From the minute we got out of our truck we were treated with respect. Eddie asked questions about what we were looking for and offered suggestions to us. The test drive went great. Just when things were going good we met more of your staff and things got even better. The entire experience was better than we could have expected. The financial part was well explained and easy to follow. Mike taught us all about our car, and Martina followed up after the paint service. What a wonderful group you have. The service continues, I was back for my third general service on my car in September 2020 and everything was great. A couple of weeks later I had a sensor error, made an appointment and that was taken care of too. Everyone that I've dealt with has been fantastic and they double check with me on everything to make sure I am happy. Thank You Again

The best Mercedes service in Tampa! Rick Greene and his team of service advisors are amazing! They treat you like family and they go out of the way to provide exceptional service excellence from beginning to ending throughout the service process. I would never take our vehicles to any other Mercedes service shop except Fields Motor Mercedes service department! We only drives Mercedes because we know our vehicles will be taken good care of if service and maintenance is needed on the vehicle. You rock Fields Motor Mercedes service team!

My first service experience with my new car but not my first with this dealership as this is my second car from this dealership. Nick and the crew are always polite, keep me up to date on progress and never try to sell you something you do not need. They come pick my car up and then drop it back off to me clean and looking better than it did when it went in for service. Thank you! All my experiences with this dealership have been low pressure and customer oriented.

I had a great experience buying a sprinter from Field Motorcars and Ron is a great person and easy deal with. I am living in Sacramento, CA area and purchased a sprinter crew van here two weeks ago. The buying process was a flawless. Ron is extremely helpful which brought me a real piece of mind. He picked us up from Orlando airport when me and my wife flew in from California to pick up the van. All staffs are so nice and PJ was very friendly, accurate, and prepared. The process are very clear and fluent. The most part that I like Ron and this dealership is that they are keeping the great values like truthfulness and compassionate. I sincerely thankful for Ron and highly recommend Field Motorcars.
