealership shop.

Matthew had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and was very patient with me since I had to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old. He provided coloring books and crayons when waiting and helped me keep an eye on them while I installed the car seats in the loaner car. About two months ago I went to BMW Fields of Winter Park to purchase a car the sales person was not very useful I almost had to beg to take the car for a test drive finally when the time came to drive the car home my wife noticed the car did not have the blue tooth feature we assume this feature had been included in the paperwork and asked the sales person and he said it was so he starts to explain that BMW did not add this feature that year then why do they have it on the dealer invoice at this point he starts looking and asking other co workers if they have a portable headphone in the end he can not find one he tells me he will call me that week but I never hear from him the following weekend I go to the dealership he tells me its too late service is close and to text him that week I did but he never responded so the following week I am off again to the dealership this time he is not there I proceeded to speak with the sales manager who inform me that once I drove the car out the lot it was my responsibility to be aware of any discrepancy under the consumer beware rule then told me he was going to be out of town and that our sales person would be in contact the following week . Monday our sales person inform us they would give us a portable headphone and that pretty much is how they handle the situation in the end I feel their customer service was sloppy negligent and deceitful I would not wish this kind of experience on anybody .

the worst service in my life, my evaluation to secure BMW fields always remain the same (the worst service in my life) pay 48 billion dollars for a car who gave me a malfunction. a flaw that only you have trouble working hours. but rather they have a customer upset by saving $ 180 dollars. Only fiels ire to BMW to make the oil and filter changes as they are free. Thank you for your terrible service and customer valorization.

Had a service light come up, scheduled a service appointment. Arrived and Richard notified me it s simple fix and it was because the previous owner lived in a state that needed yearly inspections to pass for the state and to check air pressure. He said instead of me using a rental as i had to leave, he promised me it would be quick and i would be out of there in 10 minutes tops. I pullout out 7 minutes later and during that time i had a great conversation with him about cars and sports. thumbs up as usual with all of my fields service experiences i have had the past couple of years of being a bmw owner.

Becquse of the poor service I received at BMW of Ocala I almost didn't buy a new BMW. I drove 1 1/2 hrs. to Fields to have warranty work done and it was well worth the drive. Brake service light came on. Contacted Fields and they scheduled an appt for me within a week and provided a BMW loaner. Richard is my service agent and he took care of everything. He even noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Fortunately, I took the tire insurance option when I purchased the car. Richard contacted the claims dept and my tire was replaced. All my service took place in less than 8 hours. Service was quick, easy and efficient. Richard was great as always!

Called and made an appointment to have check engine looked at and inspected. Ended up getting a break fluid flush that was due. Was told that I needed to leave the car overnight at the dealership if I wanted the inspection done. I was kind of disappointed since that was the main reason for my visit. Overall very happy with a customer service and the experience at field bmw show room. It's a beautiful place!

Until I got my first BMW, I would be in and out of not-so-fresh service places for oil changes and whatever they needed to meet their quota for. As soon as you pull your car into valet at Fields, you remind yourself this isn't like those other places. The staff is very friendly and calm. You sit in an impecably clean waiting room with the news on TV (not reruns of Geraldo). You can order breakfast (complete with sprig of Rosemary) or even lunch. The service manager, Richard, has been very honest and helpful. I never feel like I'm being hoaxed into having to get something I didn't know I needed. And to top it off--- the car is vacuumed and washed before I get back into it. The finishing touch. I highly recommend Fields BMW. I have been going there for 5 years with different vehicles. It won't disappoint.

After bringing in my 335i for repairs I found Mr. Abney to be one of the most genuine and truthful service agents I've ever had. He made sure that my warranty company took care of the bill and he made sure I was back in my vehicle as quickly as possible. Being active duty NAVY it was extremely important for me to have my car back fast and without any problems from the warranty company and he personally made sure of that!

I had the opportunity of having the same gentleman, Brian Diederich, service my vehicle. Had to have my x5 towed into BMW as wouldn't start. Jack called right away to let me know car had arrived safely, then kept me up to date on a regular basis. Picked the car up on a Saturday, but engine light came on again, Jack said to bring in right away and they diagnosed the problem while I waited. Not thrilled with how many issues my car had after only being out of warranty for a year. That aside Jack and Fields gave great service, and always enjoy breakfast and coffee while I'm there!!!

I had tires with nails in them and had to get them replaced. I had plan to bring it in on Saturday but Matt Stephens told me he wld fit me in on Monday so my car wouldn't have to sit at dealership all wknd( which was super nice of him) He also took great care of me and got my tires replaced as well as set up a rental car for me to have. However the hertz lady told me the car insurance was 22.00 and when I returned the car 3 days later I was informed that it was 22.00/day which was not explained to me or I wld have declined it. Also I was charged 96.00 extra and not sure why... Not happy with the hertz dept at all!! Not to mention that the rental car smelled like cat urine

I have purchased and leased eight BMWs since moving to Central Florida. Our Salesman, Alan Fisher is a true professional. He is totally knowledgeable of all models, is completely professional throughout the entire ordering, sales and delivery cycle, is always happy to help with any question, service appointment, etc, and somehow immediately recognizes my wife and me, not only in the dealership, but even when we have "bumped into" him in restaurants. I would not consider purchasing or leasing a vehicle from anyone else.My Service Adviser, Richard Gaffney is also outstanding. He is always prepared for my appointments, contacts me if a vehicle will take longer than estimated, and summarizes the work performed. He is always a pleasure to work with.

Service advisor Matt Stevens took the time to listen to my details on the problem (intermittent-the worst kind), my research and thoughts, and discuss possibilities as well as the service history of my car. All my questions were addressed, and I was invited to call with any other concerns. By the next business day I had a text with the diagnosis and anticipated repair completion. My car was ready for pickup on the promised day. Pretty much a perfect service experience at that point. Thanks to travel and traffic I arrived after the service department 6:30 close time. The service manager, Joe Allegra was working late and gave me the additional courtesy of handling my picking up my car and dropping off my loaner. A beyond perfect service experience at that point. As we discussed the car, and without my asking, he helped me transfter my luggage between cars. I can't imagine anything more to define excellence in service.

