Ashley was awesome to work with. She showed us the issues with our car and worked with the mechanic to turn it around quickly. She worked with us on price and let us know the urgency of each repair so that we could decide what to do. They did great work, we're definitely returning any time we need repairs.

I brought in my impala because it was having some performance issues that I wanted to be diagnosed. I was expecting a thorough diagnosis by the dealership and brought it in to get a better idea of what was happening. The mechanic was unable to give me a clear answer as to what was wrong with the car and instead recommend at a very costly repair without being sure that that would even be beneficial for the issue. I feel that the service was not worth $140 I paid and regret going in. I would advise being very careful seeking diagnostic services with this place.

Great experience. Easy process with no haggling. My trade in value I received was right in line with my own market reports I checked prior to arriving. I was only a hundred bucks or so off on final out the door pricing I calculated on my own using their online prices. They don't hide any charges like other dealers to get you in the door (ahem, freight). All in all, I had completed everything in just a couple hours.

Roxy Dunn, my sales person, was awesome. She really knows her cars and technology. She was so professional and helpful. I have been a Fitzgerald's customer for a long time. I wouldn't go any where else. Tom Dawson was very helpful, too. I always trust his advice.
