This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had and also my first time buying a brand new car. Kelli communicated with me promptly, and even though inventory was low, she was able to get a new Insight for me from Kalamazoo within a week of our first contact. I also appreciated all the different warranty options as well as the different financing terms I had access to. I suppose that part is more about Honda and Huntington National Bank than it is about Fischer Honda, but still I think the finance manager Zach did a great job of figuring out the options that would work for my situation.

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked into the establishment to final moment when I left with my brand new Honda Accord. Mike was an amazing salesman he made the experience very personable. Zach is an excellent financial manager, he provides every possible best option for his customers. Overall Honda Fischer has amazing staff and consistent customer service. Even the GM helped me through the buying process and made great suggestions that helped me guide me to make the best but comfortable decision throughout the sale. Thank you guys so much! Came for an oil change for my Honda Odyssey. They had some coupons which made the price very competitive. Everything was done in less than 45 minutes. I am happy with their service. People were friendly. They even had coffee and some bars in the place close to the waiting room. This has become a rarity these days after Covid. But I was surprised by how old the building was that housed the dealership. I have been to Honda dealerships all over the country. This was probably the oldest looking and most congested one I have been in. Wish they move to a new facility soon. This is no knock on the employees. It is not their fault that they work there.

Manager was prompt to accommodate my late arrival. Made a recommendation on what servicing should be done for the mileage on the car. Helped prioritize what’s needs vs want. Overall good experience and will recommend others. They have Honda maintenance chart that is good to plan for servicing budget for the life of the car.

Visited dealer recently to get an oil change and to get my phone sync issue resolved.Mike and service department was able to figure out the issue and resolve it right away for me.They went ahead and updated the Aux system and tested it several times to make sure I was 100% satisfied! Both Sales and Service staff are very professional and honest and they will continue to be my dealer!!

I shopped around. Got 3 prices quotes from 3 dealers. Fischer was fair from the very beginning. No pressure. Sales person gave me down payment options and took the time to answer all of my questions. I not only got a competitive lease price but got free oil changes for life.

All of this equals: WORST DEALERSHIP. You have lost a repeat customer. We are NEVER returning. Remember Word of Mouth is always the best marketing, Mr. Rick Fischer. I can count 8 vehicles/customers that will not be returning. Rick, please take an etiquette and communication class. Maybe you will get some class in the process. Management 101: Do not interrupt a customer when they're explaining their complaint. I'm sure your sale numbers will continue to decrease. Please do not waste your time here. (The only good part is Mike and he's not there.)

Fischer Honda is the most UNTRUSTWORTHY,UNETHICAL car dealership on the planet.Everything from the Sales to service is downright DESPICABLE.I took my car for Service there and they damaged my car significantly and totally LIED about it when asked.I talked to the owner Rick of the dealer.He verbally ABUSED me and my wife.He is downright unprofessional person . He was not ready to hear our side and was defending his service team.If you care about your car stay away from this dealership! Beware future Victims !!!

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Mike Mirza at Fischer Honda (and the fifth overall for my ex-husband and I). Mike has been so good to us over the years, we just keep going back. In fact, after our latest purchase, my teenage daughter commented, "I would trust him with my life!" Could there be any higher praise? What's more, we began our relationship with Mike and Honda after a bad experience with a salesman at a Ford dealership. Five Honda vehicles later, it is clear that a great salesperson can make all the difference. The service department has been equally exceptional, as have the vehicles themselves. I just can't say enough great things about our experience with Mike and Fischer Honda. We are so lucky to have found him!

All of the staff at Fischer Honda were very helpful, and nice. They all work very hard with all of their customers to make sure they were satisfied with their results. Since they are such good worker's and had so many customers that day I can only suggest that they should have a bigger waiting area for all the customers they get. If I needed to take my car in again Fischer Honda on Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti, Mi would be the only place I would want to go they are the best

Overall, the service was great! I really liked that I could rent the car during the repair and did not have to wait two to three hours at the dealer. The car that I rent had great quality as well. It could have been better how much some parts that were going to be replaced beforehand. But I was satisfied with the price as well. It was almost exactly the amount that I expected.