Since I live in another location it is advantageous to get as much done as possible in one visit. Your auto-butler service is just another reason to love BMW. I have had this car for 2 years, 7 months and I have NEVER (yes, I'm saying never) washed my car!!! While I wait I know any other servicing needs are being addressed (diagnostic, free oil change, windshield wipers, etc) so I am safe and driving with confidence.

I really love my BMW dealership! I have a great service rep who always goes above and beyond to take care of me. Jason Abromavage is terrific! This is the first time I've used the shuttle service, and Joe was a great chauffeur. He made it easy to go to RDV and then get back to the dealership on my schedule. My car, Gracie, was vacuumed and washed and ready to go! Because I have a maintenance plan, the bill was $0; all I had to do was sign the bill, put the top down on my car and drive into the sunshine. I highly recommend this dealership, this service service rep, and BMW.

Fields BMW has been by far the most pleasurable dealership I have ever dealt with. Whether I have needed maintenance, body work or warranty repair, they have always been extremely accommodating with scheduling and arranging a rental car. Once you arrive, there is no waiting to be scene; everything is ready and taken care of.

While shopping around for a new car, you often encounter salesmen and dealerships that only care about their bottomline. They will lure you in with promises of low prices only to turn around and add fee after fee and try to pressure you into a deal you are not satisfied with. This was not the case with Fields BMW Winter Park, specifically Eli Luber. From day 1 Eli was extremely helpful, upfront, honest and price transparent. He took the time to answer my numerous questions and was very pleasant to work with. In the end, I walked away with a great car, a great deal and an even better experience. I highly recommend this dealership - and do yourself a favor by asking for Eli Luber!

I have been going to Fields for about 10 years. They always get the job done right and their customer service is absolutely the best. I deal with Patti Renne who is the service person who is always looking out for you and does a great job. Also one of the unsung heroes of that operation is Bobby ( I don't know his last name ) who can repair uncomplicated things on the spot and is like the utility infielder. He does everything and does it on the spot. Fields is lucky to have people like Patti and Bobby to help run things efficiently and smoothly. Also their waiting area is well staffed and a pleasure to sit in while you wait for your car. A great place.

I had my airbag replaced today and I am so impressed! (recall) The customer service from start to finish was beyond expectation! Not only did they get my car in and out in record time, the staff was friendly and respectful from start to finish in all departments. In addition, I am embarrassed to say, the car was really dirty inside and out when I took it in and when I got it back it had been cleaned inside and out! I feel the entire staff should be commended for their professionalism and attentin to detail from start to finish! I have to add that I did not even purchase the car from this dealership, I simply took it there due to the recall for airbags. When I am ready to upgrade I will definitly go to Fields's and would recommend anyone looking for a BMW new or used to visit this dealership!

He always has me in and out of there in no time. And if they are to keep my car over night he does the best he can to have it back to me ASAP. He always has a smile on his face and is just a great person all around! Fields has one of the nicest, if not THE nicest dealerships around, especially with their complimentary breakfast and lunch that they offer. I recently had a service appointment with the fields service department ,as usual my service was completed flawlessly.Jason A my service advisor personally attends to every detail from my courtesy car to making sure the sills of my doors are wiped clean,a personal pet peeve of mine.I know he often does it himself.His attention to detail is extraordinary. I have been to a number of BMW Dealers over my 17 years of BMW ownership and I can say that Fields is the best one I have visited to date. I live a hundred+ miles away and can say it was worth the drive due to their outstanding Master technicians like Jonathan. Whenever I can swing the road trip my BMW is going back to Fields for repairs and maintenance where possible. I had a great overall experience from beginning to end and I did not even buy my BMW from them. I will be back.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere, but showed up here for maintenance on a window weather stripping that was getting stuck in the window. There were absolutely no questions asked, but they issued me a loaner vehicle and got the work done in a very timely fashion. My 2014 BMW 328i GT is a wonderful car with great electronic features. The only problem was I needed help knowing how to set up every thing even after my sales rep showed me how. 9 months after leasing the car I set up a appointment with their "Genius" service specialist, Brian Bilancione. Brian was very helpful in explaining and teaching me how to more fully take advantage of the many electronic apps. in the car. He is a terrific instructor.

I needed my car serviced due to an oil change along with the service engine light appearing. Mr. Michael Abney was my adviser and I'm glad I was able to encounter such a kind and honest being. Mr. Abney was able to explain what needed to be done and did a great job of keeping me updated of the services. In addition, the lounge and cafe area make the stay worthwhile with plenty of seating (I was able to find a cubicle spot for my laptop and I! Yay!) and well-lit. The coffee and tea selection was superb and I must say, Ms. Dana at the cafe area makes top quality foods -- I had the chicken cordon bleu, steamed veggies, and mac+cheese. I certainly see myself returning to the Field's BMW of Winter Park. Keep up the stellar work!

Just like to thank Dennis and the entire Winter park staff for making my experience pleasant and helping me obtain this fantastic car. Picked up a new M4 coupe last night, after weeks of shopping and several phone calls to multiple dealerships I was fortunate enough to call Fields BMW in Winter Park and get in touch with Dennis. For the first time since I started the search I reached a knowledgeable friendly sales consultant (Dennis) he made me feel comfortable about giving him and the company my business. The deal was hassle free and at a great price, when I picked up the car everything was as promised no hidden fees or surprises. He had all my paperwork ready and I signed in 5 mins, I met a few other members of the staff all very nice professional folks that congratulated me on my purchase. I really felt bad because Dennis had to stay 30 mins past closing for me to get my car that day due to my schedule, but not only was he willing he spent his own time making sure I understood my new car and all it's features, this was after I told him it was not necessary due to the time. To top it all off Dennis has followed up with me on my purchase already this morning along with a business manager and made it clear he was always available to answer any questions in the future. If your in the market for a new or used BMW stop reading and give Dennis a call you will not be disappointed. I am a firm believer you can't over pay for great service and I am 110% satisfied with my purchase and experience, can't ask for more than that! For what it's worth I have been in the auto industry for 21 years and have purchased more cars than I can remember it's not often I take the time to write a review but I feel these guys deserve recognition for the great job they did. My two brothers, my wife and I have always been servicing our cars at this dealer, great team, and one of the best BMW dealers in FL. The reason i am writing this review that i was looking for a CPO 5 series, unfortunately the two cars i liked at this location were sold before i make up my mind, the third one i liked was over my budget and i ended up dealing with a different BMW dealer in FL, i regret it, the location for the other dealer wasn't as clean, the staff wasn't as friendly, the overall experience wasn't good. The funny thing is the price for third car i liked at Fields was dropped to fit my budget after two weeks of my purchase... oh well, it wasn't meant to be, but my next car would definitely be from Fields. Now my brothers and my wife go there for free car wash and i cant because i did not purchase my car from this location so i thought it wouldn't be ethical for me to go there and get the free car wash. but i still service my car there, as they are the nearest BMW location to where we live.

