Matt McDaniel is a young energetic, has a can do attitude and very helpful with the buying process . He is very well mannered and polite to say the least. He represents Five Star Dodge well. Give kudos to Randy Burke which sold the first two Chanllengers that I have own. I feel the next Dodge that I might be in the market for , Five Star might cut the sell price 1/2 off , after my wife lifts the ban she put on me from the dealership.

Rob Whaley was my Customer Service Agent and he was without a doubt the best person I have dealt with since coming to Five Star Chrysler in 2013 when I first came to Byron, Georgia. He was honest and very caring. He did not try to force me into buying something that I could not afford. He was very knowledgeable in all areas.Now for Kathy Gootee, she is the best person that Five Star Chrysler ever hired. She was always there to help me when I had some major problems( not good ones). If it wasn't for her, I would never come back to Five Star Chrys Noler. There was a time when the Service Manager would not return my calls, but Kathy always did and she did everything she could to make it right. Now thanks to Rob and Kathy, I will always be a Five Star Chrysler customer.

Worst buying experience I've ever had, tried to low balled me on trade; took three weeks to get the contract turned in, it has been almost four weeks, my trade still not paid off, 10 days after the sale they wanted proof for military retirement, they said they used military rebate in the deal, that was never disclosed to me. I would never deal with this organization again, I've just listed a few of the reasons, there is more.

I live an hour away from Warner Robins but once again the staff at Five Star made my trip a valuable experience. I would gladly drive back to Five Star if I ever need another vehicle. I had a very knowledgeable and professional salesman who went above and beyond on finding me what I wanted not what he thought I should have. The other dealers I visited were so caught up in telling me what they couldn't do but FS's staff were all about what they could do for me. I'm very happy w my DODGE Charger and would gladly go back and shop at Five Star again. I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Five Star Warner Robins Chrysler Jeep. Despite the fact that I live more than three hours away, the dealership made the process simple. I found the vehicle I wanted online. After an inquiry and negotiation with an internet sales rep, I spoke with Mr. Patrick Hoye who was extremely helpful in seeing that the transaction was completed that day. I then spoke with Mr. Joey Hutchings in the Finance Department who patiently went through the terms of the financing documents via telephone. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was waiting with a full tank of gas ready for me to drive home (thanks Marcus Jones). I was truly impressed with the kindness shown by each of the employees I encountered throughout the process. As a follow up, I was contacted by Ms. Kathy Gootee, who couldn't have been nicer and more genuine in wanting to make certain that I was happy with the service I received. She even assisted me in one final detail I had neglected to address when I visited the dealership. Fantastic is how I describe Five Star in Warner Robins and the customer service I received from David. I spoke with him on the phone, giving him all of the details of the vehicle I was looking for. He called back shortly to let me know he had located the "perfect" van for me. I arrived at the dealership to find out he was totally correct. The van was PERFECT! I drove it home that very day. My time in the dealership, including working with the finance department, was minimal. David went out of his way to make sure this happened since he appreciated my request that my time was too valuable to spend several hours at the showroom. Thank you David for listening to my request and making my experience with Five Star a very pleasant one. This is the third Dodge van I have purchased from Five Star and definitely recommend the dealership and especially David if you are even "thinking" about purchasing a vehicle.

