They were upfront and honest with the cars past. They didn't hide anything, although the easily could have and sold the car for more. They even recommended other cars knowing exactly what was perfect for me. Friendly service and great people working down there. Keep up the good work guys!

Crashed my car and had to rent a car Finks Rents Cars . My car was done for so I got a 2012 Jetta at Finks. they did my loan at a local bank. Big selection Great people easy to deal with. I Know my Fater inLaw got a new camper their and loves it.

I was looking for a low mileage 2007-2008 Cadillac CTS and located one on Cars.com in Zanesville at Finks Quality Used Autos. I live approximately 75 miles from Zanesville and was a little hesitant buying a used car from a used car lot so far from my home. After a couple of discussions by phone with Larry about my trade I traveled to Zanesville to pickup the car. Finks has a huge assortment of used vehicles and a terrific show room. The deal was painless and I drove away in about of hour with my new low mileage vehicle. The experience could not have been better.

I bought a car here in April of 2013, the car had 8,800 miles on it, and after driving it for less than four months and not even 1500 miles the clutch went out. I had to spend 1,800.00 for repairs, while this was being repaired the service tech noticed that the rear end seal was also leaking fluid from the rear gear. Also when I purchased the car the oil was not changed, it was dirty and in desperate need of a change. Finks, you should have a certified mechanic look at the vehicles you sell to avoid these problems for future customers. Come on man!!!!

I was looking for a Buick enclave and all I found either had too many miles, too high priced or did not have the options that I wanted. At Finks they had what I wanted, at a price that I could afford. Salesmen were very friendly and did not pressure me to buy. I will definitely go back to Finks the next time I am in the market for a car.

I have to agree with the other post that Trent (?) is a nice guy, HOWEVERthe overall general service I am very disappointed in to say the least. I am a full time college student with 2 little boys so needless to say, I lack the income. But, the car I was driving just wasn safe for my kids anymore because it was older and had over 200,000 miles on it and started having issues so I decided I NEEDED to buy a reliable vehicle so I didn have to worry about my car breaking down and end up stranded with my kids somewhere. Well, after asking many questions about a vehicle from here (FINKS QUALITY USED CARS) and was told t a great vehicle here no problems that we know of etc (I should have been cautious after it wouldn start) but they claimed it because it sat for a few weeks. Anyway, I take their word for it and use what little money I had to buy this eliablevehicle that is more than half of what a years worth of income is for me, but I wanted to know my kids and I would be safeLess than 24 hours later, the engine and oil lights come on. OhTHEN I break down in an INTERSECTION (lovely). I call them and I had to fight tooth and nail for them to agree to fix. Once I pick it up, they say they didn fix the oil problem because the light didn come on for them and pretty much made it sound like I was lying (so next day, I take it down to show them the oil light DOES IN FACT come on!) wellgot that fixed but then had the response nything else goes wrong, it your responsibility Guess what, 2 days laterEngine light back on. NO ONE can pin-point the problem and I screwed because I have no money left after buying the eliablevehicle. NOOOW, the brake lights are coming on (BOTH OF THEM). Boy, don I feel safe to have my kids in itI don even feel safe being in it! So, now I out money, no money to fix these issues they care nothing about even though it a $10,000 vehicle I JUST Bought.and to make it better of what I think of FINKS now, I sitting at a red light a few days ago next to a van who has Temp tags from FINKS and guess whatI notice their van lunge forward and stall right at an intersection bet they feel safe too!! (sarcasm). Don take their word for it when they claim nothing is wrong with a car and watch your money because a $10,000 vehicle is breaking down left and right, RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT ITit not a $300 vehicle I expect to have issues with, that is a lot of money to me and I spent it to feel safe and now I dread driving it. So warning to all buyers, unless you have the money to buy an expensive car then fork out a ton of extra money to fix everything, I really watch buying it from here!! one more thing.....I've diverted a few friends already from buying from here after they got their taxes done. So, I hope now that Fink's sees that I'm not some random person they can take advantage of without me letting every review site and social site, along with friends, etc.. know what they have done, hopefully they will be more willing to fix what is right!!