I took my pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i in to meet with the BMW Genius. I had questions as to the use of some of the functions/features of my car. Bryan spent a considerable amount of time "tutoring" me (very patient and instructive). I pointed out the weather strip on the driver's had been torn/worn by the previous owner. He suggested we go into the service, parts department to see what the price would be to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised when the service manager told us he could cover the part and installation under the existing warranty coverage. When it's time for service or time to make another purchase, I hope to return either to Wymore or Orange Blossom.

WOW. I have owned 30 cars in my life and my family has been involved in the industry for my whole life. I have extensive knowledge of over a 12 different manufactures and Fields is hands down number one, two, and three etc. They understand the value of there customers, families, and value your time and do everything to help your time at Fields like the greatest car dealer experience ever. My son who is four was entertained for two hours and wanted to stay and wait for our car. Details are being provided to allow for a valid response which is not canned. Invoice 473545; date of service March 25, 2014, 2010 BMW 328i, washer fluid system is not functional. Per the invoice the washer pump was replaced. I have just made an appointment for this upcoming Saturday (06/07/14) for the same issue, washer fluid system is not functional. This is not the first instance of the vehicle being returned for a repair which was not properly addressed. On January 6 2014,Invoice 467532, vehicle was brought in due to poor heat output. It was not properly fixed until January 21, 2014. The exterior mirrors were serviced on January 21, 2014. Mirrors are still not functioning properly. Fields mechanical service seems to operate on all cylinders with regards to changing of oil and replacement of wiper blades. Any service requiring diagnostic ability has been lacking in my experience.

I had my BMW in your shop twice for repairs in the last 2 months, and Richard's winning attitude gave me security towards who I was leaving my car with. Everyone has a different vision toward their jobs, and I can say that the perception that Richard gave to me was a perception of excellency towards service and commitment towards his company. On my first encounter with Mr. Gaffney, my car had been towed to his dealership in the middle of the night after breaking down on the side of the road and I didn't know what to expect. The following morning, I received a call from Mr. Gaffney. I was a little disappointed regarding what happened to my vehicle, but the words and manner demonstrated by Mr. Gaffney gave me a sense of security in which all my negative vibes went away in a matter of seconds. His professionalism was extreme, and the way that he empathized and put himself in my shoes was appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired promptly and to my satisfaction throughout the entire process, all while keeping in close communication so that I always knew exactly what was going on. I purchased a vehicle from Field's BMW in Winter Park and absolutely love my car. However, the reason for writing this has nothing to do with my vehicle but instead is a result of excellent service at the dealership. Every time that I have taken my vehicle in, I have experienced complete professionalism and courtesy. My service representative, Dave Gilbert has been very responsive, communicative and timely with all service. the best service I've ever seen , I came in for a auto butler contract and they had me in and out in a rent a car in 14 minutes and when car was finished , it took 12 minutes to pick it up and be on my way and that made my day

The ease in getting my BWM serviced is amazing. I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental in about 30 minutes. When I returned to pick up my car, all repairs were explained and the service advisor ensured the repairs were to my satisfaction. Dropping off the rental, inspecting the repairs and paying the cashier were all less than 30 minutes. All of this completed by professional employees who were ensuring all of my needs were met. They made sure my experience was pleasant and quick.

I always feel one of the best ways to judge a car dealership is their service department. Fields BMW Winter Park is outstanding. I purchased my first BMW (pre certified) from Fields 6 years ago. I can not say enough good things about how well they take care of my car and me. My service advisor, Dave Gilbert, always lets me know what service needs to be done, if there is a potential problem arising (like my battery is going to go at any time). There is never pressure like you have to have this done right now. My car is serviced in a timely manner or I am notified if there will be a delay and do I need a ride or would prefer to wait. They always make me feel like my car and I am important to them.

Service and a RE-DO was needed on my 2007 BMW 750LI. The rear bumper had issue at BMW contracted body shop at last time in and was not up to snuff when returned to Fields for delivery to me. Also, my brakes needed a flush, and the new BMW battery I had purchased recently was going low? What's wrong here? Joe Allegra and Shaun Dubose were up to this challenge/mystery, and took my car in the last week of 03/2014 and got right on it. Within days, my bumper had been smoothed out, repainted, re-glazed, and the brake lines flushed, and a rear door closing actuator replaced in which was draining the battery at night in the garage while I slept without ever knowing it. WHO KNEW! ...............Well, JOE AND ALLEGRA and SHAUN DUBOSE DID! Problems and personalized care at previous dealerships have been a problem in the past, however on this particular visit, Its all stars and A+ ratings for white glove service and follow up. THANK YOU,..no really, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

As a Fields BMW customer, I am extremely happy and satisfied with their staff and level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend anyone of my friends and associates, to visit their dealership for services or to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a BMW X5 and continue to visit the dealership for services which include complimentary courtesy car washes. The dealership is always clean and the waiting area is comfortable and conveniently accessible with tv, phones, internet access, game room for children and even complimentary meals and refreshments while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Fields BMW is unlike any other dealer I've ever visited, and I wouldn't trade my BMW for anything else.