After trying to trade at 4 other dealerships in the Thomson/ Augusta area, I was ready to give up. My goal was to get out of a 4 year lease on a VW GTI, and I knew the possibilities were slim. Then I received a phone message from David Smith- his voice was kind and sincere, so I decided to call him back. Next thing I know, I am signing papers on a brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade. David, along with so many others worked diligently to get a loan approved at a rate I could afford. (I actually had two other salesmen at other dealerships laugh at the prospects of me trading with them). It seems that I met so many folks the day I got my car- everyone stopped by to speak to me, get to know me, try to help. I just wish I knew everyone's name, but I'll just have to say that they all were so friendly and genuinely interested in me and my circumstances. When the deal was finally made, David seemed as excited as I was! On to the finance office- Joey Hutchings (I called him the smiling man) took his time and explained all of the paperwork. When we got to the section on the gap insurance, I turned it down in an effort to keep my monthly payments lower. But in the most sincere way, he told me that If I was his family member, he wouldn't let me leave without the gap insurance (negative equity being a big factor). Because of his sincerity, I changed my mind and took the gap insurance, and soon I was driving off in my brand new Jeep Renegade. Then, the unbelievable happened- exactly 3 weeks later, I totaled my new jeep! I called David Smith a few days later, just to get info on how the gap insurance worked. He was really concerned about me and my injuries and he explained the gap insurance. No more than 5 minutes after I hung up, I got a call back from David wanting to know what color Jeep I wanted. He sprang into action, found the new jeep for me, worked out the details, got a new loan approved, and had my new jeep DELIVERED to me 2 and 1/2 hours away from the dealership. Exactly one week had passed since the wreck, and I found myself in a new jeep. I realize this is wordy, but I can't say enough good about this dealership. I feel like everyone there has become my new best friend. I call David my "Car Angel." Joey Hutchings is just the best! I will always be grateful to him. Kathy Gootee and I have had the best conversations as she calls to check on me- she is so friendly, and a real asset to this dealership. I will never trade anywhere else, even though this dealership is 2 and 1/2 hours away. I would absolutely recommend this place to all of my family and friends!! Thanks so much- you all have blessed the heart of this retired school teacher!!!

I came in to look at a specific kind of jeep. When I first came in I felt with the Eddie and he let me know honestly he knew someone else that would know more about keeps and what I was looking for and he referred me to Matt. They both, as a team, were AWESOME! Not one time did I feel pushed to get something I didn't want and they made it about me vs about what they were trying to sale. I told them how much I would not pay over and we went with that. The GM, Chad, came out to meet me and he came up with a game plan to see what my best options were and he was also very friendly and helpful! Needless to say, I walked away with no vehicle BUT between Eddie and his positivity, Matt and his knowledge, the GM and his willingness to help, and Jessica ( she was my customer caregiver, she called back to make sure I had a great experience) I was HIGHLY SATISFIED! I WILL be going back to deal with these few individuals because honestly they went above and beyond the call for me!! Thanks guys!!

This place is HORRIBLE! They will lie to you just to make a sale! I purchased a brand new 2014 Challenger in 2014. When I went to the dealership I was already approved for a loan. In too, my ONLY requirements was for my car to have built in navigation and the color to be white. The salesman told me they didn't have any white cars and couldn't order any, so I settled for one of their gray anniversary challengers. However it still did not have a navigation installed. So the dealership made a promise they would install the navigation as an added on feature. During the purchase I deliberately told him to NOT run my credit since I was already approved. However, the next day I received inquires on my credit report from 7 different loan companies. I complained to the manager, it did not help! After MONTHS, I FINALLY received my CD player with the navigation after making numerous trips to the dealership. Now only after a year, the entire radio system stops working. I again make numerous trips speaking with the salesman who had it installed, he states the man whom installed it no longer works for the company! So he refers me to the manager. He then refers me to a audio store. They run some tests and determines the radio system is not working anymore. In too, they tell me the radio system was very cheap. I return back to the dealership, the manager then tells me that they are unable to replace the CD player because I have over 36K miles on my car! WTH! So then I say what about the original one? He can't replace it with that either because they don't have any radio systems there! So it's a Dodge dealership, but I can't the original one nor a replaced one for the faulty one YOUR dealership installed? I will NEVER return to this dealership or recommend it to anyone!

