The best customer service in town, hands down!!! Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for car or truck. The staff is excellent - Maria and Chris are THE best! They really care about their customers and want the best for their customers and it definitely shows! Overall this is the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Love my 2005 Ford Expedition Limited it drives and runs like a charm!

In february me and my wife pick a 2004 f150 with 120000 mill on it after 8000mill has been about $7000.00 in extra repairs for example (new rear diferential,coil pacs,ac compressor,new breaks and rotors ,timing chains ,oil pump,etc..)and we are still making payments on that truck this was nt a good expererience NEVER AGAIN 5STARAUTO

I searched for A Lincoln MKZ for over 4 months and found one at Five Star. My brother and I test drove it and dealt with Maria. She was great. I came back and dealt with Chris to negotiate price and he was also great. We came to a deal on the car and he also took my old one on trade. One phone call from this dealer was all I needed to decide to take my business elsewhere. The caller never said his name,just that he was calling about an application my wife and I submitted on their website. My call I.D. said his name was "Chris Sickal 804-869-3825" He didn't allow me to get 2 words in,yet talked to me like I was a 5 year old. I have the money to buy the car outright,but I wanted financing to improve my credit,but like I already said,I'm taking my money and business elsewhere.
