I had the best experience buying a car from Fletch’s! From the first phone call to driving it home, the whole staff was amazing and made it stress free & fun! Niel was AWESOME. After I had decided to buy the vehicle for sure and already had the paperwork done, the manager came over and said they’d detail it for free and offered to drive all the way to Traverse City to pick it up, bring me a rental car and return it. Niel went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect shape before being returned. I’m so happy with the Chevy I bought and will highly recommend this dealership to everyone! I just had a serendipitous great experience with the personal service provided by Sales Associate Charlie Smith this afternoon. He was delivering a new A7 to my neighbor and was setting up his home link. I was walking by with my dog and said hey would you mind helping me with my new Audi 8Le home link. I had purchased mine downstate and could not get mine to sync. After completing a 5 star delivery with my neighbor he came to my house and in 5 minutes had my home link fully functioning. Made an appointment a week in advance. Did not write down the time, arrived earlier, the service advisor had the car brought in for prep, before work was done. Told him wanted the three new tires put on and an alignment done, as the present tires only had 12,000 miles on them. He could not believe they were that bald in such a short period of time. I told him that is why I brought it over to them, as the shop in Alpena did the same of tires and an alignment, when I took it back and tires were worn they told me it must be the tires as it was right on. Did not and do not believe that, as the car was not moved on the recheck. My son had excellent reviews when he took his vehicles into Fletch's. Very pleased, it wasn't over 15 minutes after getting vehicle in and started taking old tires off, found the problem. A bad upper control arm on drivers side. Told them to go ahead. After replacement and alignment everything was back in the green. These statements are coming from an assistant service manager of 14+ years at a dealership in Alpena. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and stayed on task. Three hours was back on the road and very well satisfied.

Staff is always friendly. Never have to get out into the elements with their "service door". Beverages (and not outdated magazines) in waiting area. Trustworthy staff.

We were up for the Labor day weekend visiting relatives as we come up often. On the way into Petoskey we hit something in the road which resulted in not only a flat tire but the object left a hole in the wheel on our 2013 Lacrosse. It was late Friday afternoon and we were not sure where to go but wanted a dealer. Fletch's came up on our doing a google search. We made it there before closing and were met by Sergio Morado in Service. We explained the situation and he and Marty in Parts were very helpful in checking availability as the wheel and tire would need to be ordered. When I called on Tuesday morning and talked with Marty in Parts, he had all the info from the Friday night and was ready to begin ordering the wheel and tire. I hadn't anticipated staying past labor Day and was in a hurry to get back down state. Sergio and his team were very prompt, friendly and understanding in accommodating me. They had all the parts and installed the new wheel and tire on late Wednesday afternoon. As a result I was able to get back home much sooner than anticipated. I was very pleased at the performance and teamwork at Fletch's to support customers. As an engineer with one of the large wireless carriers, I understand the importance of customer care. Thanks again to Sergio and Fletch's for exceeding my expectations! -LR

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! My husband's Yukon was seriously overdue for an oil change and we were able to get the work done on the day we wanted. Also, they were kind enough to let us pick it up after hours, which worked out perfectly for our hectic schedule. Can't say enough about Charlie, Sergio and the whole crew.

We had a front wheel bearing go while we were over at Burt Lake. They arranged for a Tow Truck and had sent someone to pick up my family. I had to get downstate the next day to a meeting and they got the job done asap so I could get back in time. I really appreciate the effort.

The overall environment of this dealership is friendly, comfortable and welcoming. The salesperson was thorough from beginning to be explaining every step along the way to be sure I was making the right choice for my needs. My car was taken to Fletch's after it was involved in an accident. Fletch's had my car for 7 weeks after the accident and it still wasn't fixed. I was told they, "couldn't figure out how to fix the last 5%". They gave me my car back and I was told I needed to schedule a time to bring it back because they technicians were too busy. Too busy to work on my car that had been in their shop for nearly 2 months?? As soon as I got into my car after getting it back I noticed a few buttons on the front doors were scratched. I brought to their attention. A week later I had to take my car back to Fletch's so they could finish fixing it. They told me they decided it was not their fault the buttons were scratched. They said they would install new parts for me if I paid the $200 for the parts. I had to pay for parts that I know and they know they damaged? That is not right! During my discussions with them about this I was talked down to repeatedly. I was told women don't always notice things on their cars. I was also told the buttons are very easy to scratch. If that is the case how are they so sure they did not scratch them? In the end it took 10 weeks to get my car back, fixed from Fletch's. And no, they did not replace the buttons they damaged.

DAn is a caring and knowledgable Sales PErson, He and th dealership cares.Don't find that in many places. They truley want a happy customer.Service has been exceptional. The F and I person is caring and knowledgable also.Teh dealership facilities are CLEAN and well managed. Purchasing and taking delivery of a vehicle is a very pleasant experience.