In for service so they called gentleman from detail to see if he could get my carpets clean his name was Dwight he was nice and polite and he asked how much time he had. I wanted to take some time and personally thank Evan Mount for the almost 2 weeks of hardwork surrounding helping me find the perfect car for my daughter. I had looked at numerous lots and was getting burned out quickly. I made one final stop at Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep before I threw in the towel. I met Evan an eager salesman but not pushy or condescending like I had experienced all day. He listened to exactly what I was asking for even though I knew it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. He did the research and went and got several cars from other places for me to look at and drive. He stayed upbeat and positive even as my demanding demeanor was apparent. I am please to say he hit the nail on the head with the car search! My daughter now not only has a car of her own but it is safe, clean, reliable and most of all right in the price range I requested. It's all about the sale here. If you need special accomodations, forget about it. They will shuttle you back and forth, that is nice and the drivers are great, but if you need a loaner, or if you have a problem with the vehicle, it's not their problem, not their fault and they will only do the absolute minimum required. I went over to Lowe Toyota and the difference is night and day. Find another dealership if possible, they prey on military because they know they don't have to worry about repeat business.

They're more focus on putting you in a car to get a commission than actually handling business. I bouth a car from them in January, they lost my paperwork for the car I traded in. Then, they sent me the wrong papers, so that pushed my registration for the new car. It's now April and my car is still not registered in my state becuase they sent me thw wrong papers again to sign. We're staying in-state for our next purchase!!

I am a licensed insurance agent but my job is really more about providing the best customer service experience possible while doing a great job and this is not always easy especially when you deal with people who aren't very nice or who think they know more about how things work. than you do. I'm sorry to say that I may have been one of those people when I first arrived at the dealership. I was with my sister Terri who was shopping for a vehicle. We were on day #2 and both of us frustrated and annoyed at this point and full of attitude thinking this was a never ending ordeal. Arriving at WRCJD was exactly what we needed and being met by Jimmy Fowler was the only thing that saved our experience and helped us get the car she needed. JIMMY LISTENEDTO US. For 2 days it seemed no one else had. I have very high standards for GREAT customer service and Jimmy passed with flying colors! We did not make this easy for him. He went above and beyond. He changed or attitudes and made sure she left with the perfect car!. Buying a car takes time and the dealership itself was a very comfortable place to be while everything got worked out.

Our salesman Chris Bozeman was terrific. Once we were greeted and seated, he came right away and got us started. He took us to look at the car which was already pulled around waiting for us. After some conversation and our viewing of the car, we went on a nice test drive to get a feel of the car. That was all we needed to determine we wanted it. Chris took us thru the process and got the paperwork ready. While waiting on financing he continued to entertain us and make us feel at home. The financing was easy as well and they provided different options that met our needs. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I will definitely recommend Chris Bozeman as your top sales person. He will take good care of you:-)

This was my third trip in a week to 5 Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department in Warner Robins, GA. Last Friday I took my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan in for an Air Bag recall. I also told them I had an airbag light coming on. The recall repair was done and the light for the airbags was out. When I got home and pulled in the garage I called WRCJD and spoke with Thomas who told me to come back Monday morning, he could not accommodate me again today. This was before noon when I called. I came back in Monday and sat around for several hours only to be told I need to come back the next day, they had to order a part. I came back today, Wednesday Nov 12th arriving before 0730. I also told Thomas of a problem witht the seat trim, drivers seat coming loose. My car sat there until after 0930 and I did not get it back until around noon. A technician came out to fix the seat trim after it was pulled around front. I got in and drove next door to the Goodwill store and when I exited the van the seat trim detached again. I did not go back to the dealer....out of time. Done with WRCJD.

Although I didn't buy from this dealer, they made me comfortable enough to continue the buying process. For the record, I didn't buy because personal circumstances changed. Very attentive, responded back to me in a reasonable time frame, and respected my time (they called me twice while I was at work). My only complaint if it you want to call it that - the details on the website weren't exactly clear and when I contacted them, the dealer had to look it up and view the car themselves. One part of the site said chrome wheels, and another section says alloy. They can't be both.

