My experience was absolutely amazing with Findlay Kia. This is my fourth car I have purchased with them and the process is always so smooth and easy. My recent experience with Justin Hong was the best. He was the nicest and clearly explained everything I needed to know. He made my car buying experience flawless. Scott the finance manager was also great. He also took the time to explain things where I could easily understand and was just overall down to earth. I will definitely be back for my next car. I definitely recommend Findlay Kia to anyone that's looking to purchase a car!

Mike at Finlay KIA was exemplary! I came I from out of town for a family funeral and I had an issue with my car. He simplified everything for me by checking me in right away, explaining the process and getting me a ride to my destination while he figured out what he could do for me in terms of repair and car rental. He has amazing customer service and follow up. He got me a car rental which I had for 3 weeks while my car was fixed. Went back to pick up my car and my car was running like new again! He made my entire trip less painful & stress free! My brother even praised his service! That’s what you call a professional service guy!

Fantastic experience!! Our sale rep was absolutely amazing. He got us a good deal and treated us like people and not just a number. Really a great and pleasant experience. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Love our new car as well. Thank you.

I recently relocated to Nevada & this Findlay KIA is the best I’ve visited. Great friendly service, decent wait... comfortable waiting room 5 stars! Especially the customer service every personnel is friendly & informative!! James helped me out with my service call. Also, service answer even before they’re open convenient, friendly, informative & very helpful. Thank you Findlay KIA

From the very first point of contact Justin was amazing! He was personable, communicative, & his no pressure approach was refreshing. I work in sales & I have high expectations when purchasing; Justin not only met, but exceeded them. Chad in finance was funny & made the process so easy. I had worked with other Kia dealerships here in town & 1 in California & would definitely choose to go straight to Findlay Kia next time. If you are in the market for a Kia, I highly recommend Findlay and if you want a superior experience, ask for Justin.
