Let me just start this review by saying I NEVER write reviews. I bought my Subaru and had a few issues as soon as I got it home to Wyoming. I called and Eric was on top of it! The customer service I have received is the best I have ever had, and I don’t say this lightly. If you are in the market for a vehicle Fiuza Motors is the place to buy. Had a great experience buying our new family car here. They were quick and easy to work with. And they didn’t pressure us into anything. Also gave me a great deal. I would have done 5 stars but they sent me away with my new car without a full tank of gas, and they didn’t clean the tape from the price paper on the inside windshield. That’s my only negative feedback. Thanks Fiuza!

Fiuza motors is amazing! Especially our salesman Chris. Chis did everything he said he'd do. This is a no pressure dealership! My wife and I had such a wonderful experience we referred Chis to my son who also purchased a car. I love my car I purchased and wouldn't change a thing with about our whole experience! In addition Fiuza motors has an onsite mechanic who is amazing. Eric does great work and is as honest and knowledgeable as they come. He has worked on my BMW a few times and has not disappointed. This tandem dealership is a highly recommended.

My wife and I saw a car on KSL and went to look at it. Andres let us look it over and test drive it. He told us to take our time (other dealerships tried to rush us so we wouldn’t discover deeper problems). He also helped us hold the car till we could get it inspected the next morning. We found a few things that needed repaired or replaced. He told us they would fix it all included at the already good price. We agreed and purchased the car. I typically negotiate to get a fair price, but their list price was already fair and they really took care of us, so I didn’t even try. The only downside was a miscommunication between the mechanic and the sales team. They told us our car was ready for pickup, so we drove from Ogden to get it. The next day I got a call from the mechanic saying they didn’t replace the bushings, and wanted to schedule a time to get it fixed. How unusual for a dealership to reach out and saw “we made a mistake, let us fix it” I will definitely consider them when it’s time to replace our other car! EDIT: getting the forgotten work taken care of was a huge chore. It took about 5 months to fix. Waiting on either parts arriving or loaner cars to become available. The head mechanic was very pleasant to deal with, but the process took way longer than it should have.

I helped my friend buy her car from Fuza. There was no hassle, no presure, and no worry. Everyone was very helpful and had our best interests in mind. I was impressed at how laid back they were about test drives on all of their vehicles. Everything was in good shape and working the way it should. Absolutely NO pressure. Let us test drive the car by ourselves so we dont have a salesman yapping in our ears. Very friendly but professional. They actually give you real numbers and are honest. Very happy with these guys :)

What a great way to end my search for the perfect car for me. I am picky. I wanted a VW Jetta, manual and Fiuza Motors had the one. We arrived at their lot the day after Christmas while all the salesmen were working hard to clear the 8-10 inches of snow off their cars and lot. They let my three (not so quiet boys) sit in their waiting area (more like let them take over the TV) and watch cartoons while I test drove a few cars and test drove the Jetta twice. Each car I drove (four in total) were detailed as though they were new. They smelled fresh and were free of any defects. I did have one concern, the Jetta (2007) had a sound that was present when the heater was going. Our salesman promised to have it fixed should we decide to purchase. After the sale was complete...I had forgotten to have their mechanic look at the blower. That wasn't a problem. They told me they would honor their word and I could bring it back anytime after 9:30 durning the week. I brought my Jetta to the shop today, and just as they promised, they had their mechanic take a look and they ordered the new blower for my car. What a great group of men to be dealing with. A mans word is still worth something in this day and age.

This was my first experience at a used car dealership so I didn't really know what to expect. You hear horror stories of those crazy salesman that pressure you all way out the door which is what I was expecting, but that didn't happen. I already knew what car I wanted to look at when I arrived as I researched it online beforehand. When I arrived,I test drove it right away. There were nk o lines and no wait. I had a set amount I was able to spend and with dealer fees and licensing and registration fees, the total was well over my budget. Cris and his team worked together to help me and I was able to walk out the door with the car I wanted! They are also fixing a section of the clear coat that is coming off at no additional cost. Was I happy when I left? Yes! Would I recommend them to friends and family? Yes! Would I do it again? Absolutely! The only feedback I could give would be instead of replacing only the two back tires, I wish they would have replaced all of them. Being an all wheel drive vehicle, it is recommened that all tires be replaced at the same time, and for the price I paid it would have been nice having that done so I don't have to spend more money getting new ones, but all in all, it was a great experience! I will be buying all my cars from them. I bought a car back in December 2014 and had a small fuse go out in my car 2 weeks after buying it and they replaced it for free even though I had no Warranty. They are awesome and I will be recommending all my friends and family to buy there next car from them.

Bought a 2003 Pontiac Vibe here a couple weeks ago. I had been looking for a car for my daughter for some time when I saw the price for this one and knew it was priced well. When I went to the dealership, Renato (the owner) met me and told me I was welcome to take the car to my mechanic for an inspection. He said he tries to drive the cars so as to know if there are any problems, and he mentioned that the Vibe had some pulsing when applying the brakes and that they would be fixed when sold. My mechanic informed me he found nothing to be repaired other than the brakes. I am so glad that I drove the car to the mechanics as the car was somewhat cosmetically challenged with some loose trim parts, a large dent, and scratches. I almost walked off the lot due to the outside of the car, but it drove like a new car and looked new inside. Renato told me the car was a trade in on a minivan from a family with many children, which explains the scratches. Renato then told be he would get the dent fixed and the trim pieces fixed along with the new brakes and rotors. When I picked up the car a few days later, all repairs had been completed and the car really pleased my daughter when she drove it later that night. She told me tonight (a couple weeks after purchase) that she loves the car and how "tight' it drives. This dealership is a step above most others its size as the owner really cares about giving people a good buy for their money and will stand behind the car if there is a problem. Do your due diligence and take the car to a trusted mechanic and you'll be fine with the cars at Fiuza. It's nice they furnish a carfax and you'll find most cars are one or two owner vehicles. This was a great deal for me as if the paint had been perfect this car would have easily been too expensive for me at this time. Thank you Fiuza Motors!