Saw a great deal on cars.com at this dealership and went even though it's a good half hour away. Salesman James Robbins was helpful and friendly while at dealership. After the sale, he couldn't care less. Signed papers and all seemed ok until it was time to leave. They couldn't find the 2nd key to the car. Robbins said give me a couple of days. Called them after 3. No key. Give me til Monday he said, Monday passed. Called them back. No key. Give me til 12:00 Thurs. Called Sat and heard give me another hour. Five Star has not called us to touch base at all and we've had the car 12 days. We have initiated every call. It's not like we can get a duplicate at Lowe's. The key will cost about $400. You would think they would be courteous enough to at least call. Will never return to this dealership!!!!

Brian Solley was great! He was very personable and worked well with us throughout the entire sales experience. He joked around with my 7 yr old son and listened to all of his fishing stories while we were running numbers and filling out paperwork. We live about an hour away so we got to the dealership around 11:30 and Brian worked through lunch (even on Labor Day with the hotdog vendor right outside!!) He was down to earth and wanted to work hard for our business. Once we got to the Finance Office - David asked all of the right questions to ensure he was telling us about the additional products and services that would make more sense for our situation. Overall a wonderful experience - thank you to all involved.

these dealers will lie to you not return call and not file appropriate paperwork for states other then gerogia . I have been going round and round for 3 weeks now with them for a remote that has been missing since day one now mind you this was a brand new 2014 with 15 miles on it . no one has respect or courtesy to honor what they say !at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also was told that they were giving 2 years free oil changes at ANY CHRYSLER DEALER well guess what lie again overall the car is great the dealer is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed my experience with this dealership when I deecided to look for a used car. I was given the opportunitiy to drive several before I made up my mind to purchase. There was no pressure from anyone, including the salesperson, Melissa Harris. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and the owner came over and introduced himself and asked if I needed anything. Thanks Melissa and I have enjoyed the 2011 Volvo I purchased. Thumbs up!

My wife purchased a ram 3500 from five-star five-star Chrysler of Warner robins and it has Benn a nightmare . It took us 5 days from time of purchase to get our truck . it wasn't the dealerships fault fault completely but the sales man repeatedly lying to us about our truck made it awful . Our truck had 300 miles on it by the time we got it . It only had 28 miles on it when we signed the papers . My wife supplied a check stub that was wanot out dated when she signed but was later said to be . The finance department very unprofessional about the way they wanted her to get them a new check stub . And now it is 7 days from when our temporary tag expires and the tag office doesn't have any paperwork on our vehicle . We are only 1800 miles from where the vehicle is registered . This experience has been awful and we are very disappointed in the way all this is playing out . Tighten up . We find it hard to get a Gaby anything accomplished

I have now received my second key and, although I have not yet received the information I need to get my Tag, the salesman did at least send me a second Temporary Tag so I have another month to, hopefully, receive my documents. I bought a 2012 Jeep Cherokee and was told upon leaving that the salesman, Brandon Hardison, would mail me a second key as he could not find it right now. It has been a month, and after an email, several calls and even a call to the Sales Manager (which was not returned), no key. These keys are very expensive, as it is one that unlocks the car and pops the back window open. Also, in two days my temporary tag expires and still no paperwork from them to get my title. So, in 30 hours, I will be driving illegally with no tag. I will try more calls but when I do call, the person who answers the phone is rather rude and my calls do not get returned. I drove for 2 hours to buy this car from them or I would be in their showroom daily. I certainly would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Well, maybe to an enemy.

Shawn Vicknair in the Parts Dept came to my rescue and was able to identify and order the correct wheel locks for my new 2014 Town & Country van. He went out of is way to verify and locate the locks and have them sent to the dealership in Warner Robins the next day. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Challenger approxamently 1 month age and wrote a review on the buying process which was very good. I had an issue going on with the seat motor and the Service Dept ordered a new motor for the seat. It took several days to come in but that was not an issue at all for me. I took my car up there and left it one evening and went back the next day after I got off work to pick it up. The service manager did tell me he would call me and I had not recieved a call from him but I went up there anyway to see if my car was ready which it wasn't. I was not happy that it wasn't ready but it was my fault because I went before they called me to come get it. They were very nice to me and very apoligetic for not having it ready. They didn't owe me an apology. I went before I was called. I went home and the custormer service manager called me and said they would have my car ready before the day was over and did I want to come back. I said sure and she later called me when it was finished. They also cleaned and detailed my car. The seat motor works much better but seams a little rough. the other one was very smooth but would stop during the foward movement. I do think it will be fine though.

