If your looking for a new car and don’t want to be hassled I would recommend checking out Don Johnson at Five-Star in Warner Robins. I wasn’t looking to trade cars but Don made me such a good deal I couldn’t say no. There was no pressure from him. He understood my budget limitations and worked with me every step of the way. He was courteous giving me plenty of time to think about the purchase before I signed the paperwork. And best of all he didn’t pressure me into a car I didn’t like or couldn’t afford. If I decide to buy again I will be looking for Don. Five-Star has a perfect salesman on their staff. I wish they could all be like him!!!

Jeremy Koone was a great salesmen. Was on top of everything answered any questions I had. I recommend him very much. Although I do love my truck there were a few things wrong that his higher up said they inspect and would not fix and it took an hour and 30 min to get my truck washed. Wish that side would have been better but only leaving five stars because y’all have a great salesmen.

The salesman was extremely helpful. He listened to what we had to say, and did his best to make sure we found something within our budget. He was able to give us a full cash out the door price on one of the vehicles we looked at and after all fees it was still within our budget price. He even stayed later then closing to help us with this vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service, their people actually seem to care about their customers. Would definitely recommend to others.

I bought a car from this dealership about a year ago. It wasn't the car that I had in mind but I was told by the salesman and the finance manager that I could trade my car in for the car that I really wanted and reduce the car payment without any issues after 4 months of on time payments. Well I had no issues with making the payments. I called back in within 4 months and was told my 4th payment hadn't posted to the system and to call back in within a month. I waited and continued to make my payments on time and attempted to trade my car in only to be told it couldn't happen. They were attempting to finance a 40,000 loan. 1. The new vehicle is worth no where near that. 2. They told me when I first purchased my car that I wouldn't be upside down because I'm basically swapping out my old car for the new car and they would cover the negative equity. The car salesman said they've done this plenty of times. Well, they lied to me.I had to chase the salesman down just to figure out what was going on. He kept saying there were no issues until I finally called and demanded to have Corporate's number. They then let me speak with Patrick Hoye who told me the amount of money they were attempting to finance. BTW he wasn't helpful either.So I took this as me just being lied to. Of course I was pissed but I let it go. Only to be emailed by the salesman this month asking if I had found another car and they still wanted to help. I told him I wasn't interested unless they could absolutely get me out of this vehicle, so he forwarded my email over to Ahmad who guaranteed he could get me out of my current vehicle and into the vehicle that I wanted due to this huge sale they were having for Labor day. Ha. Lies. He had me fill out another application and said he was working on it. I never heard back from him, so now I've filled a complaint with the consumer unit and attached my email correspondence with Ahmad for them to review.As a consumer, I don't like to continuously be lied to and promised things that you can't deliver on. If you decide to purchase from this dealership, do so with caution.

Update from my review a month ago on Google.com. I dropped my truck off for the 3rd attempt on my 2015 ram sport to fix my headlights flickering And was told they found a problem and it was fixed....its not still not fixed!!! I have been nice to these people and still can't get nothing accomplished. No need to call you Patrick Hoye because you know we have been dealing with problems with this truck from day one. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated.

I recently purchased a new truck from Five Star Ram in Warner Robins GA. This is my 5th new vehicle purchase so I am not new the the car buying experience. The sales team as a whole was very pushy; lots of back and forth bring in other "managers" wanting to sign a piece of paper. They low balled my trade and said the tires were dry rotted. I had the receipt from where I purchased the tires less than a year ago in the glove compartment and offered to show it to them. Somehow magically my trade was worth $4000 (yes that's four thousand) more. I did end up buying the truck because it was the best price around my area. Just be prepared for a very high pressure sales team and make sure you print off the internet price or they will tell you the price is higher. Customer service after the sale is also horrible. If you already bought the vehicle and need help they will not give you the time of day. All of the smiles and hand shakes are gone. I had an issue,where ultimately was my fault for not getting a copy of some paperwork, but trying to get help was impossible. I went through five people 6 phone calls and was on hold for 45 minutes. Over all I am happy with my purchase but I will not be back to this dealership for anything. That's not to say that Five Star as a whole is bad but I will not support this dealership.

Today by chance I walked onto the Dodge Ram Truck lot at Five Star Warner Robins and had such an experience. Mike Alford was the certified sales professional that created my experience. The 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel I test drove had only 9 miles on the odometer and It drove extremely well. Very comfortable interior for a sporty full sized crew cab truck. Be very careful when taking your vehicle here for service. Took it in for what was supposedly warranty work but found out the coolant leak (supposedly a hose) wasn't covered. Was quoted an outrageous price so took elsewhere. Found out it was just a loose hose. Paid $20 and all was well. Talked to both Service Mgr and General Mgr and of course they weren't at fault at all...denied everything. The kicker is that it wasn't leaking until I took it to them previously for an oil change. The General Mgr was at least halfway approachable. The Service Mgr was a complete jerk. I tell everyone I can to never give this place their business.

What awful service! I arrived at five Star Dodge at 8:57 AM for a complimentary basic oil change due to a previous service complaint. I checked in and decided to view their inventory. Had a great experience with the sales person. Returned to the service counter to follow-up with Michelle 40 minutes later. Only to find out she had not checked my car in for service. As well, she has the worst attitude. It is 11:24 AM and I am still waiting. It doesn't get any worse than this. You would think business cared, but unfortunately that is not always the case. The only good experience was the mechanic, Terrence, he took initiative. Othan that I wouldn't do this again. Dillon, unfortunately your team members caused you a sale. Keep up the good work but with another company. It's now 11:36AM and I am still waiting. 11:40AM Waiting for invoice... Should have kept the Camry! Fortunately, they change the oil for Chryslers too.

I recently purchased a '15 Ford Escape from Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Warner Robins, GA. From the moment I made that initial phone call to the day I signed the paperwork, the process was like clockwork. Zach Wrinkle was very professional, courteous and patient with us. While we made a decision on the vehicle fairly quickly, it took several days to secure the financing at our own Credit Union. In the meantime, we were able to hold on to the new vehicle. When I went back in the sign the final paperwork, he was waiting for me with paperwork in hand. I would definitely purchase another vehicle through this dealership as well as recommend it along with Zach to others.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Dodge Journey from Dillon Wade who made this a seamless transition for me with my trade-in vehicle! Both Dillon and Randy Burkey (sales manager) were both extremely professional, friendly and courteous when it came to ensuring I was being properly attended and not left alone on eternal waiting status. I was given plentiful information and test drove two vehicles before I was able to decide on my new vehicle. Dillon worked very hard and stayed late that evening with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. Lorenzo Porter may be a new face on the lot, but he and Cody helped make picking out our new (to us) car a wonderful experience. I came in to look at a specific kind of jeep. When I first came in I felt with the Eddie and he let me know honestly he knew someone else that would know more about keeps and what I was looking for and he referred me to Matt. They both, as a team, were AWESOME! Not one time did I feel pushed to get something I didn't want and they made it about me vs about what they were trying to sale. I told them how much I would not pay over and we went with that. The GM, Chad, came out to meet me and he came up with a game plan to see what my best options were and he was also very friendly and helpful! Needless to say, I walked away with no vehicle BUT between Eddie and his positivity, Matt and his knowledge, the GM and his willingness to help, and Jessica ( she was my customer caregiver, she called back to make sure I had a great experience) I was HIGHLY SATISFIED! I WILL be going back to deal with these few individuals because honestly they went above and beyond the call for me!! Thanks guys!!

When I went to the dealership I was already approved for a loan. In too, my ONLY requirements was for my car to have built in navigation and the color to be white. The salesman told me they didn't have any white cars and couldn't order any, so I settled for one of their gray anniversary challengers. However it still did not have a navigation installed. So the dealership made a promise they would install the navigation as an added on feature. During the purchase I deliberately told him to NOT run my credit since I was already approved. However, the next day I received inquires on my credit report from 7 different loan companies. I complained to the manager, it did not help! After MONTHS, I FINALLY received my CD player with the navigation after making numerous trips to the dealership. Now only after a year, the entire radio system stops working. I again make numerous trips speaking with the salesman who had it installed, he states the man whom installed it no longer works for the company! So he refers me to the manager. He then refers me to a audio store. They run some tests and determines the radio system is not working anymore. In too, they tell me the radio system was very cheap. I return back to the dealership, the manager then tells me that they are unable to replace the CD player because I have over 36K miles on my car! WTH! So then I say what about the original one? He can't replace it with that either because they don't have any radio systems there! So it's a Dodge dealership, but I can't the original one nor a replaced one for the faulty one YOUR dealership installed? I will NEVER return to this dealership or recommend it to anyone!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I tell all my friends to NEVER buy a vehicle from them. Once they get you to buy the car, customer service goes down the drain. If they promise you anything please be aware that as soon as it comes time to sign the paper work all the sudden they can know longer honor that. Flat out lie to you !!! Had to take the car back for service and have kept it for days with every excuse why the part is not in and why its not fixed. So very frustrating. We will never do business with them for service or to purchase another vehicle again. Very dishonest . They will suck you in with all kinds of promises then turn around and lie !!! So very sad that people are this way !!!

