Have a 2015 Kia Soul, which I bought at Fiesta Kia. Recently, the low tire pressure gauge come on. I'd fill up the low tire and a day later it'd come on again. Swung by the dealership and inquired about new tire prices. The service department offered to look at the tire, discovered the roofing nail I overlooked, and said they could patch the leak and shoe horned me in during a busy day. 20 minutes later I was out the door with a patched tire that didn't cost me a cent. And, they washed and vacuumed the vehicle! Everything about this dealership says customer service.

I went in looking for a Kia Soul. They showed me the car with just the options I needed. There were no games. We made a deal quickly and was treated well. Scheduled appointment on Sunday, September 25, 2016. Person on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought the car in next day, Monday at 12;30 pm and was out by 1:15 pm. The oil was changed, fluid levels checked and the car was washed and vacuum cleaned. EXCELLENT!!

I really love my car. I was however disturbed with the extremely loud music playing while I was there. It was so loud I couldn't think. Two people brought their dogs into the business and the dogs were barking on and off, which added to my stress of trying to focus on buying my car. There was a air machine that was keeping a nylon stature up and that noise also added to the chaos. I have been at different car dealerships but have never been in an extremely noisy place as this one. It really takes away from the experience of buying a car that you will use for years. The reason I wrote a lower "facilities" rating was because in the women's bathroom the toilet was constantly running water in and after awhile it would make a high pitched loud sound, that would stop when flushed. This also added to the noise issues at this place.

I recently bought a Kia Sorento from Fiesta Kia. I was directed to Fiesta Kia through the USAA car buying service. Brice Hamilton and Jeff Bierly initial contacted me via USAA and I set up a time to come in and test drive the Sorento. Brice showed me the Sorentos with the features I was interested in and I test drove the V6 and 2.0 Turbo. Jeff confirmed the guaranteed price and discounts on the vehicle I wanted and even found a financing deal better than what USAA was offering. This was the easiest car buy I've made in my life. When I later noticed that the cargo net was missing from my new vehicle, Brice worked quickly to resolve that discrepancy. I'm a very satisfied customer!

First of all, we love our Kia. We traveled to Denver and back and spent 40.00 on gas.....(850.00 miles) This is my second review and after Krista reviewed my account she got my interest lowered by 5% and 3,000 off the asking price.. We would not hastate to recommend Fiesta Kia to family and friends and will be returning when its time for a new Kia also like to add that Kia has a excellent warranty.

1st of all I wanted to test drive your Kia Soul because I think there an awesome looking car. so a young sales person came out and we did just that loved it, but my husband saw a Sedona and really liked it. we were at the time just looking and would be a future purchase, the sales person couldn't get away fast enough. since he wasn't going to make a sales on that day. didn't even offer (which we would of liked) to test drive the Kia Sedona. but needless to say we are actually thinking of buying real soon from another dealership.

I was very pleasantly suprised with the entire experience. My wife and I saw an extremely low mile 2015 Soul on their used car lot on a Sunday, and owned it Monday night. We have been shopping around and other dealers and they all wanted more money for 2013 Souls with 30-40K miles than we paid for a 2015 Soul with only 3K miles (and we also got the remainder of the 10 year 100K mi warranty). Thanks to our salesman Jeff Bierly their internet rep, and the entire staff at Feista Kia. They made my wife a geat offer over the phone Monday We would also have to agree it was the EPIC experience they strive for. I would definately recommend them, and can honestly say it's the best auto purchase experience we have ever had.