My car sales person had become unavailable therefore I asked to speak with her about my issue and she handled it with much feedback and follow up calls to confirm that it was being dealt with. I have been looking for a new car that would be easy for me to get in and out of. I have some physical issues with my knees and back and tried several 2 door cars. Of all that I set in and test driven , the Dodge Challenger was by far the the most comfortable for me to get in and out of. I had looked at other dealerships and did not like the HIGH PRESSURE sales approach. When I went to Warner Robins CJD a salesman approached me and asked if could help me. He was extreemly respectable with his approach and very courteous. We went into his office and he ran some numbers for me which I was very impressed with. I took the car for a test drive and was very well pleased. I had the privilege of meeting the manager and i was very pleased with him as well. The whole buying experence was very good. I would recemmend to anyone who visits that store to ask for MR.MIKE SCARBOROUGH! He is by far the best sales rep I have ever done business with. I have one small issue that I have not had a chance to address with the Service Department. The motor that controls the driver's seat seems to be very week. I will write another review with my experence with the Service Department.

I had more or less a situation involving my extended care plan and had some questions about it; eventhough I did have the most difficult time trying to reach someone on this issue- it only took ONE time asking for Stephanie at Five Star to help me out. She took the time to listen to my concern for however long it took and the only thing she promised me was that she would give me a call back providing me with a clear understanding of how we can move forward before she left for the evening. Stephanie did exactly that by providing me with much needed information and plenty of ways to contact her and/or her office whether she is there at the time or not; she even shared some free advice which made me, as a customer, feel as though I were part of the family. I recommend Five Star in Warner Robins to anyone who cares to ask because along with all of the other good experiences I've had there she place the cherry on top.

We walked out of there the happy and very proud owners of a 2014 Cherokee and Wrangler! The best part is we made some wonderful new friends! I went into Warner Robins Jeep looking for a Jeep. Jason met me in the parking lot asking how he could help me. He has the best personality. He worked with me and listened to what I was needing and looking for. They didn't have one the color I wanted so he checked around and found exactly what I was wanting. The negotiating process was smooth and I'm not sure how long I was there total but it didn't seem long. The facility was very clean and neat and everyone I was in contact with was extremely nice and friendly. I previously owned a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was in the market to purchase either a used or new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After looking in my hometown and several other dealerships, we found Five Star online with what appeared to be a great deal for a new car. The salesman, Kevin Wynn, that I dealt with, had my best interests at heart and worked along with me to ensure I got all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for in my new car. Every individual that we came in contact with at the dealership was more than accommodating. I was very specific regarding what I wanted and we were able to quickly agree on a price that I was able to pay. My car is currently in the body shop at the dealership due to a small dent repair that was agreed upon that the dealership would fix free of charge. They even set me up with a loaner vehicle because I live 90 miles away from the dealership. I will happily return to Five Star for my future car needs.