She called the insurance company to transfer the insurance to the new car and efficiently prepared the papers for the sale. We had returned twice to look at a vehicle. Applied for loan with cosigner. Left to go home and wait for determination of loan, got a call telling me we were approved and to come back with proof of insurance and sign for title. We did and when we returned we were told they were still waiting on the banks and they'd give us a call the next day.... Got a call next day and I returned the call saying if just pay for the vehicle outright when I get out of work. They said call on your way and they'd have everything ready to go. I called after work on my way and the decided to sell the vehicle out from under me because of "people are not serious". If I hadn't been serious I wouldn't have made 4 trips out there, tried multiple loan options, gotten the proof of insurance, and said I'll just pay cash. Do not do business with this place. They are extremely shady and can not keep their story straight.

I am sorry to report that I had a very unsatisfactory service at Fisher Honda,to my wife, Elizabeth Dornan's car, the first unsatisfactory service in more than 12 years since buying our new Honda Accord from them. My problem was the the "Check Engine" light was coming on. This happened a few times in the past 12 years and it was diagnosed to be just a leaking fuel filler cap and was always fixed within a few minutes even without charge. I made this recent appointment and indicated the information about the fuel cap history to to the check in person. However I had to wait over 2 hours and was then presented with a bill for $121.41. During my waiting time there seemed to be an atmosphere of chaos in the service area, with both customers and staff appearing rather stressed. For one thing, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. I did not see any of the staff I was had been accustomed to during previous visits. I know that all organizations have occasional "bad days" which can be overlooked, I do not know what has happened at Fisher Honda, but I will be hesitant in going back to them in the future. Second time worked like a charm to get the back passenger door to lock. Every time you would slow down or stop at a light, the door kept trying to lock itself. The odor never would lock and even trying to manually lock the door would not work. The constant clicking of the lock drove me and my passengers crazy after a while. The reason for a four star rating is because the first time I had my car into the shop, the problem was not corrected. The second visit corrected the problem. Now I can silently drive my car. Thanks for resolving the problem.

Prices are reasonable and they do only what is needed. While waiting or with appointment. Their shuttle service is also good. The onle draw back is the buildig of the dealershp. It looks old and needs to be updated to be modern with new decorations, architecure annd look. But, that does NOT affect service quality.

I went in on the day before a major holiday for an oil change expecting to complete some other more-significant maintenance at a later date. Al noted that I had missed some recommended maintenance intervals and suggested a plan to get those completed during that visit. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get it all done on that date and had the vehicle ready sooner than I expected. Always great service.

I paid off my car over five months ago, this was {2half year before time} I was told to go back to the dealership where I purchase my car, to cancel my GAP Insurance and my car warranty. The Head of the Finance Department did not know what he is doing, he had me ordering my cancel check in order to show him that I had paid for a service contract off. Their was a Mr. Ed Odette that said he would find out what is going on, I can't even reach him now. As of today I haven't got my unused refund back from the service contract nor the refund from the Gap insurance, I can't even talk to anyone about this matter. Please don't buy your car or truck from this Dealership, I have calls a number of times but no one has return my phone calls.

I've been happy with all the service I've had done on my 2010 Element that I purchased at Fischer Honda. I get free oil changes as part of my purchase contract. At first, whenever I brought it in for an oil change (the orange wrench had come on), they talked me into getting a tire rotation or some such small maintenance & charged me $19 or $20 for it, which always seemed a bit much to me and left me feeling like--Whaaa...wait a minute...I can get rotations free at Discount TIre, so...actually, my oil change wasn't actually free...". But the last few times I haven't had that problem. I am up to date on all my maintenance, which is expensive, but they usually give me a bit of a discount. The buying process was ok, but the hard-sell for warranty stuff was pretty bad. I did overpay so probably won't ever buy a new car again. Everyone is very nice at FH. The service desk staff are great. I feel confident that my car is in good hands and getting good, quality work done.

We needed to have the left tail lamp assembly replaced on our Odyssey. Sean ordered the part, had it in the next morning, called to let us know it was in, and when we brought the vehicle in for service, he installed the part himself in a matter of 5 minutes... with no charge for labor. Fischer Honda provides excellent customer service.

The service reps at this dealership are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. They took great care of our Honda Odyssey. I came in for a tire rotation, transmission drain and fill, brake inspection, and a recall item related to the VSA. They took the time to do a thorough review of the car, confirmed to me that the transmission only needed a drain/fill instead of the full flush, and didn't charge for the tire rotation as they were doing brake work. The prices quoted on the brake work were fair, and the work was well done (not just a pad slap, a detailed resurfacing and inspection/adjustment of calipers, etc). The customer lounge was older but had comfortable chairs and had working internet, tv, and coffee. The work on my car was completed in the time I was quoted. All in all it was one of the better dealer experiences Ive had. I will definitely be returning for any future service/recall work on my Honda. I cannot recommend them more!