I serve in the military and sought to buy a KIA on the Internet 250 miles from where I live. I contacted the Internet Sales Manager and coordinated an agreement to take my trade-in for what I owe the bank and sell me the car (Sonata Hybrid) for "invoice" with incentives. (The sale price I negotiated over the phone was consistent as found from TRUECAR.com buyers). I verified the offer before I started my 4-hour travel plans by asking multiple times clarification and emphasized that I would be traveling a long distance to achieve the deal. The Internet Manager reviewed the deal with the General Manager and accepted the terms we agreed too. I was told to come on in and we would be able to complete the transaction as they had many Sonota Hybrid cars. Furthermore, the dealership recently bought a bowling alley next to the dealership to expand its used car lot. This addition for the dealership suggested that they were low on used car inventory and would therefore have reason to give more for dealer trade-in cars. I then elected to travel 250 miles (4-Hours) to the dealership. When I arrived they showed me the car for sale and then they tried to renegotiate what we previously agreed. This action was initiated by the dealership to try and change the terms of the deal after I arrived!!! They desired to change the deal by refusing to discount the dealers car with the factory incentives and furthermore reduce the trade-in value. The deal was re-offered with a $7,000 change to advantage the dealership. Deceptive cheating style business practices!!! - The Internet Sales Manager stated to me that they are pressured to just get customers in the store at what ever it takes. Obviously, I blame the ownership and the selection of top management as well as the dealership business practices. This is the type of sales tactics ("bait and switch" - switching either terms or cars to advantage the dealership") from the 1970s. This was just unbelievably dishonest and deceptive!!!! Consequently, I recommend DON"T SHOP HERE unless you want to GET RIPPED OFF!!! Throughout the process of revisiting the deal that we agreed to over the phone, management tried to trick me with deceptive suggestions that the car they showed me did not come with any more incentives unlike the rest of the Sonota Hybrid cars. I said ok, then sell me one of the other cars with the incentives. They then refused to do that as well and told me the car I had was now worth $7,000 less than previously agreed to. It is worth noting the car I was trading in was a Mazda6 (2015) with only 3,500 miles and never been smoked in or have any issues. I later was able to get the trade-in value I sought when I decided to buy a different car (Honda Hybrid on a lease) from a reputable dealership. That other DEALER took care of me from start to finish. Review Summary: DON'T BUY HERE unless you want to GET RIPPED OFF!!! Dealership deserves ZERO STARS!!!

First thing when arriving at dealership we couldn't find a sales associate. After finding one went threw the buying process trading in my 05 BMW X5 for a Kia Optima, agreed on terms and signed paperwork. A few weeks later received a check from my bank for refund on my extended warranty not used on the BMW. At this point with the BMW being paid off we were waiting for my new plates which a week later still hasn't arrived. Then received a call from loan department saying they needed proof of income and loan was already approved just needed last documents. Faxed in copys of payroll stubs and heard nothing else so a few days later we started receiving letters in the mail from lenders saying they would not finance us do to terms.Called the dealership and was told they were lenders they didn't use and the deal was a go but the fax of payroll stubs was hard to read. So I faxed the paperwork again because I leave out of town. Was reassured again that everything was a good week by and no calls so I called and left several messages to call me back. Finally went down to the dealership and demanded answers. Had to explain my story to a manager after being extremely rude and calling me a lier about my BMW being already paid off he guaranteed me that Friday the deal would be finished. Friday came around and no call so Tuesday I called the dealership and said I'm taking the car back.They then called me telling me I would have to sign a new contract. I told them I wasn't going to and I was returning the car. A manager then called me apologizing for the problem and want me to sign the new deal. After refusing he turned rude and said I could have my BMW back because I was stupid for not accepting their deal and being upside down in my vehicle. Said my loan would be reinstated on my old loan. I then called my lender said they could do that and that I would be behind two months payments and it would be reported on my credit. A few days went by and my lender called me asking if I had possession of my vehicle which I didn't have. Called the dealership and they told me they were trying to get the BMW back from the auction. That were my story is at the moment. This has been over two weeks many calls and tons of stress.

When I first went to kia I had left a dodge dealer just down the street were I was treated bad and trying to put me in a car that I didn't want. Coming to kia right after that was the best decision I've mad when purchasing my vehicle! I was greeted by Melvin who was outstanding. He didn't pressure or stalk me and my husband in the parking lot, and gave us our space.we were able to look around and discuss options alone which I prefer and Melvin was waiting while we had any questions. I seen a 2015 forte I wanted to test drive I liked it we handled the paper work negotiations were quick and easy no haggle keeping us there all day and night like most dealerships do. We were treated with respect shown around the service department met with the owner of kia it was the most stress free experience anyone could ask for when making a car purchase I will definitely recommend Kia on lomas and definitely recommend Melvin as a salesman.Thank u for everything I love my 1st new car!

