This is the best n most reliable, ethical, competent., professional business in the entire quad city area we have found since moving here. Sooo many others don’t even return calls to make an appointment. Staff in other businesses have outright lied about their ability to do certain types of work. We have experienced extreme disappointment in the results we get, after paying what we feel are prices way higher than those charged in other areas — that’s if you can even find anybody to do the work!! We’re looking to move out of the area soon because of our inability to find reliable individuals who will take responsibility and take ownership of their errors . Too bad there aren’t more establishments like Findlay Subaru

Matt was a super chill but very professional sales person who immediately gained our confidence in coming to Findlay Subaru Prescott. He was 100% honest and reinforced the decision we had made in shopping for and buying a new car from him. Justin actually made the finance discussions make sense with no "typical" pressure to add on extras. In previous car buying experiences with the dealership in California (Hyundai) we felt almost bullied into making decisions without even fully understanding what benefit they were to us. Justin was extremely patient and answered every question we asked, and many we hadn't even thought to ask. John, the delivery specialist literally made us feel like we were family members. His sense of humor, knowledge base and honesty were EXTREMELY valuable to us. We now feel a part of the Findlay Subaru Prescott family!!! Thanks Adrienne for texting and emailing me after I made the initial inquiry into buying a car, as well as being so flexible when I needed to change our appointment to another day. This has been the most painless and enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing an automobile. And to the various other folks we were introduced to, thank you as well!!! Cheryl and Gary

JJ was my service rep. He took great care of me from beginning to end. They even gave me a loaner car which I truly appreciated. I come back to this dealership for a reason. I get good service and I’m treated with respect. As a woman alone, that means a lot. Keep up the good work!

Just had our 2018 Outback 24 month service and the staff again at Findlay Subaru Prescott were efficient, friendly and helpful as always before. The only difference was how every thing had to done with careful social distancing during these times we all are experiencing. They were able complete the service while making all their customers feel very safe. I would highly recommend them ffor all your vehicle needs.

From the first call to schedule an appointment through the final pickup, the service members were professional, positive and proactive. Even the odd additional requests were accommodated and all work completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this service department.
