Just buy an as is car from them, thinking that I could switch my tag and my insurance right away. They told me that I should wait 1 month in order to receive the title.

I was so excited that Fitz was so open about what needed to be fixed to get the vehicle to pass MD inspection. Then, I send my husband to buy the vehicle- an "04 Toyota Sienna and he sends me a clear picture of a cracked bumper. Fitz should have shown the damage in its photos on this site or at least disclosed the information when we called to say that we were interested in coming out to look at the vehicle. If you're going to label it a fixer upper-why not tell all? It was a waste of time, gasoline and a disappointment.

I just had a great car buying experience at Fitzgerald buying a used car from Axel Ben at Fitzgerald Germantown, MD. I had stopped at other Fitz locations in MD looking at cars over the past month and everyone from the sales staff and general managers (yes, more than 1) at each location were patient, pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars and were not pushy. They helped sift through their stock, walk me around the lots, numerous test drives and even pulled a car out of the showroom to let me take a spin. They weren't even upset or showed any frustration that I changed my mind and went with a diff vehicle. I previously had a horrible car buying experience at a competitor 3 years back and I'm still furious over it...working with folks at Fitz was completely different and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Fitzgerald. I'll be back.

We drove for 2 hours to get here and find out that GMC we do don't know drive and they call it (HandyMan Fixer-Upper) WHAT IS THIS MEAN..

I saw a used BMW on cars.com and the car was listed by Fitzgerald. I called to set an appointment for a test drive and spoke to Calvin Minor. He said the car was available and that I can come in for a test drive. When I arrived 3 hours later as we had planned, Calvin started browsing through their website to find the car. He then disappeared into the office for a couple minutes. He then returned and was about to tell me he had bad news when he was called aside by another employee. Five minutes later he tells me he found the car at the Lakeforest branch and that he would ride me in one of their cars over there to get it. I asked him if he considered the fact that he knew I was coming at 5pm and he could have had the car ready for a test drive. He replied that he was busy with other customers and couldn't get away. (By the way the store was like a ghost town). This is coming from the same person who could not find the car 15 minutes ago. I wished him a nice day and left. I am very disappointed in Mr. Minor who told me the car was available for a test drive and that it would be ready when I arrived. He never apologized or showed any sign of caring whether of not I was a valued customer. I would never buy a car from Mr. Minor and if you call Fitzgerald for a car be sure to ask for anyone else but him.

I am a female with little or no experience in cars and because my husband was out of town, my car broke and I had to quicky shop around for a car . Frank Canozo was wonderful and presented me with all the options available to make an informed decision. He never put any pressure on me and let me change my mind a thousand time ! Victor the manager was also very helpful and contributed to my overall fruitful afternoon. They listened to my needs and even got me a very good buyback on my old car. I am a very happy customer and wanted to share this thumbs up for the dealership, Thank you Frank for spending all the time with me and shopping for the car I really like !

I went to test drive two used cars that were listed on the website. I was helped immediately by Axel Ben who was very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new car from Fitzgerald Lakeforest, only because the Amaranth Drive location did not have the exact model I wanted. Axel accompanied me to the Lakeforest location and led me through the entire process. I love the posted-price model - the cars are priced fairly and I feel I got a good price on my new car. I never felt pressured, and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend the Fitzgerald dealerships.

Just bought a black 2013 Toyota Sienna from Fitzgerald. I am out of state and found this car online, I spoke with Axel Ben about the car initially. Axel was great, he was very thorough and sent multiple emails full of pictures as well as complete information about inspections performed and repair work done to the vehicle. Very transparent and honest which is rare in this business. My family drove up to see the vehicle and noticed a few minor cosmetic issues with the car that were promptly fixed. Also, the 5-day/250 mile satisfaction guaranteed policy was very nice to have as we found a few more issues with the car that Fitzgerald fixed promptly and hassle free. The entire car buying experience was very low stress and every person that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied customer here, will definitely come back to Fitzgerald for my next vehicle
