I got my mom van (Honda Odyssey) at First Team and had an amazing experience. I bought a car in this area in 2016 and felt pressured and belittled. I tried a couple dealerships before stopping here and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with the other two. Kenny was professional and knowledgeable. The whole team went above and beyond to get the process completed for us since my husband and I had our young son with us. I’d recommend them to anyone. The price was lower than comparable models/years as well, and they offer a real warranty. Go see them!

This is the best dealership I have ever been too. The price on my new Honda was the lowest out of the 7-8 others I checked previously, and the customer service was outstanding. Mindy helped me with everything and was the sweetest, knowledgeable and most helpful sales person I’ve ever interacted with. Mark, the GM, was also super helpful with sending me the out-the-door pricing before I came in, and setting up my out of state registration. I live in Boston and flew to VA because they had a better inventory, straightforward pricing, and the best service you could ask for. Mindy and Mark handled everything over the phone for me, and I just took a flight down and drove the car away two hours later. Best experience I’ve had buying a car in my life!!!

I have tried to purchase multiple vehicles here due to the close proximity to my house, but have never been able to come to agreement. Each time, i find a better offer for my trade and get the same car much cheaper somewhere else. The last sale person i worked with was great but everything else about the experience not so much. I agree to purchase a vehicle, then when i am about to sign the paperwork i find they added a 2k mark up on the price. When i told the manager i was walking, he tries pressuring me with , i got another buyer for this car coming in tomorrow. Save yourself some time and go somewhere where you are treated as more than just another number and how much money they can get you to over pay.

First team has always treated me like family and goes above and beyond to do right by their customers. The sales team showed excellent customer service when it came to trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one. Mindy was my salesperson this time around and I absolutely loved her! We spoke like we had been friends for a long time and it made the buying process a breeze. She was very accommodating and overall a great person. I visited the dealership with no intention of buying a car that day but I left with a brand new 21 CR-V and I'm in love with it. The service department has always been amazing when I would bring my other vehicle in and I know future visits with my new vehicle will go just as well. Will always refer my friends and family here.

Bought my 2020 Toyota Camry a month ago and completely forgot to leave a review! I had the wonderful pleasure of having both Todd and Mark help me make my decision and I of course got the best deal, they wouldn't stop until I did! I've been telling all of my friends and family to shop for their next vehicle with them and to of course ask for Todd. Thank you guys so much!!!