This was my first time using Fields service department. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the facilities were clean. I called around 5:00 pm to make an appointment to have my car looked at, I was told they had room the following day so I decided to drop my car off that night. It turned out that they didn't get to my car the following day, this left me without a car for longer than I expected for a simple diagnosis. When they did get to the car they notified me that it needed a battery. We all know that when you go to BMW for repairs you pay a premium, now normally for something as simple a battery change I would just do it myself, but because my car was already there, and I know my car requires the battery to be registered to the computer, I allowed them to change it. I was disappointed to see that the service technician didn't bother to set the date and time on my computer after changing the battery. I know this is something small but sometimes the small things add up to making a great experience, I would expect that when I pay over $100 in labor for a battery installation that this would have been done. I guess I am just used to a level of service from the BMW dealers up North, and Fields was unable to provide that level of service.

Bottom Line: Top quality service from a friendly staff and expert mechanics. I left my car for service during the week but had to leave on a trip from Orlando International. They scheduled a ride for me and then arranged to have my car available for me to pickup when I returned after business hours on the weekend. They go way beyond the normal level of customer service. I am a bit OCD about my car and on two different occasions, reported noise that was almost imperceptible. In each circumstance, their mechanics quickly identified the problem and fixed the cause. Impressive team.

I recently bought a used BMW and the service engine soon light came on shortly afterwards. I've never been to Fields BMW but after passing it for the last decade or so on Highway i4, I really didn't think of any other dealer to go to. The scheduling of my appointment was convenient and simple from their website and the reminder email was a plus ! I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and friendliness of every person who assisted me from the moment I pulled in. David Susa was point of contact and he welcomed me to Fields BMW and quickly began working to have my car diagnosed. He said he would need about an hour and I waited even less then that with my son in their beautiful showroom. They have a kid friendly area which my son enjoyed while we waited. Turns out the light just needed to be reset and no service was needed. David supplied me with a print out of the cars maintenance history that he retrieved from my key. ( thank you!) The employee's at the dealership were smiling and enjoying light conversation with me during my visit. It was obvious that this company cared about their employee's and the employee's were happy to be working there. (which is important to me as a customer) I am 100% positive that I will continue to use Fields BMW for all my future maintenance needs and when I am ready to consider my next BMW, I will start with them!

As always great service at Fields BMW, just a quick note few weeks ago I had gotten a nail in 2 of my tires Richard Gaffney called me back right away and told me to bring it in and he would have a loaner for me so I could get home. I told him I would be there by 5:30 and was not so lucky to do that, I was stuck in traffic, I called him and told him I wouldn't be there until 6:-6:15 he waited for me until I got there had a loaner ready for me. Cameron in the Hertz office was extremely helpful, got me in and out. Appreciate all the help from everyone at Fields, I know if I ever get into bind I can count on Richard and his staff to make it quick and peaceful to drop off my car!

I have bought numerous cars both new and used over the past 40+ years, and have yet to have a pleasant buying experience until I met with Hugh Hencken at Fields BMW in Winter Park. It started with an offer from BMW about 2 years ago to test drive a car and get a free gift card. I wasn't interested in the test drive at this time although I had wanted a BMW for a number of years, but my wife went by after work just to test drive and get the gift card. Fields knew up front what the deal was and that she wasn't ready to buy but they treated her as if she was. She fell in love with the 5 series and In January 2013 we were back to look for a used one to replace our 14 year old Avalon. They didn't have what we were looking for on the lot that day, but Hugh said he would keep an eye out. We saw several (at cars.com) over the next few weeks at their other locations but couldn't find the right one. (Hugh made calls to check out the interior color and other accessories) We finally saw 2 in their Lakeland store, and one had the right equipment. We made a deal over the phone including a trade in (same trade in price I had received from other dealers) and picked it up a couple of days later after Hugh drove down to get it and put it through its 2nd Certified Used Car inspection. Considering we were buying a 2011 with 20k miles , 2 yr warranty and an additional 2 yrs (total 4 yr) on what could have passed for a new car, we got a great deal for only a little more than older models with more mileage. The closing was the smoothest and easiest we have ever had, in fact the whole purchase process was very laid back, there was no high pressure to buy now, and we were comfortable in taking our time to find just the right car. We have since had a couple of minor repairs under warranty taken care of and have been loaned a car when ever we needed one, Numerous free car washes later we are still completely satisfied with the dealership and their service department. For those who have written about their poor experience I offer this. I recently took the car in for a wash and hand wax. Somehow the car was not vacuumed as was the normal custom. We were not going to say anything since this was the first glitch we had with Fields service and it was minor. Fields emailed a survey which my wife decided to note that she was disappointed the car had not been vacuumed. With in the next 48 hours (due to the weekend) we received a phone message and 2 emails from our service adviser David Sousa concerning our recent problem and offering a suitable correction for the over-site. By the next day we also received an email from the General Manager John Mantione asking if our concerns had been addressed. All this for a minor over-site. In my experience with service after the sale with Fields, they are excellent and have addressed our problems immediately. It is normal to receive an email reminding you of an upcoming appointment, as well as a request to complete a survey afterwards. Although many of the emails are automatic, it is obvious that they are interested in keeping their customers informed and happy and more than one person sees your response and will react promptly to even the smallest dissatisfaction. I have dealt with at least 10 different dealerships over the years, and none come close to Fields service and the level of concern for the customer after the sale. And the complimentary morning breakfast and lunch along with the coffee bar and car washes are also a nice added bonus for buying from them.

I went to the dealership on 7/27/13 to pick up my new vehicle and from the minute I walked into the dealership I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by Jay and Nadia. Overall, this dealership is certainly one of the best I've ever been to! We went in looking for a used bmw 5 series and wanted to purchase it. But we had personal circumstances that could've prevented us from getting the car. Our salesperson, Jay, helped us every step of the way. He has excellent communication and made this a smooth transaction. In the end, we were able to purchase the car with Jay's help. The reason I gave a 5-5 rating is because this by far was the best experience my wife and I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. The customer experience at this dealership is the benchmark for all others. I've been to many dealerships over my lifetime and this is one of the few times I've felt like I would come back and buy another car from them. The Client Advisor, Jay Fitzgerald, clearly represents the brand and is passionate about ensuring the customer experience is a positive one. As part of the purchase process it was also very clear the team that supports the dealership works together to ensure the customer experience is solid by obtaining information and communicating with the customer during the entire purchase process.