The car purchasing experience is not something that I enjoy. However that being said, my experience with salesman Frank "the Tank" Graves was exceptional. Frank went out of his way to get me into the vehicle that was going to work for myself and family on the most important levels. He was kind enough to respond to a question that I had the next day (his day off) in a timely manner the same day. My experience with Frank is that he goes out of his way to do the right thing for the customer and deal with each person in a straight forward and honest way. He is a refreshing change. After losing our son's car in the Charleston flood, we were in the market to replace with a 2015 Challenger. Went online got in touch with CHAD GOSS - their internet sales manager at 9:30/10 am on a Monday morning regarding a car we found online...we spoke, MADE A DEAL, traded phone calls, received a call from their sales manager Robert ???? confirming that Chad was treating us right and letting me know that the car would be ready when we arrived later that day...I told Chad we wanted the car, sent in our credit app and were told we had a deal....started our 4 hour drive, got 40 miles outside of Charleston and received a call from Robert that OOPPPPPSSS - sorry, someone else sold your car?!?!!!!??? WTH??? THEN send me an email with a 2014 attached....maybe this will work??!!! HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL JERKS

He was down to earth and compassionate about my purchase. Most of the time car salesmen are associated with being sleezy, but at this dealership that was not the case. The service department is horrible. Stay Away! I took my 2008 Liberty there for rear brake adjustment since the emergency brake was not holding when parked on an incline. They took the vehicle in, while it was being worked on the lady at the service desk informed me my tires needed replacement. After I told her I'm not buying tires that day, a tech comes out starts giving me scare tactics about tires being bald, I say no again since I had measured the tread there was still more than 4/32" remaining. I get the vehicle back and next time I park on an incline, the emergency brake still does not hold. I took the vehicle back and at the service desk they tell there was nothing to be adjusted with the rear brake to begin with!!! So what did they charge me for last time? They agreed for me and a tech to go out and test and when he saw the brake does not hold he tells that's fine because the vehicle will not move anyway when the transmission is in Park, and the emergency brake is only supposed to hold with brand new brake pads!!! At this point I decided this place was just a waste of time and money and did not argue further. (I took my vehicle to Tires Plus later and they adjusted the brakes right). Few after this my rear driver side tire started rapidly losing air and it needed inflating every few days. Looks suspicious that days after I refused their tire sales pitch one of my tires starts to leak. About 2 weeks after this, I opened my sky slider for the first time and after closing it is stuck and will not open again. Now I am suspicious they did something to the sky slider as a part of their "inspection" as well. Do not ever take your vehicle for service here!

My sales rep was Carlos Nelson. Very friendly and helpful! He really went above and beyond finding me the perfect van. I had him going all over the lot showing me what all they had and getting the keys to show me the inside. He did an amazing job explaining the differences between the different models (Chrysler vs. Dodge, AVP vs ES etc.) and also showing me. He made sure I knew how to operate the Stow and Go and all the other gadgets in the van. Paperwork took some time but that goes with purchasing a vehicle.

Recently I decided to purchase a used Pickup truck and started my search on the internet. Well after searching for and finding the vehicle I was interested in I sent a request to the dealership Five Star Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in Warner Robins Georgia to schedule a test drive The sales manager Evan Mount was prompt to reply to let me know one of his sales associates would be in contact with me shortly. Sure enough a short time later I received am email from Chad Goss informing me he would be assisting me. Shortly after the email I received a call from Chad Goss to establish a date and time to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. This was on a Wednesday evening and I informed Chad the best time to schedule the test drive would be Friday of that same week so we agreed that Friday was a Good time and Chad would have the vehicle ready and waiting for my test drive. Keep in mind that I informed Chad that I lived 200 miles from the dealership. From Wednesday I received a couple of email from the dealership that they were looking forward to my visit. Well Friday morning roles around and my wife and I leave early to make our 12:00 O'clock appointenent at the dealership. While on our way to meet with Chad I received a call from Chad to confirm that we were on our way to meet with him. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 11:20 am and was directed to Chads office. When we met Chad he thanked us for coming and proceeded to take us to the vehicle we had spoken with him about. Chad seemed to be having a problem locating the vehicle so we continued to walk through the lot to try to locate the vehicle and finely we found it setting at the back of the lot. He seemed surprised to find the vehicle parked where it was. He informed me that most of the time vehicles parked to the back were already sold. And said he needed to see if it was sold and proceeded pack to the office and came back shortly to inform me that in deed the vehicle had been sold the night before. I informed Chad that it would have been nice if someone would have called text or emailed me before I made the drive all the way to Warner Robins. Needless to say I want be purchasing a vehicle from such an unthought full, unorganized dealership. Thanks 1 Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge for wasting my day and Gas.

Pleasantly surprised with the process of buying our new Dodge Ram. Let's just say that our experience with car dealers in the past fell somewhere between a root canal and childbirth. Josh Kemp made all the difference in the world. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what we needed in a vehicle if we were going to purchase. We had been to several dealerships before 5 star and found most salesmen don't listen to what we want, almost to the point of being arrogant, Fortunately, Josh was not the typical salesman. He was respectful, not pushy, and passionate about the vehicles he shows.Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, 5-Star will be our first stop and Josh will get first crack at our business. I would recommend Josh to ANYONE in the market for a vehicle. Also worked with sales manager Randy and Finance rep Cody. Both were great to work with and contributed to what I would call a very good car buying experience. Wow! did those words just come out of my mouth... errrr... fingers?

I walked into the dealership at 930 in the morning and didn't leave there until 6 that evening but it was the best experience I have had buying a car. Paul greeted me at the door and we sat down and I gave him the specific type of van I wanted and I wouldn't budge on color nor type and we sat and talked about my daughter and her medical condition and why I needed a can and Also why I want the specific color and interior and he worked all day literally until he found me the exact one I wanted and within the price range I wanted and I can tell you I want an easy customer but he showed he cared about his customer and went above and beyond and got me the whole package I needed and wanted. We even left there with my kids calling him some kinda superhero or something he put in their heads but he interacted with them which made it easier while we waited for the right can to pop up. Paul is an amazing salesman and all around great guy. Thank you Paul for getting us in our van that we really love.

I wanted to take some time and personally thank Evan Mount for the almost 2 weeks of hardwork surrounding helping me find the perfect car for my daughter. We bought a "new" to her car on August 22, 2015. I had looked at numerous lots and was getting burned out quickly. I made one final stop at Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep before I threw in the towel. I met Evan an eager salesman but not pushy or condescending like I had experienced all day. He listened to exactly what I was asking for even though I knew it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. He did the research and went and got several cars from other places for me to look at and drive. He stayed upbeat and positive even as my demanding demeanor was apparent. Paul was a huge help in the process of buying the car that I wanted. I was able to get in contact with him through a family friend which made the experience more personal for me. He asked me a series of question as to what I was looking for in a car and from there he was able to draw a report from all Five Star dealerships that matched what I was wanting. He went above and beyond sending me all information and pictures I asked for and pulled a few different cars from different lots to let me look at them. When they weren't what I wanted we went back to drawing board, looking at all vehicles on the lot and picking and choosing things I liked and didn't like. I was finally able to narrow it down and he got me the best deal he could on my 2013 Nissan Altima. Paul made buying my first car at 20 years old a breeze. I will continue to direct people to Paul and let them know that he is the best at what he does. It's nice to get a call from him checking on me and my car every once in awhile. You can really tell he cares not just about making a deal for you, but putting you in the car for you.

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and had the best experience ever! Tank (Frank Graves), my salesperson, was the most kind, honest, and helpful salesman I have ever come in contact with. He made both me and my husband feel right at home from the start. Tank helped me find the vehicle that I had been looking for on drivefivestar.com and Five Star drove to Albany, GA right away to pick it up for me. That evening, I purchased the truck of my dreams! It was everything Tank said it would be. He even sent me a video clip of the truck as soon as it arrived in Warner Robins. The video clip was really cool as he was describing the specs. of the vehicle. I also want to mention that I received a very good trade on my personal vehicle. I cannot understand how this dealership gets such good reviews. My son recently traded in his 1997 Jeep Wrangler and the most he could get was $1500. It is now on sale at this same dealership for $4986. Don't know about a Five Star Experience - seems like a total rip off to me

Had been looking at another car brand, but we ( my husband and I) remembered the quality of Jeep vehicles. So, we decided to look at the Grand Cherokees at the WARNER Robins Jeep dealership. We were greeted by Cody Durden who took the time to discuss with us what the 2015 Grand Cherokee had to offer. After taking a test drive, we saw a Grand Cherokee in the showroom which had the exterior and interior colors we desired, but it did not have the navigation feature which was a must have. Cody went and found one exactly like it with all the features we wanted.

This was possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had. Paul McIntyre is exactly as he claims to be, friendly, honest and down to Earth. I went to Five Star on a "research mission" on a different vehicle, but after speaking with me for a while Paul narrowed down exactly what I wanted and managed to get me qualified for a loan. I needed another ride to accommodate the growing number of drivers in my household. Turns out cute kids get more expensive as they get older. So I turned to a couple of Dodge boys, Paul McIntyre and Billy Fortenberry, for some help. We must have looked at half a dozen cars which happens when you bring along a couple of women. He took all my information and even advised me that there were 2 upgrades to my car that they would perform. All work was done in a timely manner. The service department was not honest with me when I dropped off my new Jeep Overland for issues with UConnect. The failed to tell me the only qualified technical mechanic they had on staff with any experience with UConnect was out for the week. They took my vehicle for 24 hours and let me drive 1.5 hrs to pick it up and looked me in the eye and told me all the problems had been fixed. They had done nothing to solve the problems or fix the issues. When I refused to take the vehicle they only offered to keep it until the one person who could fix it returned (two days later) or I could work with the sales person who sold me the vehicle. Not what you would expect for customer service on a brand new vehicle! Fortunately for this dealership, the sales person went above and beyond and four hours later he and I had updated the firmware (together!) on the UConnect system and that solved the problems. I do not recommend the service department at this dealership and frankly believe upper management needs to get them on the same page with the 'can do' attitude of the sales team!

