Customer service non existent after purchase

I went online to purchase a car and trade in my car this past week at first the service was good within the day the person which was the general manager stopped responding to me as well as not giving me direct answers it’s very unprofessional to leave a person on read or forwarding their calls! I as a manager would never be allowed to do so it is apart of customer service to interact with your customer and making it as smooth as possible... I’m very unhappy and upset that I could not get the car I wanted as i was approved online with $0 money down and my trade in. If the online application is inaccurate why have the ability to purchase the car online i understand things will come into consideration but address them appropriately. I will be going to another dealership as soon as I can. I also would like corporate to contact me or their information to report this type of behavior.

What made our experience a stress free one was the support and help provided by the sales representative, Vidal Serna. He was always on top of what we needed and would always respond to our concerns through texts and calls quickly. To us, the most important thing in purchasing a vehicle is how the sales rep treats its customers, and Vidal was amazing. We purchased two vehicles with him.

Good to sell you the vehicle, but poor customer service to follow-up on promised work to be completed presumably before the vehicle is delivered to your home. Specifically, trailer hitch installed, new driver-side visor, repair passenger-side visor and paint chips all along passenger side of vehicle. I've called our salesman numerous times over a weeks time with no satisfaction. This lack of communication and interaction is very disappointing and leads one to believe to the old adage that once the agent sells the car, they wipe their hands of you and move on to the next victim. This was my fist experience with Nissan and Bert Ogden dealership, and needless to say, it will be my last. And., anytime someone asks me about this vehicle that I was purchasing for my daughter, believe me, they will be informed of my experience with the salesman and the entire episode. It appears that if you pay cash upfront you don't exist anymore!

My family and I were simply just going to drive by to take a peek of the truck that I saw on the Internet, without thinking of buying. BUT our Sales Consultant, Mr. Oscar Algranatti, made the entire process a great one. Along with Jason, one of the Sales Director…, made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and guided me to a great offer I couldn’t refuse. We LOVE our new 2022 Nissan Frontier; our first truck that we’ve ever owned. Can’t wait to make great memories with my family. Thank you Fiesta Nissan!
