We bought a used truck and Zach "Bowen" was our salesman. He was nice and super helpful. No pressure was felt at all! He was not your typical salesman and actually made you feel comfortable and enjoy the process. Everyone was great. Thanks for making this a simple and smooth process!!

Just awful. Doesn’t seem like their sales manager actually wants to make a sale. Josiah was a great floor salesman and the only reason they are getting a second star. Did not purchase a vehicle and had zero issues driving 5 minutes down the street and leaving with my new car. Not to mention they also tried to offer much less for trade in than every other dealership I have had my car appraised for. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and get the extra 2k+ you deserve for your trade in.

From our sales rep to finance made the process easy. All of our questions and concerns were answered professionally and without hesitation. I was concerned about purchasing a car in Maryland due to the lemon law,( due to past experience when dealership was Hoffman),but everyone assured me that I would not have to worry, because Fitzgerald would take care of me. This gave me a sense of calm that I was making the right decision. I would recommend Fitz to others.