I recently bought a 2012 ram 1500 and after two days found that the transmission was not working correctly. I brought it back and told Randy the used car manager about it. Well I and Jimmy Fowler a good salesman and friend toke a test drive and he concluded that it must be fixed as I did. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and I said I will be out a vehicle so randy said wile it's being repaired he loaned me a used jeep grand Cherokee to drive. It toke over a month to get all the parts and the go ahead to fix it. I would like to say that the service rep.Kyle Horton gave daily updates on my truck, he was very professional and I would highly recommend him if you need service help. I also would like to recommend the technician Tim Norris who found more damage and said this needs to be fixed properly. if he did not do his job I would have had to come back again in the future. Also kudos to Drew Moore service tech. who helped Kyle with this whole process also. You may ask me why I did not get angry over this but Randy and Kyle told have patience and all will be good. I now have my truck back and it's runs so good it's scary. Aubrey the sales woman who sold me the truck called many times and asked me how I was doing and if there's anything she could do. I have bought 3 cars there over the years and I will keep going back because of service like this. I will never say any place is cheaper than another but when it comes down to putting your butt on the line I will always side with a company that follows through with the right thing to do. Thx. J. Paul went completely above and beyond for me. I started out completely horrified that I had to get a new car and even through the first phone call, Paul made me feel completely at ease. Even before meeting me in person, the compassion showed over the phone. Even to the point of him offering to pick up not just myself but my infant daughter as well so I could get a new car. Mary R. she is as caring as she sounds over the phone. She allowed me to feel and know that the deal was always in my control from the beginning to ending and that feeling is much needed, especially if you're traveling some distance to inquiry your ride. So, Mary you are the spark plug that made everything else run smoothly without your sincere tone this deal would have not been made (Because the tone of the greeter is the first perception in every successful business).

My wife and I recently went to this dealership because we found a BMW X3 that seemed like a good deal. We ran a CarFax and it reported no accidents or other maintenance problems. We traded my car for the BMW and on the way home, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. In addition to seeing this light, we also had no washer fluid, and the air conditioner was not working (dealership agreed to put in freon). When my wife returned to the dealership to get the freon put in, she let the service manager know her concerns about the check engine light and other problems. The service department put the car up to check the problem and found there were too many problems to fix. Here is the kicker: My wife heard that service worker come in and say, "Ha! I thought we got rid of that X3 and now it's back!" After this, she heard whispering. Needless to say, the deal was off the table, after we had been there all day, and we got our old car back. They offered to put us in another car that was about $8,000 with 123,000 miles and also were "sorry." While the employees at this dealership were friendly throughout the day, they gave a good example of the stereotypical car-salesman...they will do anything to make a sale. These folks are not honest! You can trust them with your life, but be sure to inspect anything they sell you that is used. I will say that I believe the sales people are put in a bad position because I don't think they know all the information the managers know. As leaders of this business, they know more than they let on. I trusted these people with my wife and my two year old son's lives! They put us in a vehicle that obviously had mechanical issues to get it off of their lot. Be careful.

We came in and we're treated very nicely. Found a beautiful jeep that we just had to have. Had a beautiful car to trade in. Here's where the fun starts, sticker price was wrong on the jeep...but was told "I could have it for that price." Then we run number and figures. They LOW BALL me for my trade, which I told them was unacceptable..they give me a little more for my trade...but at the same time...upped the price of the jeep...I wasn't paying attention..yes I'm at fault for that..but once I caught it...it got heated. I was then told I didn't know what I was talking about...and that they couldn't just give away the life kit and tires on said jeep. I said, you were doing that until i requested more for my trade...so BE careful. Watch the prices. They come in with numbers and pay attention. Hope you catch it like we did. Because I was told I didn't get it. I told them I did. You added what i wanted to see on my trade to suffice me, but then just added more money to the jeep..and in then he end..still walked away pocketing 1800.00. Kind of crooked. Will NEVER go back.

I recently was in the market for a used car. I guess I was really asking a lot with my demands of price and quality for the used car I wanted because I had literally been laughed at by other dealers. And I was sorely disappointed with the quality of the cars that met my price demands.That all changed with Warner Robins CDJ. The sales associate that helped me, Jared Daniels, literally drove all over Warner Robins and Macon to find the right car for me. He was honest and genuinely friendly. I got into an accident in which my car was totaled and I obviously needed to get a new car, and my mother ended up getting me in touch with Mr. Paul Mcintyre Jr. who really did an outstanding job with me (outstanding doesn't even sum up how awesome he did). I came in looking for a 2014 Ford Focus and he did just that. Not only did he help me out over the phone since I live in a different state, he did it all in a day and a half and made sure him and his team worked non-stop to help me get approved for a loan and to get a good down payment option on the vehicle. If I needed to contact him with my busy schedule, he wouldn't miss a minute and was very understanding. Not only was his fast work phenomenal; he got my monthly payment down substantially from what I was looking for. I went from estimating a $300+ monthly payment to $269 thanks to him! All my thanks go to Mr. Mcintyre and his hard working team, and I definitely recommend using this dealership (and himself) as a first go-to. In July of 2014, I went to Five Star in search of the first car that I would actually be buying, instead of my parents. I found a 2011 Infiniti G37S and fell in love. Melissa Harris, whom no longer works there due to all of the issues within this company, greeted me on the lot, and then let me take it for a test drive. However, the price was not listed on this car, so my boyfriend, sitting in the passenger seat, looked it up on the website. It was listed for $23k & some change. "Wow, what a steal," we thought. I drove back to the dealership, ready to sign papers. After hours of waiting for them to check my credit, detail the car, etc., I'm finally taken to the finance department. The man immediately starts going over my warranty options, GAP insurance and then my monthly payments. These payments he quoted were through the roof! My boyfriend immediately asks why they're so high. The finance man turns his monitor around and starts showing the breakdown of the price. They were selling the car to me for $34k, not including dealership fees, warranty, GAP, interest, you know, all of the hidden expenses. We, then, had to speak to the manager and because there is a disclaimer on the website, they cannot guarantee the price that is listed. He did come down to $28k, meaning the car was $34k after all of the additional prices. I contended with this price but was disappointed that I waited hours to find out that my payments were going to be $175/month more than I expected. In January of 2015, I rolled this car due to another car being in the wrong lane, my lane. Of course, my insurance and loan provider have made this the most unpleasant experience I have EVER had. I contacted the dealership to figure out who my GAP insurance was through, that way I could file my claim. They actually said I had to come in to get that information. I came in and all they gave me was a GAP form because it had the phone number I needed to call. They could've given me that number over the phone, but instead, they were more interested in selling me a new car. 2 months after I totaled my car, my insurance finally sent a check to suntrust, but it left about a $6000 gap. Luckily, I had GAP. So, 3 months after I totaled my car, GAP insurance sent their check to suntrust, but it didn't cover the whole gap. It left about $1500 on my payoff. I asked them [JM&A Group] why they weren't paying the whole amount. They responded that it was because the dealership was supposed to be refunded a check for my warranty in the amount of $1800. I immediately called the dealership to ask about this check and he said that I would first have to come in and sign a paper to cancel my warranty, then it would take 4-6 weeks. I went in today to figure out what paperwork I needed to sign and why I was not informed when I initially came in the dealership months ago, asking about my GAP. The fact that I needed to file a GAP claim would tell them that I needed to cancel my warranty, yet they said nothing about it. I mean cmon, I had no idea I had to cancel a warranty on a demolished car. Isn't that a given that I don't need a warranty if the car is totaled? Shouldn't I have been informed when I came to the dealership for the GAP information that I needed to go ahead and cancel my warranty as well? Of course they had no answer for this. Oh, and I have to return next week before 5PM because the employees who have access to the paperwork I need to sign leave at 5PM everyday. Yet, I was not informed of that before I drove from Macon to Watson Blvd. Now, since I was not aware of this having to be signed, I'm going to have to pay another $500 car payment, if not two more payments on a car I don't have. Thank you, Five Star, for never being on top of things. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, or refer it to anyone. Furthermore, Melissa is the only employee's name I can recall from this experience. This is because she is the ONLY one who went out of her way to help me. She drove from Warner Robins to Macon, just so my grandmother wouldn't have to make the trip to the dealership to co-sign.

Our kids are older now and I was looking to move on from my "mom mobile". :) Paul McIntyre was our sales guy and not only was he very friendly and easy going, he was very patient. We made it clear that we didn't come to buy that day and other sales guys would have moved on at the thought of a wasted lead. Not Paul, he stuck with us, let us take a 2nd test drive and answered a million questions. I really felt that he just wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. Ultimately we bought the car, because well IT'S AWESOME!! and Paul's style of salesmanship was 2nd to none. We got the car we wanted at the terms we wanted with no hassle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I purchased a used 2007 Pontiac Torrent with over 148,000 miles and was told the vehicle was "a perfectly good vehicle". Yes, I expected it to have some issues, BUT not to have it only a week and find my ENTIRE FRONT FLOOR FLOODED ON BOTH SIDES with water! Then, when I took the vehicle back to inform them, David Smith (salesman) and the GM made it perfectly clear that they were aware of the issue, but that I purchased the vehicle "AS IS"! I DIDN'T purchase this vehicle from someone's lawn or from some "Joe's Buy Here Pay Here; I purchased it from what I thought to be a very well-known and highly reputable dealership with high standards and dignity. However, I was wrong! Lastly, they all are all aware I have two small children under the age 8; the water in this vehicle will lead to mildew or could possibly electrocute someone which deems this vehicle unsafe to drive and all they could say was I purchased an "AS IS" vehicle. Not once did the salesman (David Smith) or the GM try to rectify the matter neither did they show concern!