Rolling in our 2009 Rio, we were just expecting to do a drive-by through the Fiesta Kia lot and widow shop. Our plans were thwarted by a friendly, confidant, smiling salesman named Jeff. After looking at the Ford Focus and the Ford Fiesta we realized we were Kia people. Jeff took the time to talk with us. He showed us around the dealership and took us out to the lot where he found us more than what we were looking for at a price we could not refuse. My wife and I spent about 7 days looking at vehicles, visiting several dealerships, test driving vehicles and talking to Salesmen. Our Salesman at Fiesta KIA was Raphael, he knew the vehicles, my wife said what she was looking for and he sold us the vehicle that we really wanted and at the price we said we could afford to pay. There was no high pressure salesmen like at other dealers. We were very impressed with the professional attitude of the Fiesta KIA staff and my wife really loves her 2015 Sorento. The customer shuttle was not available on either of my visits to take me home, but the service staff went out of their way to get me home. Shuttle did pick me up at home to get my car.I was given a complimentary car wash if that is what it is called. The wash was not "very good" and am glad I didn't pay for it. Didn't bother to vacuum the interior. When the problem was finally figured out, I was told I would have to come back again after they ordered the parts. I had them order for overnight delivery, to get it fixed by the next day. Problems required me to leave the car over the weekend and it took until Wednesday to get it fixed.I called Adrian numerous times to find out if it was ready during this time and he said they were still trying to find the problem and would get back to me, He never called back with any progress, even though I told him that I would like to get the car the next day. The girls were excellent and had the paperwork ready when I arrived, not ready when I picked up car though.

I Purchased a New Vehicle (2012 Kia Sedona) in August 2012, we traded in our 2007 Kia Rondo this is our third Kia vehicle and we have always been very pleased with the vehicles. I am having ongoing issues with the finance portion of the dealership. I have been in on multiple occasions to the dealership because the dealership has not paid off the Kia Rondo. The majority of the Rondo was paid but there is a balance of $148.84 In September this was $135.35. I was in to talk to the F & I Manager Juan Lozano in the middle of September about this issue he assured me that this would be fixed immediately he advised me that he would be sending in a check for $150 to make sure there was no balance left on the vehicle. The first week of October I went in to the dealership and talked to Sales Consultant Andres Martinez, He told me that the check was sent and to give it a few days. I received more calls from the finance company of the Rondo and went back in to talk to Sales Consultant Andres Martinez (he was the only one available when we went back in). Mr. Martinez gave me an excuse that the check was sent back because it was not the full amount; I explained to him that this was not true because the finance company has already posted $7425 to the balance of the vehicle on 10/02/12 and there was a balance of $139. He said that this was also sent out. On the first week of November I received another call from the finance company of the Rondo so I went back in and the Sales person Jim Ellis went over to help me I let him know what the issue was, he said that he would call over the Finance Manager who never came over he sent Jim out to help me! Jim brought over a paper with a tracking number of the check that was supposedly sent in. Today November 30, 2012 I received another call from the finance company of the Rondo advising me that the Balance still has not been paid now at $148.84 and this will be sent to the credit Bureau. I will be in to Garcia Kia again today to try to get this resolved! Richard Gutierrez

I was very impressed with the friendliness, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and especially how much they went out of their way to make sure I got a ride back to the dealer in time to have my car for the weekend. A salesperson actually came and picked me up and the service manager stayed late. They were awesome!

Just wanted to discount to a post I had read in the past it was very unpleasant about Garcia KIA , so I went to another Kia Dealer in Taylor ranch, I will not be going back to Taylor ranch again, who ever wrote the directory post on Garcia KIA was so wrong. I did make a appointment for a trans service and a oil change, I was given a quote on the phone, I was greeted with a big smile and a very friendly employ , I was told it would take about one hour to finish the job, WOW all dona in 1 hr and 10 mins an the price was just what I was given over the phone, and to add another smile for me my Kia was washes and clean So if you heard a bad report on Garcia KIA it is total BS I would recommend it to every KIA owner Jim

My last experience was very bad. I was tempted to never return to this dealership.This time, I was given prompt service, a competitor's coupon and discount were honored, and my car was ready when promised. I'm glad I gave Garcia Kia a second chance and they provided better service.

My check engine light came on while I was driving to work, I called Kia, spoke with Jacob who said he could assess the car, but most likely not leave it to be fixed. I drove there, and when he found out what was wrong.. he had time to fix it right away! I was SO grateful that I did not have to leave it there, as a single mom with only one car- getting it all fixed in the time I was at work was so very appreciated!Thanks for your good work, Jacob!

