Findlay represents all the negative stereotypes that epitomize why people don't like to go there for repairs. As soon as they feel you don't know as much about cars as they do, they will manipulate the situation to their benefit. We wanted to see if our experience was a one time thing or a way of doing business. So we sent emails and left messages for them. Brian Pallotta, their service manager, uses words that he cares, but won't even pick up the phone and return our calls. They are pathetic. If you have to bring your car here, be on guard and do everything you can not to be tricked. They will try.

Cam Hendewerk went above and beyond to find and locate a Jeep out of town that met our needs. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about everything Jeep. Cam took the time to teach us all aspects of the vehicle and was extremely patient. He was a great listener with all of our concerns and questions. His sense of humor was a definite plus in putting us at ease . After looking at several other dealerships, Cam was our deciding factor to buy at Findlay. There was no comparison. When we were at Findlay working with Cam, it was like working with a family member not a salesperson. Cam is honest and a man of integrity.A salt of the earth people person! We will recommend Findlay and Cam Hendewerk to anyone and everyone every single time! Thank you! A great experience!

I took my car to Findlay service for a repair on a mistake another local dealer made. Jonny at Findlay was so attentive to my questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed appropriately. I was beyond impressed and will continue to take my car to Findlay for any and all service I need. Thank you for restoring my faith in dealership service departments Jonny and Findlay Dodge!

Well, I just purchased a BEAUTIFUL Jeep Latitude after working with Cameron Hendewerk and Andy Pappas. It turns out I'm in the exact car that works for my life. I'm picky, had a budget I did not want to exceed. After spending some time with Cameron and Andy, I now own a car that fits my life and totally was within my budget and I had an enjoyable time. What a great people at this car dealership. I'll say that my car buying experience here was actually a fun time. I enjoyed all the staff that was at this dealership. They're all fun men and women. But I'm mostly happy about my great purchase at the price that totally works for me.Thank you, Findlay, and thank you, Cameron and Andy. Thank you all for a great car buying experience.I will be back to buy a more luxury car in three years when I trade this in, or sooner. :)

Service center addressed my concerns quickly and very professionally. My vehicle went in for a malfunctioning satellite radio antenna.I was given a ride 20 minutes away to relatives house while my vehicle was being serviced and offered pickup when my vehicle was ready. I appreciated their concern for my comfort while I waited to have my vehicle serviced. When I scheduled the appointment they expected a replacement part to be on hand at time of service. It was not there, normally I would consider this a negative for the experience since I live apx 1 hour away from the dealer. However it was how professionally it was handled that impressed me. They located the part from another dealer in a neighboring state and send a parts runner to retrieve it. At this point my vehicle would have been outside of its time slot, but they assured me that they were doing what they could to get the replacement part in my truck before the days end.