We needed a car. We had very little time to purchase and a very tight budget and honestly we had been to several dealerships already and encountered many salesman who had left us discouraged. We stated exactly what we wanted and were told we could have it at every stop only to have our time wasted and find out it wasn't true. Ready to give up we made one more stop at WRCJD which is a great place to purchase and met JIMMY FOWLER, HE DID IT!!! He did EXACTLY what we asked and got us EXACTLY what we needed. Not only was he true to his word but he instantly made us feel better about our whole experience, gave us a few laughs while we were getting through the paperwork. Not to mention, we left with a great car. I recommend WRCJD and everyone seemed great but I WOULD DEFINITELY ASK FOR JIMMY!!!

I had been shopping for a Scat Pack with the exact options for months. I travel 3 weeks or more out of every month and literally shopped this car coast to coast. I could not find a better price with the options I wanted in San Fransisco, Chicago, Miami, or Ft. Lauderdale, including dealers throughout Georgia. I called Chris while traveling and he arranged for me to test drive and had all the paperwork ready open my arrival. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for me but well worth it. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I thought I had secured an interest rate that was unbeatable but they were able to beat it by a full 1/2 point. I don't take recommending places lightly and can honestly say I highly recommend Five Star and Chris. You can't go wrong.

This was my first experience dealing directly with a car salesman. I feel as though it was a unique experience. In the beginning, I did not understand how the salesman came to all the different prices for the vehicle. It was definitely a learning experience. In the end, between Jimmy and Seth they did a GREAT job at executing their experience in the auto sales business. I commend both of them for the time they took to help us in purchasing the vehicle. There were a few complications along the way but overall I felt that these salesman did everything they could to make sure we received the best deal possible. It was a pleasure working with them. The management staff were helpful also.

I spoke to Patrick online inquiring about my new Vehicle. We emailed back and forth until we came to an agreement on a price. I advised him I was flying in from Miami to Atlanta and was trying to find a way to get from Atlanta to Warner Robins he pointed me out to Groome Transportation which transports from Atlanta airport to Warner Robins. Patrick then reffered me over to Paul Mcintyre who communicated with me VIA email and offered to pick me up at the Groome Transportation office in Warner Robins.The day I arrived to Warner Robins Paul met us at Groome Transportation picked me and my girlfriend up and drove us to the dealer. Apon arrival I found my brand new Jeep Wrangler freshly cleaned and detailed waiting for me. Paul gave us a detailed introduction about the vehicle and was very helpful and informative. After Paul introduced us to the car we sat at his desk and he went to the finance manager who advised him he was going to take a little while because he was finishing another deal. Paul then offered to take both my girlfriend and I to lunch on him while we wait for the finance manager to finish. Apon arriving after lunch we were introduced to Patrick the Dealer Manager and the Finance Manager, we sat in the Finance office discussed the out of state procedure to get a license plate signed the papers and drove away, but not before seeing the new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT He'll Cat! What a beast!I recommend this dealer to anyone! Paul treats his customers like family, and the Finance manager made me feel comfortable. Unless you go and pick-up yourself do not purchase and have delivered, this dealership uses cut rate haulers who do not care what kind of shape your car is in when you get it. I bought a 2014 used camaro ss and told them to ship it. The dealership is located 5 hours from me, it took 8 days to get it here and was delivered in pitch black of night, the driver had the car positioned behind the tractor rear wheels and somewhere on his route he went off road on the dirt. When I got the car it was covered in mud and there was gravel on the hood and around the radatetor, prior to shipping the driver put clear plastic with glue on it and when I removed it the stripe was damaqged.Also when the driver took the car off the trailer he drug it on the ramps and unknow to me he damaged it. All together $1100 worth of damage. No one wants to pay to fix it or make things right with me.!!! Can not get anyone to return my call

On my initial visit to WRJCD (Five Star) I met with Josh Kemp and started the process of determining which vehicle the dealership had on the lot that I might be interested in. Josh took the time to explain many of the particulars of my ultimate vehicle of choice and as such, I returned for a second round of discussions at a later date. Upon my second visit, we were able to nail down cost and all of the particulars to facilitate my purchase of a late model used vehicle that met all of my original requirements for a replacing vehicle. Josh was professional in his conduct and applied just the right amount of emphasis (not pushy) to bring about the sale.

My initial experience with the service department was bad. I called in and put in a complaint. I was contacted back and was made aware that everything would be taken care of. James (from service department) was able to help me out with all my service needs. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Arthur Harris showed concern about whether or not I was taken care of properly. Arthur Harris was definitely a breath of fresh air! I really have to commend him for his customer service and desire to help me. I think I will buy my next car from him. Overall, my experience at the dealership was good and they were able to redeem themselves after the initial bad experience. Hopefully, the next time they will be great and receive five stars.

We stopped at five star dodge just to look for a truck for my husband. The sales team didn't bombard us like some places. We drove around and stopped at the truck my husband liked. We met a real nice sales person Carlos! He offered a test drive and my husband ended up getting the new 2014 dodge ram. He loves it. The GM was a big help in the decision to get the truck, he helped to get the payment to what we wanted. Great Staff. Even has a playroom for kids!

This was the absolute worst dealership buying experience ever. I purchased what was sold to me as a new 13 Ram 2500 in January 2014. I had a couple of warranty issues and carried it to a closer dealer who took care of the issues. They printed out a history page on the vehicle and I requested a copy which was given to me without any problem. When I reviewed this report, I was shocked to find my "in service date" was listed as December 26, 2013, 30 days prior to me purchasing the vehicle. This date directly affects the warranty date, which varies depending on the coverage. For instance, the bumper to bumper warranty is sold as a 3 yr/ 36000 mile warranty. Mine is a 35 month/36000 mile warranty. While one month may not seem like a big issue, the owners manual clearly state on a new vehicle the warranty start date will be the purchase date. I clearly bought a new vehicle based on the contract signed and purchase price. I contacted Five Star Ram in Warner Robins and explained this situation to the service adviser. He finally understood the problem but stated he couldn't do anything to change it and refused to address the problem any further. I then contacted Chrysler about it and explained it to a Kendall, who gave me the same response. She stated the warranty starts when the dealership enters the service date for the vehicle and she also refused to address this any further. I then sent out multiple emails to which I received a response from Allen Slentz of Five Star. He addressed this and I was told the dealership places vehicles in a commercial status required by Chrysler. This sets the in service date and cannot be changed. He then went on to say if I have a problem within the month that coverage has lapsed, just have whoever is doing the work call the dealership and they will approve it. That doesn't make me feel the least bit warm and fuzzy. A verbal agreement to extend a warranty on a vehicle by the very dealership that placed a fraudulent in service date on it in the first place. Ok. That just isn't going to make me happy. At this point, the discussion was over and nothing else can be done for me. I contacted a legal consult but was told no harm has taken place, just unscrupulous practices. Let it be known.

I drove from NC to GA to buy a 2011 24K mile Sierra Storm Grey Crew Cab because it was exactly what I was looking for. We negotiated a decent price and I bought the truck. This in itself was fine, but let me share how this particular dealership left me feeling duped and deceived.On the drive back at highway cruising I noticed the wheel alignment was off, and it appeared a rotation was needed. I called the dealership the next morning and told Paul. He said no problem, just mail the receipts and we'll take care of it. I photographed the receipts and sent in an email as directed. After not hearing anything for a good while I called to get the status and Paul says now we can't help over 82 dollars after I bough at 29K truck. Wow I was shocked. Additionally I noticed that when I peeled the 5-star sticker off the back of my tailgate, they had strategically placed the sticker to cover up bad scratches, perhaps thinking it would not be removed. This was very disappointing in my opinion and felt I had been somewhat taken for. It was dishonest. If you must buy from these people, my advice is to use a high level of caution.

Brian Solley was great! He was very personable and worked well with us throughout the entire sales experience. He joked around with my 7 yr old son and listened to all of his fishing stories while we were running numbers and filling out paperwork. We live about an hour away so we got to the dealership around 11:30 and Brian worked through lunch (even on Labor Day with the hotdog vendor right outside!!) He was down to earth and wanted to work hard for our business. Once we got to the Finance Office - David asked all of the right questions to ensure he was telling us about the additional products and services that would make more sense for our situation. Overall a wonderful experience - thank you to all involved.

