Went to this car dealership due to location between home and work. Ended up much happier than I expected. Super friendly staff! Despite constantly selling the cars I wanted, I ended up getting something i'll be quite happy with for a long time. The process was smooth and they were open and interested in helping me out the whole way. Super clean atmosphere and very low pressure (although that tends to happen when your lot consistently sells out month after month consistently). Adam was my salesman and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He kept me updated regularly until we found a car that worked for me. I'm hoping the service department will impress me just as much!

I’m not going to lie, we had a few headaches with our Kia mechanically over the past two years. But the customer service at First Team Kia has been their saving grace. No matter how frustrated I’ve been time and time again. They’ve always managed to make the situation better by actually listening to me and addressing the issues. Engineering wise, Kia still has some ways to go but if they can fix that. They’re brand will be stronger than the rest. I might lease a EV from them in the near future….. we’ll see.

My name is Katherine Byrd and took my car in for a recall just yesterday and I was in and out within 20 min!!! I was so pleased and happy as for I have a busy busy schedule. I was greeted at the door with a beautiful smile from the lady in the service dept, sorry I didn’t get her name , but she was an absolute pleasure!! Offered me hot chocolate and a very nice waiting area .. and even a very genuine conversation.. thanks again to first team Kia and I will definitely return there to see her smiling and friendly face and highly recommend their team for services you need done !!! Thanks again to everyone who assisted me and my car needs and I definately give you all a 5 star in helping me with everything I needed and then some !! 🙏

My wife purchased a 2021 KIA K5 back in October 2020. Since then the vehicle has been in and out of their service with various issues. It has always been like pulling teeth attempting to contact their service department, who I have never actually had pick up the phone. Issues have primarily stemmed from the electronic safety system on the car but also included a faulty steering column. At this point we are counting the days until the factory warranty is up and things are no longer covered. In this latest incident, some work was being done and we had an alignment and rotation done. A few days later my wife finds what appears to be a tool still attached to the rear suspension on her car. We were lucky that we found it before it caused a serious issue! As a whole this just adds to the seemingly laziness of some of the employees. Only one person we talked to, Taryn (Who was fantastic), seemed knowledgeable about what was going on and ever offered help. Extremely unsatisfactory.

I have been to quite a few Kia dealerships as I have moved around to different cities, and this was by far the friendliest and most accommodating service I have received. Taryn set me up with excellent service, provided me with information and recommendations above and beyond what I received at other dealerships and made me feel very welcome as a customer. The dealership waiting area was the nicest I had seen, with plenty of space to spread out and work while I waited for my car. Look forward to returning to First Team soon!