This past week my 21 year old daughter had a very scary not at fault accident that totaled her 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After visiting other local middle Georgia dealerships in search of a replacement vehicle, we were less than impressed by some of the salesman. Luckily, we were meet at the door of Five Star Warner Robins by Jason Cranford. He was attentive and listened to the needs we expressed about buying another vehicle. He introduced us to General Manager, Jeremy Shaughnessy, who made us feel welcomed and with both their help we made a decision to buy a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. We completed our paperwork with Marcus Willard who was extremely thorough and made the process easy. We would like to thank these gentleman for making our car buying experience a pleasure. I will never buy another vehicle or refer anyone to this dealership again. I will never buy another chrysler vehicle as well. I bought a brand new 2013 300 in January and by april i begin having problems with it. the car was jerking and shut off on me in the middle of the interstate. i had to start it back up and it jerked the whole way home which was 30 minutes away. My engine light stayed on as well. I took it in to the service dept and they saw a problem but didnt know what was wrong. i asked for a rental while they see what the problem was and they wouldnt provide one. I called chrysler and informed them of everything. The dealership told chrysler nothing was wrong with the vehicle but told me they would order a transmission. They stated it was ok for meto drive for the time being and it wouldnt give me problems. I drove the vehicle and sure enough it was still jerking. I called chrysler back and they told me the dealership closed the case saying nothing is wrong. I took it back and the tech noticed it was the transmission again. Dealership told chrysler as well as my husband thats how the vehicle is made. I informed them that when i bought the vehicle brand new three months prior, that the car didnt do anything of this sort and now all of a sudden im having these problems and they dont want to fix it and it is under warranty. Now when i speak to people they inform me that chryslers are known to have transmission problems. Never again and i will not recommend the dealership or a chrysler to anyone. I told chrysler you guys are giving yourself a bad name

For many years I did business with the Riverside store and over those years have sent my family to buy their cars there. Last year I felt taken advantage of and when I went back in this year to trade, was treated like my business wasn't worth working for. My mother also had a bad experience there and went to Warner Robins to purchase her new car so I decided to check them out. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They treated me better than I ever expected and made the impossible happen. Chris Bozeman went over and above to help me get the deal I needed and I felt like my business really mattered to them. I did not feel pressured or given promises that they did not deliver as had happened at the other place. They understood that my time was valuable and did not waste my fuel by having me drive 45 miles to be disappointed. I could not have asked for a better experience. It is a shame that the Riverside store has put such a low value on loyal customers and I truly hope that someone will clean house and make them a value asset to the Macon area customers. As for me and my house... We will make the trip to Warner Robins. Keep up the Great work!

i bout my truck from them .. they was very friendly and nice during the process . i had some damages on the truck ( it's not a big deal ) but they told they will take care of it because i have one month warranty (it's 2010) truck . they said will get the part for u and call you . 2 weeks later no body called so i went there to see my seals person she told me that she will talk to her manager about it and see what he can do , few minutes came back telling me that they cant do anything with it because on the papers said i bout the truck as is and i have to pay for the part .. ... (bad) .. i been told lies because before they get there money from the bank they was telling me that they will take care of it and fix it and after they got there money .. they said they cant do nothing about it .. and i bout a extended warranty cost over $1900 , so iam going to cancel it . i dont trust these people any more .. to do my services and i will go by my warranty from another dealer and get my services somewhere else . i dont like to deal with bunch of liers , and tricky people . they scamming there customers and dealing with them as one time customer and thats not good for the business . and i will be sure that no body from my side go there and deal with them .

Sales manger at 5 Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Warner Robins corrected a paperwork issue on a car I purchased next business day. The dealership re-accomplished the paperwork from the night before to correct the issue. The finance manager was also able to secure a loan a .5 percent better from the night before for an added value. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

After a bad start on my service I dealt with Stephanie and she got my jeep back in original condition. I did not have problems with her but with the service department! She is not a mechanic but was concerned with my jeep and the problems I had encountered! She followed the progress on my repairs and only do to her and no one else my my problems were resolved! She was the only one that took any interest and I feel she should have total control of complaints instead of anyone else in service department because in the end she was held responsible even though she had no control over service offered by service department! If you need to have a service problem resolved I would recommend you only deal with Stephanie!!

Took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for service . My AC and heat has not been working right since I bought car new ! Determined my heater core and radiator had a restriction and would have to replace both parts! Parts were replaced and got jeep back with door scratched, glove box not installed correctly , dash board scratched, parts left off, large tool under hood, air dams on side if radiator left off so when driving looked like my car hood was about to fly open! Took it back for repair and only received more damage to vehicle. Service manager would not even come out and talk to me the last visit! They refused to fix my car! Called Chrysler and they told manager they had to fix my car! I told them I did not want to take car back to them but rather to another dealer! They told me another dealer would not fix there mistakes! I going back because even though they seem to do more damage than good it is my only choice!!!! They fail to understand that I will receive my jeep in the same condition as when I brought it to them! Once repaired I will never use there service department again!!!

