As always Anthony is awesome! Very informative on my car and what it needs. They always have my car done on time as promised, everyone is very friendly and answer any questions I have. Everyone is always working so hard there. Shout out to everyone there!! Great job. Such a happy friendly place. Would highly recommend it !!

Whenever we need to take our car in to Findlay to have it repaired no matter how small or big the job is. They always take good care of us. They supply us with a rental if needed or a pickup or ride home for any inconvenience. And they always do a great job fixing the problem. And we usually get our car back pretty quickly which is impressive. I do love my car dealership. And Carlos is one of the main Representatives we actually deal with he's great at his job. As is the rest of the crew. Thank you we appreciate it.

UPDATE: We had the pleasure of working  with our service writer Benedicto. Wow! Let me say he has a wonderful smile and a welcoming nature. When he is talking to you, you feel like you have his complete attention and he completely understands the issue you are having with your car. Thes service we received was great. Later on we did have a small issue with one filter. Now the true nature of a service writer comes out when an issue is brought to his attention. His first words I'm sorry for any inconvenience and we will address it right away. This was said with real concern.  And within minutes, the issue was taken care of and you felt amazing that you had a company that really cared about setting things right! We would also thank the leadership at Findlay Chevrolet service department in their ability to employ service writers of such professionalism! Thank you again Benedicto for going above and beyond! Super friendly and helpful, you won't find a better place. The service manager is one amazing guy who has a great crew!!!

Took my 2019 Traverse in for service. I had a 7:00am appointment. I kept getting a "Shift to Park" notification when I would place my car in park and try to turn the car off. Carlos Aquino checked me in, and advised me of the process to fix the car. He stated that he would need to kept the car for a few hours, I told him this would be fine as I already had someone there to take me home. He advised me he would call me once my car was done. Carlos was very polite and professional. Carlos has always been an role model employee. Later that day, Carlos called me on the phone to let me know the car was ready for me to pick it up. Once I arrived again he explain what was done to correct the issue and he walked me to my car thanked me for coming back and to have a great day. I have been dealing with your service department since about 2011 and I have only great things to say about it. Carlos and the rest of the service department employees have ALWAYS been polite, pleasant, professional and provided great customer service. HUGE KUDOS to Carlos and the service department.