I originally went in and worked with Chad Wright. He was great! Trying to get me exactly what I wanted! We got all of the paperwork and insurance switched over in a used 2011 Kia sorento but after driving it for a week found out that the bank deal feel threw because I have good but limited credit (I'm only barely 19) I was really disappointed but it' was not their fault at all! I went back with the intentions to take my trade in back and just wait until I can establish more credit history. Jaime Rodriguez helped me out and of course tried to get me into a new car. He was really sweet though and basically told me that he wasn't going to try and sell me something that I didn't really like. So we ended up going back in and getting stuff together to take my truck back. He remember that there was a trade in that they got just a few days ago so no one had seen it yet and wanted me to look at it and see what I thought. I instantly fell in love with the car, Jaime knew me so well! It's a 2005 Volkswagen Touareg with low miles and a great interior! I think it's a perfect first car :) my overall experience there was great! Everyone helped me out with their full attention and everyone was super nice! I would recommend anyone to Garcia Kia.... Go see Jaime Rodriguez... NOW!! :)

I recently purchased a 2011 Kia from Garcia Kia, after several hours of negotiating, I ended up leaving with a different car than the one I was lead to believe that I was dealing on, it was late in the evening when we finally got out of the dealer, and it had been raining, the next morning we noticed the car we got had several paint chips in the hood. Garcia Kia refused to repair the damage, in addition they agreed to pay off my trade in, after having the car for a week a car payment for my trade in was made to my credit union from my account, when I ask to be reimbursed for the payment made on a car that I no longer own, I was refused because Garcia Kia had not called for the payoff on my trade in until after the payment was made even though I had traded a week earlier, also they showed me where they had made a mistake on the paper work and wanted me to give up my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty and my gap insurance to make up the difference, which I refused to do since this was their mistake and not mine. It has now been close to three weeks my trade in has still not been paid off and another payment is coming due, I have placed several phone calls and sent an email to Garcia Kia to inquire about this and none of them have been answered or returned. I cannot in good faith recommend Garcia Kia to anyone.

Every time I go to Garcia Kia I am treated quickly and fairly. This past visit on 8/3/2012 my battery had died but I didn't know it. I called and left a message before hours and when I got there an hour later (Thanks to KIA's emergency number too!) they were ready for me, tested the car and were able to change the oil and air filter too--without an appointment. I guess that is one of the reasons I have been buying Kias since 2004! Garcia Kia stands behind its sales and I will keep coming back! K Lovato.

My service experience has been excellent everytime. What many folks don't know is that the price beats what else you can find out there and more importantly, you're getting dealer certified service. I would like it to be closer to my house, but as it stands, I wouldn't trade it for away because of the freindly service and value for money that I get.

I have been quite satisfied with the assistance I have received at Garcia Kia for my Forte because everyone seems very eager to help me with the service I am there to receive. I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn't have my windshield chips filled after the hail storm we had last week at the dealership. I am also somewhat concerned about what my extended warranty will and will not cover as I proceed through my journey with my Kia. I also feel I haven't had the opportunity to express small concerns that have come up for me that are likely not a big deal, but things seem a little rushed, which may be just the times that I am in the dealership. I have been very happy thus far with the service I have received.

I am disappointed that you no longer have Bob, the manager there. I felt as though he treated the place as if he owned it. He was very professional with me. After he was dismissed in January, I got the impression that Garcia Kia was becoming like many businesses today. You hire young people who will work long hours for less pay. I believe that to hold your credibility as a quality business, you need to appreciate the quality employees you have had for a long time, in spite of their age. For this I am very disappointed. At the same time, I have come to know Joshua and feel as though he is a dependable and upbeat presence in your company. He works hard to make sure everyone is getting the service they come to get.

I'm horrible at remembering names, so I cannot give the names of those who helped me. I was greeted quickly. The first gentleman told me exactly what they were going to do and how long I could expect the service to take. There are several options for waiting areas (all in same general location): one with chairs, television, and children's toys and one with chairs and tables with a more quiet atmosphere. After my service was complete (in much less time than the original gentleman esttimated!) a friendly woman explained everything that was done and why. She also showed what I can expect for the next scheduled service (oil change). She reassured me that my vehicle is in excellent working condition and should safely carry me through my upcoming cross-country road trip.

Right from the begining when I went to make the appointment everything went very smooth. Natalie Padilla the Service writer asked if it was my first time and then proceeded to explain all the details and requirements of me leaving nothing in the dark. She assisted me in coordinating with shuttle so I could get back to work in a timely manner. Once the work was complete she again contacted me. I returned back to the dealership and she went through all the details and even explained my warranty and the extended warranty I purchased. The shuttle driver too was very professional and courtious. I appreciated your buisness and will be returning for service and repairs that are not covered under warranty. Sincerely Mike.