I dropped off my virtually brand new car for it's FIRST oil change EVER and when I went to pick it up, guess what, it was gone!! Fields gave my car keys to some random man that asked for them! This random man apparently put my car on a tow truck and drove off the lot without a trace! To top it off, the cameras weren't working! So not only could Fields not tell me WHO took my car and WHEN, there was no attempt to even give me a loaner to drive until they figured out how the heck they managed to hand my car keys over to some strange man without asking any questions...I refuse to do business with Fields BMW and have told and will continue to tell everyone I know about what happened and how Fields has handled this like a simple insurance claim thus far. Unacceptable.

We drove to Fields from Tampa to buy a VW that they had advertised on the web, negotiated a price, wrote up the deal, and after 2.5 hours invested in the deal were told the car was sold on Ebay, screw that, something else went down and it stinks. Having been a Fields client for near 20 years, I find it my duty to write this review. Fields is one of the best full service dealerships I have ever done business with. From the sales team to service and the parts department; they are courteous and polite, answer questions knowledgably and honestly, and they make you feel very welcome when you're there. Having dealt with Mercedes, Audi, and Jaguar, all in this area, Fields is the clear leader in luxury car dealers in Central Florida. Their team is passionate about the product and it really shows. Unfortunatelly there is not more BMW dealers around... I, as many other customers were trilled with the facilities, the free car wash and the food... but after they get your bussines the honeymoon is OVER!!! Lucky me i got the extended warranty on a "CERTIFIED" pre owned vehicle that I have to take it back after the first rainy day because some mechanism on the moon roof was broken and the car was flooding, as another customer mentioned, they try to blame any warranty issue on you, but some how this time they took care on 5 days, but I give that We have a free loaner, then is going back for an engine light fault, they said it has been a sensor and they replaced, other ocasion a pulley came off and the belt got broken, had to towed back to the dealer, all this is OK.. a lemon is supposed to brake but what I don't get is their HORRIBLE customer service, this guy JackTodd is the champion.. is like he thinks that I love their dealer and there is nothing better for me that to take back my car for service, is like he is doing me a huge favor repairing my car, I guess he hates the fact that the car is a 2008 and still under warranty, this last instance the engine light came back AGAIN and We took the car, he gaves Us an appointment on 10 days later and told Us that was OK to drive the car like that without any dignostics.. also was told that there is not more FREE loaners and I have to pay for a rental!! (FYI Audi always supply a free loaner when your car is under warranty) I still have 1 more year of warraty, there is not doubt that unless there is another BMW dealer on town by then.. my next car wont be a BMW.. Just a sugestion.. I think it will be better for Fields that the money they use to expend for the free lunch, should be use to pay for some customer service training class for their service department.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I bought a used Audi from the Land rover dealership and am very happy with my purchase. The salesman Matt Yates went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience. There was no haggling over the price of the vehicle and he gave me a really good price for my trade in! I went into BMW to purchase the all new 335 sedan. I have always thought that the 328 was a little under powered for my likings. After explaining this to Chris, he informed me of the all new powertrain in the 328 and that the performance is far better than what it looks like on paper. He convinced me to test drive a "sport line" and I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. I bought a 328 sport, oh and best part is that I'm getting 38mpg on the highway!!!! I recommend Chris at Fields BMW, very professional and knowledgeable!

The service manager at this dealer seems to be a very angry person in general.The service writer, she was nice. but then 1hr & 15 min before my car was even looked at! I'm sorry but that is NOT going to work with me....ever! The chevy dealer I bring my other car to is run much better then Field's in winter park. not sureabout there other locations but this place gets a D in my book.If your looking toget your bmw worked on or serviced you need to pack a lunch! Now I know why Field'sgives free food. but that does not make up for the more then bad service I got.**********************Big changes are needed at Field's BMW**************************

I also brought my car for another service need about a month ago and while they are servicing the car they hit it, I said it is ok accident can happen and they have fixed the car and told me this incident will never hit the carfax because it was just a little scrach on the bumber, now I own a 2009 BMW with a accident on carfax report as high end car buyer, we all know the effects of price on a BMW with a accident history on carfax. After going trough all this BMW service did not want to help me on anything no compensation, appology or even act sorry. So Finally this will be my last BMW that I will ever purchase and deal with these guys, and I do not recommens them to anyone I know. They dont know any consumer right or show anything to help customer service.

I used this dealership to lease my BMW in 2009, which was a perfect experience. Then went in May 2012 to buy my car from lease. Even before I got there, I told salesperson I needed to know COMPLETE price of my car. When I got there sales person told me different dollar costs than I had on my emails to her. I was upset and frustrated and told her that I asked her specifically that I needed to know costs ahead of time so that I could figure what my monthly payments would be. There was no apology, just a take it or leave it attitude. She told me they weren't making any money on this deal. She also said several times I don't know how to make things any clearer to you. So I asked for the Sales Manager, same thing. So then I took it to the Finance Manager, same thing. A simple, Im sorry, I didnt mean to overlook your needs, would have been sufficient. Instead I was belittled, and they looked at me as an antagonist. I walked out after buying the car, which I had to because the lease was up. This was the worst buying experience I have EVER had in my life. Took complaint to BMW North America. They said since this dealership is independently owned, no followup. Took complaint to the president of Fields Motorcars which was passed down to president of Fields Motorcars of Florida. Got letter to the effect: HE apologized but also said: I was rude. I WAS RUDE, how about your personnel?? I explained in a follow-up letter to him that I am cured, I will never buy a car without a witness, and it will NEVER be a BMW, and never from his dealership. His follow-up said: next time you buy a BMW, contact me directly. Obviously he does not know what bad personel can do to a business and a brand name.