I have been going to Fischer Honda for a few years now and I have never been dissatisfied with their service. They always seem to go above and beyond for their customer service. For example, when going for a simple express oil change, one of the employees noticed the creaking noise that my suspension had been making for quite some time. He was concerned about this and checked it out even though I was only getting an oil change. He let me know what the problem was, and instead of trying to force a sale and get me to buy the new part, he wrote it down and told me to come back any time when I wanted to get it fixed. Excellent service.

I brought my car in for it's 90,000 mile servicing. When I called to make an appointment I was told I could come in immediately. A loaner car was provided for the day while my car was being serviced. During the servicing, it became evident that the brakes needed work (not surprisingly as they had not needed anything before). Even with the added work, my car was ready (and washed) by the end of the day. Sean and Patrick are the best!

I had to have my car towed in because my son lost the last ignition key to my Accord. OTW in, he finds it, after I had two new keys programmed, meaning the one we found no longer works. Patrick reprogrammed that one two at a very reasonable price and also fit me in for a needed, spur of the moment oil change while I got lunch. Also at a very reasonable price and it was done before it was promised. Excellent job as usual! Keep up the good work!

I negotiated a price over the phone, arranged financing over the phone, and spent less than two hours at the dealership. All 3 repairs were complete by 08:30, and for a price that was lower than what the local quick-lube places charge for an oil change. Frankly, I was expecting to be rooked -- after all, it is a dealership -- but was pleasantly surprised.

I came in for a new battery and some maintenance. They said the battery was fine but there was a loose connection which they fixed. They could have hosed me and didn't. Patrick is always so friendly and helpful as is everyone I come into contact with. I feel in good hands at Fischer.

Also, that he tells one of available rebates on tires and batteries etc. is very helpful in the pocketbook. I'm happy Patrick calls things to my attention that need doing but also tells me certain service tasks are not needed that I'm willing to have his crew do. The work's done on time and there's a loaner car available for jobs that take several hours. And the car wash is a welcome extra touch.

My salesperson and the sales manager were both extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Salesperson followed up the next day after my first visit, but was very laid back and not at all pushy. Honestly, I was planning on purchasing my car at a different dealership and only went to Fischer Honda for comparable pricing. I've used the Fischer Honda dealership for the last 10 yrs. My 2003 Honda CR-V was serviced there although purchased at dealership in Ann Arbor. My 2010 CR-V was purchased at Fischer. I have always received friendly and good service there. Only once was there an issue when my transmission fluid was changed. That was taken care of nicely and a small compensation was added. Always a nice touch. Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Waiting is pleasant and reasonable in terms of time. For the first time when I scheduled this last visit I had to wait about three days. That means you must be getting busier!!

Sean Marick truly delivers exceptional customer service. Initially, I scheduled my appointment for my regular maintenance service, but a much more serious problem was discovered upon inspection. I appreciate that Sean was not only able to get the job handled in the same day, but he also set me up with a rental car on the spot, so that I was able to go to work. Finally, I applaud the mechanic / technician (I believe the name Eric Wolff was on my service report) for immediately diagnosing the problem and executing the repair so quickly. Thanks to the service team, i am able to take my Honda on a nice long road trip and have full confidence in it's performance and reliability. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family use Fischer Honda for all of their car and service needs.

Patrick is always pleasant and helpful. This was routine maintenance so I waited for the service in the lounge. They were ready for me when I arrived and I was out of the dealership within 20 minutes. The cost was $0 because I bought my car at Fischer Honda and got free lifetime oil changes. It doesn't get better than that. Keep up the good work. I recommend you to my friends and if I need a new car, I will be back.P.S. Patrick deserves a raise!

Since purchasing my Honda Fit in 2008 all service that I have received at Fischer Honda has been top notch. Everything is done as agreed upon in a timely fashion and in a friendly way. I have never felt that any suggested service was unwarranted. That's a big plus in my book. I might also add that my Honda Fit is a marvelous machine right-sized for my lifestyle and very dependable.