William Ledbetter (sales consultant) was undoubtedly the most courteous, personable, professional, knowledgeable and certainly most patient sales person I have ever met. He not only treated me with respect but he was totally determined that I would be comfortable with driving such a highly technologically advanced car. If you want a true 5-star experience in buying a car, then William is absolutely the person you should ask for!!!!! Additionally, Brandon Hardison, the internet sales manager, was equally as professional, personable and knowledgeable. After I had agreed on a price, Brandon asked that I put a deposit down on the car since I would not be actually buying until several days later. Though I gave him my credit card number, he was not able to process the transaction since I had mistakenly given him an incorrect number. My experience with Five Star Jeep in Warner Robins would have to be best new car buying experience I have ever had overall. And believe me, I have been through quite a few new vehicles in my lifetime. Given our crazy work schedules, I chose to do most of my shopping online in the months preceding my visit to this dealership. This was to be my first Jeep and it was much anticipated. Given my conversations with Molly, both by e-mail and phone, I decided I would make the almost 3 hour trip to Warner Robins to look at a specific Wrangler that was there. It was then that Molly introduced us to Michael, who would take care of us as if we had known each other for years. During the time that followed, we met Jeremy, who eventually realized that Jeep wasn't the one for me. It just didn't give me that warm and fuzzy feeling inside. He and his staff were able to run the marathon that ensued and locate the most perfect Jeep that anyone could have ever found for me. Exactly as if I had ordered it myself. It was exactly what I wanted to the last detail and I was still treated to the deal of a lifetime. Even though I had to wait to receive my Wrangler, as it had to be shipped in later that week, I left that evening with the biggest smile on my face that any dealer has ever given me. I had met the most incredible new friends and there is no doubt I will return with future business. They are my shining star in a year that started with so many devastating losses. First, you have to see the Five Star lot, they have an excellent inventory. More choices than anyone would every need! My salesperson Chris Bozeman was outstanding! I met with him on a Friday, then again on Saturday with my wife, then again on Monday and finally purchased my truck on Tuesday. His patience never got thin and he showed me every vehicle my wife and I wanted to look at. I believe we drove 6 vehicles (2 Challengers, 2 Chargers and 2 Rams) before settling on a 2014 Ram Sport. Chris is a vehicle enthusiast and drives a Charger with a 5.7 Hemi and knows about different mods. He's a never ending data base on Dodges and their virtues! I highly recommend you seek his services if you are in the Warner Robins area.I only gave Five Star average for quality of work because of the detail job on the truck. There was dirt on the door seals and some black substance on the back of the drivers seat, dust on the dash, water spots on the paint and smudges on every painted surface. This is total laziness on the part of the detailer. I'm not sure what motivates them but it certainly isn't pride in their work. Chris offered to have it fixed but I had been at the dealership for over 2.5 hours to settle the deal and was ready to get the heck out of there.Emails...that's right emails! I gave my salesman Chris my email and personal cell number because I wanted to hear from him. Apparently he's required to give it to his "customer service" team. Well, let me tell you they will spam your computer into a battery melt down. Okay, I'm exaggerating but they are totally annoying with no real message. Chris would email and I could tell it was him but the customer service emails whether automated or not need to go. I have a fairly busy life and 5 additional emails in my mail box that say nothing is a waste of my time.The business manager Jennifer was also very pleasant. She calmly explained every line and gave us some options for the extended care plan. We could not decide on the plan at the time but we did go home and decide it was a good deal. We called her that evening and she was very helpful. She needed wet signatures on the paperwork so Chris drove the paperwork to our house for us to complete! This is clearly above and beyond excellent customer service!!Price was average, I love my truck but Dodge is very fond of them too if you get my point! Five Star has clear pricing which is like an "all rebates applied" bottom line which makes sticker shopping a lot of fun...but, I'm not sure it is easily explained. We've all been through the "deal" phase where the numbers don't add up the way we saw them in our heads while 'ciphering our cost and the "Clear Price" feature really doesn't make it any easier. If I was a dealer I'd make it a little easier with fewer hidden costs for the purchaser...jeez, take a page out of the WalMart sales mindset! Lower clearer prices means higher volume, more inventory turns, and more profit.My overall experience was only "good' because I don't like waiting and every Sales or General Manager feels they're not worth their salt if they don't keep you waiting for twice the time required to buy something. I swear my last mortgage didn't take 30 minutes to finalize and this $40K truck took over 2.5 hours to do the paper work on. Credit wasn't a problem. Both of our scores are over 800, its the inconsideration of the manager that draws a sale out. If Five Star would place more emphasis on "Value to the Customer" (read, give 'em what they want quickly) they would have a much higher customer return rate.I would buy from them again and have used their service department in the past which is very good. I would insist on a shorter turn time for my paperwork though, especially since they could shop any finance venue based on my credit!

I recently purchased a used 2012 Dodge Ram from Five Star and could not be happier with their customer service. My salesman Brandon Hinton was very helpful. He was able to provide a list of their current vehicles that fit my price range and needs. Out of these I chose a used 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for its price and low mileage. During the test drive I noticed some sort of modifications that the previous owner had made to the dash that had left some blemishes around the edges of the air vents and radio console. Brandon immediately took the vehicle to the detail area of Five Star and began to assure me that if I were to buy the vehicle he would make sure that it was cleaned up thoroughly. I decided to purchase the truck that day and shortly afterwards Brandon had made an appointment with me to return the truck to have the dash cleaned, they even provided me with a free rental car. I was very pleased with their service and their dedication to the promises that their salesmen make. After I was dropped off at home by their shuttle guy I called back up there to ask some questions about doing a possible trade in. Mrs. Mary gave me an time frame to meet back up there and that's where she introduced me to a "salesman from heaven" Jeremy Coleman! With the experience I had from another five star dealership previously, Jeremy made my visit feel very much more at ease and comfortable. I had already called earlier in the day about the vehicle I was interested in and he had it waiting for me. We test drove the vehicle,witch he already had gas in, within ten minutes of being there .He had the answer and solution to all of our questions.When we got back in the dealership Josh and I negotiated the price on the vehicle and worked it out. I think I despise buying cars more than most dislike going to the dentist. But, I've found a gem of a sales person at Five Star in Warner Robins, GA! Jeremy Coleman is excellent. He is hands down the best salesmen I have EVER worked with. This was my second time purchasing a car from Jeremy. He was so wonderful the first time around that I had no doubts about who I'd call for this purchase. And he didn't disappoint. I had a strict budget I needed to stay in and it was going to be a tough sell, but Jeremy was patient and worked very hard finding the right vehicle. He paid attention to my lifestyle, likes, and dislikes and helped me pick the right vehicle for my needs. I actually had two sales persons working with me as a team. But, after meeting and talking with Brian about various cars, I liked the guy. I decided to purchase a new truck yesterday and informed the sales person (Jeremy Coleman) and he immediately made sure that the vehicle was identified with my name so that it would not be sold to someone else. We set up an appointment for today and I came in and took care of the paperwork and was out the door in about 2 hours. No pressure....no hassle! I was interested in purchasing a 4X4 Grand Jeep Cherokee with specific requirements. The sales representative (Quinell) approached me, got all the details, then showed me a few vehicles that were similar to my requirements. Since I was constrained on time, I gave him my info and told him I would return later within the week. He searched within the multiple dealerships he was associated to find me exactly what I wanted. I was never harassed with a million phone calls and the entire staff went out of their way to make this a hassle free and customer focused environment. If I needed anything for my truck such as service or just having it looked at, he has always taken the time to set it up with no questions asked. I have recommended 3 people to him since purchasing my ram. And all of them have purchased a vehicle from William and are all enjoying their vehicles and were thoroughly impressed with William. I bought a brand new, 2014 Dodge Charger R/T and my transmission went out in four months of owning this car. I called the dealership for help in the situation and the manager told me we only sell the cars and what happens after you have to call dodge. It was my understanding since I bought the car from five star they would take care of there customer but this was not the case. As of now I own a car with a transmission that failed after four months. At this point I do not trust dodge or five star with my business and I will continue to tell everyone I know of my experience so no one else has to deal with a situation as this. It is unfortunate I spent all this money for this car and it did not last four months. I would have been better off buying a used Chevy with more miles.

To be quick, the salesperson I had was awesome, his name is Quinnell. After we bought the car and went home, we found out that the finance guy had added a expensive warranty on our loan without really explaining it or informing us that the payment would change over 100 dollars. our payment went from 479 to 580 and he jacked up the interest rate to over 20 percent which is highway robbery. I went there to find out if they would fix the problem and they pretty much told me that I am at total fault ( which I am partially becuase I really didnt look to closely at the contract) but he belittled me badly by telling me " its only 100 more dollars" and preceded to go through my credit report and tell me that I needed to pay off all my debt to make up the difference. " And where am I supposed to get all the money to do that"??? Worst experince I have ever had and would caution anyone from using them except to use their bathroom and there is no where else. Worst people I have ever dealt with and wish everyone luck if they do business with them.

This is the way a car buying experience should be. I used a car buying service to locate the best dealers with the best offers. Five Star Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram consistently came up as having the best deal for the vehicle I was interested in, and notably, they were the first to contact me based on the internet lead generated by my internet query. Mary Rosado, one of the sales assistants, literally called me within the first business hour following my submission of my car deal information and identified my salesperson and made sure my preliminary questions were answered. My salesperson, William Ledbetter, was hands down one of the easiest and most thorough folks I've ever worked with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. He understood, that based on my distance from the dealership (100 miles), everything would need to be taken care via the internet/phone prior to me making the trip. He was quick to answer questions, and brought the sales manager, Lee Baggarly, in early on which took care of the trade side of transaction. I need to also commend both William and Lee on their ability to leverage the power of the internet. As we worked the particulars of the deal, scans of the various documents moved back and forth between us. We had all the particulars firmed up before lunch.I traveled to the dealership that same day, and purchased my vehicle. Everything was ready and there were absolutely no surprises and no attempts to bring anything else into the deal. Everything, and I mean everything, was as smooth as glass. William was waiting for me when I arrived, I was introduced to Lee and both individuals made me feel like my business was truly appreciated. \When I went into the financing department, once again, everything was exactly as spelled out on the phone/email. Marcus Lillard took the time to explain each document and go over additional considerations I might want to make. I appreciated his thoroughness. Of particular note, he understood that there were things I clearly did not need. It was an extremely pleasant and refreshing experience.I was also introduced to all of the key department personnel which I think is a very nice touch. It shows that Five Star understands the sale is just the beginning of a positive relationship with the customer. This dealership is a big dealership, but it has a small tight knit family feel to it. Every member of the staff I met treated me almost like I was family. The last step in the process was William going over every function of my new Ram. He was extremely thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. I could go on and on, but I do want to convey that there was nothing I didn't like about the buying experience. I test drove 2 Challengers on Dec. 16th. 2013.I chose the 2nd. vehicle a used 2013 Challenger SXT (black), but right after the test drive I noticed swirls in the car from an improper polish, a mismatched set of rear tires & no floormats. I stated immediately to sales & Mngmt. that the car would have to have all of the swirls out of the paint, the 2 rear tires changed & floormats, in order for me to purchase the vehicle.I was assured that it would be taken care of.I purchased the car that day & brought it back on 3 separate occasions for the service dept. to repair a high pitched chirp & polish the car to a clean lustre.The idler pulley was changed & the car was given to me with a dirty hand print where the hood was closed by maintenance.The car has been in the shop 5 times since Dec. 16th.I went out on my own & got a few estimates from professional bodyshops for $350, 200 & 200.They were not even taken in consideration.I picked up the car on Friday & it had to have a water pump changed already.Now this car only has 15K+ miles & already being repaired.Friday my friend & I talked with Mr. Holt & Lee.Mr Holt was actually helpful.Lee on the other hand!I was sitting in the waiting area outside the Mngmt. sales desk dept. with my friend.Lee came out standing over me bowing up as he talked at me like some strawboss or something, saying.As I said before we are done with this deal.This left me with so much anxiety that my friend left the keys & said I didn't want a Frankenstein car.I am a veteran & a valued employee at Robins AFB, GA.I have medical anxiety problems & this whole ordeal has been very, very upsetting to me.I have taken time off from work that I didn't have.Now I have none left if I need it.I have purchased 4 vehicles in 15 yrs. of living here & I never had any kind of BS like this.I must say that I am appalled at the attitude, the total lack of respect towards customers, dishonesty & doubletalk by this dealership.I will never recommend this dealership or any other Five Star in GA. again

