Helpful, respectful, caring and compassionate. The sales people are super helpful and all the staff were easy to work with. My sales lady was "cookie." She is super upbeat and awesome! I was looking from out of town so she even went out and did a personal video of the vehicle I wanted. They were NOT pushy. I called Cookie the car social worker because she really went the extra mile and made it a pleasant and highly productive car buying experience. The manager of the dealership also corralled a pool of knowledgeable staff to answer any questions I had about the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. Great Team here. Helpful, respectful, caring and compassionate.

All I can say is WOW! Went to 3 other dealerships and got the typical treatment and run around. Was referred here and what an amazing experience. Drove from Columbus and well worth the drive. If I could give them 10stars I would.

Charlie and Monty are the best! We had the greatest time. We where not planing on getting a car for my mom. But they give us just a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. We just drop by to say hi to a friend and we got a rose water and a new car at the price she can afford.

Went to this dealer after finding one truck in particular online. Reviews were good and helped me make the decision to travel an hour to check out truck. Our salesman Chad, was excellent to work with! Took us to the truck, checked it out in person and was on the road for test drive. Dealership was very clean and the whole staff was very nice. Chad was awesome though, not pushy, no bs sales pitch and very helpful explaining paperwork, numbers, and features on the truck. Everything worked out and the truck is now ours.

Went to Firelands Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, looking for a newer Jeep to upgrade to from my 15’ Ford Fusion. Justin was awesome and the atmosphere at the dealership was very welcoming. The entire process was pleasant and laid back, which I really appreciated. They earned my business and got me into the exact Jeep I wanted. Justin, Monty, and the rest of the guys even stayed over well after closing time to get me into my car because of my work schedule. By far the best dealership I’ve worked with in the Sandusky area and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.