Fields BMW really does excel serving potential buyers. With a state-of-the-art facility with on-site car wash and chef, free food and lounge you'd be hard pressed to find another show room so inviting. Mike Spain, the salesman I was supposed to see was a pretty nice guy and enjoyable to talk to at first, but I was then immediately handed off to another person(forget her name) who while was very friendly at first just felt like she was just phoning it in. She made a few comments about the car that I knew already and was able to answer some intermediate questions about the car. She seemed like she was personally attacked when I would point out some flaws with her car. That's what I'm supposed to do, I'm buying a used car and I NEED to be critical. The test drive went on without incident. The worst part that sealed the deal for me was the AWFUL appraisal I received on my trade-in just over $2,000 UNDER what 3 comparable dealerships offered me in the past 4 days. After I tell her how shocked I was at the price she said "You're lucky you got that, we actually wanted to give you 20k(instead of 21k)". Unbelievable, I started my walk out and they tried to bump up my trade-in $1000. But at that point I already had a bad taste in my mouth. Mike came to me before I left but what I told him fell on deaf ears. They basically said "well we'll be sure to look for another used one and look you up!" All they had to do was break even on my trade-in but they didn't even want to bother. I've been to many dealerships in my life and this as one of the worse experiences in recent memory. Pretty stupid to lose a deal over a terrible trade-in I think.

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328i M-Sport edition, CPO, from Fields BMW-Winter Park and would like to give my sales advisor, Gary Boggess, the highest possible recommendation. Gary was professional, courteous, patient, and straight-forward. There was no sales pressure applied, the financial dealings were transparent, and the attention to detail was impressive. Gary spent hours explaining the features of the 335i and 328i we test-drove and did so enthusiastically. The service did not end with the sale. Once the purchase was finalized Gary spent another 30 minutes with me to make sure all of the features of my BMW were adjusted for me (seat/mirror memory, audio system, etc...) and asked me to return to have one small, almost imperceptable blemish "touched-up" at no charge. My experience working with Gary was the single best sales experience, automobile or otherwise, I have ever encountered. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who truly enjoys his job, has a passion for BMW, and wants his customers to make the best possible decision. I have already recommended Fields BMW-Winter Park to others due to Gary Boggess, and look forward to working with Gary in the future.

Couldn't be more disappointed with these folks. Brought in a 328i that was 500 miles out of warranty for a water pump repair and dealer offered no assistance in the cost. We've purchased 9 cars from Fields and won't be buying any more. BMW customer assistance not only didn't offer any help either, they said they would follow up with me and never did. I had to call them more than 10 times to get an answer from them as well. Terrible customer service!

I took my car in for service and needed a few minor adjustments all of which were done. However, they broke one of my headlight assemblies and want me to pay over $700 to replace it. They are making all kinds of excusses. Bottom line is that it was't broken when I brought the car in and its broken when I picked it up. Typical car dealership. I expected much more from a BMW dealsership. Take your business elsewhere.

I love my service adviser Rob Hynes at Fields BMW in Winter Park, FL. Since I leased my BMW two years ago this month, Rob has taken such good care of me at this dealership. Even if I'm in for a courtesy car wash, he'll see me and make a point to stop and say hello and check how I'm doing. Here's the deal. What makes Rob an excellent service adviser is not only his big heart and his attention to the customer, but that he has the support of a customer-focused organization. Every person who works on the periphery of his team is oriented on getting the customer in and out as quickly, accurately and pleasurably as possible.This morning when I pulled up, customer greeter Bobby immediately gestured where to park and was at my door before I had the engine off. He took my key and printed out my paperwork and walked me to my service adviser, Rob Hynes. Rob quickly processed what my car needed, asked me if there was anything else I needed done, including reminding me that my key fob needed a new battery (something I'd mentioned to him in passing on a prior visit or call--even I don't remember), and walked me over to the Hertz desk where I was quickly assigned a BMW rental, escorted to the car, and vroom I was on my way. In the span of about 15 minutes, if that.This is the kind of experience that will make me choose this dealership over any other. So thank you, Rob, and your team at Fields. You guys get it. You get that performance is about people, not processes. Ask yourself this question: Do you look forward to taking your car to the dealership? I certainly do, and now you know why.

So far i have purchased 3 BMW's from this dealership and Patti has been my service adviser for most of that time (I wish it had been for the full time!). Patti can always be counted on to go above and beyond. When things have gone wrong with my cars I know she's always in my corrner to make sure the repair is done correctly and to do what ever she can to have it covered by warranty. I also appreciate that she's always thinging of my safety by adding "check tire pressures" to every work order. I've had other service advisers in the past at other dealerships where this has not been the case. Patti's exceptional service keeps me a loyal customer to BMW. Russel BMW in Maryland just about put an end to that loyalty with the poor service that I received at that location. Patti is a HUGE asset to Fields and I recommend her as a service adviser to everyone that I know who owns a BMW. I know they will be treated with exceptional service. Patti and I have developed a great relationship that always begins and ends with a hug! You're the BEST Patti and I always look forward to seeing you everytime I'm at Field's even if it's just for a car wash.

When I have any trouble with my X5 they are always very friendly and courteous.The service advisor is always very friendly and willing to ensure that the trouble is taken cate of. She always has a very friendly attitude and likes to talking with you to make your service visit a pleasant and stressless as possible. I have my vehicle since 2006 and have had it serviced several times at the Winter Park location. My service advisor Richard Gaffney has provided me with excellent customer service each time well beyond expectations. He has been very professional, very knowledgeable and has processed the work orders efficiently and so expeditiously. I do not have to wait very long for my car to be completed and be on my way. He also checks any other service items that need to be completed on the car at the same time. I definitely recommend for everyone to request Richard when they need to service their car at the Winter Park location. He is excellent.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. From the purchase of my new 2007 550 to today they have done an outstanding job. I have always felt like part of the family every time I go in. For as sophisticated & complex as the systems on the car are, they are able keep things running as good as new year after year.If a problem arises I have confidence that it will be taken care of. Richard has always been very accommodating and easy to work with. When dropping my car off or picking it up I never have to wait, even if I needed a loaner car. Also, on more than one occasion I had to visit the dealer on short notice without an appointment. Everything was handled professionally and expeditiously, business as usual.The dealership also does a great job at making you feel welcome by offering fantastic food for breakfast or lunch. They also have coffee, soda and water. None of my other dealer experiences with prior vehicles can even compare to Fields. It truly matches the premium vehicles that they sell.

I must say Richard is the most outstanding Service Advisor at Fiends in Winter Park. I have owned BMWs since 1989 and have been to many services centers. Richard has help me on a number of service visits. He always checks everything and gets me in and out in a flash. Customer service like this will always keep me coming back!

