Love this place all the staff went above and beyond with excellent customer service. From the time I walked in until the time I left they made sure I was taken care of. Honestly it was the quickest car sale I have ever experienced. I want to Thank Daryl Calhoun for making my purchase smooth and easy, for listening to me as the customer, acknowledging what my needs were with this purchase and for going to work for me along with Finance manager Stephen. If your looking for a vehicle new or used they have great deals right now and they will work hard for you, to get you what you want. Thanks Firelands Toyota we are very happy with our purchase.

Awesome customer service and vehicle selection. We bought a used vehicle and leased another all within same day. They were attentive to get us to a price in our budget and made the process very smooth. If you have children, they have a nice area kids can they can be entertained while going through this process. This was the quickest car purchase we have ever done. The dealer went above and beyond in every aspect. Drove up from Columbus since they had the car we wanted. They gave us a price for our trade off photos and the trade and new vehicle price were fair so we decided to purchase the car. We showed up at 5 p.m. (Closing time) since it was a 2 hours drive but they assured us they would take care of us. The car was cleaned and waiting. We handed over our keys for the trade, did a quick test drive, went over the numbers again, wrote the check and we were out of there. Jacob, our sales rep was eager to offer help and suggestions and was eager to earn our business. THIS is the way a dealership should be run. Very happy with my new car purchase! Thanks again for going above and beyond. Give this dealership a chance to earn YOUR business, it might even be worth a drive. : )

I found my way to Firelands Toyota via Auto Trader. I reviewed the dealership on Google reviews and found plenty of positive reviews about the dealership and staff. Not knowing any sales staff myself, I looked for reviews that mentioned names. Brad Holm was mentioned quite a bit, so I contacted Brad. I made the right choice. I drove over 2 hours to meet with Brad and ended up with the vehicle I wanted. Brad was straightforward, easy going, made me feel comfortable, and I'd do it again. In hindsight, I think any of the staff would have been great to deal with. The dealership is comfortable. I typically don't write reviews, but reading a review helped me, and I hope it can help someone else. Thanks Brad and staff.

Excellent experience with the dealership as a whole, salesman Brock was amazing from the first email contact we had and he is the reason we went with Firelands Toyota. I had emails from every surrounding Toyota dealer, but he was very informative, never pushy, humble is getting us the info we needed and we felt most comfortable going with him. Highly recommend this dealer! Car buying CAN be a painful experience, but this was a very pleasant one.