My wife and I decided to purchase the Honda Civic that we were leasing. Kelly, who had leased the car to us about 30 months earlier was able to help us with the purchase. The transfer went very smoothly and my wife and I are very happy about that. The reason for the decision is that my old 1998 civic(350K miles) was in a car deer crash and was not worth the effort to try and repair it. My wife has very poor vision and cannot drive anymore so we decided to purchase our lease car as she cannot see well enough to drive. She has to go to the Kellogg Eye Center for eye surgery this Friday. I am extremely happy with the service department they have been very accommodating with the service work an my civic and do exceptionally quality work and are very friendly. Sean M. is the best Service Advisor I have ever had. I had gone to him for over 14 years, at a another local/close by dealership, and his knowledge about the vehicles, and the car's service needs were some, but not all, of the many reasons he had such a large and loyal customer base! He relocated to Fischer Honda, and I regretted losing his always well honed and honest advice for repairs and maintenence. I recently had a serious, and possibly very expensive car repair develop. I decided to go to Sean for a second opinion, even though it is a drive over 50 miles one way for me. I just needed an honest opinion about the car repair.....I will just say this- The 50 mile drive one way will never be an issue in the future. Sean and the service department really took care of my problem, and ensured I got the best price possible for the needed service. It was done quickly and I was even given a free loaner. I would highly recommend Sean and the staff at Fischer Honda for , trustworthy, reasonably priced and quick service and repair work on your vehicle. Please Note: I am not lying or exagerating about Sean or the service department here. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change yesterday. Unfortunately, I had run over a dead deer while driving at night at a high rate of speed on 23. My CRV was making rattling, clanking noises which sounded ominous while idling. The folks at Fischer checked out the noise,found the problem, a loose hanger on the exhaust system, and fixed it without a charge to me! I even got back a clean, shiny freshly washed car all without a charge. You can't beat Fischer Honda for great service, prompt repair of your car and nice folks to work with!

My 2005 Honda Civic is the best car that I have ever owned. New cars are certainly tempting, but, with 8 years of a great car and great service from where I bought it from...why? From our initial visit for service to taking delivery for a new car, your staff was so friendly and accomodating. They answered every question, explored every request and met our budget needs for a new van. They handled all the paperwork and arrangements for our new van, and made the car buying process easier than I could have ever imagined! Kelly returned all my phone calls, emails and was always very friendly and professional. When we took delivery, she took the time to show us the features in the van and was very patient. Brought my car in with engine troubles and check engine light. Sean in service took my information and asked me to take a seat in the lounge. Within 10 minutes he let me know it would be a while before they would be able to get my car in a stall. He set me up with a courtesy vehicle so I could get home. Called me later that day to explain what was wrong with my car and that they would have to order the part. He was able to overnight the part and get my car back to me the next day. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from the Fischer Honda Service department. Thank you for your fast and courteous service.

I just had my 2003 Pilot in for the 120,000 mile service. I bought the pilot new in 2003 from Fischer Honda. The service department employees are always very friendly, but Patrick is especially friendly and personable. I appreciate that he remembers me when I come to have my car serviced. I don't live in Ypsi, but the main reason I bought my car at Fischer was so that I could continue to go there to have it serviced. I had a great experience when driving my old Civic, and I never felt that they were giving me something that I did not need. Patrick always explains what service the car needs, and he clearly answers questions about the process of more complex maintenance. Overall, it's worth the extra driving.

I purchased my Honda right before moving to the area, and within a week my mirror was clipped and destroyed by an unknown driver. The other honda dealer in town (who shall remain nameless) looked me up and down (which is super-unprofessional) and told me it would take several weeks to get the park. I called Fischer, they had the part in stock and had my car fixed in less than a day. It's fantastic to have a service department that doesn't treat me like an idiot, gives me honest advice and choices to fit my budget, and can usually see me and order parts if needed in less than 48 hours. Oh, and they provide loaner cars at no charge. Amazing! Courteous and practical. I highly recommend these guys.

Fischer Honda is a great place. I've purchased three cars from their dealership and I am treated royally by the service department. I trust them. When I have asked mechanic friends about Fischer's recommendations, they weigh in that their diagnosis is accurate and pricing fair. They can always fit me in if I have issues with or concerns about my vehicle. I have referred many colleagues and friends to them and everybody has had equally good experiences.

I was in for an oil change. I forgot to ask them to check the battery - but they did this anyway. They also told me it needed to be replaced. (I had left my car with my sister for 2 1/2 weeks - she had trouble starting it and had it jumped - when I had returned she told me to have it checked and it would probably need replacing) This was done quickly.

