I had sent a request about a car through cars.com but did not hear back. I called to follow up and was told the car was sold that morning. He tried to steer me to another vehicle but it was a different make, older and had more miles on it than the one I was interested in. It would have been nice to have been contacted that the car was sold as opposed to having to call to find out - especially since I sent a specific request through cars.com.

thought i found a great deal - turns out the car had 1000s of dollars wrong with it. luckily i found this out before i bought it. If you find a car there, make sure you bring it to an actual dealer to have it checked first. it's worth spending money to do that before you spend more on the car in repairs than you should.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Eli seems nice enough. Said that he only had "good reliable cars". We bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra, and within 1 week the alternator died on us. He did fix that, but then 3 months later, and $1,700 worth of repairs later, needless to say we are not happy with our purchase. I understand the "buyer beware" and it is really our own fault, but I think people looking to buy a car should look somewhere else and spend a little bit more money from a better dealer. Do not go here.

First choice auto in haverhill ma. is a dealer that i had stumbled across while i was searching the net for a used vehicle for my son, they had an online add for a 2002 dodge dakota that my son was interested in, when i first called them about it they gave me in detail everything about the vehicle's past and present history on it then they made an appointment for me to go and look at it at my convenience, the best part about it was i was able to talk to the salesman and the owner at the same time, and they were both easy to work with, we were able to make a deal on the vehicle in no time at all, besides the great price they gave me they had already gone through the vehicle on there own and replaced any parts that they though were needed to make the vehicle safe and look great, they didn't try to hide anything. i have bought manny vehicles in the past for myself and my family and this was the best dealer by far i have worked with.
