Amazing costumer service, easy buying process, and nice facilities. I have bought my last two cars here. Would definitely recommend them. They don't beat around the bush or push you to buy anything.

Great experience from beginning to end. Decided on a vehicle, contacted the facility via email. Got a quick response, went to check it out, did my test drive. Was back the next evening to purchase. Got a good amount for my trade. Love my new vehicle!

After spending $25,000.00 on a vehicle, the service/ warranty issues have not been resolved. The owner thinks he is above talking to customers, even when a meeting is requested. With the exception of the service manager, the staff is condescending and rude once the sale is completed. We DO NOT recommend this dealership!

Purchased a brand new jeep Cherokee limited. Within the first weeks we noticed wet carpeting in the vehicle so it was taken back to the dealership service department. After some time the dealership called saying the vehicle was repaired. A few days later we started to notice a musty smell in the car and once again found wetness. So we took it back again this time they said the drain tube was plugged and allowing water in the sunroof and headliner now mind you the dealership said they checked these areas the first time. Since then the car has been at the dealership more than in my garage and is there now waiting on a seal for the firewall (it lets water in too). With that said I have contacted Chrysler trying to get lemon law support but as one can imagine their response is the car is under warranty and we will fix. Well it is still not fixed and smells like mold and only has 1000 miles on it. So after striking out with Chrysler I went to the dealer from whom I've bought numerous new vehicles from and asked them what they could do like maybe buy it back and I would buy another their reply was we can't do that it is a used car now. Please take heed and stay away from this dealership the service ends with the sale.

The sales process was good, with a acceptable price reached. However, the finance manager used a inflated purchase price when filling out the lease agreement. This was not a honest mistake, it was done with intent. When it was pointed out, the obvious error was corrected. The sales manager apologized, the owner has yet to comment.

I needed a car in a timely manner and had just had a bad experience trying to buy a used car from a dealer in another city. Mr. Sheehan took a courteous, responsive and no nonsense approach to my request which impressed me a lot. He and I understood each other from the start and I drove the car off the lot within a couple of hours.

The Financing process went very well. So at that point I thought this dealer was great. When they delivered my car to me after they had detailed it, the key fob did not work and the windshield wiper had gotten broken off when they ran it through the car wash. They ordered me a new wiper and when I went out and they put it on they did not put the cover over the bolt on the wiper arm. I asked about a new key fob and they said they could not get me one. Really disappointing because this car has auto start and I cant use it and have to lock and unlock with a key. I really feel they dropped the ball on their customer service.

Just bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Findlay Chrysler and the process couldn't have gone better. Excellent sales and finance people. Would highly recommend.