The Fischer Honda dealership in Ypsilanti on Michigan avenue is an amazing place that has to be experienced. From Kelli the sales person who was really trying to match you to the vehicle that is right for you who is patient and knowledgeable whom I met when I first went to the dealersip to the others that worked there I was treated well in an atmosphere that was unhurried and without pressure. My sister had bought a car from them previously and suggested that I meet her there when I needed a car. I have always just held my breath and acquired my vehicles. I always felt that I was at a disadvantage that I could not win that they held all the cards and the best I could do was to do my homework get my car and get out. I have never seen my sales people again, nor stopped by at christmas with a bottle of wine as a gift as I did with Kelli. Kelli introduced me to the service people after I acquired my vehicle so I did not have any feeling of going into an unfamiliar place when I went for my six month servicing. The service staff was pleasant professional, friendly, and to top it off there was no bill it was free. Yeah!!! Fischer Honda. Yeah Kelli!!! What an awesome experience at every level.

I was offered a loaner car in case the car had to be held over the weekend (I had brought it in for a Saturday service), which, although not needed, was nice.

I have been doing business at the Fisher Honda Service Center for 7 years now. As a woman, dealing with car issues can be a bit intimidating and I feel like many auto service centers take advantage of women. Women seem to end up paying for parts and labor that may not have been necessary for repairs that they know nothing about. Whenever I have an issue with my Odyssey I always ask for Patrick. Patrick is always personable, professional and knowledgeable. I feel like he listens and really cares about my concerns. He is trustworthy and that is important to me. The cost of repairs is important, but getting the problem resolved is just as important. Patrick left Fisher Honda at one point, and when I had to go in for a problem I was experiencing, I was so disappointed to find out that he was not there. The next time I called to schedule an appointment for service, Patrick answered the phone and I recognized his voice immediately, and I was so happy that he had come back to Fisher Honda! Everyone at Fisher Honda are great to work with. As long as I have my Honda I'll be going back. And yes, I always recommend Fisher Honda to my friends and others looking for good, honest, professional sales staff and parts and service staff.

I recently set up an appointment for an oil change, and had to switch it at the last minute. The service center was very accommodating and made the appointment at a convenient time. The oil change itself was quick and easy, and they made recommendations for the future. Very satisfied!

Fischer Honda service has been taking care of my Accord since I bought it there back in 2003! Same car, yes! 150K+ miles and still running like a top because of the excellent service it has received from this team. Patrick and Sean both know me and my car. They explain everything and help me make the best choices to maintain my car at top efficiency and comfort. I wouldn't take it to anyone else.

I visited Fischer Honda dealership for my car repair and it was fixed. The repair representative was very friendly and willing to go to the end of the line just to definitely make sure that I was completely satisfied with their repair, making this individual experience of working with them very pleasant indeed. The problem started with hearing squeaky noises in the front of the vehicle when moving over bumps or turning curves. Initial impression was that that these may represent faulty struts, but this last visit and their implementation of standards of procedure given to them by their othercompany surely proved correct, as the noise did disappear like magic. This experience was important as it has shown me that not everything what we are told we should believe and not from everyone. Only the trusted people like the maintenance group at Fischer Honda (Mr. Patrick, Mr. Shawn and their colleagues) have unequivocally demonstrated to me that THEY ARE FULLY AND UNQUESTIONABLY TRUSTWORTHY. I kindly ask them to keep their excellent standards the way it is now and I wish them the best of luck.

Fischer has done all the service to keep my Pilot running at its peak. I depend on it for work travel and family needs. At 250k, it is as much fun to drive as new and I expect at least another 100k out of it. That is what a good auto service department can do for you. (Also true for my 2002 CR-V with 220k which my son drives). Consider me a Raving Fan of Fischer.

I brought our Honda Pilot into the dealership for normal routine maintenance. I was greeted by Sean who explained what maintenance was going to be done on the vehicle. I was given a loner car while our car was being serviced. The loner car allowed me to continue to do my business. I received a call from Sean when the car was ready to be picked up. The car was completed on time.

As I said in the evaluation sent in the day after my service, I am well satisfied with everything that uis dobne there. I have never gone elsewhere and never will as long as I get the kind of service and professiohnalism thus far. Ptric is very good and always seems interested and helpful He only suggests what I might need and approximate cost and sticks to it.