No issues with the salesman (Jacques). The issue is with the sales manager who has no integrity trying to make a car sale. Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 with a sales price of 27, 953. After negotiating my trade in for 25,000 which they initially offed 23,000 I took the Offer. What they failed to show was the inflation of the price of their vehicle to 29,588 a difference of 1,635.00. They offered a fair deal on the trade of my vehicle then inflated price of their car without highlighting the fact they did it. UPDATE: After talking with the sales manager we came to the agreement on the final sales price on 1/21/14. The sales manager reworked the sales contract on the original terms. The finance manager was also able to reduce my finance rate on the deal. 5 star dodge Warner Robins made good on the original negotiated contract. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family and future customers.

This dealership was fairly friendly. I would say the main thing they are concerned with is making their money. They do not put in extra effort to make sure you get a great deal. I traveled to this dealership from Valdosta and forgot a few CD's in the cars I traded, I was told for weeks that they would be returned and that they had been sent, forgot, then they were really sent. I never received my property and the dealership blew it off. I will never shop at this dealership again. I have shopped at a variety of dealerships over the past decade and this is by far the worst.

December 10, 2013To Whom It May Concern:On November 2, 2013, my wife and I stopped in Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Watson Blvd. to look at cars. Devin Burns, a salesman greeted us and we inquired about a Jeep Liberty. We asked how much it was he checked and told us it was $16,400. I thought it was a fair price for a car with 34000 miles, so we took it for a test drive. My wife and I were both interested and wanted more information. Would you replace the tires? (the ones in the front were worn). What about the spare key? Would we get floor mats? We also asked if $16,400.00 was the best price he could do and was told that was the lowest price he could offer! He then took us inside, pulled up the blue book on the jeep, and showed us it was $18,000.The sales manager worked up a contract including a maintenance agreement and interest amount for a loan. Then we went to the finance managers office, and signed the papers and left with an agreement on getting the tires replaced on Monday, as this was on Saturday. Devin said he would get us the key and mats when the title came in. A few days later I was called in to sign more papers that he forgot to get signed I noticed the price on the top line was 18,011.69 not 16,400 and I asked about it. The finance manager kept focusing our attention to the bottom of the contract, again I asked about the price difference and he said the archives were deleted and he could not check on the quoted price, Really? I was not born yesterday! Just because you sell a vehicle, all of the records and information are still in the computers server system. It was then I realized he was not going to change the price, to the price that Devin had quoted us. He did not bother to check to see if what I was saying was true! As of today, we still have not received the floor mats! We finally received the spare key (a locksmith had to cut one for us on site what happened to the spare key that was going to be delivered to the dealership along with the title?) Yet another lie?We feel that we were taken advantage of, lied to, cheated out of our money $16,400.00 was magically changed to $18,011.69 (the same price that Devin showed us as the Blue Book Value). It seems that your customer satisfaction policy is only good until the loan papers are signed! Now most people would feel embarrassed to admit they were taken advantage of, but I feel it would be worse to let them fall victim to your false promises and price sleight of hand tricks.If you cant honor something as miniscule as floor mats, then people should know there only treated good until the papers are signed and you got their money. Now after all this, why should I believe you will honor the maintenance agreement?Sincerely and Severely Disappointed!

I had a great sales experience at Five Star with Jeff Teague! He was the most truthful and up front salesman that I have ever worked with, which is a very important detail when making such a large purchase. He walked me through every step from the beginning to the end and couldn't have been more helpful. My wife and I had our 2 young daughters with us and he kept them occupied while we explored the vehicles which made the experience way less stressful for those that have children you know what I mean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am on my 23rd vehicle, so I have been around the sales industry for a while. I HIGHLY suggest this dealership and Jeff as a salesman! you will not be disappointed!

I want to thank the Five Star team for all their assistance. I came in with the everything I wanted in a car and showed Mr. Don Johnson. He was very helpful even though you guys did not have the car I wanted in stock he got with Mr. Allen and was able to locate my car. It took about a week to get the car in but they accommodated me with a loaner car and gas while I waited so no out of pocket fees for me on gas that week. Once my car arrived they gave it to me on a full tank of gas. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend you guys to my friends.

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees at this dealership a few months ago. I was sure I'd never go back there until jeremy contacted me on one of the other review sites. After the relationship I had with this dealer it was only fair that I give them a chance to right the wrong of one worthless employee, which doesn't work there anymore fyi. Well brandon and jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I was looking for. The only reason I didn't drive that truck home was no fault of theirs. I'm more then satisfied with fivestar and how quickly they reached out to me to resolve the problem. Glad to, cause I didn't feel comfortable shopping else where.

Mary was wonderful ON the phone and in person. Very Helpful and Friendly. Randy B (Great Guy-Ex military Straight shooter kind salesman) Randy was very helpful and Knowleage about the Product. I wont bore you with he details But these people had A+ Customer service at 5:00 pm ON a Friday. I have 25 years in Customer service and 35 years as a CAr Nut. My time at Five Star changed my bad attitude about dealership. If you need a car New or Used ,Go see Five star.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the Ram trucks. Even though the model I wanted was not at the dealership, he found one exactly like I wanted. Financing was extremely easy and the staff was able to put me at ease by finding the best financing. Delivery was timely and the salesman answered all my questions.

We went in and looked around and gave the salesman our budget total price. We had already been approved for a loan for a certain amount and had all the information for the salesman. We decided on several cars and he took our information and started the process. We asked the price of the car to see if it was in our budget. He would not give us the price and then asked me to sign a paper without knowing price or payments. I refused and after waiting an hour with no answer, we decided to leave. The sales team and a manager got in the way f the door and my wife was trapped inside while I was outside. I finally got my wife outside and 4 people followed us to our car telling us to come back and saying they got it all figured out and could meet our budget. I told them to call me when the paperwork was ready and they had a solid number. I got a call within 15 minutes and then for the next 3 hours, I received 18 calls. Every time the guys told me they had the right figures and all we had to do was come sign and we would be done in a few minutes. When we showed up, they did not have anything ready and told us it would be a few more minutes. We ended up spending about 9 hours there altogether. I understand trying to reach our budget was tough and appreciate their dedication to making it happen but was upset about how they kept harrassing me on the phone and kept saying just a few more minutes. We had to go back the following day and before arriving, a customer service person called and asked how was the transaction. I explained we were happy with the payment and car and appreciated how hard they worked but was upset about the lying and length of time it took. When we went in to finish everything, a "sales manager" walks up to us in the showroom and starts yelling at me for giving them negative feedback and threatened to come to my job and make complaints against me. We asked for our second key to the car that we had yet to receive and we were told it was in a bag somewhere and if/when they come across it, they would call. The whole experience was awful and no matter how much they offer for a referral, I wouldn't feel good about sending anyone here. The whole situation made us so uncomfortable, we don't even feel as though we can go there for the 2 years of free oil changes they promised us. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I don't know if people ever read these things but my experience was AMAZING with their service department! The service manager Mr. Holt went above and beyond for us. I am a military wife, in a new town, deployed husband and was having car trouble. He made me feel right at home, put me in a rental free of charge and fixed my car for practically nothing!! I can not thank him enough!!! I will be a loyal customer as long as he is there :)

