I have always had a great experience with Zack and Ron and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Lewisville! They always get me in quickly and work hard to solve issues with our vehicles. The crew even washed our cars for us last time we were there! I know I can trust Zack and Ron to be honest about maintenance that is necessary with each car and often they do extra things to make sure I will be safe when I travel! I would highly recommend the Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Service Department in Lewisville!

Tony King took excellent care of us during our last service visit. Our vehicle was taken care of super quick and they even gave it a comp car wash...wow!!! Update 1/22/21. I had some issues with my F250 diesel. Tony King was a life saver getting in and out in on my a few days. He assisted me with my towing and called me daily to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. Great Job Tony.

(Aug2020) Just had my F150 serviced - adding to my prior review. Another great experience with Five Star Ford. Zack is now my go to Service Advisor and really appreciate his communication and customer service style. The tech did a great job getting my F150 back to top shape. Will definitely be buying my next F150 from Five Star Ford Lewisville. (2018) Needed to have oil changed and tires replaced before a week long trip around Texas - called Service Advisor Brian Withem on a Monday - he provided a great deal on 4 General tires - tires were in by Monday afternoon - was ready for the road Tuesday early afternoon. Brian is great to work with - definitely a repeat customer for Sam Pack Five Star Ford!
