Wow great buying experience can’t say enough about this place and all that work here especially Garrett:) I was looking for a gecko limited addition of the Jeep Wrangler and he definitely amazing at helping me buy this beautiful jeep. I live in south Florida and drove all the way to Clearwater because when I asked him About the vehicle I was interested in he went above and beyond for me with taking pictures of the car including one with the current paper for the date which made me laugh:). In the end he face times me to see the inside and outside super professional. The whole process was wonderful everyone down to the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great job and thank you again I highly highly recommend this dealership!!! Great communication

The routine maintenance work was performed thoroughly and well. The customer waiting area is comfortable. Everything about this dealership -- from new car purchase to all routine maintenance is as good as it gets. I intend to buy my next car here and will bring it back here for maintenance. Thanks for doing a great job, repeatedly, for a long time.

Triple the cost of what one would pay at a reputable mechanic. I had an overheating problem in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Despite being warned by multiple friends not to ever take any automobile to a dealership for service work beyond an oil change, I went with a $1180 estimate to fix the overheating issue. Dropped off my jeep on a Saturday due to work schedule. Went over everything with service manager with whom Ive always had a good relationship with during my regular oil changes every few thousand miles. Fast forward one week and after 4 unanswered phone calls to see why it’s taken a week to get the work done after being told it would be finished by no later than Monday afternoon. Finally the following Saturday after calling in Friday upset that there has not been any communication with me regarding the work or the time it took to finish the work I go and pick up the jeep. The invoice is now $100 dollars higher than the estimate given…blamed on taxes…when before dropping jeep off I ask specifically if this includes taxes and I am told 100% yes that is the total out the door! Anyway the service manager is not there and the poor guys behind the desk do their best to make the price right… However my jeep is still overheating when I drive it over a half hour and no call backs… I’m besides myself at this point as I like the place and have always been treated fairly, but this is beyond anything I ever expected. I have to save up for stuff like this as I am not rich, and for the problem not to get fixed and no answers to calls. I’m back to where I was…minus my $1180. Oh well guess I should have listened to my friends.

This was my first visit for scheduled maintenance. The service was prompt and the waiting was minimal. Employee's were pleasant and polite. There was some confusion regarding frequency of oil changes. The Jeep manual says every 10 K miles. Service said around 7K for synthetic oil and 3-4K for blended oil. I apparently had blended. I would really recommend that this be reviewed with customer at time of purchase to eliminate confusion. Thank you.