Purchased a BRAND NEW Ram 1500,tire sensor light on when we left lot,local dealership informed us tires/wheels were USED from a 10' or 11' truck! Purchased a brand new ram 1500 in April 2013. We had requested a specific tire/wheel before purchasing the vehicle. Robert (sales guy) said no problem. We arrived on a Monday at 7 pm to buy the truck. Truck looked to be in top shape with the exception of a chip in the paint which Robert promised us touch up paint for (to this date have still not received) Immediately after leaving the lot the tire sensor light came on. I called Robert as the dealership was now closed and he informed me that it was probably just not calibrated when the wheels were swapped and to take it into our local dealership (we had traveled 6 hours to get this truck) and they would calibrate it with no problems or cost to us. The following day I arrived at our local dealership and spent 3 hours waiting only to find out they had no idea what was wrong. I called Robert and he had me speak with Clay (their sales mgr) who went on to say they were pulling my chain & to go to a diff dealership if possible. So, I did. That dealership said the same thing. They could not figure out why it wasn't reading. Also informed us that the tires were cupping and they appeared to be used tires so they could not warranty them through Good Year. I again called Clay in GA who said to take them to another dealership if possible and not to tell them we had the tires swapped before we bought the truck & that was probably why we were having trouble. I never got to this point because in the meantime our local dealership called us back and said they had gotten our new sensors in and to come by so they could try those out. This is when it ALL started making sense! The 2013 sensors ordered looked nothing like the sensors on our 2013 truck. The sales mgr in our town called me and informed me that after further research they found our tires/wheels were at a minimum from 2011 or further back as the type of sensor we had was discontinued mid year 2011!! So, now I called GA sales mgr (Donnie) who gets the whole story and tells me he will call me back. Robert (sales guy) calls me back & says they are going to send me 4 new sensors. I say, no that wont work as they are not going to fit because they are not 2013 tires/wheels! During this conversation Robert reminds me he needs my diploma for proof of graduation since I apparently received a rebate for being a college graduate which I had NO idea I even received as it was only discussed once during negotiation and never again as Robert was supposed to find out if a A.A. degree would be adequate and he NEVER got back to me. I told Robert I would send this proof in when this tire sensor issues was handled to the end! He then tells me "Mrs. Keith you got a hell of a deal on that truck and so it was an "as is" deal". I said what kind of shady crap is that? He said, "that's just how it is when you get that great of a deal". I said, no sir, not on a NEW vehicle! It should be showroom ready with everything NEW! He never denied the tires were used. I called back to speak with Donnie, he told me he was going to speak with Clay (Sales mgr) & would call me in a few min. I never heard back. Today, the following day after being told I would hear back in a few min, I called to speak to Donnie. He gave me to Steve (who said he was the general sales mgr). I asked did he know the whole story & he said "are you the one with the tire sensor issue and rebate form you wont submit?" I said yes. He came back with "well, you won't get anything else out of us until we get our rebate form". I said, well you sold us a brand new truck with used tires so I guess we need an attorney and he said "then we are done here" and hung up on me. I have NEVER been so flabbergasted by a company. We should not have to beg for NEW wheels/tires on a NEW vehicle (32 miles to be exact) NEVER TITLED BRAND NEW!!!!

I took my vehicle to 5-Star Chrysler in Warner Robins, Georgia with two broken window motors. I had an aftermarket warranty and was told by Tina that it would be no problem; wow! What an understatement. After I was told that my warranty had approved the repairs it took take 3-4 business days to get the parts, really, 3-4 days? When the service date arrived I brought the vehicle in at 7:45 am, I was told that THE mechanic had work left over from the previous day and he would get to my van as soon as possible. Really; there is only one window motor guy in the entire department? Anyway, the work was completed and the real fun began. Apparently, in an attempt to get me to change my warranty coverage over to theirs, the service people started making excuses for the long lead time stating that my warranty company was being difficult and if I had their warranty then they could just charge whatever they wanted it would pay without question. When the service "advisor" finally called stating they had been paid it was so late in the day that we had to leave our vehicle overnight. When I went to pick it up the next morning, I was told that there was a charge that the warranty company did not pay and it would have to come out of my pocket. When I examined the charges I found that the warranty company did not pay sales tax (charged twice), supplies (Really? The motors come as a kit), service history admin charge(?), EPA compliance charge(?), sounds like my warranty company was taking care of me, refusing to pay the dealers extra charges. I refused to pay because it was not discussed and was not approved by me before work was completed. What really made me angry was the attitude of the people; they acted like I was some kind of slug for not wanting to pay their extra charges. I will never return to this department, not because of the money but because of the way I was treated when I challenged their "extra" charges, it was as if they we saying "so what, well just get it from someone else, you are just small potatoes and don't really matter." If you dont like to be treated like trash, you'll steer clear of them also.

Was searching on Autotrader for a Chevrolet Colorado to replace my old S-10 Pickup. I saw on at Five Star Chyrsler, Dodge, and Jeep in Warner Robins that was listed for 11,995 for a 2008 year model. I was never given an actual price for the vehicle and I should have wlked when signing the paperwork becasue price was the reason I there in the first place. When I had a problem with the vehicle within the first week of owning the vehicle which was under warranty, they would not fix my problem. The truck was never service, and I have spend a few dollars giving the vehicle right. A friend of might also brought a vehicle from them, and they tell me that they had went to Jeff Smith instead, because they try to steal their down payment by not giving them correct with the financal company. I told myself I would never go to Five Star to buy a vehicle because I knew they were a couple of crooks, but I wanted this truck so bad. If you go to them, please learn from my mistake and get the vehicle price up front because I paid too much and I will never used their service deparment.

I had my vehicle's bumper inspected and it was returned with a gash in the tire. Clayton Holt would not take responsibility for the damage and at one point proceeded to attempt to intimidate me by getting in my face. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will follow up until the proper actions take place to rectify the situation.

When I went on Friday the experience was awesome. I found the jeep I really loved and he made it so simple in the whole buying process. I would reccommend Alan to everyone I know because he was so knowledgable about the jeep and went to the maxx to help me get into this vehicle. I give him an all star rating as a salesperson. I came in there looking to trade my 01 Z06, Cody the salesman I delt with was a very nice young man but seemed to not know to much. He was new so that's okay. I was looking for a G8 GT and they found me one. They told me it was an 09 and showed me a few pictures and said if they send there guys and it has any issues they would not get it. So I started the paper work and said it would be here soon. When I got the car I was not able to test drive it and bc they got it for me I was told I had to take it. First off the G8 was an 08 so they lied to me from the start, The front bumper had a lot of damage, all 4 rims had damage, both headlights were scratched, both side mirrors were broke, the tire fault light was on and there was damage to the center consul. I told Donnie I wanted the mirrors fixed and the tire fault, he said okay and walked me over to the service department. I was then told they would fix it and to set up an appt. I set up an appt to fix the car and dropped it off. A few hours latter it was ready and I went to get it, NOTHING was fixed and when i asked the service department about it I was told to talk to Cody. I asked Cody and he said yet again he did not know anything. Then I asked Donnie about this and he said I'm sorry and let me talk to the big boss tomorrow and we will get you taken care of. I went home and talked to my parents about this and my dad told me there not planning to fix the car and to go back up there. I went back up there and asked to speak with Donnie and some other manager came out and said "I got the car at auction as is and that's how you took it and I'm not fixing anything".Over all I was lied to a few times and very poor customer service, I will not recommend ANYBODY to this dealership and I will do all I can as a disabled veteran to get other people to not use this place!

I called them up worked a price out on the phone and then meet my sales person in person. He wanted too talk and tell stories as a diversion instead of putting things in writing.After being rushed out of the place because of closing we finished up papers. I was promised my trucks on the 3rd of dec. and paid extra for them too be at bed place by 27th december so could be picked up by the date jan 3rd. On jan. 7th after started checking into things i started finding things went south quick.Joel told me trucks wasnt going to be ready and was going to be late because the place making the bed was late. After checking in on this info i was told a lie when the bed company said had beds ready two weeks ago. I felt very decived and my trucks was eight(8) days late. When got there to pick up the trucks the trucks had the wrong beds on them and they would have too be redone and wouldnt get the trucks for another two weeks on jan 23rd and one on the 31st. I was ferious that i was lied too and then told to pound sand when i ask them about my original deal with sales employee joel by josh the (gsm) at five star that joel and i made. Then after speaking with josh he tried to get things strait and ask me after days that went buy and negotiations with bed store and five star rep joel the bed place wasnt going to get trucks done and would be the 24th. Its a total wash out worst buying process i have ever went thru and would not advise you to do buisness there in the future. They too make matters worse had already finalized my deal with the bank before i stepped a foot in the trucks or ever seen them. This was the point that i thought was very unprofessional and dirty way doing buisness. I really thinking about reporting the whole deal to ford.

I was sold a vehicle but never shown the true sticker. My vehicle was 10k more than the advertised price. When asked about this, the finance manager told me the extra was a a tax? They pushed the financing thru and towed the car to my house after I questioned the price.

Got a pretty good deal on trading in my car for a new Wrangler. Were willing to work with our bank on the price and trade in value. Things went REALLY bad two days after buying the Jeep. We went to drop off the down payment to the finance department and we dealt with John. He asked us to add MORE money to our down payment, his reason: because he we owed more on the car than we implied. Which was incorrect. Then, after re-reading the contract they added on a $1400 service charge. The reason I say they added it is because that was the only thing not initialed. After taking care of all of that the temporary plate expired. They told us that they were going send us a paper to take to the tag dept. We never got the paper. So we drove with an expired plate only for the tag office to tell us we didn't need the paper we were waiting for. By then, we thought we were done with then. Then, two months after we bought the jeep, we get a call from the salesman wanting the title to the car we traded in. The salesman (Allen) proceeds to yell at my husband, tells him he WILL get him the title and he WILL pay for it. After all this, the title department gets the title from our bank. I hope I NEVER have to hear from these people EVER again. Whenever someone tells me or my husband they want a jeep, chrysler, or a dodge the first thing we tell them is "do NOT go to the 5 star dealership on Watson Blvd"

Well myself and my fiance went in Monday the 28th of may and traded in two cars, 1997 corvette and 2008 xterra for a 2012 jeep wrangler unlimited. The jeep was to be delivered within 24-48 hrs after the deal was made. Well now it's June 2nd and we still have not received out jeep. Everyday they tell us the same story, ( the truck should be here today). They can't tell us where the jeep is or even where it's coming from. That pretty shady to me. I DO NOT recommend this dealership for any reason. Plus they tried ripping us off from the beginning but we ended up getting a decent deal 4 hrs later. That's not the issue though. I want to know where the jeep is. Oh and our cars we traded in are already out for sale. This dealership is complete BS!!!!

Horrible experience. I was ripped off when they said they were trying to help me with my first car purchase. Traded that car into a different dealership due to it being a complete lemon. Five star cancelled my gap insurance account however failed to mention I had to write a letter to the company to stop them from charging my account. Staff was rude and condescending. Too bad Five Star is basically your only choice in middle Georgia.

