My experience at this place was great. There car lot I really enjoyed and easy to see all the nice cars they have. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a car because the service is excellent. Make sure to ask for Levi. Levi is the best Florida Fine Cars sales representative you will ever meet and if there's a car on their website you like that's not the his lot he will be glad to transfer it for you. So again when you go there ask for Levi. He make your car buying experience at Florida Fine Cars astounding. I want to really give a big Thank You to Levi in sales at Florida Fine Cars. My family love the car we purchased from there with you and happy with the service you given us.

It was a pleasure shopping at Florida fine cars in Palm Beach Florida We had shopped at other Florida fine car dealerships and the experience that we received from this individual Dealership was phenomenal. Our salesman Michael was amazing, He was very knowledgable about the vehicle that we were purchasing courteous and patient. David in finances made purchasing this car seem so simple no stress involved His persona was awesome we felt very relaxed. He did a great job! Alex the manager was also amazing We would definitely go back there to purchase our next vehicle it was the best experience purchasing a car ever!!! A 5 star review!!

This was the best experience I've had buying a car. I went in just to look and was candid up front that I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy because I don't have the best credit. Gustavo met me in the lot and was super friendly and informative without being pushy about making a sale. Everybody was helpful from the sales, finance, and insurance side. Definitely give them a chance if you're thinking of buying a car.

Changed my review from 5 to 2 stars. Here's why (leaving my original review at the bottom). Florida Fine Cars charged my wife a "dealer prep" fee in the amount of $899 and another "electronic filing" fee in the amount of $597. In case you're wondering, the "dealer prep" fee is what they charge you for cleaning/vacuuming, washing the car, or similar, before you purchase it which is a ridiculously high amount if you think about it. The "electronic filing" fee was really high as well (in comparison, we bought another car at the same location 1.5 years ago and the fee was only $198 and no dealer prep free). Additionally, the rotors needed to be replaced (horrible squealing noise) and they scheduled an appointment for 9am. Four hrs later, they said they were replaced but guest what, they were not (a professional mechanic confirmed it). The sales rep (Mustafa) was super helpful in getting me the details about the car, and so on. That's why the 2 stars (otherwise, just 1 star). Honestly, I feel like we have been ripped off and it's not a good feeling. Make sure you read/ask/question absolutely everything. Every single fee. what an amazing place to buy a vehicle. The whole sales team is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They also have an insurance agent on site that was able to save me 100 dollars a month on insurance ! Great service overall