It's been exactly a year since I bought my car from Five Star Dodge in Warner Robins, and I have an awesome experience every time I interact with the staff. They're always helpful and such a fun group of people. I always refer my friends to Five Star when they're shopping, and I will continue to do that because I want my friends to have the same great experiences that I have.

I had been looking for my first vehicle for a long time, no where seemed to have what I wanted. Then I came to five star and I found my jeep that Cody Purvis sold me, it was perfect. He helped me pick out my tires, rims, and lift kit to make it just right. I had awesome service without a doubt! I never had to wait he was right there ready for any questions or needs I had, I still take my jeep there for check ups when needed. Five star workers are over all awesome.

Short version: sleezy cars salesmen Long version: Found a brand new Jeep Patriot on their website for a good price. Called the office and confirmed the price with a sales representative... twice! After driving over 2 hours to the dealership I was told that the internet price was a typo and that they would not honor the claims of their sales associates! The difference in price was more that $2,000! They were not willing to work with me what so ever for my inconvenience. DO NOT go out of your way to visit this dealership it is a waste of time and money! They haven't even fixed the price on their website. I can only hope this review cost them at least what I spent in gas today.

I had previously written a review on Five Star Dodge's service Dept over a Maintenance issue on My Dodge Challenger that was complicated and had not been resolved. After discussing the Problem with Mr. Clay Holt the Service Manager at Five Star Dodge, we were able to get all the Issues resolve,They took my Car and spent all day making sure that the all the Issues had been resolved with a Satisfactory conclusion,they did a wonderful job getting my Car back Driving like brand knew and I would Like to thank Mr.Clay Holt for taking the Time to insure that my Dodge Challenger was fixed,He showed that he was very concerned with Customer Care and Satisfaction when dealing with Five Star Dodge's Service Department, I have know doubt that The Five Star Dodge Service Department will always deliver Customer Satisfaction and care when taking care of someones Car. My Care is Operating Perfectly and I could not be any Happier.

They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and it was listed at the price I wanted to pay for it. I had to shop for a new vehicle 5 hours away from my home to get the price I wanted. Mary and Randy took very good care of me the entire time.

I was interested in a used car listed on cars.com. Jeremy C at Five Star was attentive to my needs, provided accurate information and offered to help me search for other models that would meet my requirements. The car sold quickly so I am still shopping but appreciated the help provided by Five Star.

I stopped in the dodge dealership today to get a basic oil change and have my tires checked. I always hate doing so being a woman, men tend to talk down to me and think i know nothing about cars just because i bring in my vehicle for basic work. When truth is i just dont care to do it. I was in a hurry today leaving town, and needed the work done. This is the first time i've experienced such great friendly service from a service center. Your service advisor James was friendly and none intimedating as most men usually are. It's also the first time i've had a manager come greet me while i waited. I felt i got a reasonable price for the work considering it's a dealer! Wait time wasn't to bad, they got me out quickly as promised. I will be back for all my vehicle needs and am recommending this service center to all my friends.

Inquired about a vehicle listed on Cars.com. The vehicle ended up being sold. However did get to talk to Mary who is a very nice lady. She followed up quickly by phone to respond to questions I had. Jeremy followed up with emails and phone calls to try and find me the car I am looking for. I'm still waiting for him to find me a LOADED 2009-2010 white Nissan Murano that is loaded with all options including NAV. Preferably the LE model.

