Don in service is always super friendly and helpful. My battery died (in warranty) and he got me the correct number to call for roadside. They took care of my car same day.

I reside in Simi Valley, CA and I think it is nice to support local businesses. whenever possible. However, the previous management and sales staff at First Honda were less than helpful, driving me away to shop in neighboring areas instead for my car needs. Fast forward to August 2021 and now Kudos to First Honda's NEW Management and Sales Team. The experience was a 10! My present Honda lease term was set to mature in a month. I Pulled into First Honda, with the hopes I could keep my business in the community this time. I was greeted by Albert Rodriguez, Senior Sales Consultant. He was friendly and listened to my wish list. Minutes later I was test driving a Honda Accord Sport. I also tried the Honda Accord Touring 2.0. Both models have great features. Albert Rodriguez has full knowledge of all the features and he took the time to show me how each worked. I was impressed by that. I never felt rushed. I was leaning towards the Touring 2.0, but thought the Sport would be the more practical purchase. Albert and Dean (manager) worked with me for a couple days, all the while never pushy and patient, as I vacillated between the two models. Albert and Dean knowing I really wanted the Touring went the extra mile to work up a few different financing options to help meet my budget. I purchased the Honda Accord Touring 2.0. Best car buying experience in 20 years. I would recommend the NEW First Honda Team to family and friends.