A few weeks ago I was having issues while out of state with vehicle and Richard was trying to help via telephone on how best to fix the car problem.He and the dealership has always been very accomodating to me whenever I call including helping with minor things even w/o an appointment. I purchased a used Z4 BMW a year ago which initially required several service issues be addressed. I was fortunate enough to have Richard Gaffney as a service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable at diagnosing, resolving and dealing with the problems. He has consistently delivered services when promised and provided alternative transportation to make an inconvenient situation much more bearable. He is a true asset to the dealership.The dealership is clean and provides food and beverages to customers while waiting for their services to be completed. The food is delicious and is much appreciated when waiting. Finally, after receiving first rate service and complimentary food and beverage, my car is delivered with a spotless carwash.This dealership definitely strives to make sure their customers are satisfied from the minute they drive up to the service department and greeted, until they leave with their shiny clean car. I have continued to be impressed with Fields BMW of Winter Park over the past year and have and will recommend to friends.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about a few people. My recent purchase of the 750li is my third seven series that I have bought from Fields in Winter Park. I would not consider going anywhere else nor would I drive any other car. I absolutely love Steve Higgins. He consistently gives me great deals and ultimately that is what keeps me coming back. I just think he is a true professional and is such a dynamic person. I also love Serdar. He is larger than life and makes the whole experience fun. Over the years Serdar has taken my phone calls on his cell when I have had questions about my purchase and he always fields them with great confidence, I consider him a friend. During this last purchase I dropped in to test drive a couple of cars and Serdar was not there. Steve asked Gary to accompany me. Gary knew that I was not his customer but certainly treated me as if I were. He is a super nice person. He acted as if he had all of th e time in the world for me, he is such a gentleman.

Jenny is the best salesperson ever!We bought a 335d from her, for me. My husband liked mine so much, he wanted it for himself!She worked for 3 weeks to find us another one, even looking at other Field's dealerships. She found me a 128i convertible that was SO me. We are now a BMW family!!! She sold us 2 new BMWs in 3 weeks. No pressure, lots of work on her part and we have never been happier. I was driving an '08 Corvette and he was driving an '09 Chrysler 300 hemi C. The power and ride on our 2 new BMWs is unbelievable!!! She even lowered our car payments by $500 a month. What else can I say? If you need a B'mer, see Jenny at Field's BMW in Winter Park, FL, you won't be sorry. This is a dealership that you will leave smiling!!

Do not step a foot near this dealership. They are a rudest team of salespeople with poor customer service. They obviously sell many cars and act like there are many others to sell a car to if you ask too many questions. Their prices on their used cars is thousands above what they should be and they will not negotiate at all.

Went in with my son and was ignored by sales staff who spent more time goofing around and talking than selling cars. Guess I wasnt wearing a suit so I wasnt worth talking to today. Didnt even get greeted by reception at desk. Car advertised on web was not even on the lot, wasted a lot of time here. Bought my car at Lakeland facility where they know how to greet you and introduce you to a sales consultant properly.

i recently returned my lease and will never be going back. they don't treat their customers right. prior to my lease end, i was told that if i could not yet decide on the replacement car, it will be quite easy to request for an extension. later i was told i couldn't do it unless i've put some money down towards another bmw as i haven't established loyalty to the brand yet. when i balked, they changed their story and said i could in fact extend my lease, but they want me to pay the same amount as my current lease which actually was higher than it should be as i rolled in the debt i had from my previous car that i traded in to them to get this lease. that was paid for by the end of the 36 moth lease, so why should i pay for it again? that's just plain wrong. i guess they know they are the only bmw dealer in orlando. also, looking to get a loaner? good luck!

I have been a happy customer of Fields BMW for the past 9 years. BMW vehicles are incredible to drive and almost sell themselves, but finding a great dealership and establishing a true relationship was a unique experience for me. I enjoy and expect a high level of service, and Fields BMW consistently exceeds our expectations. We plan to continue being a customer for many years. I enjoy the free car washes the most, but appreciate having a designated service writer and a loaner vehicle when needed. If I need to wait, the customer area includes free Wi-Fi & local calling and at no charge provides coffee, water juice, fresh baked cookies, breakfast (bagels & muffins) and a lunch in the afternoon! ALL FREE! It is great!I highly recommend Fields BMW. They are a class act!

I recently bought a 2007 328 coupe from another dealer. I would have bought it from Fields, but I wanted a very rare combination of features and they could not find the car I wanted. However, they were very helpful in my shopping process. The sales department helped me evaluate three vehicles for sale by others. The service department helped evaluate several mechanical characteristics of vehicles for sale by others. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the car I wanted rather than trying to sell me the cars they had.I intend to have my car serviced by Fields BMW.

On December 23, 2008 I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2005 BMW X5 SUV with a little over 26,000 miles from Fields BMW in Winter Park. The vehicle was very clean and I thought priced fairly for todays market. A few months after the purchase I noticed the tires looked a little worn, but thought nothing of it. On Memorial Day, with just 30,000 miles on the SUV, i lost tire pressure in one of the tires due to a faulty stem. When I took the car in for repair, I was told that all the tires needed to be replaced and that they were "dry rotted". The tires still had tread (4/32), but were not safe to drive.I contacted the dealer and was advised of course that tires are a "wear and tear" item and they weren't responsible. I understand that tires are my responsibility, but I was thinking that a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle would get more than 5 months and 4,000 miles with the tires that were sold with the vehicle. Remember, this isn't just a used vehicle, this was a "Certified Pre-Owned". According to the used car manager, the tires met the standard when the left the sales floor (5/32) and, according to the dealer and BMW they are not REQUIRED to inspect the tires for dry rot as part of the certification process. Now don't get me wrong, I fully expected to have to buy tires for my SUV this year, but I was expecting to get at least a good 12 months or 10,000 miles out of them. After all, the legal "end of life" is (2/32) on a tire. So, if not for the dry rot, I would have likely hit my mark. The problem is that neither the dealership nor BMW is concerned enough about consumer safety to REQUIRE dealers to inspect for dry rot and replace affected tires, they only require a tread depth inspection. This is a safety issue. I asked BMW if they would consider revising its process for tire inspections, they said "no".

