I had to take my Jeep Cherokee in for a recall/update. When I initially called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. Upon my arrival to the dealership on my appointment date, all of the workers were very friendly and eager to help me. They did a great job explaining what they were going to be doing to my car and let me know they would not take long to do what needed to be done. I left my car with them and returned home. About 2 hours later they called to let me know they had finished the update, but wanted to know if I would like to have my car washed. I was unaware they did complimentary car washes after having your vehicle serviced, which is a nice service to offer free of charge. Later when I picked up my car, again all of the employees were welcoming and friendly. They pulled my car around and I immediately noticed how clean it was! They even shined up my tires! If I ever need anything done to my Jeep I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!!!!

This is the best place to buy cars!!! I am always treated with respect and like I am family. They are quick to answer questions when I have them and they make sure that everything is taken care of quickly. Donna and Bill are the best!!!

Sorry for the reviews without comment. I was expecting a list of questions. I am very pleased with the service on my car. They had to keep it a while but it was ready sooner than anticipated. It was a major and pricey repair but everything seems fine now. They helped me also with a payment plan with 0 interest which I am taking advantage of. Chris kept me updated on the progress. They even washed it.

Excellent Service! Very pleased- from the time I pulled up - the welcome was great! They explained what was taking place - great! And the returned of my car was clean! I recommend! Excellent Service Department! Thank you fir good service!

Fantastic & efficient , straight forward service. Sales people are very professional & welcoming. They're knowledgeable about their vehicles & other makes & models, too. No pressure sales just , transparency & time for a customer to decide. Perfect! This dealership really values their customers & potential customers. This dealership should win Sales awards for outstanding customer service - no other dealership compares in SMC. Bravo!
