Got a good deal and dealership was willing to move vehicles by negotiating. I would have liked to have my car better detailed before picking up, but that is going to be fixed apparently. Also, it's OK to be busy, but remember the little details of who I am to get a better rating (what kind of car I'm trading, have we talked about the weather already or not?). Still, would recommend to others.

John, at Findlay Mazda is absolutely amazing! He's the kind of cars salesman I think we wish they all would be like. Knowledgeable, patient, and he never once hovered or made us feel pressured to buy a car. He wanted us to do our research, learn, and make an educated choice. Which we were able to do because we felt comfortable thinking our purchase through. In the end, we ended up with an amazingly upgraded and new Mazda CX-5! They also gave us a really reasonable price for our trade in a 2010 Malibu that was quite loved (if you know what I mean) by our family of 4 for 9 years! This also goes to say that everyone else we came k to contact with was polite and professional. I'm really impressed with our whole experience start to finish!

I had a great experience and like the Mazda drive. Whenever I get service, the staff are friendly and make sound recommendations backed by video so you can see what they're talking about. Modernized too so you can view and respond by text without getting up - haha. Nice waiting room - even better than Cadillac! If you've ever wondered about Mazda, give it a test ride and see how much more bang you get for the buck, both in vehicle and dealership experience.

What a great buying experience from Findlay Mazda! Garth (our salesperson) made me feel welcome, actively listened to my questions and my concerns, and helped me find my perfect ride. In previous attempts to buy a car at a different dealership--even earlier that day--caused me to go into Findlay Mazda with a skeptical eye. But as we arrived, Garth greeted us and took our needs into account. No crazy upselling, just a smooth buying experience. I highly recommend Findlay Mazda, and make sure to ask for Garth!