We had been looking for a vehicle for several months and had been interested in the Kia Optima, which we test drove several times. We decided to try Garcia Kia again. We were fortunate (and so was Garcia Kia) that we got Bry as our sales person. She was a breath of fresh air. Tom, the General Manager, worked with us to arrive at a fair purchase price for our Optima. In addition, Tom contacted several businesses in order to try and find us a spare tire set up for the Optima. Which is the only thing we did not like about the car (ie., no spare tire, but apparently that is the wave of the future). If you are interested in purchasing a new car, we would highly recommend Garcia Kia and Bry, in particular. We hope we encounter the same level of courtesty and attention when it is time to get our car serviced.

My husband and I had come to Garcia Kia to drive the 2012 Optima that I had already researched on line. We had decided to look at 3 different cars before we made a decision. Hyundai, Mazda and Kia. We drove all 3 and found that we loved the Kia. Another deciding factor was the great personality of our salesman Jacob. I have dealt with a lot of salesmen throughout the years and have bought many cars, but I would highly recommend him if your interested in buying a Kia. Everyone at the dealership has been great and we have already recommended the dealership and Jacob to our friends and family.

My mom and I had been looking for a car for ages... I didn't have one and needed one desperately. So we went to Garcia Kia and finally found the one I've been looking for. All the salesmen treated us well and I truly felt that they cared about customer service.I test drove a couple cars and fell in love with a used Subaru they had on the lot. They gave us a really great deal and I'm satisfied with my purchase. The paperwork and financing was pretty tedious, but I expected that to be honest. Overall I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here. :)

I never go on these sites and do ratings but I wanted to tell everyone what a great experience I had a Garcia Kia. My mom was in from out of town and her car broke down and the cost of repairs made it sensible to just get another car. We went to chevy, hyundai, toyota etc and every dealer we went to tried to pressure her because of her situation, until we got to Garcia Kia. These guys are just great! Their whole approach was low pressure and helpful. The managers were listening to music and having fun and the entire place felt friendly and inviting. They went to the trouble of going to another location to get the vehicle my mom wanted, and got her to the exact payment she had asked for including a longer warranty. I can't say enough about the treatment we received at this dealership, and my family will be buying all our cars there from now on!

The Garcia Kia sales staff is only nice until you say you want to buy a car and sit down in the office. That's when they start playing ridiculous games and wearing out the clock. They had four people working on me for four hours, passing the buck back and forth. My salesman Pete was also the head of the Saab dealership. His boss Juan seemed clueless. The dealership manager Tom was recently the head of the Garcia Hyundai dealership.After an hour spent looking at my trade-in and negotiating, the dealership manager interrupted us and said he would do whatever it took for me to buy the car today. He gave me a good price. He scribbled $249/mo, 60 months, 2.15%, trade-in value in black marker on a piece of white paper, initialed it, had me sign it and shake his hand, called the finance guy, gave him instructions in front of the other salesman, and then he left. That's a deal, right?Oh no. It took them an hour and a half to get the paperwork ready. Then, I got to a form that they insisted on me signing, with the payment and term boxes empty. I insisted that they fill it out first. My salesman complied reluctantly, and guess what, it was suddenly 75 months of payments - a 25% increase! I refused to go forward. The salesman got a nasty verbal spanking for letting the cat of the bag so early. He was only complaining about his boss "giving away the car" before. He kept his head down from then on.His boss came back with a compromise offer, 66 months, and laid that out on a piece of white paper. I was extremely tired and angry, but I re-ran my calculations. The deal still (barely) made sense, so I said OK, and signed that. After another hour of waiting and very strained chit-chat, I started signing a new stack of papers. The finance guy came and tried to muscle in a warranty that would cover the car between 60,000 and 100,000 miles - for $50 more a month. Wow. I said no thanks. Waited some more for papers, then kept signing. They took the license plate off my car. I thought I was about to drive home. But before they presented me with the actual contract, the salesman's boss said, "I'd better clear this with the dealership manager". Couldn't reach him. So the finance guy called one of the owners, Matt Garcia. Guess what? This was after four hours in the office, two and a half hours after the dealership had been closed to all other customers. They had made me two offers in bad faith... and now the deal was off. They muttered something about the car needing to go back in the shop for a safety check. The next day, some other person called me to let me know that they just could not make the numbers work. The car was just too good for the price they had given me, even with 6 extra months of payments added to the original offer.Lesson learned: do not trust anything they say. Bring a calculator and double-check their loan calculation formulas. Do not sign anything until they give you a complete stack of paperwork and time to review it thoroughly, starting with a contract that spells out the terms of the purchase. Give them a time limit every time they walk out on you. Or better yet, just don't go there. Personally, I will NEVER buy anything from a Garcia dealership ever again. Thank God for used car lots.