I was able to negotiate a much better deal on my new BMW at another dealer in Melbourne. But since I live in Orlando, I have it serviced at Fields. My service rep is always friendly, but their mechanics clearly are incompetent or don't care. Nothing is ever fixed when they tell you it is. Or it is fixed for a few days, then breaks again. So you end up spending a few days out of the week back and forth to Fields and the rest of the days of the week without a car. And remember, if you didn't buy your car there, they won't give you a loaner. What is wrong with these people? I think they know they can treat customers poorly because Fields is the only game in town. Several of my BMW-owning friends have had the same extremely negative experiences with the service department. Avoid if at all possible.

I just bought my second car at Fields BMW. The customer service is awesome. The service department is great and the people are very friendly including John (GM), as well. They always treat me like a King.I strongly recommend this dealer.

wanted to charge me almost 18,000 dollars to fix minor damages on the interior of the car. 8,000 was for labor. jesus, its a brand new 330i 06 model, will someone tell them to get a life, fixed all the problems for less than 2 grand at an auto mechanic shop who use to be a bmw mechanic. crazy!

When you take you vehicle to Fields BMW Winter Park you should be aware that any belongings left in you car will be gone!!!, there is no trust, they have taken money from my central console...also they have changed my luxury valve caps from regular ones!!! how dissapointed I am from this dealer, management does not take care of this kind of problem..... you already bought the car... that's what they care!!!!!!

I would recommend this dealership for service, but not the person I spoke with in the appointments. Her name was Theresa and she was very harsh and not friendly. I will not deal wtih her anymore when making an appointment. She does not know about autos and customers. I really like the Peggy and the other people in the appointment office. There are a couple of the girls who have receintly left, that I spole with and really liked. The service is excellent and the SA and SM are very friendly.

The service in this dealership is *no* service at all. Multiple attempts to repair something (with my car being grounded for days, and as many invoices) where the problem is still not fixed, combined with a slightly patronizing attitude from the 'service personnel' lead me to the only alternative that I have: find another BMW dealership in Central Florida. I'd rather drive 1 or 2 hours to a capable dealership and have problems fixed within minutes than drive minutes and wait days.

I recently bought a preowned BMW. Initial impression: parking is extremely cramped. Cars are packed like sardines. Appears more like a volume dealer. Went for a test drive-sales person was riding with us! Rather than allowing us to evaluate the car was engaged in a conversation. Very distractive and tacky! In last five years I bought a Porsche, Acura and Audi (also test drove MB E500 and Lexus GS430) never experienced the annyoing presence of a sales person in the car. Sales person Bob Jones was otherwise extremely nice and well informed. Sales negotiation was smooth. However, later encounter with the finance manager and GM should best be forgotten. They were suspicious about the draft from my bank and didn't send the pay off in time. This dealership should learn how to deal with customers from the Orlando Porsche or Audi dealerships. I wish there is an alternate BMW dealer in town.

This is by far the worst dealership you can imagine. I bought my $80k 745i from them four months ago. My BMW has spent a month at the dealer for service for the same problems. (Tire warning light saying I have a flat tire is constantly on, severe vibration problems, navigation system not working, radio not working, CD changer not working, doors open by themselves, trunk would not open, check engine light on, alignment problems, gear shifter has broken off three times because it gets caught in neutral, cell phone holder broke, misc. warning lights come on, etc.) The car has been into the dealer four times for the vibration problem. They have not been able to fix it and they even put new Michelin tires on and the service advisor said the 19" Pirelli tires that were factory on the car were "junk" tires. The car went into BMW for the final attempt to fix the vibration and the tire warning light under the Florida lemon law. The dealer kept the car for five hours and called me and said it was fixed. When I got there to pick it up they had done nothing to the car and had not even driven it. They said I had damaged a tire and that is why the vibration is present and the alignment is off. They also accused me of rigging the car and making the navigation and stereo to not work. I had reported to the dealer twice that the rearview mirror had a bad rattle. A few weeks ago the windshield where the rear view mirror is attached cracked. I brought it to the dealer and they said they would fix it under warranty but had to order the glass. When the BMW tech looked at it on the lemon law visit he said a rock hit the windshield and broke it even though the crack originates from the inside of the windshield, not the outside. BMW proceeded to write my attorney a letter stating there is nothing wrong with the car and they will not buy it back. At this point the steering wheel was put back on at a slant and the tire pressure monitor was back on saying I have a flat tire. The vibration in the car had not subsided either. A month into owning the car I contacted Fields BMW and asked them to give me a decent trade-in allowance on the car so I could get something that would be more reliable. They told me there was no way they would take this car (that I bought there!!) in on trade. Last night the gear shift broke so I called BMW roadside assistance at about 6pm. At 12:30am a tow truck finally arrives. After two times the driver finally gets the car up on the flat bed. The service advisor wrote on the paperwork that the gear shifter fell off due to "mis-use and abuse" by me but they repaired it under "good will." Upon driving the car home the transmission kept slipping. When I got it in my garage I took a closer look at the car. The front bumper had severe scratches in it down to the plastic. Near the front of the bumper at the bottom of the car all the paint was missing. The hood was no longer on straight. Nothing on the front half of the car was on the car the way it should be. The back of the car appeared just as bad. Paint was missing from the bottom of the bumper and there were scratches where the car was tied to the tow truck. The underneath of the back of the car was all dented up including bad gashes in the fuel tank. We immediately took pictures and returned the car to the dealer. At this point we have determined THE CAR FELL OFF THE TOWN TRUCK and the dealer tried to cover it up. <br><br>

They seem to not have a clue on how to fix things the first time that you come in to have fixed, you often leave with another problem. If you look young they treat you like trash and NO respect at all.Lord forbid that you have a nice car and you are younger than the Service Advisor.If you want it done right, you better call the corporate number and let them know what they are doing wrong.They like to pass the buck, and when I say that I mean,if they dont know how to fix it,they will tell you it is to get thier damn courtesy car back,then you have to turn around just aftre you leave to tell them that its not fixed yet and they stare at you like you have the plague.Dont go their to get anything,service thier flat out is a joke.