Friendly sales people. I took my Land Rover LR3 in to the shop because it was leaking fluid. They pulled it right into the shop, repaired it and I was out the door in 20 minutes. The best part about it was the repair was done as a courtesy from the dealer. Thank you Fuiza Motors! I will be back!!

I was looking for a different car when I went to Fiuza. It had been sold and as I was walking out of the lot I was looking around and noticed a car. That car was the one I ended up buying. Now it was not ready for the lot and sale yet, but these guys were awesome! They got the car ready for me and have done everything they said they would for me! I have been extremely happy with the entire process of buying my car and I LOVE MY CAR! I will recommend this dealership for sure.

These gentlemen waited over an hour after closing time on a Saturday for me to drive down and pick up the car. I drove from out of state and was not able to get a car carrier, so they drove my new car to my hotel and arranged for a return ride to the car lot. Also they could not find the face plate to the installed radio so they gave me a replacement radio. I would buy from these guys again. Thanks Fiuzo Motors

I bought my nissan altima from them there has been a few things wrong with it but like ranardo promised me he has done. They keep their word and they're not all pushy like other dealers! I would recommend them to a friend if was searching for used cars.

We had a very positive experience at Fiuza motors. The dealership has a good selection of cars to choose from and has a very helpful staff. We bought a 2005 Hyundai Accent from them and we absolutely love it !! Our sales person Alex was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He let us test drive the car and take it to a garage and when we found a couple problems he told us he would have them fixed. He kept his word and had the struts and radiator replaced and even gave us a really good price on the car. Their mechanic did a really good job too, its been three weeks since we have had the car and we have had no problems with it. The car was really clean inside and out when we picked it up. My daughter loves driving it to school !!. We are very pleased with the experience we had at Fiuza motors and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. When we need another car we will surely come back to them as they are honest and reliable !!!

I was a little nervous about this small family dealership but they surprised me and wowed me. They were great to work with, I.J., our salesman was totally no pressure, and when a problem with the convertible roof was discovered they fixed it. I will buy all my future vehicles from this great little dealership and I'm already recommending them to all my friends. Great prices, great service, and an all around pleasant car buying experience.

I bought a Ford Fiesta last year from Fiuza Motors and the service from the staff was unexpectedly great as I had been to many other car lots. Others had been pushy or unattentive or acted like they new what I wanted more than I did. At Fiuza last year I think I test drove every car they had and the staff was very patient even though this went on for weeks. I eventually have gotten to know everyone that works there I believe. Well my wife got a hold of the Fiesta and that was it. She said that now I could have her SUV because the Fiesta was hers. Then the 2013 Escapes(the new style) came out I fell in love. I new that when I could pick one up used I would do it. I won't buy new cause it's" throwing money out the window" as Dave Ramsey says. I had been looking and when I saw that Fiuza had one I had to check it out. When I pulled up Chris the sales guy called me by name and of course the handshake that you get from everyone down there. I talked with Renato the owner and got his figures and went to tell the wife that I was taking the Fiesta to trade it in. Guess what, she said "like hell". So I did the math to see if I could make two payments work, Then I took the SUV and my offer in mind and asked Renato what he had to have to make it all work thinking it wasnt going to happen. Well he beat that by $1400.00. Of course I didn't tell him what my offer was going to be. I now have my almost new Escape and I love it. They may not be big and fancy but I will be a repeat customer at Fiuza for I hope many years as I have never been treated better anywhere else.

When I first went to Fiuza Motors I did not know what to expect. Because I had a traded in. I was welcomed and treated well. I came there as a serious buyer that day, and this was made clear to them as we talked and walked around the lot. My salesman was very helpful as I test drove some cars, but to my surprize Fiuza Motors have a lot full of very nice used cars and at great deals too. These were some very nice high quality cars. And my trade in was also of interest to Fiuza Motors too.....I'm glad I stopped here. :))Once a deal was made. I took all my paper work to my Credit Union and was able to get financed with a great payment plan,all within my budget. I was very happy and they were too. That day I got a high quality reliable car, and service from Fiuza Motors. But thinking back, at the end of the day. I felt like I got the better end of the deal. I have to say I had a very excellent car buying experience. Thank you Fiuza Motors!!

How did Renado put it, "We are good guys in a bad business". I am so impressed with them they did everything they said they would do. I fell for a 2002 Lincoln Ls but there were a few things wrong with It, it needed rear differential work and without me asking they replaced the windshield and one tire, On top of all that the price was great. I would reccomend them to everyone. Your in good hands with Fiuza!

I purchased a 2012 Mazda CX9 from Fiuza over the internet. It was a great deal but had some minor font end damage which Fiuza agreed to fix within the price. I was amazed at how well everything went.