I decided to purchase my Tires from Five Star Dodge in Warner Robins,The Goodyear F1 Tires on my Dodge Challenger R/T went 17,000 miles before needing replacement which were the Factory Tires, I bought my tires at Five Star and since the purchase I have had nothing but problems with them,My car has been in the service department 5 times for the same thing,the car cannot be driven over 75 MPH without a Severe Vibration in the Seat & Steering Wheel,It first was not balanced correctly,then they said it slung a weight,they have balanced the tires 5 times,they have done a total realignment front and back and it has not done a thing to correct the problem,So I made the Comment that it might be the tires and the Service Advisor Made the Rude Comment that he had worked with Tires for 10 to 15 years and there was no way it was the tires because they would not just vibrate at one specific Speed and he had never seen that happen ever,I researched that and the Service Advisor did not know what he was talking about. I brought it back the sixth time and the same advisor who was rude to me before was not happy I was there and Showed it in the way he spoke to me,I was there for over 5 hours and the Service Manager brings me the Keys and said they did not have enough people there to work on it but he drove it and the Brakes have a Vibration in them at 65 MPH and the Rotors are glazed and that is why it vibrates,I commented that the Vibration was at 75 MPH and above and the Manager said that it was the Brakes and Rotors. I took it the next day to Sears and had them look at it,(1) they laughed at the Brake/Rotor comment by the Manager,there was nothing wrong with either the Brakes or Rotors plus it couldn't be the Rotors unless they were warped badly, the tires are feathering badly which should not be happening,that is what is causing the Vibration ! and it is just going to get worse,They said the tires need replaced. I have never seen so much incompetence over such a small Issue,and if they can't fix something so small then I can't see them being able to deal with something complicated, plus I have never been treated so Rudely and with Disrespect. I have bought 8 cars from them and I will never go back to Five Star for any reason !

These salesman don't care about their customer, they only care about what they put in their pockets. They were suppose to service my vehicle before I it up. They did not do anything, I have to go and get it service out of my own pocket. I have had my vehicle less than two months, I have had to new tires and brakes are already squeaking. If you want to go somwhere where they care aboutr you, this is not place. I keep getting letter from them for free service for my vehicle, they got to be kidding, if they think I'm going back there. The salesman. finance people are crooks.;

Nothing like buying a new car, new car smell, flawless paint/body work, mechanically safe and ready to turn heads. If thats what you want I recommend you visit another dealership. News car damaged and they cover it up but once you get close, possible first car wash you'll find damage to the top of the car, scraps and dents under (why with a Chrysler 300), chrome wheels already out of balance due to damage. I've only have my 300S for 3 months and I've been at this dealer every other day trying to get them to fix problems. I've been handled by various guys who call themselves managers but I think they aren't, if they are really need to find another job cause customer service isn't right for them. So frustrated and at my wits ends I've asked to speak to the general manager overall, he walks out the sales desk with a shirt 2 sizes to big, over-run shoes and chewing. As soon as he approached me I walked off again here they are trying to handle me. Disgusted I drove to atlanta and traded my brand new 300S for a program 300S to break even. If they are like this with new cars, i can only imagine the quality of the used ones.

I brought my used truck from them, less than a week ago. Had a problem with a turn signal, so I took it to them because I have had the truck less than a week. I would think they would wanted my return business. The service department told me, they would not fix my problem because it was not cover by two warranty. I will not buy another vehicle from this car dealership as long as I live because of the service I received today.

had problem with key, electric window, and noise in steering column. made appointment with service dept - took to shop left for several days; problem with key fixed, however, with electric window and noise in steering column they were not able to duplicate the problem I was having. However, overall they were very courteous and answered all my questions, fixed what they were able to identify as a problem. I would recommend their service department, overall I was very pleased with the service they gave, and I appreciated the fact even though a female I wasn't made to feel inferior due to my lack of knowledge of a vehicle's mechanical system.-

The prices that you see online are not the prices at the dealership. I went to the dealership at 10:30am and I didn't return home until after 9pm. All of the prices on their vehicles were supposedly mixed up online. I paid cash for my van and still had a hard time. As a matter of fact, I purchased my van on 2-13-12 and today I still had to go back and sign paperwork. I really feel like we got cheated on the price but we were in a bind and needed a vehicle fast. When it comes time to buy our second vehicle next year we will NOT be returning.
