If I could give this establishment a 0 I would. I was highly disappointed in how they treated me as a customer. Three weeks ago I went and looked at a car, test drove it and fell in love. I was told they had just gotten it in, so it still needed to be cleaned/detailed. I was fine with that because I was insured it would be done by the following week. They were ready and willing to take my money even though the car was not ready. They wanted me to sign papers saying I would pay the x amount they wanted for the car. I then was notified they found something wrong with the car and might not fix it. They did decide to fix it because I loved the car so much. I’ve been waiting 2 and a half weeks for the car, paying insurance on it and not getting any answers. I called about 3 times every week to see if I could get a date since I’m leaving for college in a couple of days. They just played around and could never give me a date. I then asked for a discount or reimbursement for the insurance I’ve been paying on and they rudely told me “it’s gonna be a no.” They told me a discount was impossible because they “tried to get me into another car” (that was WAY out of my budget). Lastly, they do not have the title so it could’ve been even longer before I got the car. Now I am stuck without a car going back to college. I am highly disappointed. I do not recommend buying a car from these scam artists! DONT PUT A CAR ON YOUR WEBSITE IF ITS NOT READY PERIOD! UPDATE: I talked to the manager herself and she also gave me the run around for 2 more days. This establishment is awful, they take advantage of customers.

We have purchased 11 new cars in 30 years. 29 in Massachusetts. Each and every time we walked out of the dealership not feeling great. Just worn out and sick of the games. We recently paid off an SUV and wanted to look at a Highlander. Out of the few dealerships I have seen in the area we figured we would try Fitzgerald Toyota. Salesman Alex Chandler and the entire Fitzgerald Team were awesome. I did a quote online - trade in value etc. We got there and they honored the deal. No under cutting - no stress no drama - they honored the deal we came up with on-line! I had found this list below a while ago to rate a dealership - never used it because none could get close, until now... No-pressure, didn't feel rushed Trustworthy - Comes right out with the cost no manager meetings They listened to us Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy Quick and clear communication (email and in-person) No games - This was key Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) Professional and polite salesperson Attentive to customer's needs Salesperson went above & beyond — locating a specific vehicle, delivering vehicle to customer the same day. We have NEVER been able to check off what is most important to us buying a car - we left with a new car and NO stress. We highly recommend Fitzgerald Toyota and Nissan. (Had a little interaction with Nissan manager and again I was treated with respect) This place is unbelievable - Please visit - you will not be disappointed!! The Sprague's

I had to have some work done on my Nissan rogue the other day. The people in the service department were phenomenal. The service was going to take several days, so they gave me a loaner in order for me to still do everything in my life that needed done. I needed to travel out of state to attend a family issue and they were absolutely supportive of me. My car was finished in 3 days, but I kept the loaner for almost a week. This above and beyond care was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Fitzgerald Toyota/Nissan to anyone who wants great service and being treated right. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars because they were a 10 in my book.

As a consumer, car buying is extremely stressful right now. Jason Gordon (and the rest of the staff) at Fitzgerald made the experience unbelievably easy! He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. He did not have an agenda except to help us find the best fit and value for our family. We would highly recommend Jason and hope to purchase from him again when we need our next vehicle.
