I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from First City. My experience with them was fantastic. With traditional dealerships the sales reps will run right up to you, explain everything about the car before you can even look at it, and then ask “so, you want to take it for a ride?” Meanwhile you’ve just experienced whiplash and need to walk away. With First City they understand that folks sometimes just want to “look” at a vehicle without any pressure and to take their time with the car. The attendants on the lot come over and let you know that they are available if you need any help or have any questions and then they give you your space to look at cars. I had gone to look at mid size trucks and they showed me what was available, answered any questions I had about the vehicles, and let me drive them on my own so that I could determine which truck would fit my personal needs. After test driving several vehicles I had gotten the contact information of Micah and went home to think about my decision of which truck I like the best. I then went to look at other mid sized trucks at other dealerships and was called and emailed repeatedly from every dealership but First City. First City called me once to let me know that they were there if I had any questions or wanted to do more test drives and then let me have my space. After a week I emailed Micah at First City and asked for a car fax on the Toyota. Micah sent the report over right away. I then went to the dealership later that day and was greeted by Micah. I asked if I could drive the Toyota again. When I got back from the test drive I Informed Micah that I would like to purchase the vehicle and wanted to trade in my car. Anthony at First City took my car for a test drive and evaluated it for the best price. First City beat out Ford for my trade and gave me more than what I was expecting. By the time we were purchasing the vehicle it was after closing time. Anthony, Micah, and Bryce all stayed late so that I could drive home in my new truck. Before handing the Tacoma over to me they took the time to clean and detail the vehicle while I was working on the paperwork. That night I brought the truck home. Later that week I was driving the truck in a rainstorm an noticed that there was a leak coming in through the roof of the truck. I brought the car over to First City and spoke to Micah about the leak. He went out with me and looked at the truck and found that the gasket to the windshield was coming away from the room which was probably causing the leak. He said that they would make it right informed Anthony of the issue. Anthony then asked for me to take the vehicle to Granite State Glass to get the leak evaluated. When I brought the truck to Granite State they evaluated the car and replaced the windshield at no cost to me. First City was really great to work with. They really strive to put the customer first and make sure that the experience was pleasant and stress free. I would highly recommend them to buy your next vehicle. Thank you Micah, Anthony, and Bryce for a wonderful experience from start to finish!

My family and I had a great experience at First City Cars and Trucks. The owner and the entire staff were extremely helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. They helped me find and secure my Fathers dream car. A beautiful 1986 Jag in pristine condition. They were attentive and supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommended! Will definitely shop with First City again.