I love my new car. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that kevin dickson is an outstanding young man. He really knew what he was talking about and knew all about his job;he made us feel comfortable and at home and was just very sweet and a gentlemen. I will in the future be referring people to your dealership. And as well if i get another new car i will be back. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new truck and we knew we wanted a Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. We saw the truck we wanted the moment we stepped inside the showroom. But just to make sure we looked at all the other trucks available on the lot and although they were quite impressive as well, we just kept going back to the one inside the showroom. Our salesman was Alan Johnson. We will definitely be a return customers. I have to say that Alan is the most professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He answered all of our questions and gave us all kinds of information about the truck. We never felt rushed and we definitely felt like we made an informed decision. Alan worked with us on the price and he followed through with everything he promised. Since our purchase I have called Alan to ask a couple of questions and he has stopped what he was doing and got the answers for me right then. Alan cares about his customers and is available to his customers long after the sale is complete. We will definitely go back and see Alan Johnson for any future automobile purchases and I encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to stop by this dealership and ask for Alan Johnson. I doubt anyone could find a salesman with more product knowledge and concern for his customers than Alan Johnson at Five Star Dodge in Warner Robins Georgia. I went in for a test drive on a vehicle and left with the car of my dreams, all guilt free. Alan worked with us to secure a fair price on both the new vehicle I was purchasing and a fair value on the vehicle I was trading in. The initial offers were never insulting and the process was easy and painless. Honestly the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. No worries, no guilt and no remorse. We can not thank Alan enough for our experience of purchasing our 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Alan spent time finding out our needs for a vehicle and was very knowledgeable in guiding us to the right one. Kevin went above and beyond in making sure that I got the car that I wanted at the price that I needed! After visiting several dealerships in Warner Robins, he was the most energetic and kindest that we met! He showed me both what I thought I wanted and what he thought I would like. He was patient with me the following week as I made of my mind and was right beside us until the paperwork was signed and we drove off the lot! He was knowledgable and curteous in every way and made himself available 7 days a week to answer any question or concern that I had. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and personable, makes car buying fun. He has an answer for every question you might think you want answered, and the ones he can't answer, which are very few, he finds an expert to answer for him. He'll spend as much time as needed to make your car buying experience, well, an experience! Should I need to buy another car, he's the man for the job. The finance manager bent over backwards to get us the best rate; we spent 3 to 4 hours with him and he didn't rush to get us out the door. He wasn't happy until we were happy. However, I recommend you steer clear of the sales manager unless you want your arm twisted for being too slow in deciding to buy. We actually came back the next day just to show him that we would decide when to buy, not him.

To be short it was overall a good staff with one exception. I had a problem with my cruise control not working on my truck which was fixed with no further problems. I only have one complaint. I was promised a full tank of gas from salesman Kevin Dickson with the purchase of my vehicle. This promise was never delivered and when I call or text about I always get no reply. I also traded in a car which i had left six CDs in the CD changer, Kevin Dickson was aware of this so when I asked if I could receive my property back he replied that he had taken them home essentially stealing them. So I have came to the conclusion that once Kevin Dickson seals the deal he forgets about his customers and moves on the the next one, but then again what do you expect from a car salesman. All i expected was for him to keep his word and not take my property, but I guess that was to much of a challenge! I bought my car on July 23 and it is now August 30 and I still haven't received a call or my property back! Its bad when one guy can tarnish the image of the whole dealership but that's just business, if you give your word keep it and dont steal from your customers! i would only recommend this dealer if you DO NOT go through Kevin Dickson. on a brighter note the service department was wonderful, thanks to Christy and Brittany.

Alan did a great job. He responded to my emails promptly and with the information that I requested. He gave me an aggressive offer upfront which is what I wanted and not to go back and forth with a dealer telling me that is his very best and then 10 mins later come back with a different offer. I appreciated the honesty. I was in and out with my new car within an hour. My husband will be purchasing a truck within the next few months and we will be working with Alan on that deal as well.

I contacted Mr. Dickson on the phone and he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Once I arrived, I was surprised at the large selection available. Though I knew the exact vehicle I was interested in, it was nice to see a large selection of new vehicles. Mr. Dickson answered all of my questions about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable. They were also fair in their appraisal of my trade-in. After a little negotiating, they made me a fair price that I was more than happy to accept. Mr. Dickson was professional throughout the process and other employees were very helpful. I enjoyed the experience and will likely utilize their services for vehicles in the future.

AlanAlan was phenomenal to my boyfriend and me. This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership so I was a bit nervous. Alan however made the process seamless and gave me an extraordinary deal on an Infinity G35!!! He was extremely courteous and friendly, a straight shooter, down to earth and I got to know about his family; I even learned we have a mutual friend. When it comes to what people think about the typical "car salesmen" Alan is none of those. He went above and beyond for me. Even though the entire process took about 4 hours, he never seemed annoyed or skipped a beat. I just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and I love it! I had been looking all day for a particular Jeep and found one just like I wanted at Five Star. They were about to send this particular Jeep to a different dealership but said if that was the one I wanted, then they would find another one for that dealership. I was so excited that I had finally found what I wanted and was impressed by how professional everyone was. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ronnie and the rest of the employees at Five Star. Our salesman Kevin Dickson is not your typical fast talking pushy salesperson. He was great. Very polite and very honest person to deal with. He has a great personality and worked with us on every possible angle that was thrown his way. We came looking for a truck and test drove only one truck, sat down with Kevin and was out the door in 30 minutes with our new used truck with a full tank of gas. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much Kevin. We will be back when I am ready for another car like the Acadia I test drove.

Went in looking for a used Jeep Unlimited, been shopping hard for three days. Showed up at 7:50pm and they close at 8:00pm. Saw a used Jeep in the back I had asked questions about. The next morning I received a call and email telling me what the vehicle was and miles etc.... They worked with me on a Hard Top as the one I was looking at had a soft top only. The General Manager called me on the phone, told me he had a brand new one sitting around and would add that to the deal, they detailed the car and filled the gas tank up for me. I arrived to see this used vehicle and to my surprise, everything was done perfectly and it looked so good I thought it was a 2011 model. I went into buy a 2008 used Black Unlimited and to all of our surprise, that used model I was looking at was a 2010. They didn't even flinch and they said we told you a price based on a 2008 and they had no problem doing the deal. I was in and out in 15 minutes - No JOKE. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Ronnie and his crew are wonderful and I will be back to make my next JEEP Purchase. Good selection and even better people. My fiance and I received great service from Ronnie at Five Star Jeep in Warner Robins. He was polite, professional and most of all he LISTENED. We arrived at the dealership and we were able to browse around without someone immediately coming to bombard us with questions and unwanted pressure. Ronnie came to us and greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and from then on he listened. Once he got all the information he needed THEN he showed us some options and paid attention to our needs. Our overall experience was outstanding and pleasant. Their customer service was superb. Where to begin... First off after undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever received, I sat down to discuss business about buying a new truck with Ronnie Moore. From the very start he made me as comfortable as possible and assured me that if anyone could get me the deal and the truck I wanted it would be him. That's exactly what he did, I told him my preferences in a vehicle and what I was looking for and a few moments later he brought around nothing less that the perfect vehicle for me. He got me an amazing trade in value on the truck I had, an outstanding warranty and everything else I could need for the future maintenance of my new truck. A month after purchase I came across an issue or two with my truck nothing major but either way I took it in to get fixed, expecting to pay of course, Ronnie came to the rescue once again. Not only did it not cost me a penny, he assured me that if ever I had another problem to come see him and he would make sure I was taken care of. After my experience with Mr. Moore I can vouch for the name of "5 star" dodge cause that's exactly the type of service I have received. If ever myself or a friend or family member needs a new vehicle I will be sending them to meet Mr. Moore. I do not believe there is another dealer or customer service rep. that will work as hard to make sure that no one leaves there office (100%)satisfied with there new purchase.

I was terrified to even try to buy a new (to me) car. When I walked on the lot I was convinced that there was no way I could trade, much less get something with a smaller payment. Ronnie said that we would just take a look and see what we could do and was able to get me into something both newer and with a smaller payment. I walked away happier for sure.

I have heard horror stories about dealerships and to never buy new, and never trust them. However, Alan Johnson has changed that belief for me. He went above and beyond to make me feel like I was important then and continues to do so even now, and my van has had a birthday. =) Your company is blessed to have him. When my van was in a fender bender (while in the care of your company), Alan stepped up with TJ and together made sure I was taken care of. I locked my keys in the rental on a Friday night, and he came to my house to help me. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Alan is amazing!!

With Five Star Chrysler found the perfect vehicle{2010 Chrysler Sebering} at a great price. Five Star gave above average for my trade. Five Star got the payment I needed to fit my budget. The service we received from Five Star Dodge and Ronnie Moore was impeccable. My husband and I would highly recommend. After numerous stressful and nonproductive accounts with another dealership over the course of two weeks. Because being military stationed overseas and coming back to the states we were in desperate need of purchasing a vehicle quickly. After being treated horribly by this other dealership I happened to call Five Star Dodge to inquire about a vehicle and was connected to Ronnie Moore. At this point we were stressed and at our wits end and about to give up hope for awhile, without another option ahead. Thats when Ronnie asked me to just come in, talk with them, take a look around, and he would "Get it Done" and that he sure did. Ronnie was professional and lived up to his word. He worked the "Deal of a Lifetime" and the outcome could not have been more wonderful. Seeing my husband leave happy with the truck he deserves and has been dreaming of since we received the news we were coming home made my day. I could not have asked for more than to see the relief on my husbands face and smile of the beautiful piece of machinery he can now call his own. Ronnie helped make a horrible situation into a perfect situation.
